Once you have gotten your number code correct and the door has let you through. The first thing you might notice is the room is super low. So low you might have to duck down or crawl to get in. Looking up there are little trap door all of course locked. Clear at the front of the room are more directions for you to follow.

OOC: Just as the directions say you will RP doing the steps, minimum of five to get through each step. Again there is no time limit for now so please have fun and don't feel rushed.

NOTE: If you have not been quoted in Room 1 with a link to this room please do not post here yet. I will delete the post. If you haven't started in room 1 that is okay, go have fun, do room 1! You are not too late or too far behind. I PROMISE!!

There comes a time where things do need to wrap up! I would like to move on Tuesday, January 12. So I will be closing room 1 and 2 at that point. You will have until Tuesday at 3 p.m. EST to finish up on any of your post! Once these are closed it will be said that door have opened for your character to just go straight to the classroom! Remember it is okay if your character did not get all the way through!!

Just like the previous box, the latest one opened with a four digit code, only this one was made of letters. Literally. It spelled out ‘M-A-D-E’. Easy enough of a code to use and so Olivia walked over towards the door to do just that. No time like the present to use it to unlock the door and head on forward. Hopefully there wasn’t too many more adventures for today before they actually met their professor. IF they actually met him today.

“M-A-D-E,” Olivia spoke, pronouncing each letter clearly, stepping through once the passageway was clear for her.

Kay opened the box to reveal four glowing letters M, e, d, a. 'This must be the code to get into the next room.'

She turned to Austin and smiled at the older boy "Thank you so much for you help. See you in the next room." she said before heading towards the door that would lead to next room. When she was standing at door she said the letters "M-E-D-A very careful. 'I wonder what is next"

Kaycee put on the gloves and shoes and then headed over to the wall. She took a few deep breaths. She wasn't afraid of heights. She was, however, a little afraid of how weird sticky gloves and sticky shoes would feel.

She shivered a little.

She tentatively put a hand on the wall and then hoisted herself up. Here goes nothing.

He had managed it! The difficult climb up the wall using sticky gloves and shoes was worth it. All he had to do now was to head to the next room - no, he had to unlock his box. That was the whole point of this activity.

Carl got back to his feet, still grinning. For some reason, he was confident that he would succeed in the charm this time. Maybe he was just feeling happy from the jump to the floor. "Alohomora," he said clearly, pointing his wand at the lock. The box opened and the Hufflepuff looked inside excitedly for the letters he needed.

Getting out of the uncomfortable crouched position he was forced into due to the painfully low ceiling, Brian ducked past the trapdoor and carefully put his hands on either side of the opening and stood. And the jumped up into the next room. And closed the trapdoor behind him. Waiting for him in the other room were gloves and boots, just like the instructions on the wall had said.

Now he'd just struggle with the gloves for a bit since they were sticking to each other and he wasn't appreciating that very much at the moment. YARGH.

When she whistled the first time no box immediately came to her, so she whistled again louder in a slightly different pitch. It took a moment, but one eventually come over to her and once she had it secure in her arm she carefully climbed down the wall. So was so ready to get out of here that she hoped that it didn’t take her to long to get it open.

Bella reached into her robe and pulled out her wand again. “Alohomora!” she said, pointing her wand at the box, but it didn’t unlock. Okay, just relax. I can do this. She said to herself, trying to regain the confident she had, before being trapped in that small room. Hoping she didn't get left behind for not being able to do the spell on the first try.

After what felt like an ETERNITY of struggling with the stupid gloves, he finally got those on. And the boots too. Now he could jump in a puddle or too. And probably get stuck to the pavement. He wasn't afraid of heights, per se, but he wasn't exactly fond of them either. But he needed to get to class at some point so he was going to have to somehow start.

Putting his hands and a foot on the wall, he took a very deep breath. And exhaled very slowly. Oh boy. Here we go.

Good, she thought the younger girl might agree about the height bit. It seemed as thought she had some color back to her as well.

She giggled when Henric said for them to still go first, protective prefect boyfriend that he was. She wasn't looking at Henric for his first whistle, so she had no idea that he was whistling about anything other than summoning his box. As she nearly sang her whistles, a box came right over to see her. Good box!

She held the box in her left hand and just used her right hand and feet to descend the wall. After a few paces, she bounced herself off the wall as if she were repelling down a mountain and stuck back to it several paces down.....oh....that was fun! She did it a few more times, probably giving Henric a panic, and then when she thought she was close enough....she simply jumped off of the wall. Don't freak out Henric! She landed agilely on her feet and triumphantly walked up to him with a grin. That was sooooo much better than crawling on the floor.

Off came the boots and the right glove, out came the wand. "Alohomora!" Click. Alright, hopefully this was the last box. Otherwise, she might even be using the charm in her sleep. She opened the lid of the box expectantly. Do you have what I need little box?

Bella took just a second to gather herself before she tried the spell again. Most of her color had returned to her face and she wasn’t shaking in fear anymore. She just needed to get this box open and she would be out of this part of the challenge, hoping that it was the last for the day. She quickly took a glance at Ilia and Henric and saw that they each had already opened their box. She really didn’t want to get left behind, so she tried again.

“Alohomora!” She recited again. This time feeling the magic flow from her, through the wand to open the box.

Click!

She grinned, as she opened the box and looked inside for the code she needed to move on.

Huff Huff Huff. This was the most difficult climbing Torrance had ever done. It would be 10x easier if what they were climbing were trees and not walls. Torrance eventually made it to a spot where he could potentially nab one of the floating boxes.

Now he had to whistle for one of the boxes to come to him right? It wasn't one of those fancy new whistles he learned to do over the summer with his thumb and index, but a soft whistle as the directions noted.

so that's what he did. Pursing his lips he whistled over one of the boxes. It floated in his direction. removing one hand from the wall Torrance dangled from it with his other and snagged the box out of the air.

Arista sighed out a breathe of relief as she looked into the box and saw the four letters. Good she was now down and could go over to the next room...Then could she sit down because gosh this manual labor thing was still killing her. She should go out more often. Silently nodding her head no to that the girl grabbed the slip of paper and walked over to the door.

"N. E. W. S." Haha it was News, interesting she silently wondered if the words had any meaning or if they were random. As the redhead was in thought the door began to open. As soon as the door opened Arista dashed in ready to get the next part done.

Torrance tucked the box under his arm. He dangled still on the wall by his one hand. How does he get down now with one arm, and no feet to stick to the wall with. Okay Tory, think on this. Trust that your Uncle has your well being in mind.

Tory released his remaining hand from the wall and began to ~~Fly~~ Fall with style. He tucked his knees up to his chest and wrapped his arms around his knees.

As he fell he began to tilt in the direction where his box was held tightly under his arm...Then

*KERTHUMP* Or well at least a muffled one.

The Fall was cushioned...but oooooooowwww. He landed on the box.

Tory stood up and holding his side slightly, and pulled up his school shirt to reveal a small mark the box left on his side. Oooowwwww.

He sniffled back a tear, and took out his wand. "Alohomora." he managed to speak. The box clicked and he opened it.

Bella looked at the code written on the paper, wondering if there was some deeper meaning for each letter that spelled out the word like. She didn't want to spend time in here pondering that thought, so for now it was just a four letter code she as going to use to get into the next room.

If the ceiling were higher, Jaemin might have had a problem getting through the trap door. But as it was... he managed to monkey himself on up, pulling himself through and sitting on the edge of it to look around the new room.

Robin assesed the scene around her, and absent mindedly put on the sticky gloves and shoes.
"Again we're called Gryffindor, and I hate the food fights as much as you but there are plenty of Slytherins who do annoying things as well." She thought back to the older green capes who were tripping kids in the hall.
"But don't worry I won't hold them against your house"

She tried walking but tripped as her shoe was stuck to the floor. She guessed sticky shoes must be super sticky. Her face burned red with embarrassment. Here she was, trying to stand up for her house and she falls flat on her face. Now no one would take her seriously. She sighed- now just wanting to get a box so she could run away from this embarrassment.

Picking one foot high off the ground and then the other she slowly made it to the wall and started to climb. She may have screamed having to take her hands off the wall to grab a box but honestly she kind of blacked out.
Laying on the floor, box in hand she breathlessly took out her wand. "Alohomora" *click*

There, now maybe she could regain some dignity

After the climb - which he wasn't going to lie, was mildly terrifying and in no way easy - he was finally at a decent part of the ceiling to catch one of the boxes flying around. Reaching out to grab one, he frowned when it slipped right out of his reach. Strange. Brian tried swiping at another, but to no avail. Then he remembered that they were supposed to come to him with a soft whistle.

Oh. He'd thought the boxes would make a soft whistling sound as they came to him. Pssh. Seriously, English was a very confusing language.

Letting out a slow, soft whistle, Brian held out one arm - he was trusting this charmed wall and glove and boot thing very heavily - to catch the box. And as soon as he had it and tucked it under his arm, began his descent. Very awkwardly. He looked quite like a crab.

He had to be. She was just minding her own business, not really quite doing the climbing work they needed to be doing but he had agreed to that, and the next thing she knew he was calling down that he was going to drop boxes on her head.

She squeaked very loudly and just opened her arms to catch them. With her eyes closed. Which was not smart and could have killed her but just by luck she managed to catch the first.

She dropped that one down to the floor and then opened her arms up for the second. That one didn't go as well. It smacked her hard in the forearm but she did manage to catch it before it hit the floor.

Dumb boys. Giving her bruises. Hmmmmph.

Rubbing her forearm, she sat on the floor with both boxes and drew her wand. She did the first box rather quickly and then opened the next soon after. "Alohamora....Alohamora..."

Jaemin was far too busy with being Spiderman currently to engage in conversations with Robin about the others in his house. Though he hadn't met the majority of them, the worst he could say at this point was that someone in his dorm snored sometimes. It wasn't as loud as his father could be, so he easily ignored it, but still.

Once the webslinger in training had climbed to a height he deemed reasonable, he unstuck one of his hands and stared at the flying boxes fluttering above his head. The board had said to whistle for them... right?

The boy did his best, but his whistling capabilities were rather low... he managed a weak whistle, however, and snatched a box when it came close enough.

Success!

The small boy started Spidermanning his way back down. Carefully, because superheroes did not fall off of walls.

KITY? Did those letters mean anything...was it a hint to what was next? Bentley hated cats. He never had pet ones and no one he knew had pet cats either so he wasn't sure he'd know what to do if what they were doing next had anything to do with cats.

He sighed.

"I'd take it being a girly hint than a furry one. I don't want to pet cats or whatever." Please professor, don't let cats be next.

He frowned as he made his way behind Blaise through the door.

Eventually, Thornton put his sticky foot down on the ground and slipped off the sticky gloves, followed by the sticky shoes. That... had been more physical than he'd expected, and Thornton wiped his brow with his sleeve, just slightly out of breath. Taking the open box from Chloe, he pulled out the slip of paper, eager for the letters that would let him move on.
