It was chilly in the arena this time in the morning, but the fires flickering in the braziers, scattered in the corners of the room, should warm it up quick enough. Frosty looking windows with morning sunlight shining through them gave an almost enchanting glow to the place. Familiar to most students, miniature desks were placed evenly apart on the ground, though the pillow styled mats would have been a new sight to take in. In different colors, they sat right next to their partnering desks, looking quite comfortable to sit on. The professor herself was sitting, lotus style, on her own deep burgundy colored pillow-mat, with two bags of pixie crisps and phoenix crackers sitting next to her, awaiting the arrival of the students.

"Blazing comets! What was that for?!" Airey man!squealed as he rolled onto his nonzapped side and looked up at Medea with kicked cruppy look. Couldn't she take a joke!? She was the one who had trapped him on his desk because of her feline monsters! "Ouchie..."
Hearing the Astronomy professor's loud outburst, Sierra turned away from packing up her things and looked to see what was going on. She smirked in amusement. She wished she would have turned in time to see the whole thing, but the grand finale was pretty cool.
She shook her head at the way the professor had rolled over on his side. So he wasn't dead after all, was he? Seeing as she was standing nearby, she extended a hand toward the man. "You want some help up, Professor?" she asked.
They could do it by hand, or if he was looking for a thrill, she could cast a spell to yank him up by his feet. Either way was good. For now, though, she just extended her hand.

Oh and:
"Sir you have crumbs on you." On his SUIT. Look, some were sort of STICKING even. Helpful!West.
Still on his side and still very much glaring at Medea for an answer, Airey's head snapped around when he heard a young Slytherin make a comment about...CRUMBS ON HIS SUIT?!
"I do? There are?! WHERE?!" he asked while somewhat flailing around a bit to try and reach into his breast pocket. EVIL CRUMBS!

Ceasing his fish-like flailing for a moment, the astronomer's attention first went to Miss Castell and then to Miss Greingoth who were both offering him assistance. Did he need it? Yes. Sort of. THERE WERE CRUMBS ON HIS SUIT! As for the help up, well, he could hear his mates now laughing at him for having two school girls pull him up off the ground, so he was just going to swallow up the slight pain in his lower back from his sudden twist and do it himself.
Even if there was a slight grimace on his face.
"No no, I'm alright. But thank you both," he said with a nod as he rolled a bit more and then got up on his own two feet - sort of. He wobbled a bit due to the lower back pain, but nothing too serious. More importantly though...were the crumbs gone?
He shot another glance towards Medea and rubbed his side. "I can't believe you zapped me."

Minerva tried to keep up, but she just couldn't. Where was her brain today. She had never not participated in class and now it was over. This was just not right. Looking confused she got up and collected her things. "Professor, thanks for the lesson. I'm sorry I.. well didn't participate as much." She really had no explanation as to why she didn't. She just couldn't keep up, that was so unlike her.

Well class ended. Yay? But Slytherin earned 10 pointed for DEFFO being awesome and knowing so much duel spells. HAH, beat that Claws. You ain't the only ones who know stuff. This term was definitely THE term for her house. That meant not the Puffs, or the Claws, or the Lions, but the SNAKES. Their term, oh yeah. They were so gonna make Lafay proud and as well as that Bloody Baron who didn't seem pleased with the results of last term. Mwahaha.
Oh right, time to actually LEAVE now. Kat fixed her things and placed them all in her bag. She copied the spells on the board at first. Never know when they might come in handy especially if someone threatens her into a duel or maybe just to protected a friends. Whatever. Shethen went to say goodbye to the Professors. "Thanks for the lesson, Professor Romanos," she said and gave the woman a smile. And then... Uhm, the one who was planking earlier. "Hope you have a great day, Professor Flamsteed." And stop planking, seriously. Kat slung her bag on her shoulder before finally turning her heel to leave the classroom. 10 points, FTW.

So it was true.
The Professor hadn't simply been pulling their legs when she said it would be a theory class instead of a practical one. Well then...
She stared at the Professor for a while after she had dismissed them. The girl didn't know what to make of it all. She usually left this class twitching a bit from the activities but now...she was just...fine...it was so weird. Lex copied the spells from the board before getting her things together.
"Have a good day Professors."
Then she left...still not knowing what to make of it.

Sarah really had wanted to say the boogers hex, yet she had ran out of time. She liked that. Perhaps the things needed for a duel would be tissues. A big box, preferably double ply... o perhaps a handkerchief. She got up, stretched luxiourously and picked up her satchel. She now knew exactly which spells to use! "Thanks for the lesson professor!" she said. She overheard Airey's comment and smirked, she would believe it even more if it would be Bellaire or Lafay, yet still it was funny. Perhaps it would have been more funny if the DADA would have given Airey a kick, that is what Sarah would do to prove one was alive.

Where? There. And there. West even reached out and sort of brushed one off.
"There's probably spells for that, y'know?" Spells to stop crumbs. West was so helpful. "Or you could keep a mouse in your pocket and train it to eat any crumbs on you like a little mouse vacuum." A trained mouse would be cuter.
And what was this about zapping? West brightened. "OH CAN you show me how to zap people TOO?" Looks between the two professors. YESSS.

Oh dear...
She was not expecting such an amusing reaction... Or was she?
"You are alive!" Medea grinned impishly, despite her innocent tone. Although, she couldn't deny Airey was very good at the sad cruppy look. Almost made her feel guilty for the little zap. Almost. "Thought you vere a goner for a moment."

"Thank you for the lesson Professor Romanos! The race for points was fun!" She smiled and filed out of the room with the other students, and gave one last look back at the Astronomy Professor on the floor. Strange, she thought once more.
Medea smiled in return. "Haff a nice day, Miss Dawnsel."

Spying another adult joining them in the room, the Slytherin rolled his eyes. Ugh...Creeps. The lot of them. What did they care what they were learning and not learning? As far as Dylan was concerned, Professor Romanoes was one of the best at the school.
Snort.
"Have a nice day, Professor." With a last look, he was out the door.
"Goodbye, Mister Montmorency."

"Careful, Mister Moon." Perhaps it was time to start moving the desks and chairs out of the way. "Haff a nice day."

Then he realized that class was already over. Honestly the Head Boy hoped that today they also practiced the duel instead of the basic theory. Well, practice makes perfect, right? But maybe they would get the practical thing at the next lesson. Made sure that he did remember all of the spells that had been written on the board, Gary packed his stuffs and walked out to the class.
"Thanks for today, Professor. Looking forward for the next lesson." He said. Still wondered how could Flamsteed trapped in this class. Meh, weird man.
The professor smiled. "Haff a nice day, Mister Rush."

With the fuss about being zapped and crumbs on his suit, Medea stood up, hands resting on her hips. Mmhmm, perhaps he'd think twice about drooling on her floor. She smiled a little towards Miss Castell and Miss Greingoth, offering their assistance to the Astronomy professor.
"Oh, it didn't hurt that badly." Medea muttered, waving off Airey's little comment. She should know. How many times had she accidentally zapped herself when she was younger? And even nowadays. Then again...
She was used to it now.

"Observing is just as good as participating, Miss Wheatborn." Especially for those who didn't enjoy participating. Just as long as they understood the information being said. "I hope you haff a nice rest of the day."

"In case they plank in my personal space, professor." West said seriously. "Its a safety hazard and someone might trip over them, so a zap would do good at making them hop to it, right?" Or, crumbs, apparently.
But also, "I don't know all that many spells yet. And its good to know things."
