I kid you not, this is one tree you don’t want to mess with. It's best you keep a safe distance from the Whomping Willow's tree limbs or you may end up with a few broken limbs yourself.

Minerva sighed at what he was telling her. It was nothing knew she had told Taylor the same thing only to find she was walking herself and Maxwell into heartache. "Your right, I know your right, but it still hurts. You know shortly after he completely changed his look. He isn't doing the goth anymore" she shrugged still not understanding the change in the way he wanted to look. It was obvious she still liked him, but then there was something else still bothering her. "Harvey do you think I was just the oh I don't know how to put it. I wouldn't say rebound, because it wasn't like he was dating someone, but something like that?" She wanted to know because she felt that way, but also trying to figure out if her new struggle of feelings were nothing more then her trying to force herself away from Damon.
Damon sighed sitting down. His red hair glowing in the sunlight. He still felt horrible for everything that was going on around him. He was at a total loss of what to do.
Maxwell stormed out toward the willow, classes were annoying him and his day just kept getting worse...And it wasn't going to get better, He saw Damon and a fire lit inside him. "YOU!" He growled, gravel in his voice. "Of all the people i had to run into it had to be you, who's life are you ruining today!?"

Ronnie walked down to the Whomping Willow, thinking to herself about how much she missed drumming at home. She couldn't last one day throughout the summer without playing it, and now she felt as if she was being tortured. She wanted to play. SO BAD.
She slumped down onto the grass, thinking if there was a place in Hogwarts that would have what she wanted. Where she could be alone and drum all she wanted.
Then it hit her.
It was obvious! The room of requirement!

Ronnie laughed softly. She had heard many things about the room of requirement, but had never taken the chance to go down and actually go into it. And she had no clue at all where it was, or how to get in. Oh great. She sighed. Now she'd have to find someone who knew where and how to get into it.
Damon looked up, Ugh... You've got to be kidding me, can't even get away from people out here... He sighed, "Glad to know you can still recognize me." He indicated to the red hair, "And you're one to talk about ruining lives." His mind went back to what Taylor had told him about Maxwell telling her that she should give her signs of love to him... He fought a growl and a glare.
Maxwell ignored the first comment, thinking it was stupid. "Is that what your 'Princess' told you?" He said mocking Damon since he always called her that. "She left me, so don't even go there. But You, what happened to 'I'm not going to hurt Min and I don't feel what way for Taylor'...I guess once a liar always a liar." He said angrily, he wanted so badly to hurt Damon but he promised Min he wouldn't do anything to get expelled.

"You don't have to stick around anymore if you don't want to. I have another round with my friend here." she gave a smirk and walked back towards the tree. She didn't even get where she wanted and it started swinging at her. So it could sense her being right there could it. She stepped two more steps and waited. She didn't have to wait long before a branch was coming towards her she dodged away from it and then step back out of reach. She gave a smile, this was the way to stop thinking about things.

Shrugging Louisa grinned at him again, "No. I just wanted to be your first movie tour guide." Hehehehe, and she was apparently! "It would've been more fun if you ate any of the snacks or listened to me...but it was fun for me!" Yes, by now, she knew for a fact that he wasn't listening to her half the time.
A child?
Jonathan smiled hearing that. He has been told that he was by different people already, so this means Louisa made the list as well. A list where people calls him that he is a child. Except for a certain Ravenclaw that calls him old which he really doesn't mind. It's just that the concept of 'old' is kind of negative in a way. Most people think when one says 'you're old' it's more of an offensive term rather than a compliment. Disagreeing to Louisa, he shook his head and stuck his tongue some more. Not. A. Child.
Of course Jonathan knew the logical reason behind it but seeing as Louisa was just getting so hyped with this conversation is just getting on his teasing side. And it has been awhile since he last teased Louisa about anything. It was nice, it was like old times. "Yeah. Yeah" he said rolling his eyes but kept grinning. The he faced her with an evil smirk, "So does this mean you'd date a creature?" Since she was covering up for her muggle stories then maybe she had thought about this too. "After all the story was about a girl who loved reading books." It kinda sounds like her too, didn't it?
Jonathan was practically burst out laughing when Louisa was giving her faces. He couldn't help it, she looked really worried and at the same time just confused about him suggesting all of these all of a sudden. Poking her, Jonathan leaned closer and whispered "You make sound like I'm suicidal" because he is not and in his defense he was just asking, he wasn't really implying to literally go up and ride it. Unless he wants Professor Lafay, his favorite teacher, glaring at him. Besides, she had that meeting clear in the common room the other day. No monkey business and so it shall be.
Now that he has thought about it when it came to muggle books, Jeanne is the first girl to introduce him to it and now with this muggle movie, Louisa is the first person to make it happen. Funny how they're both under Ravenclaw too. "Well once again, Carter. Thank you" he said looking at the whomping willow. There was something about this tree that just looked so serene even though its quite destructive in some ways.
And why was Louisa so nice to him? Sigh. Things change as they grow, right? This is a good kind of change. Jonathan is of course, not intending to fight with her all throughout his Hogwarts years. He did not believe, trust or like Damon and some silly bottle of 'Truth Serum' would not make him forget he hurt the person who, at the moment was most important to Maxwell at the school. "So, I don't care if you think i'm stupid or what you say is going on with you and Taylor, She's not mine anymore...If she ever really was. "Ouch" she sat up and scooted back to be completely out of the way. She sat a little dazed by the hit and didn't realize she had a scratch her face and a knot on her arm.

"Okay Harvey, I think I'm done playing." She stood up straight and took a glance over at Damon and Maxwell making sure they weren't killing each other or anything. When she turned to head back to bag she misjudged where she was standing and a smaller branch smacked her on her right side. She flew a little to the ground and moaned. "Ouch" she sat up and scooted back to be completely out of the way. She sat a little dazed by the hit and didn't realize she had a scratch her face and a knot on her arm.
Harvey watched anxiously as she dodged branches here and there and decided to rest and stop playing.. "Ok.. no worries.. you can go again tomorrow" he smiled as he said this and watched her as she looked over at the two other boys that were there.. one of whom he was not very happy with but didnt mind him being around.. as long as he didnt upset Mins anymore than he already had.. he then looked back at Minnie just in time to see her getting smacked and falling to the ground a little. She sat there a little dazed.. ouch! he instantly noticed the scrape on her face .. he rushed over to help her up so that she could be out of the way of limbs of the tree. It looked like maybe she would need a trip to the Hospital Wing afterall. "You ok? nothing broken?" he asked when he noticed a knot on her arm.. okay! that didnt look too good at all.. he hoped that she hadnt broken her arm.

"Well thats good.. at least nothing is broken.. bruises.. are ok.. they will go after some time.. but broken bones can be a little problematic." he smiled a little.. he then looked at her face "Well you do have a scratch on your face.. how deep does it feel?" he asked as he leaned in to get a better look at the scratch.. if it was too deep then she may have to go see the nurse to get it stitched up magic-style.
Maxwell shook his head a little. "You're just friends now, but how long will that last? And sorry but with your record of truth telling how am i supposed to believe that's what you say it is? Considering you're a liar i find my skepticism well placed and not at all immature." He said very plainly. He did not believe, trust or like Damon and some silly bottle of 'Truth Serum' would not make him forget he hurt the person who, at the moment was most important to Maxwell at the school. "So, I don't care if you think i'm stupid or what you say is going on with you and Taylor, She's not mine anymore...If she ever really was. Have fun with your 'Princess' I hope she's worth all your lies and scheming."
Damon shook his head, "'Lies and scheming? Please tell me about them because as I've said I've lied to you only once. I never denied loving Taylor before I told her, I told her that I did, she was like my sister. That isn't a lie... and as for scheming... I don't really recall any scheming except telling her how I truly felt." He sighed, sliding the potion back into his pocket, "And you know, you've really opened my eyes to... You claimed you love Taylor, and yet... You've hurt her in more ways then I could've imagined possible. Have you even attempted to ask her the reason she broke up with her? Because I assure you, I was not one of them, or if I am she actually did the opposite of what I asked. I told her that just because I broke up with Minnie didn't mean anything for her. It didn't obligate her to end things with you, at all." He sighed again, "If you truly loved her the way you claimed so many times, I'd recommend talking to her, because nothing, and I do mean NOTHING, is going on between us right now. Both of us are hurt and confused. You're actually one of her main reasons.

Maxwell was storming away from Damon when he noticed Min and Harvey. "Hey." He said with a small smile breaking through his rage. "Are you okay?" He asked seeing the scratch on her face.
Evelyn shook her head and sighed. She really didn't know WHY he looked so confused. Was it something she said? Yeah, probably. That's the reason why he was staring at her like..he didn't even know her. Oh, great! He finally said something..which she didn't understand. Who was Indy again? Anyway, it was clear that he didn't like Lou. Okay. Wait, what!? Evelyn turned her laugh into a cough..although she wasn't sure if she was successful in masking her laugh. "I'm sorry but I think I'd rather call you Lewis." Not that she didn't like Lewwy..but she preferred Lewis.
She was here now.. Was that cue for her to leave? Now it was Evelyn's turn to looked confused. "Erm..okay..do you want me to leave?" She didn't mind, really. If he want to lay down on the grass and relax..it was fine with her. She turned to look at the tree again and waited for his response.
"Erm..anyway, how have you been?"
Lewis narrowed his eyes a little suspiciously. He could have sworn that he'd heard her laugh but then she just ended up coughing. "Are you okay?" Coughing was never good. Maybe she was sick. She didn't LOOK sick. Huh. Nodding when she basically repeated what he'd been saying all along, he cocked his head to the side a little. "Yes. Lewis." In case she hadn't caught his name by now or anything.
He turned his head back to normal again, giving her a surprised look. "No!" What had made her think that he wanted her to leave? Where had that come from? "I-I mean...unless y-you have somewhere to be." He didn't want her to feel obligated to stay here with him if she would rather be someplace else after all. It was nice to have somebody to sit next to though. Except for Vanilla.
How had he been? That question always confused him. Since when? Plus it was a tricky question. Lewis didn't quite know how to answer it. "Uhm...okay I guess." He averted his gaze back to his cat for a second before turning back to Evelyn. "How are you?" See? That question was a lot easier to answer. It only asked about how she was right now.
