Emmanuelle had finally managed to get her three trunks onto the train and was shoving them, stacked one a top the other, down the corridor when her arms began to get tired. She peeked into the next compartment, hoping that it wasn't completely occupied. Nope, only one other person. Thank goodness! She noticed that said person was having trouble getting their trunk into the overhead rack due to their height. So, Emmanuelle slid the compartment door open and pushed her trunks in. "Do you want a little help with that?" While she was waiting for the other girl's answer, she started shoving her own trunks up into the rack.

Mika smiled when Kaiden introduced himself and nodded as he said his name. "Good to meet you Kaiden" she smiled his lack of a crisp accent made him sound - well, interesting. "Oh where in America?" she asked blinking slightly as he said the country where he was from.

No wonder he had that accent. Mika seemed to calm down in the few minutes of standing in the compartment with all the other first years. Turning around she began to drag her trunk further into the room so eventually it would be tucked underneath the seat and well, out of the way.

"So...you like pranks?" She asked turning back over to him and taking an open seat by the window. "I love them - one time I shaved my sister's head...it got blamed on our brother Phil but it was all me - I just used his shaving kit" she giggled. What? India had told her she had to wear a dress to their brother Finn's wedding. She wasn't going to.

She hated dresses. Leaning towards Kaiden she added "Sometimes I act super innocent and get away with pranks that way" she smiled brightly.

Kennedy laughed at that memory. He had warned John not to do it, but once his friend was on something he always carried it out, no matter the consequences. Such. A. Gryffindor. Whatever, it was better to have him as a lion instead of a snake. Merlin knows if Kennedy had a friend that was exactly like him...well, they wouldn't end in good terms.

Oh yeah. John remembered that and had to remind Kennedy of it. Then his face grew red when John mentioned facial hair. "W-Well...I've got some, but I...shaved it." He didn't know why this embarrassed him, but it just did. Good thing no one was here besides them. Phew.

"Well...he, um, did something to my brain...of sorts," he said, not sure if he wanted to go into detail here. But, he did want to tell him just to have another opinion besides Aurora's. He opened his mouth to elaborate when his friend's words caught his attention. "Hey, getting married was your idea...so, deal with it." Tough love, right? Right. "Wait, your mom's family is back. What do they want with your her?" Kennedy asked, propping himself on his elbows to get a better view on John's profile. Really, he was just making sure he didn't look pale or anything. With his condition anxiety wasn't good.

Addie looked up from Mittens to see that a girl had come into the empty compartment. And she was asking if Addie needed help. "Yes please," Addie said as she looked at her trunk that was just sitting in the middle of the compartment. "I can't reach that high," Addie said. She was positive that her 4'4" body wouldn't be able to reach the rack even if she was wearing heels.

Mittens stretched out on the seat so Addie left her be. "I'm Adelaide Coral," Addie said nicely to the girl. Friend making hopefully. "You can call me Addie though, if you prefer. I'm going to be a fifth year.". Addie said making a basic introduction.

John chuckled as he touche his smooth face."I shaved mine too, according to Peyton I looked like Moses" he laughed "I mostly grew it out to tick off, Rory" oh how he enjoyed getting his girlfriend angry sometimes, he just found it cute how she pouts when she's mad.

He did something to his brain? "If he did, I will get Baltazar to hurt him so bad. That man doesn't deserve to even be your father...no offense." John stated as he really despised Wayne. Johnathan sighed and laughed, yup it was his fault but didn't think weddings were this stressful. "yeah, I know. I bet Rory's got bald spots from all the stress" he joked as it truly made him laugh, just thinking of his fiancee having bald spots. He once again sighed and looked out the window "I don't know but whatever it is I'm pretty sure it's not good. Last time they were around they took my dad away, now who knows what they'll do. But I don't care if they're 'family' I'll still stand up to them. I'm not so forgiving like my father." John said as deep down he had hatred towards the Aguirre family, nothing's worse then having a parent being taken away from you when you need them the most.

Zoey stepped on the train with her bag she carries her sketchbook and stuff in and her black vintage looking 16" hatbox trunk which is now sporting two magical stickers. One is the shield of Slytherin and the other is of Gryffindor.
As she carries her trunk down the narrow corridor trying not to bang it in to everything and looking for an open seat. She wonders about her first year at Hogwarts and what house she will be sorted into.

Zack walked into one of the first compartments of the train. He didn't know why was he in the first compartments when he could be in the middle or even the back compartments. Maybe it was just because he wanted to get to Hogwarts as quickly as possible to being in one of the front compartments would be the best he thought.

He sat down on the seat next to the window to that he could have a clear look straight outside the train. But at the moment at he could see was everyone saying goodbyes to their families which he didn't like to see. So he turned around to see if he knew anyone from his first year he could have some company.

"South Carolina." He replied with a smile, thinking of home. Not his family, but of the South. Being affluent didn't make him any less of a southerner. "Yeah, I love 'em. Last year during our end of year testing, I snuck into the school office and played show tunes over the intercom." Yeah, that had been a great one, and if he had gotten caught? he didn't even want to think about that. It had been close enough as it was. "You shaved your sister's head though? I like your style."

Acting innocent? That was one little tidbit he was glad to learn about Mika. He would have to watch this one and make sure her innocent act didn't shine light on him. Well, if they did get up to trouble that is. "So that really works?" he asked. "I usually get caught." he added, lying through his teeth. Now was not the time to give up his bag of tricks.

As he was talking to Mika, Kaiden noticed another girl making her way into the cabin. "Sure, there seemes to be some room left." he said, though he was the new comer, and didn't even know if he was really welcome here. "Kaiden" he said in way of introductions.

Louisa gave Adam a small sweet smile. He was always nervous about that many people swarming around, it was kind of cute. Most of the time. "You had a long night yesterday, huh?" His dad must've given him a hard time knowing that it was Hogwarts day. However, "I'm really glad you came on no matter what your dad thought." And just then Louisa had stopped patting JB and looked down at him to see if he was getting drool on her bare leg which would be beyond gross no matter how much she loved him.

From the corner of her eye, though, she saw someone pause outside their door. She looked up curiously and saw him. She would've acted cool and neutral had he not given them a disgusted look. The Brazil Nut! Slowly and rather boldly, Louisa straightened up and tilted her head so it rested against Adam's shoulder.

THERE. Joao could go think about what he did wrong to her all this time. She'd done her part of thinking long time ago, thank you very much.

"So.. you think we can pull this dating thing off without damaging our friendship?" She asked bluntly, still glaring outside the door's window. Adam was waiting for an answer, right? She might as well give it to him when the iron was hot so to speak.

Kennedy chuckled and shook his head. Leave it to Peyton and John to turn it all into a joke, and honestly, he liked that about them because they didn't take everything too seriously... Also because the kidnapped him. Hehe.

The prefect sighed and rubbed his eyes. He really wanted to take a nap, but not now. He just wanted to get to his common room and crash in one of the leather sofas. "I don't really care if you insult Wayne," he said, tiredly. "But...do me a favor and don't get my Godfather involved in this. Who knows what he'll do and the last thing I want is for him to get in trouble over me." Or sent to Azkaban. No, he'd figure this out on his own.

He chuckled at the comment about Rory. Poor girl, but she had accepted to marry his friend...so really, Kennedy couldn't do much except make sure John didn't get cold feet. "Why don't you ask my Godfather's daughters to help. Doesn't he have like...four?" He had to count how many of them there were because he didn't remember from the top of his head.

What John said next had Kennedy sitting up. "Shouldn't you ask Xavier for help and...I don't know, have him spy on the Aguirres?" It was creepy how some families just didn't care about their members and just got rid of them as if they were spares.

"It was fun!" Glancing up at the new comer Mika smiled. "Hi - I'm Amelia Kaikoura Johanson you can call me Mika though" she smiled. What? She didn't know exactly which older students knew her sister. She wasn't exactly the nicest. Turning back to Kaiden she nodded. "Well yeah the innocent thing really works" she let her face go stoic for a moment all sign of emotion and smirkdome disappearing.

Breath. Breath - there she looked calm, quiet, and collected.

"What I do is I usually make my eyes go really big and maybe put my glasses on" she nodded. Glancing up at him she made her eyes look almost frightened, sweet, and inviting at the same time like a scared and utterly innocent little puppy dog's eyes look. "the braid doesn't make it harder to visualize" she chuckled.

Glenn sat down and folded her legs underneath her skirt. She was wearing bike shorts under it so it didn't trouble her when it rode up a bit.

"Hey Sophie!" She said, smiling at her friend. It was then that she noticed the other people piling into the compartment. She decided to introduce herself to the boy first. The one who looked uncomfortable about being in a compartment full of girls, "Hey," She said, "I'm Glenn, Glenn Reyes." Glenn gave a little wave to him.

Everyone seemed so short this year or maybe she was just tall. She reached into her bag and pulled out a chocolate frog for herself, at the same time pulling out a cat treat that she flipped to Amata.

"Purr" Amata launched herself onto the treat, tackling a student or two's feet as she did so.

Glenn ignored her cat and shifted over slightly in her seat. They knew they could sit down, right?

HER FIRST TRAIN RIDE.

Isidora was SO EXCITED that she was bouncing on the balls of her feet to keep from running down the train corridor, again. That big kid didn't much appreciate her running into him and she didn't much appreciate being knocked down. His scowl was easily ignorable and quickly forgotten as she bound off again in search of a compartment. There was so many students! And while she'd planned out the best place to sit, close to all those badged people, it was apparent she wasn't the only one who thought so.

She followed the sound..... of excited bouncing and eager giggles. They sounded like first years, like her! It was sooooo rude to just barge in on someone else's compartment though, little Dora knew this. So she pressed her self against the compartment door instead (totally not rude or invasive at alllllll), and peeeeeeeered inside.... and fell in when the not-completely-closed door opened with all of her weight.

Oops. "...... Hi."

Elle soon had found a compartment and threw her trunk, which seemed to be bigger than her now, onto the seat. She settled herself down next to a window and listened to the chatter of the returning students talking about respective summers, wondering about new friends and housemates and spells and food and adventures and this year was going to be really exciting! She smiled to herself and started to gaze out the window, waiting for the train to take off or otherwise.

Jonathan knew that Kurumi was not the type of girl who likes to dress up in dresses but it was nice to somehow see her in one even though she explained it as 'just' and 'gray'. Jonathan leaned comfortably onto the chair cushioning his back. Yup, that's what he likes about the train compartment, it's always relaxing. Well, to his taste that is. He slowly moved his head to wear she was sitting. Jonathan knew that complimenting her would make her feel even more awkward, which should be something she should get used to by now. He eyed her long hair that was down. He remembers before that she would always tuck them in a ponytail. She looked prettier with it permed and not in a ponytail. Her eyes were, for some reasons, brown. Jonathan was used to seeing them purple. Her cheeks were, well, pink.

Hearing Kurumi thanking him in an an awkward way, he immediately returned a "You're really pretty" he said nodding his head. Irregardless of the dress, Kurumi always looked pretty.

She did have a point. Kurumi and Jonathan never really call each other by a nickname. He tried calling her once with one and she did the same... Well, let's just say they just both got goosebumps. That's how the nickname story ended. "Just like we agreed on" he said fixing his bangs onto the side. His hair.... it grew over the summer and not once had he decided to had them cut. Did he actually forgot about it? Or was he just realizing this now? Oh well, maybe someone in the common room later was good enough or expert in this sort of stuff.

It's amazing how Kurumi was too excited for Ash... too excited, it made Jonathan smirk. It was the first time she saw the little guy. "Ash was a gift" on his birthday. He did have a list of those gifts, it was utterly stupid but he was just happy to get most of it. "he's about 2-3 months old?" he wasn't sure if that is the exact month but somewhere between there. Jonathan laughed when Kurumi was suddenly giving Ash kisses. His tail wiggled, apparently liking it when he's given the amount of attention he wants. "I usually scratch his tummy" he said while tugging his feet and looking at the two of them.

"Okay," Emmanuelle replied, smiling. She picked up Addie's trunk and put it on the rack beside her own trunks. "There you go!"

She sat down on the seat opposite Addie and listened to her introduce herself. "Nice to meet you, Addie! I'm Emmanuelle Moreau, but you can call me Emma or Em. I'll be a sixth year." Then she noticed the cat stretched out on the seat besides Addie. "Aw, that's a cute cat! Can I pet him?" Emmanuelle loved cats, but was never allowed to have one due to her mother's allergies, so any time she ran across one she'd, at the very least, pet it. She reached out to scratch the cat behind it's ear.

"Of course, the more the merrier. And this my first year here too even though I am 12, discovered the magical part of me a bit late. I am Oichi by the way, "It is nice to meet you Alisa". Oichi then chuckled lightly as the girl accidentally hit her trunk against her ankles and yelped, "Believe it or not you are less clutzy then me. I practically bulldozed over poor Adeline here for running on the train with all my stuff and I am glad Adeline took it well. She is quite a nice girl.". Oichi then turned the door of a compartment and was relieved to finally find an empty. "Hey girls, we're in luck", Oichi said as she fully opened the door to a completely empty compartment. Oichi then entred the compartmrnt annd got her stuff settled and motioned for the other girls to follow her.

"Heey there!" Sophie replied to Glenn as if she hadn't said anything before. And finally looking into the compartment, she waved at Alyssa. "Oh, hi, Alyssa! I hope you're well!!" She added, while some of them sat down and everything.

Holding on to the door now, Sophie didn't enter the compartment. Instead, she stayed at the door, looking around to some new faces. The train was one of the best places to meet new people and Sophie LOVED that!

Then she saw a boy she had never seen before enter a cloe by compartment. He didn't seem to be as young as you were supposed to be as a first year, so she wondered if he was new or something. Or maybe she just hadn't met him before just because.

Without letting her friends know - it was the compartment next to theirs anyway, she wasn't going that far - Sophie walked up to the boy's compartment's door, opening it and holding on to it for balance. "Hello, there!!" She said smiling and waving with her free hand. "I'm Sophie! I don't think we've met before!" Have they?

Oichi had been hearing a lot of talk about pranks and a lot of comotion coming from a certain compartment. She opened the door and saw a few people and even a boy she was talking to earlier and another boy putting on some googli eyed show. Awe, the puppy dog look. "I am guessing that is the face you put on after you do a prank. Awe, it's priceless. My name is Oichi by the way", Oichi said extending her hand to the girl she did not know and chuckling a little.

Kurumi only blushed more furiously when he said that she was pretty and she immediately opened her mouth to say something in protest, tell him that he was biased and only saying that because he was her...boyfriend...but that thought alone stopped her and she instead closed her mouth and chewed on her lip some more. Why did he have to say things to her that made her heart race like it was now? Butterflies fluttering in her stomach, Kurumi idly fumbled with the fabric of her dress. Had he said that because she was actually wearing a dress? Her eyes lifted to his now, causing her cheeks to turn an even deeper shade of pink, and she finally ceased chewing on her lip.

She didn't deserve to have him such things about her.

Kurumi blinked her eyes when he spoke again, about nicknames, and she nodded as a confident smile returned to her face. "That's right, Jonathan," she replied, saying his name again in a playful manner. She reached up again and pushed a few locks of his hair to the side that he had somehow missed just now, her hand lingering for a moment before she returned it to her lap.

CRUP! CRUPCRUPCRUPCRUP!

Kurumi giggled as Ash began to wag his tail and lick her face. "Well, wasn't he just the best little present ever," she said, still in her baby voice as she scratched behind his ears and smiled widely back at Jonathan. "He looks about that age," she nodded. He was still so little! EEEK! "I wonder if he'll let me..." she mused as she tried to flip the crup onto his back. Animals were very hesitation when it came to showing their bellies, it was their way of showing you their vulnerability and that they trusted you. Thankfully, Ash didn't seem to have any complaints.

She scooted closer to Jonathan now so that their shoulders were touching, giving him easier access to his own pet because Kurumi was tempted to just run away with him. "I hope he doesn't tear apart your dorm room though...they can be curious creatures." Not to mention that Jonathan's OCD would most definitely act up. "Lots of walks on the grounds would help that though."

The grounds...that reminded her...

Kurumi's stomach was back in knots again and her heart pounding more fiercely in her chest as her breath became a little uneven. "J-J-Jonathan...." she whispered, her eyes averting from his for a moment as her thoughts went back to the day at the fountain before she had returned home to Japan. "I-I...um...I...was wondering if..." But she trailed off, unable to finish her thought.

Messer tried to cover his ears when Sophie shouted his name but its too late. "Hey Sophie." He gave the girl a small smile while hoping that his ears still can hear things. Then he heard Sophie told him about her summer. That mean his ears still good. Yes? Of course going back to Hogwarts is better. "I totally agree with you." Since he didn't do anything fun during this summer.

His eyes went from Sophie to Lyss. "I'm glad you're decided to come back, Lyss." Really he is. "Nooooo..!! Why would you want to leave with the express when it leaves to go back to King's Cross? I won't let you do that." Yes he won't if he must he'd gladly drag Lyss out from the Hogwarts express when they reach Hogwarts.

The girl who happened to stand next to Sophie earlier introduced herself to him. Glenn? Right. Okay. "Nice to meet you, Glenn. I'm Messer." he gave the girl another nod. "You're a Hufflepuff too, right?" Because he had seen her around last term but didn't get a chance to know her.

Zack was just looking around to see who looked familiar and then he heard someone talk to him. He looked up to see who it was. Then he saw a girl he didn't know, she didn't look familiar to him. Maybe he didn't see her in his first year because he didn't talk much with anyone in his first year anyway. So maybe it was time to talk to others now and make some friends.

He smiled at her as she introduced herself. "Hi" he said moving his right hand forward for a hand shake holding a chocolate frog in his left. "I'm Zack." He thought for a while thinking if they've met earlier and then said "Hmm....no, i don't think so" he replied and smiled back.

Louise walked onto the train, she saw a girl who looking like a first year, "hi my name is Louise 3 year, is this your first time here if so you will have fun, she smiled at her

Jess listened to Char talking attentively. She had been a little bit everywhere, that was fascinating !

The pop from her candy gum made her jump a little " That's amazing, you've been to loads of places!" she exclaimed " I'm a little jealous of you right now " she said with a friendly smile and a wink. Her family being really really pure blood, meant that she thought less of the muggle born or half-half ?

She decided to put Charlit to a test " I really like the Muggle London, since I'm into fashion and everything, I love to walk down Oxford Street and just check the store windows with all those amazing thing. You know, my mum is a witch, but my dad was a muggle, they met exactly down Oxford's Street! " she grinned at that thought.
