"I tried to put a spell on you and then tried to sneak away... That's something to be sorry for." He sighed looking at her.

She sighed, "I overreacted. It wasnt a terrible spell...." Taylor wished that she was in his arms but she stayed away.

"But I still shouldn't have done it without your permission." He sighed looking at her, "I love you Taylor... I don't want to lose you."

"I love you too.... and i dont want to lose you either." Taylor kissed his cheek and nuzzled into him.

He sighed, wrapping his arms around her, "Promise me that we can still be friends." He looked at her and kissed her forehead.

"I promise with all my heart that we will still be friends." She looked at him and kissed his nose. I want to be more than friends though.... but i will wait.... Taylor held back a sigh.

He looked at her, he didn't know how to describe how he felt about her. He saw that look, she loved him back, but he was worried about hurting her. He lightly pulled her head up lightly to looked at him, "And I promise you that when all this has passed..." He pointed to his head, he had five memories left if there were really twenty-five all together, "If you still want to be with me. We can... I just can't with all this confusion."

Taylor glanced at him, "Okay but i beg of you, please let me help you, Damon." She sighed.

Harvey was still sitting at the willow.. wondering what to do.. he was just sat there watching that tree move around.. he had been here for some time.. but still he had nowhere else to be so he just continued to sit there.

Justin went looking for his friends to hang out for a bit. He decidd to check the willow when he saw Harvey sitting there by himself. " Hey, Harv. What's up? I been looking for you for almost an hour, Mate. " he said as he sat down beside his friend.

Harvey smiled.. and looked at Justin "Hey Justin.. you have? well I have been here for about that much.. I think.. not sure.. oh nothing much.. you know the usual school.. work.. hanging around.. how are ya?" he asked his best friend.. happy to see him.. it had been a few days since they hung out.. so it was about time that they hung out again even with school making it all so difficult

Minerva had to take a walk she was feeling more confused again. Her head was driving her nuts. She was beginning to think that stupid tree had done worse to her then she thought. The bruises were gone, but the headaches she was having off and on where starting to drive her crazy. Without realizing where she had wondered off to she found herself near the tree. She stood there looking at it. The stone was not on the root, so Maxwell wasn't anywhere near by. She watched the tree swinging around and wondered if she could play around again. Clearing her head wouldn't be so bad, but she did make the promise to both boys. She just stood there trying to decided whether to play or walk away.

Justin made himself more comfortable. " Nothing much really. Now I'm in the " just meandering" mode. I still haven't been to class.... I really need someone to set me on the right track... The only person that suceeded at that was Minnie. " Justin said.
Just then Justin saw the very person he was speaking of. She walked up the hill and stood watching the tree for reasons unknown to him. So, he decided to call her over to join them.
" Hey, Min! Over here. Come and sit here. " He said with a smile as he patted the spot next to him.

Harvey smiled "Yeah to be honest I have been skipping alot too! havent done any homework or attended any sort of class at all." he chuckled.. and that trailed off as he mentioned Minnie.. yeah she had done that.. just then Justin told her to come over.. Harvey looked at him thinking he was seeing things.. when he looked he saw her too.. and instantly he was nervous.. uh oh.. she might not talk to him and she would have to tell Justin why.. and Justin wouldnt like it .. Harvey felt bad enough as it was.. he didnt want to feel any more bad that he already did. He took a deep breath.. she had seemed to feel better afterwards but he assumed it was an act she had put on.

Minerva was still thinking on whether or not to attempt her game when her thoughts were interrupted. She turned to see Justin and Harvey sitting in the grass. She gave a small smile and has she did she felt a gust of air near her face, she turned glaring at the tree. Trying to get my face without me looking, that's cheating. Backing up a bit she headed towards to boys. "Hey guys, what's going on?" she glanced at Harvey not sure how their friendship was anymore, they hadn't spoke in over a week which was not normal. "Hey Harvey, sorry about the last time were were here." She then looked at Justin, "Where's Ronnie?" the last time she saw him was at the hall and she had left feeling as if Ronnie didn't want her there.

Harvey watched as she came over and was nearly hit by the tree.. he frowned at the tree.. not fair if she wasnt looking!!.. he turned to see Mins still walking over "Hey Mins" he smiled.. and then flinched as she apologised "Sorry? whatever for? you have no reason to be sorry.. if someone should be sorry it should be me not you! " he said looking at her.. see Harvey what you made her do.. made her feel that this was her fault "Mins you were right.. I was very very very wrong for saying that to you.. I am surprised you talking to me.. as well as the apology that was not needed" he smiled glad that it hadnt effected her as much as he thought it did.

" Yeah, she's been a bit distant with me lately too. Not that I blame her or anything. It's not like I was around at the start of term. Still, I miss having time with her. I just fel like she doesn't really want to be with me. " Justin said rather matter of factly. " How's Maxwell? I don't see him much. "
" Are you talking about that arguement yiou two had? What was that really about? " Justin asked wanting the truth. He didn't like hearing that they were not on good terms. They had all always been really close and he felt like their bond as a group was failing.

Minerva frowned at Harvey and then looked at Justin, "I was playing chicken with the tree and had gotten clobbered by it, because Damon and Maxwell distracted me and good old Harvs over here decided to call me stupid and it didn't go over very well. He's lucky I had just gotten the crap beat out of me, because I would have put him in a dress or worse." She glared a bit, maybe she was still a bit annoyed by the stupid part, but she was trying to get over it.

She then looked at Justin, "Well he's busy and being in two different houses doesn't help, but we see each other every day, alot actually. You might see him more if you came around more and showed up to classes... Which on that note, haven't seen either of you in them lately." She eyed them both, knowing they couldn't lie. "As for Ronnie, if you stop hiding in your room all day, maybe she wouldn't be so distant." she didn't know why she was acting so bratty towards them, but she just felt like having an attitude with them today.

All of a sudden Minerva started going off on Harvey a bit and he was really starting to get nervous. He had never really seen this side of Minnie much. It concerned him alot. Then she set her sights on Justin and he was taken aback by her attitude towards him. " Min, I already tod you that I was going to start heading to classes... I just need a little motivation from my favourite tutor. " he said with a meager smile. " As for my hermit like behavior... I've sought to call on her a few times and she hasn't felt like hanging out with me. I think I'm just going to tell her that we're better off as friends. I want someone who wants to be around me. Someone I can tell anything to...." he trailed off as he hinted to Minerva.

Harvey saw her frown.. ok.. so they were still not good.. better get used to this.. he thought as heard Justin ask a question.. he didnt know that Justin knew about that Mins probably told him cause he hadnt mentioned it hoping everything would be ok.. and he wouldnt have to know.. but apparently not.. he was about to answer when Mins did it for him.. he looked at the ground.. he hadnt expected anything less.. he knew that she still wouldnt be ok with what he did.. question was would she ever be ok with it.. he didnt say anything.. there was nothing TO say.. she was saying it.. she missed out the biggest part.. they may not be the same as they used to be.. and that hurt cause he had no other friend he was close to apart from Justin.. he listened as she talked about Maxwell and classes.. and Ronnie.. "I guess I just been busy with other stuff" he said still looking at the ground and trying to imagine what their friendship would be like.. better or worse.. probably worse.

Minerva glared at him, "Well I haven't seen you start yet, and if you have noticed we need to help in points, as well as you would hate to have Vinnie know your slacking, now wouldn't you. Midnight could fly off and send a letter very easy." She gave a hint of a smile at her threat, she didn't know what it was about these two that could irritate her so quickly anymore. She always felt like she had to be on the defense with them. Then she felt a bit bad when he said Ronnie was acting weird. "Well if you don't think it's going to work, then you should end it or at least talk to her and see what her problem is. Justin there are other girls out there, so don't get hung up on the one if she isn't being nice." She went back to glaring when she received the hint, "In your dreams Wellheart.. this group needs to have a bit of an agreement.. No more dating Minerva.. got it." She glared at both boys, she liked them, but to date them again.. she could never see herself doing..

Justin just noddd that he understood. Man, everything between the three of them had changed.... And not for the beter. They were falling away from each other. Justin neede to think of something and quick!


Then Justin went on the defensive. " I said that I'd start to go , Alright! Geeze!" He didn't know what the heck was going on. She only used this tone with him once before and he didn't like that she was addressing him with hostility agaian. He didn't like that feeling. He moved away from her slightly " To be honest I think I'm done dealing with girls and their drama. That's fine, Min. I didn't expect you to want to get back together.... Now that you have a line of suitors lining up to be with you. " Justin blurted with a pang of hurt attatched to his comment.

Harvey listened as she talked to Justin about classes.. well the same applied to him.. but for some reason he couldnt see him going to classes anymore.. he just wanted to sit around here and think.. he was until Justin and then Minnie came over.. lately he just wanted to sit and think.. better than working anyways.. he listened as Minnie talked about ending it with Ronnie.. when she said something.. he looked at the ground "I never thought of dating you again.. I got the message last year.. so you dont have to worry about me thinking that way.. cause I wont." he said.. but it seemed that maybe Justin was thinking it.. Harvey may have had a teensy thought about it but he pushed it away cause he'd had enough.. dating her and her leaving him.. not once but twice.. he wasnt after a third time.. having been hurt once was enough.. but here it had been 3 times.. twice with her.. and then Ame..

Minerva sat down on the grass. She felt a bit bad for being mean. "I didn't mean for that to come out as mean as it did. I'm just a bit preoccupied is all." She looked down feeling a bit embarrassed for her actions. "I don't have a line of suitors either Justin, so I don't have a clue to what you are talking about." She refused to let them make her upset again, She hated feeling awkward around the two of them, but she just didn't feel as close to them anymore.

He sighed, wrapping his hand in hers, "Unfortunately I have no idea what you could do..." He looked at her, then flinched. He pulled up the sleeve to his shirt and sighed, there was a bruise from where the tree had hit him. "Ah, so that's what that pain was..." He shook his head, "At least it wasn't powerful enough to knock me out again."
