Right? Right.
Looking back down to JB, Louisa shook her head, "No. I don't want to talk about it. It makes me angry." And they didn't want an angry Louisa in their first seconds of 'dating'.
... speaking of which, she cleared her throat and a slight blush made its way to her cheeks. So.. now what were they supposed to do? Talk like always? Hold hands? Was she supposed to lift her face to give him access if he wanted to kiss her? Siiiigh. Why was it just so hard to act so suddenly? Just few minutes ago she was completely normal and being herself!
"Paulie's a Head Boy, did you know that?" Safest subject to regain her usual annoying self. GAH!
The smile that Louisa gave him after she kissed her forehead made Adam relax. He could still tell that there was a bit of anxiousness in Louisa...perhaps because the question was now that they were official, what were they supposed to do? Well...Adam didn't really have an answer, so he figured the best thing to do was keep on going along in the way that they usually did. After all, wasn't it the friend Louisa that Adam liked so much in the first place? Just because they were now dating didn't mean that they needed to undergo drastic personality changes, right?
"We don't have to talk about it," Adam said with a nonchalant shrug of the shoulders. At the comment about Paulie being Head Boy Adam gave a little smirk, before shaking his head in a bemusing way. "He told me about that but I haven't gotten a chance to talk to him about it. It is pretty amusing though...picturing Paulie as Head Boy," Adam said with a chuckle. "However, perhaps it's more important to ask why you haven't spilled the beans yet about your new position?" Adam said with an accusatory glance. "It's pretty lame I had to hear it from some first year pestering a fifth year while I was putting my luggage away." Adam gave Louisa a little nudge with his shoulder again, before offering a genuine congratulations. At the sound of the word JB looked up and gave Louisa's cheek a rather affectionate nudge with his nose. "So...did you bring your cat?" Adam asked. "They could finally meet..."

Her family being really really pure blood, meant that she thought less of the muggle born or half-half ?
She decided to put Charlit to a test " I really like the Muggle London, since I'm into fashion and everything, I love to walk down Oxford Street and just check the store windows with all those amazing thing. You know, my mum is a witch, but my dad was a muggle, they met exactly down Oxford's Street! " she grinned at that thought.
"Thank you" Charlit replied, although what was there to be jealous about really? Charlit thought. "Sounds like an adventure" Chalit said, as she listened to Jess talk about her parents meeting on Oxford Street. Knodding her head, listening to Jess talk about living in the center of muggle London, Charlit half expected her to be a mudblood, but half and half was exceptable! She imagined a man and woman from two different worlds meeting in Oxford street. "My parrents had something sort of like an arranged marriage, but they still liked eachother, they woudn't have been fourced to marry someone they diddn't like."
Charlit realised she was probably being too serious, she wanted to say something silly, but what could she possibly say that was silly? The only crazy thing happening on the train right now was that guy in the compartment across from them who was ratteling the door. Charlit swung her feet up onto the seat next to her and leaned against the window. "Im into fashion too. But I probly wouldn't buy it in muggle london. I brought most of my fashionista wardrobe to school with me, it took up two trunks! Speaking of which, I should totally show you my Pygmy Puff, wanna see him?"
Carson wandered down toward the front of the train out of boredom and the hope that he'd see someone he actually knew. He'd seen Alec but he was busy talking to someone else at the back and he was hardly going to go interrupting his friends conversation. Besides, he was talking to someone Carson hadn't even met yet. He dodged past the people in the corridor keeping hold of the straps of his backpack.
He needed food! And now! He was starving and he couldn't go an entire trip without eating something. Luckily he'd already supplied himself with some food for the journey ahead and probably even anyone he met whilst he was on the train. But for now, he was happy just looking for an empty compartment and munching on whatever he could find in his pocket. He let go of the straps on his backpack and dug around in his pocket finding a packet with cookies in. Ooo! COOKIES! Carson's second favourite food. This made him happy.
As he got closer and closer to the front of the train he spotted someone he knew. Smirking, he made his way toward the younger girl making sure not to make it obvious he was coming up behind. "Looking for someone in particular?" he asked in her ear. SMIRK! SMIRK! SMIRK!
Bethan almost jumped in fright as a deep voice spoke behind her. AND she almost dropped her half-eaten licorice wand in the process. She spun around to see an older boy that she recognised quite well. "Carson!" she greeted. Finally someone she knew!

Louisa chuckled at Paulie, "Yeah, I've just seen him in the Prefect compartment. It looks weird on him.. well you know good-weird." She grinned, "But I admit that I'm feeling quite proud of him in a way. Like... he's more to that crazy looking boy." Mhmm.
When he nudged her playfully, she giggled once but before she replied JB was offering his congratulations as well. Louisa scratched behind his ears gratefully. "Yeah, I didn't really expect them to give me the badge. I guess I was still in shock." Leaning her head back on his shoulder, she wrapped one arm around his own, "I'm sorry. Never gonna happen again." Like ever.
Looking back up into his face, she spoke, "I can't believe it's your last year at Hogwarts. You, Paulie... and Evelyn." She mentioned Joao in her mind too but refused to voice it out.
"Thank you" Charlit replied, although what was there to be jealous about really? Charlit thought. "Sounds like an adventure" Chalit said, as she listened to Jess talk about her parents meeting on Oxford Street. I brought most of my fashionista wardrobe to school with me, it took up two trunks! Speaking of which, I should totally show you my Pygmy Puff, wanna see him?"
Jess felt like giggling at Charlit's serious expression, she was really into the whole traditional wizarding family thing, with arranged marriage and stuff. Jess had not met anyone like her at Hogwarts yet ! " Don't stress over it, I was poking your nerves on purpose, I haven't met many traditional wizard families so far, and I was curious to see what was your taking on half-half wizard " she winked. She didn't really care what people thought of her, she knew she was a witch, and that was all that mattered to her.
Jess laughed" Two hole trunks? Merlin, that's a bunch of clothes ! I love fashionista wardrobe style, but I can't really aford it, so what I usually do is I adapt the clothes by magic - with the help of my grandma - to fit my witch need as well, and end up with something in between of muggle/wizard clothing. " she pulled at the end of her dress, feeling the texture between her fingers and remembering how long it took her to find it " I'm expecting that this year someone will be able to advise me in which direction to follow to be involved in clothing designing for wizards and witches"
"Pygmy Puff ?!" she exclaimed in a high pinch scream of joy " Yes yes yes, please!!! I love them " she clapped her hands together, pulling her knees up to the seat and sitting on her heels facing Charlit.

But... it felt nice to hug someone first. Especially when the other person liked the hug which seemed to be true for Indy's case. No one would smile once someone hugged them, would they? And Indy didn't feel small or big in his arms. Just perfect. That was good!
Alec smiled as Indy leaned towards him. He nudged even closer, making his shoulder available for some head leaning. That is, if Indy was trying to lean on him but thought he was just too far away. And look! There was the fudge! Alec picked it up and bit into it. Mmm... "Indy, this is so good! Where did you get it from?" Oh! One other thing... "Gummy bears?"
South east England... "So it's near King's Cross?" Because... King's Cross was in London which was south east England. Nearly. "So how was it?" Unless she had said so already... "Mine... wasn't too boring! We saw each other at Lyss' cousin's house!" That was a fun part. And Disneyworld. And California.
The hug was nice. Indy liked hugs. She'd never had one that a boy had started though. So this was different, but she liked it. She liked it a lot. Alec gave hugs. "You give good hugs..." She mused with a giggle as she pulled away from him. Even though they were in different houses, and on different quidditch teams she would really like another hug from Alec. It would be nice. Maybe the boys in Ravenclaw would give her hugs too. Not Spike though. She really did not trust her brother's spider at all. So she not having a hug from him.
Oooh. She could lean against him? Indy considered that for a few moments. She was sure that it would be more comfortable, and so after a few moments, she nudged closer, and rested her head on his shoulder. Mmm. It was much more comfortable. Andd he liked her fudge. That was awesome. "I got it from sugarplums..." She nodded with a smile, as she reached to get a gummy bear. Mmm. Yummy yum yum. These were definetly some of her favoirte sweets ever. She would really have to start to buy some from somewhere. Maybe she'd ask him mom.
"Kind of..." Kinda of anyway. "It's by the sea side" Which had been fun. Indy had really enjoyed it there. Indy loved the sea. "We did!" That had been fun too. "It's been a really good summer." But she was very much looking forward to being back at school.

Carson raised an eyebrow at the younger girl. He couldn't resist. She was just there. Creeping up behind her was something that was just screaming his name and who was he to not oblige? If that even made any sense. He smiled at the younger, rather pretty girl. "Hey" he giggled. Though he wasn't quite sure why he was giggling. The fact that she'd jumped like crazy wasn't something to be giggling about.

Oichi had been hearing a lot of talk about pranks and a lot of commotion coming from a certain compartment. She opened the door and saw a few people and even a boy she was talking to earlier and another boy putting on some googli eyed show. Awe, the puppy dog look. "I am guessing that is the face you put on after you do a prank. Awe, it's priceless. My name is Oichi by the way", Oichi said extending her hand to the girl she did not know and chuckling a little.

HER FIRST TRAIN RIDE.
Isidora was SO EXCITED that she was bouncing on the balls of her feet to keep from running down the train corridor, again. That big kid didn't much appreciate her running into him and she didn't much appreciate being knocked down. His scowl was easily ignorable and quickly forgotten as she bound off again in search of a compartment. There was so many students! And while she'd planned out the best place to sit, close to all those badged people, it was apparent she wasn't the only one who thought so.
She followed the sound..... of excited bouncing and eager giggles. They sounded like first years, like her! It was sooooo rude to just barge in on someone else's compartment though, little Dora knew this. So she pressed her self against the compartment door instead (totally not rude or invasive at alllllll), and peeeeeeeered inside.... and fell in when the not-completely-closed door opened with all of her weight.
Oops. "...... Hi."
"YES. I'm BLUE!" She GRRRRRIIIIINNNNNEEEDDDDD. Because that was her name. Not Hazel. Hazel was a boring name. But Blue was an awesome-tastical name. We they friends? Uhmm....Blue considered this for a moment. "Sure." Beam. "Or...I hope so anyway." She didn't want to not be friends with anyone. Anyway, Theodore seemed like an okay person...for a boy. How was he NOT bouncing? It was very hard not to.
Hence the fact that she bounced...again.
Atleast he was BEEEAAAAMMMMIIIINNNNGGGGGG.
She smiled at the new girl who entered. "You have a lot of names...and that's coming from me. ...I have a lot of names. I'll call you," Blue thought for a minute. "Mia. 'Cause that's the only name I can remember of the list you just gave us." She was kinda forgetful. Besides, Mia was easy to remember. Plus it was short.
And Blue liked short names.
...'Cause her name was short.
What house did she wanna be in? "I wanna be in Puffhuffle- I mean Hufflepuff. ....They sound cute." She giggled again. "Ooooooooor Ravenclaw. Because they're smart!" Blue grinned, showing off a gap in her teeth where a tooth had fallen out recently. Yes. She had lost a tooth. How awesome was that.
Blue got bored with just bouncing in her seat and found her self swinging awkwardly around till she was hanging upside down so that her feet were on the top of the seat and her head was dangling off the edge - her hair almost brushing the compartment floor. She giggled. Blue could feel the blood rushing to her head.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNN.
Another kid came in. YAY! The more the merrier. "No. Did you?" She frowned at Theo. Had he said something about pranking? 'Cause she didn't. Nope. "Oh right. Mia did." SMIILLLE. "I'm Blue." She smiled again. "But not sad blue." Because people did tend to think that for some reason. Blue couldn't understand why. But Blue couldn't understand a lot of things right now, seeing as she was going red and all the blood in her body was in her head.
'TWAS STILL FUN THOOOUUUUGGGGGGHHHH.
And now there was a girl pressed against the window. Which was kinda weird...but maybe they did that in Hogwarts. Press their faces against the glass. Maybe Blue should do it too? Blue was about to do it when the girl fell in. "Oh. Are you okay? Were you suppose to fall in? Probably not though." Blue smiled. "Are you a first year? 'Cause second, third, fourth and fifth aren't allowed in. I'm too scared to tell them go away..." She trailed off, a worried look on her face. She sat up awkwardly, red in the face.
She didn't think she'd be able to tell Eve or someone to go away. They were too TALLL. "Oh, hi by the way." 'Cause she didn't wanna be ruuude or any thing.
This party was going swimmingly, in her oppinion. Yes, she had just used a big word.
She was smart.
And awesome.[/QUOTE]
Mika flushed when a girl walked in and asked if that was the face she put on after a prank. Indeed it was - the little startled puppy look was even better when she cocked her head to the side. Which she did.
"Nice to meet you Oichi" she smiled. "I'm Mika Johanson" sure just combine er many names. Many names were too much for her faaaaaaaaaar too much!
Then she glanced up at the door way and winced. The girl who had her face pressed against the door had just fallen into the room. Ouchies. That looked painful. "Y-you look BIG" she commented at the girl. What? She was Older than Mia obviously if not by a few years but by a few months. "F-first time to Hogwarts?" Or was she one of those strange people India had told her about - Like Salamander-guy whatever his name was who was Fifteen in first year!
Strange boy.
Blue that was a cool name. "Alright Blue call me Mia then" she giggled. "And yeah I do have a lot of names - not fun with tests...so I combined them into on nickname" she giggled again. Seeing her bounce made her want to bounce so she did.
"Ooooh the puff-house...Hufflepuffles do sound fun!" She giggled again what? Acting innocent also meant blending in with the crowd of happy-go-lucky first years didn't it? When Blue flipped upside down and hung off the seat she couldn't help but smile. That looked like fun.
"Kaiden you should try this!" She chuckled as she looped flipped around and let her hair fall against the floor.
Upsidedown was cool. "I think I should try flying....upsidedown is fun" she chuckled. "My sister told me the ravenclaw head of house is the flying professor....and that he scared her" she giggled. "I don't scare easily" she added as a final note before she completely fell off of the bench.
THUD.
All that ensued after was a fit of outrageous giggles.

Oichi was starting to realize just how crowded this compartment was getting. She looked around and there were faces everywhere, mostly of people she did not know. And then she saw a girl pressed against the glassjust outsode the compartment fall in, oh boy. She turned to the girl and asked, "Are you alright.?". That fall did not look fun, no sir. When the girl was up and seemed to be alright Oichi held out her hand and said, 'Hi, I'm Oichi. At the same time the girl she greeted before was greeting her back. "It's nice to meet you Amelia, you're freind seems to like the name Mia. Amelia, Mia, whichever. They both sound pretty. She then saw the girl going upside downon the seat like her freind, Blue was it? "Um, what are you doing?". This compartment was getting crazier and crazier by the minute. It kind of felt like a party except it was the kind her parents refused to let her go to. Take that mom and dad. Everything just seemed super fun.

Mika just giggled when Oichi asked what she was doing. "I'm practicing for quidditch obviously!" She was BEAMING right now. She used to HATE being upsidedown now the head-rush-thing felt great. Amazingly great.
Better than great.
And she was now on the ground. Ouchies.
She giggled. "First year is going to be fun-funtastically fun....spastically fun?" She was TRYING to find the right awesometastical word.

I guess it could be good for stretching but I would rather stayright side up, thank you. As for a word to describe first years here. How about this, Supercalifragilisticexpialidociousally fun", wow thats a mouth full. She paused for a moment. Mary Poppins was my favorite muggle magical movie growing up so I think it fits well. And that word means so many amazingly awesome things", Oichi said with a chuckle.

Alec blinked, slightly taken aback. This was his first time he had actually hugged someone first and Indy was telling him that he gave good hugs? This was really good! "Thanks! I'll hug you more often then," he said, ruffling his hair. Now he'd just have to remember to hug her whenever he met her. Because he was going to make sure he met her a lot over the coming year. And that way, she could get plenty of his hugs. They both win! This was something he could definitely get used to. Indy was pretty nice to hug.
Alec looked down at his shoulder and smiled. Indy was resting her head on there! So moving closer to her had been a good idea. Her head did feel nice on his shoulder. Really nice. And... the fudge came from Sugarplums? "In Diagon Alley?" That was where that shop was right? It wasn't somewhere on Mars, was it? Because he wouldn't be able to go to Mars just to get some fudge. "Next time we're in Diagon Alley together... make sure I get some fudge, yeah?" Because he had to get this delicious stuff! Indy... was no eating some of his gummy bears! Good! Now he knew what to get her for her birthday.
Oh! Sea side! "Did you get to go surfing?" Because if it was by the beach... she could have gone surfing, couldn't she? Or just sat there with some ice cream. That would have been nice as well. "It has!" he agreed, "The house was huge!"
When Kaiden said he liked her style Mika just couldn't help but smile - it was more a proud smirk. A very proud little smirk at that, but a smile none the less. "You might like this even more - I did it because she told me I had to wear a bright pink dress to my brother's wedding." She snorted.
"It was fun!" Glancing up at the new comer Mika smiled. "Hi - I'm Amelia Kaikoura Johanson you can call me Mika though" she smiled. What? She didn't know exactly which older students knew her sister. She wasn't exactly the nicest. Turning back to Kaiden she nodded. "Well yeah the innocent thing really works" she let her face go stoic for a moment all sign of emotion and smirkdome disappearing.
Breath. Breath - there she looked calm, quiet, and collected.
"What I do is I usually make my eyes go really big and maybe put my glasses on" she nodded. Glancing up at him she made her eyes look almost frightened, sweet, and inviting at the same time like a scared and utterly innocent little puppy dog's eyes look. "the braid doesn't make it harder to visualize" she chuckled.

Oops. "...... Hi."

"I am guessing that is the face you put on after you do a prank. Awe, it's priceless. My name is Oichi by the way", Oichi said extending her hand to the girl she did not know and chuckling a little.

And awesome.

THUD.

This girl was odd. Mika didn't like dresses? He thought all girls liked dresses. Well, he didn't actually know any girls, but all the girls in the movies did. "Thats extreme." He said giving a real grin. Know that she would go that far could be good. As she pulled her innocent look, he couldn't help but burst out laughing. "Hows that supposed to help? You look like the dog that just went on the carpet, and everyone knows it was the dog."
"Like the color blue?" he asked the girl who had just introduced herself. "Thats an interesting name." He was just thinking that all these people he was meeting these days had really odd names when yet another girl entered their area. Well, she more like landed considering she just fell in. "Hey, careful there, You alright?" he asked.
And just like that, the girls began to giggle. This was new, and strange. He really had no idea what the girls found to be so funny. Hanging upside down on the seat? No, but the luggage rack would be great. "Try it up there," he said pointing up.

"Yeah, ok, I know quiddich is played on a broom and if you even try playing like that you are cruising for bruising.

Mika frowned at Kaiden when he said her innocent look was more like the guilty dog. "Well that is something we have to work on isn't it?" She added nodding.
She was going to work on it. No one, and she meant no one was ever going to say she looked uninnocent again. She couldn't help but giggle when she heard what Oichi said. "Super-calla-whatever-it-is sounds great" she smiled. She couldn't say it no matter how hard she tried.
Mika blinked when she heard where Kaiden suggested she hung front. The trunks? Ride with them. Climbing up onto the seat she reached up to see if she could reach it.
Too short. How dare that be the case.
She wasn't happy about that. When she wasn't happy. Things happened. She was glaring at the trunks when she felt a tingling sensation in her scalp. Looking down she just gulped. Her hair - it was three feet longer than before and beginning to touch the seat.
"Oh no! Not again" she whimpered. As she closed her eyes screwed up her face and tried to stop the rapid growth of her hair. It didn't work. "Hello I'm cousin it" she giggled as she threw her hair in front of her face. "I'm a meta-whatever-its-called" she admitted sheepishly. "I think thats why I get away with things" she chuckled.
"And to answer your question yes I hate dresses - whenever i wear them i just feel...naked".
The girl still standing on the seat began to bounce - bounce - bounce - and then launched herself onto the luggage rack. She was clinging on with her fingers and then swinging her leg up and pulling herself onto it.
Yes there was a human on the luggage rack. It wiggled a bit.
When she heard Kaiden suggesting Oichi climb up she frowned. "No. No one else. It'll fall" she was being truthful the luggage rack was shifting violently from side to side.

[I]Yep, this was definately the nut house portion of the train. People were seriously suggesting to hang from the luggage rack like a bat. "Why are you asking me and Mia and Blue to do it when you are too chicken to do it yourself.".
Mika frowned at Kaiden when he said her innocent look was more like the guilty dog. "Well that is something we have to work on isn't it?" She added nodding.

No sooner after she said her speil did someone actually try Kaiden's crazy chalenge, "Seriously Mia, you had nothing to prove to him now get down or I will come up there and get you down.", Oichi said seriously. Things were no longer fun when people started risking life and limb for acceptance.

Having the idea to walk around the train and find something to do, Daichi walked towards the front of the train with Mr.Duckles in his arms. The narrow corridor seemed to have become smaller now that he was growing and occasionally he had to turn his whole body when someone passed through.
His expression was less angry and confused when the train had drove off because the thought of going back to Hogwarts was worth to drain his feelings away. Now with his usual smile on his lips and a twinkle in his eyes he held his stuffed animal duck closer to his chest when passing a compartment.
Looking inside, he noticed a young girl sitting by herself and by the looks of it she was a first year. The fourth year chuckled to himself as he remembered his own first train ride. It had been...awkward.. But not as awkward as Indy seeing his underwear laying around just now in another compartment! "Hey, my name is Daichi" he called after opening the door and pushed his black nerd glasses higher up. "Mind if i sit here? " Cause he did not like that she was sitting her alone.
Elle looked up and grinned at the sudden entrance of a smiling older boy, equipped with a stuffed duck and some fairly nerdy glasses. "Of course not!" she gestured to the open seats around her, and only one next to her was occupied by a mass of white fur.
"My names Ellowyn, but you can call me Elle or Ellie, or whatever you'd like I guess!" She smiled again as he settled down into a seat. Admittedly it was a little bit strange having a completely unknown person say hello, but it was so nice of him! Maybe Hogwarts is full of nice friendly strangers and it'd be like one big happy family. She decided she was going to try to make friends right this instant! "Can I ask you a question?"
Laura was waiting for Sarah to speak when Sophie spoke. "SOPHIE!!!!!!!" Laura smiled, she had missed her friends and couldn't wait to have fun in the dorm like they did last year. "Sophie you should come and chat to me and Sarah Gryffindor." Laura was sure that is what the girl was called though it was weird being called Gryffindor maybe she was in Gryffindor.
It seemed like Laura was also happy to see Sophie. Cool! She was in a good mood! Well, who wouldn't be in a good mood, really, they were going back to HOGWARTS! "How have you been, Laura??"
Then her friend mentioned someone in the compartment. Sophie peeked through the door. "Sarah Gryffindor, what an interesting name! I'm Sophie!" She said smiling and waving.

She was the social butterfly at heart, yet back on the farm there were no girls at all to befriend, so what else could she do but be content with a book. Oh well, Sophie seemed really nice, she hoped it was a case of "Birds of a feather stick together", because it was a case of "opposites attract", and Sarah was not so nice then, what hope did she have.
Sarah reached into her bag and brought out her container of her mother's brownies. "Would you like a brownie?", she asked Sophie. "My mother made them just this morning, they are really good, believe me, I am not biased!"
Sophie smiled at the new girl. Then she blinked. She blinked again. OH! TWO SARAHS! "Look, Sarah, this girl in there is called Sarah too!" She gestured towards the girl in the compartment. HAH! Cool!
Ooo, brownies! "Thank you!" Sophie said smiling and taking one. "They look really good!" She took a bite and tasted it. "Yep, not biased at all. They are indeed really tasty!" Nom nom nom!

" Ellie. Can i call you Ellie?" I was alot more easier to remember than Gwen.. No Ella..something. See! This is why Daichi disliked names. He was always bad at remembering them. Giving a quick bow in greeting, the fourth year sat on the seat in front of the girl and placed his Duck on his lap.
Eyeing the white fur in front of him. Daichi wondered if it was perhaps a cat. Making himself comfortable by laying his legs on the seat, he looked at the girl when she spoke.
Daichi's mouth dropped slightly. Did she really just say that she wanted to ask HIM a question?! Eeek he was growing uuuup! This was really exciting cause for once he was not the cute duck.boy ut a real man who's wise words would pass on to this little.girl.
........If she did.not have a stupid question of course. "Fire away~!" he said eagerly.

He couldn't help it, she just looked "and cute" he added as he once again flipped his bangs onto the side. He would add more compliments if she keeps on doing that and no, it's not a form of teasing nor he is biased about her.
Feeling Kurumi's hand touching his hair and somehow brushing through his forehead, "it looks weird, doesn't it?" his bangs grew longer over the summer break and not once had remembered to have cut. Bummer. He was planning to make it shorter during the term starts. Oh well... too late for him to do that now.
All creatures wants to be loved and well, perhaps be conversed in a baby tone... Do they like that? Being talked to that way, like what Kurumi is doing now. Jonathan just froze in place but his eyes was looking at Ash and at her. Jonathan talks to his pet a lot but probably not in that tone... he should try that sometime, yes? "Go ahead... He'll like it" Jonathan confirmed. Ash doesn't bite nor is super active like other crups. He usually loves being cuddled most.
Hmmmm.... Ash tearing up the dorm rooms?
Jonathan wrinkled his nose and pursed his lips... maybe? But so far, Jonathan has been with the little guy for a few months and he hasn't broke nor torn anything apart. "I have a cage for him" Jonathan said petting the head. "I can just let him out when I'm around and we can have those walks every weekends" because he doesn't have school at those days. Obviously.
Leaning forward to Ash, Jonathan suddenly stopped when Kurumi spoke again. "Wondering what?" he said still making faces at his crup.
Kurumi's head snapped back around to look at him and, if it were possible, her cheeks were an even brighter shade of pink and her lips curled into something that almost resembled a pout. She was almost going to tell him to stop teasing her, but the look in his eyes told her that that was not what he was doing at all - which really did not help her blushing situation at all or her breathing to steady.
Her hand still playing with his bangs gently, her eyes met his when he spoke. "N-N-Not at all," she blushed. Weird that is. Nothing about Jonathan was weird. Well, that was sort of a lie. She had called him weird before, but never his hair. Jonathan's hair was never weird. "Y-Y-You look handsome no matter what hairstyle you have." She didn't remove her hand just yet, her eyes still on his, as her fingers idly played with his hair.
She eventually had to remove her hand, seeing as Ash needed attention, but her cheeks were no less pink as she continued to spoil the crup rotten. "Sounds like you have it all figured out then," she nodded, beaming at Jonathan for a moment. "Too bad he and Walnut will never be friends." There was no denying that THAT would never work out.
When Jonathan leaned forward, Kurumi ceased petting Ash and her breath caught in her throat again as their faces were suddenly closer. She tried to look away, somehow thinking that in doing so she would be able to get her request out easier, but Jonathan's brown eyes always had the ability to captivate her. So, there she was. Frozen.
After a few moments she came back to the present and blinked her eyes. "I was wondering if...tomorrow, m-m-maybe in the afternoon...if...if you could meet me in the pathways?" There, she had gotten it out. Only she wished she could take it back already.

She nodded at the nickname and then started giggling at his extreme surprise of being asked a question. Oh gosh, she was going to ask about the duck, but now shes have to come up with a really cool first year question that would define THE REST OF HER LIFE. Not really of course, but it better be good.
She thought carefully for a second, her eyebrows scrunching up a bit. "Ah! What would you say has been your greatest achievement so far? And what advice can you give to me so I won't explode before holiday break?"
She could get to the duck later, of course, better be asking the hard-hitting questions first.
