The more he stood there not asking what they were doing in the prefect's compartment was the more she was beginning to like her prefect..well...former prefect. Shame they never got to hang out much--he was far less a worrier than Kurumi was! Extra points for him.

She smiled a bit when he said they'd meet again. It seemed all the seventh years liked using that one line and you know...it was starting to annoy her but at least it meant that he was considering keeping in touch. Good. Everyone needed to keep in touch with everybody because they all faced a man eating plant and an angry!ghost and they all lived to tell about it! If that wasn't reason enough to keep in touch then she didn't know what was! "You bet we will! I'm sure you'll be all over Diagon Alley now that you're allowed and junk but if you're not then you should send me an owl whenever you will be...just uh...don't bothering owling me if it's during the school year and I can't come...yeah...that'd just make me all kinds of crazy." And not the good kind either!

Psssh, so she wasn't all that busy afterall! Either that or she was and Lex was being a total bother now. Meh. The ride would end and she could be alone then. "Ooooo, that's cool! But..." She paused as she looked through the window the girl had been looking through. As far as she was concerned one couldn't exactly draw moving landscape...wasn't it a bit...hard...? "Can you really focus on anything long enough to get a decent drawing done?" She didn't feel like letting her answer but she paused to give her a chance to before continuing. "I mean you should just put those away and socialize. You guys have the best seats in the whole train to lounge around and junk so talk to people." That's what she'd do if she were allowed in here but you know...chances of her getting a badge were zero to none so she was quite content with simply sneaking in here!

And on to her question. "I'm fine and I guess I'm looking forward to summer..." Yeah...the more she thought about it was the more excited she was getting. "What about you???"



Her eyes narrowed at Milton when Vivi pulled out of her grasp. Yes she was going to blame him for this even if it wasn't his fault. Her eyes remained fixed on his face until she heard Vivi say he was kissing someone else at the feast. Then they wanted her going to the claw table to say her goodbyes?!?! Seriously?! People like him needed to be locked away in a dark room where they couldn't hurt the eye sight of others. "Well thank Merlin!" She said at last. "It's better he not kiss you any more any way." Nod. Now she could sleep well at nights. Thank you Milton. You finally did something right.

Oh and he wouldn't want to come. Even better because he wasn't invited -__- Now she was guaranteed to enjoy their party in peace. She looked up at her Mama Vivi with slightly crinkled brows. "I'm not...I'm acting like you're all going on to bigger and better things without me." THAT was what she was doing and she would admit it too. "When you're gone all I'll have to remember you is your tie and your brother...that's not enough. They'll have all of you out there with them." Wasn't this even a little understandable? She was being pretty selfless compared to how she could be handling this whole situation.



And another one that didn't question why they were in there! Why couldn't they all be like them and NOT ask questions? Life would be a whole lot easier for all involved. He was either really cool with all this or otherwise really oblivious. Either way...

Sierra just...did not want to be here. She just didn't see the point in having to ride the blasted train all the way to the station when she lived in HOGSMEADE. Of course this had put her in a foul mood. All she wanted to do was get into the prefects' compartment, take a seat, and just relax. She could count on the other leaders to not be loud, annoying, and anything else that might put her in even MORE of a bad mood. Right?!

Sliding open the compartment door, she stepped inside, and...

...saw pretty much the whole school. *bliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiink* Alexa Cambridge was in here. Great. The compartment would either blow up or catch fire soon, wouldn't it? Bahhh... Either way, her prefect was here, and he could deal with her.

"Hello," she simply said, and then she sat down and rubbed her temples like she had the worst headache ever. ...and she really did feel one coming on.

Once the lioness got onto the train, the first thing she could think of and she knew that she had to do was to find her cookie mama. It was more like a mission to her because she could hardly say word when they were back in the hall having the feast. And most importantly she had told herself not to speak much even when Kurumi was talking to her because she just didn't want to cry anymore, or else she just wouldn't stop.

Tiffany made herself to the prefects' compartment even though she knew that she was not supposed to be there because she was just a normal fourth year lioness. She was not someone with a shiny little badge but she got to talk to Kurumi and give her the last gift before they could never see each other again. She didn't mind if she was punished by that, she didn't really care so whatever. "Kurumiii,"she said once she entered the compartment. She thought that there were just some prefects around but she had found some other lions standing by. "You have to worry about me all the time even though you have left. I will always miss you and...promise to write to me okay?" It sounded a bit selfish to tell her to worry about her but still...

"And here you go. Take them,"Tiffany handed a little bag with a pink ribbon tied around it. "It was my first time making them actually, so I guess they wouldn't be as tasty as yours. But take them with you..."it was her first time making cookies and she would like to give them to her because they were those special things that can represent Kurumi and the memories which were only shared among the lions. "...and don't forget me." She finished her line with hot tears rolling in her eyes.

Did Milton Shacklebolt have a problem with Gryffindors? What a question... "Most, yes. Including... all of you. Actually, you, Selina, are slightly more tolerable than anyone else here, I will admit." But he was just saying that because redheads were crazy and she was BFFs with Vivi. And of course that list wasn't including his best friend. He adored her.

Wait... whut? Milton stared at Vivi as she mentioned that Milton was kissing someone else at the feast. Welp. "You... saw that?" Because it wasn't, like, planned or anything... But Milton figured the end of term meant the end of their little fling anyhow. That's all it was, after all. Just two friends having some fun and now it was over. Good times...

Ugh they were going to give her a headache. She knew once she saw Alexa's smirking face that she had made a mistake. She should have been more strict with them and kicked them out of the compartment when she had the chance. But now it was too late and she did not want to be the one who got in trouble for their crashing, which was going to happen anyway. Because they were HER ickle lions. Why couldn't they just, you know, be tame?

She looked over and Gideon and nodded at him. The redhead perked her head a little bit when she noticed that he was looking at her. Was everything was okay? Maybe they could talk later, you know, if she did not still have to deal with the whole ickle lion nonsense.

Oh that was awkward. Running her hands anxiously through her red hair, the sixth year smiled at the girl nervously. What was she supposed to say to her? She had not decided how she was going to handle this topic, but the Harpies. Ugh, it just made everything so much harder. So she pet Penelope on the head and said, "You'll never have to say goodbye to me, kid. I'll always be around if you need me." And that much was true.



She turned quickly to Dylan and caught him up, "My team plus one decided to crash the prefect compartment. Now we are dealing with ickle children." And as soon as she had said it, she regretted it. Now she had set it up for Dylan to be all snide and make a comment about HER team being the ones to break into prefect compartment and get caught.

D'aww. He tolerated her? Well, that was the sweetest think she had ever heard Shacklebolt say about her. She almost wanted to hug him, but Shacklebolt was still gross and she had standards, so there would be none of that going on. Also, Shacklebolt had Vivi for that, which she STILL did not understand. Cooties.

"Well, thank you, Shacklebolt. And I'm glad you didn't die... so, um... yeah." Okay, awkward. AND OH LOOK Sierra was here. And she was good people. She saved her precious Mortimer.

Goodbyes. Of course, she wasn't the only one who wanted to say goodbye to Kurumi.Well in that case, Ness didn't mind too much of the invasion. Just as long as they weren't causing trouble, because then that for sure would be an issue.

The red head turned her attention to Lexi first. "Goodbyes, yeah..right, guess that's sort of a vaild excuse." Because it was according to Ness, but who knew if the headmistress had to walk in here there was a possibilty she wouldn't have approved. The chances of that happening though, were not too high. As for that last comments of Lex, well that was just pure cutenesss. Only second first years were cute like that.

"Heh. Thank you?" Or was she meant to say goodbye now? Shrug. Ness wasn't sure.

Then Penelope spoke a quick sentence and Ness nodded her way in understandment now. After that an older student spoke, Vivi, whom Ness hadn't really gotten the chance to know her so well. She did seem sweet though.

With a smile back towards the blonde, Ness nodded. "That's alright, I personally don't mind you lot here too much." She couldn't speak for the others though.

The quidditch question took Nessie a little by surprise, because it came out of nowhere, but then of course Vivi played quidditch too. "Thank you, guess I've got my team to thank for that too." Without them, Nessie knew she would have gotten nowhere. "Maybe, I'd say we've got a good chance." It would still be a challenge though, the other quidditch teams were really good too. "Guess I'll see?"

Milton! He got an eye roll at that Hufflepuff comment and that's all he got of Nessie's attention before Alice claimed it with her greeting."Hi, Alice." She even got a smile. "How you doing, kiddo?" Or maybe not kiddo. To think Alice was already a fourth year. That was scary.

Then Kurumi entered and so did Dylan and Sierra, but before Ness could even greet Kurumi and give Dylan a look her attention was once again averted elsewhere.

"Are..are you leaving, Selina?" Or why else would people be so worried about goodbyes. It was only when someone left forever that they were like that.

Gideon echoed Penelope's nod when he caught her words. Hope was all they could really do unless plans were already made to meet up. And even those weren't entirely set in stone against not happening. And then Alexa remarked about him sending her an owl whenever he might be coming to Diagon Alley to see if they could meet up. "Um...sure. I'll have to see when I'll be there and not down in Portugal." Sure he would be need to set things up before his actual move down there so he wouldn't be in Britain the entire summer.

Finally...two Slytherins entered the compartment rounding out the houses to a T. Dylan and Sierra both got a polite nod from him in response. Sierra had never been a bad thing with him and after that get together with Dylan, the captain and he weren't too much at odds anymore. Guess he must have just grown on him which was no doubt good seeing as he and Selina were friends. There didn't need to be anymore of that tension.

"So sorry...I wasn't aware near-death experiences allowed for people to be rude," Gideon remarked rolling his eyes. " But it certainly explains your behavior now and at the start of term. Unless of course its just trains you can't be considerate around" Okay so things were starting to get tense and the last thing he wanted to do on his last train ride was have an all out fight with someone.

"Nevermind..." he said with a shake of his head, turning instead from taking a seat and instead heading back towards the door. "Excuse me," the seventh year added quietly before exiting the compartment.

Kurumi paused for a moment to glance around at everyone present, giving Vivi a finger wiggle greeting as per usual and was about to say hello to her when Alexa mentioned her...blowing up? Erm, Kurumi had actually never blown up at anyway - except Adam and she had slapped him across the face her fourth year. He had deserved it and she would do it again if she had the chance too. So, no Alexa, there would be no blowing up here.

Oh, and Nessie was here too now. Kurumi offered the Hufflepuff a small wave as well.

Adjusting her grip on Walnut a little when Gideon confirmed that things were okay - no offense Alexa. "Oh, okay then," she smiled as she stepped a little further into the compartment and spotted Milton.

Taking a deep breath, Kurumi approached the Quidditch captain and chewed on her bottom lip for a moment before speaking. "Um...Milton? I know we haven't always seen eye to eye...but I just wanted to say that I'm glad you are alright and give you these." As sort of an apology for...stuff.

Oh! Dylan! Kurumi smiled and sort of waved at him since her hands were full at the moment. His, um, eight legged friend could stay where she was. Yep....

In fact, Kurumi was going to move a little further away...
Which brought her near Sierra. Ironically.

Kurumi offered her a small smile and then fumbled in her pockets for something. Very subtly, Kurumi handed Sierra a small slip of paper with her new address on it and slid it into the Slytherin's hands. "If you ever need to talk or...anything," she said softly. Sierra knew what she meant by that.

Kurumi's jaw dropped when she heard what Penelope said to Selina. Wait...WHAT?! Kurumi thought that she hadn't decided anything and that she was leaning towards ----

....but then Alice happened, drawing Kurumi's attention temporarily away from her best friend and towards the now fourth year Gryffindor. Her eyes widened when she was given a stuffed animal and a letter. Kurumi's entire focus had been on the stuffed animal, so she didn't hear Alice ask her not to read the letter until she was off the train. Kurumi could feel the tears already forming in her eyes - hadn't the card from everyone been more than enough? - she opened the letter with slightly trembling hands and began to read.

Kurumi felt both hot and cold as she read through the letter, her cheeks flushing and her vision blurring at the same time. Cold because she felt a little empty inside, all her emotions trickling down her cheeks in the form of cheers, but hot because she was truly touched by Alice words. Kurumi couldn't even wait the few short seconds it took to fold up the paper and sort of let it just fall on her lap as she reached for Alice and pulled her in for a hug. Hopefully the gesture was able to convey everything that she couldn't say right now.

Kurumi laughed a little at Tiffany's initial words to her. Have to worry about her. That was cute. Kurumi would always worry and wonder how her lions were doing now that she wouldn't be at Hogwarts to see them. So, of course Tiffany would be in her thoughts...

More gifts?! Really, everyone was doing far too much for her. She was happy doing all that she did and that she became friends with so many people who had changed her for the better. The influence everyone had had on her was more than enough of a gift, really. "Tiffany..." Kurumi smiled, accepting the cookies and biting on her lower lip to try and stop MORE tears from crying. "Thank you."

Leaving...there was a lot of talking about leaving right now. Funny thing was...that Kurumi now felt ready to leave - as sad as it sounded. She was ready for the next step and whatever adventures waited for her next. She just wished that she could bring everyone with her.

Penelope just shrugged. It wasn't the first time someone had gotten Spot's gender wrong, and it probably wouldn't be the last. And it was probably mostly her fault anyway since "Spot" wasn't a particularly girly name...but she was only six when she'd named her, and it seemed like a good name at the time, and it wasn't gonna be changed now. So it was okay.

She laughed a little again though. "So he just wants to be the center of attention, yeah?" Seemed like a cat thing. They thought others should pay attention to only them and no one else. Spot could be like that too sometimes, at least with Penelope. She didn't care about others' attention though.

But at least Alexa didn't seem to really know what Alice was going on about with Selina leaving. That made Penelope feel a tiny bit better since she wasn't the only one completely out of the loop. But only a little bit, because she would've thought she would know since she was on the team just like Alice. So why did Alice get to know but she didn't? "Yeah, she's a sixth year." Unless she randomly decided to skip a grade at the end of the year or something.

That was basically what she thought was meant by "not having to say good-bye." The fact that Kurumi, Gideon, and the other seventh years couldn't come back next term was the main reason people were saying good-bye to them. So why then did Alice say they needed to say good bye to Selina too?

Was Selina giving her a look? Alice couldn't tell, but there seemed to be a glimpse of.. was that PRIDE on her face? The lioness gave up on trying to read her Captain's expressions and instead beamed at the older girl through her blurry, teary eyes. It was hard to imagine a Quidditch season without her.. and she could only hope for someone decent to take her place. What if they got someone lousy?! What THEN? The girl tried to push the thoughts out of her mind as she gave Selina one last tear-filled smile. The Harpies weren't gonna know what hit them.

Okay.. yeah, Kurumi, go ahead and open it, that was cool, too. Alice couldn't keep the frown off her face when her Hogwarts mum started to cry. "No. No, Cookie, don't be SAD." That was not the point of this. And then.. she was squished. She wrapped her arms around Kurumi and gave her a squeeze, but she pulled away before she could start crying, as well. "I'm going to miss you. And I love you." She did. She did, a lot. Before the tears could start, Alice shot one more tearful glance at the girl, and then ran out of the compartment before the former Prefect could see her tears.

Everyone was asking her so many questions. She was getting too many glares and too many judging eyes. Yes, it was true. The redhead HAD been offered a position on the Holyhead Harpies, but she was not exactly sure if she were excepting or not. Ugh, she didn't know. There was so much going on and she needed time to think. Okay, sure, she was leaning towards yes, but she still had to meet with Danaka. Make sure everything was in order. There was much still left to do. So everyone needed to STOP judging her. Quidditch was her life.

So she looked at Nessie a little tiredly and ran her fingers through her hair, "I don't know. There's an offer. Look, I don't wanna talk about it." Because she did not want to do this right here and right now. People did not need to hear about her business. Also, she could feel Kurumi staring at her. She knew that her best friend wanted to say something about this, but she knew where Selina was in the process at the current moment. They had discussed it. She had THOUGHT they had come to an understanding.

Turning back to her little lions, she saw that Alice had tears staining her eyes. With a sad sigh, she pulled the little girl into a hug and kissed the top of her head, "No tears, Biter. Okay?" Looking over the top of Alice's head she smiled at Penelope and tried to say it as delicately as she could. She loved all of her little lions. She did not want to hurt any of their feelings, especially when she was still working through this whole offer. "Shark bait, it's complicated. Don't fret, okay?"

When Lex gave the suggestion, Belle agreed with her "You know what you are right." Belle smiled to her and put her sketch book back into her suitcase. "I should be more social. It is hard for me sometimes since i am new and do not know SO many people." Belle shrugged and decided to have a conversation with other people.

They did have the best seats and Belle was taking advantage of it. Belle was glad Lex was fine, then when she asked how she was doing, Belle shrugged. "I am doing fine, i am really excited for summer. We will keep in contact yes?" Belle asked her like she had a choice. She had no choice in the matter. They will keep in contact. "I hope to see you around more next year." Belle said pointing to her chest and letting her know she was serious.
