This lesson just got better and better, didn't it?

Paulie eyed the Fortune Teller's Wagon, then averted his eyes to the pile of wood and wheels. Make a wagon! And then race it? Yesssss. This reminded him of those soap box derbies.... except, ya know, cooler.

After fixing the rather large turban on his head, Paulie cupped his hands around his mouth and hollered, "Helloooooo! This fortune teller is in need of a teammate or two!"

Yes! Team Awesometastical was certainly very awesometastical. With Slytherins head girl and guy prefect plus Addie and big eyed Ravenclaw they were sure to win.

Umm start. "Welk I think that Kennedy should push," Addie said. It made no sense to have a first year or a short person pushing. Kennedy was the only one who didn't fit in that category. "And maybe make a bad out of wood first."

The prefect suggested heavy lifting. "Yes you should be the official heavy lifting person."

Minerva smiled the group was now together. "Okay guys the first thing we need to do is build the wagon. So let's get the wood that we are going to need." Minerva walked over and looked at the wood. She picked up the pieces, not really knowing exactly what she was doing, but needing to figure it out. "These look good for the sides and that one over there looks good for the bottom." She tried to pick them up, but they were a bit heavy. "Can I have some help moving these?" she looked at the others for some help.

Pyrsephonie smiled at the two boys. "I'm Pyrsephonie." She looked at Isaac and nodded. "Let's get building!" She started to walk over to the pile to find what they would need.

A smirk? REALLY?!

Kurumi tried not to roll her eyes as she continued to hold the board in place with her wand, hovering in the air as Selina set to attaching the wheels. After each wheel was attached, Kurumi slowly moved her wand so that the board would rotate in the air as well, giving Selina easier access to each part as she used the sticking spell to attach the wheels. However, with each attachment the board grew heavier and heavier until....

*THUD*

Unable to keep it levitated anymore, Kurumi fell over backwards, losing a shoe in the process. The important thing was that their cart-wagon-thing had wheels now, yeah?

"G-G-Good work," Kurumi nodded, pulling herself up off the ground and dusting her .... ensemble off. Kurumi pocketed her wand now and went to grab one of the boards for the walls, hugging it to her chest. "Help me with this?" Translation, levitate it so that I can stick it to the base.

And her shoe? She would get it later.

"Certainly do!" Zhenya said, and looked around. Where to start?

"We just need a floor, 4 wheels, at least 2 walls and a puller/handle," she said, repeating the Professor - more for her own benefit. "Er.. did we want to just gather what we think we need and then go from there, or plan something and then get the wood?"

She had never made anything like this. She knew the gripping and the un-gripping charm, so she knew she could help with that. Surely this girl's were stronger. They were probably like super glue whereas Zhenya's would be more like post-it stickiness. Maybe not.

Nigel listened as both told said their names and thought it appropriate to says his "Hi I'm Nigel, So how do you want to start building this using adhaero and avexis because we will have to decided who will sit in the cart once we finish."

Selena beamed at the two of them. Then she beamed at the Ravenclaw.

"Or we could use a simple levitating charm to lift the stuff," Selena pointed out with a smirk as she performed a swish and flick motion with her wand at the boards, "Wingardium Leviosa." She levitated the board over to them and repeated it, then looked at them. Mostly at Kennedy because he was a dude and didn't dudes know how to build stuff?

"So, how do we build it?" Selena asked, looking at the boards. And how would they know if a person fit in it? Selena just dragged the boards across the ground, trying to make like... a layout of sorts. Nothing was coming to mind.

Selina could not keep her giggles to herself when Kurumi, who was dressed more as a clown than a fortune teller, rebounded back and fell flat on the ground loosing a shoe in the process. It was not that it was funny per say what had happened, it was more that it was hysterical to see Kurumi fall on her bum. If that made her a terrible person, she was sorry, but it was true. Falling was something that always gave Selina the giggles, even when she feel herself. But Kurumi had a problem with falling... like Bill... oh Bill the door.

Regaining her composure, Seliana focused on the task at hand. She was going to need to keep her composure if they were going to complete this in time and in an efficent manner. So she nodded at Kurumi and lifted her wand at the board. With a swish and a flick she said, "Wingardium Leviosa." The board then levitated so Kurumi could move forward with what she needed to do with the next part of their project.

Besides, magic was fun in general. So once it was in the air she said, "Arlight then, do your thing, Kurumi." Translation... let's do this.

"Stop laughing Skylar!" Kurumi groaned.

Holding this board was not easy, especially when she had feathers everywhere and a rather uncomfortable piece of jewelry digging into her wrist thanks to the bloody board. Come on Kurina ESP! Maybe if Selina would stop laughing....

Thankfully, the redhead was able to understand Kurumi and levitated the board. After untangling her wand from her necklace again, Kurumi approached their...whatever it was, and gently took a hold of one of the sides of the board with her left hand, Kurumi used her right to cast the spell. "Adhaero." Yay! now they had a wall...or something.

Kurumi's eyes flicked to the other board and, like she SHOULD have done the first time, used the Hover Charm to guide it towards their cart for wall number two. She gave Selina a look. Yes, a look.

Selina knew what that meant, right?

Damon quickly went over to help, he'd had to build a cart before, so this should be easy enough. He looked over at the other two, "Get the base set up for the floor board! Min and I can get the wheels together."

Yep! It was a start. "Ok, so I'll push when you get in the cart." She said. And then to get all the equipment together they would need to use a charm. Wingardium Leviosa was the one. "Ok so when were building I think we should use Wingardium Leviosa since we don't want to lift them up." She said waiting for the girl to respond.

Addie stared at the wood on the ground. "Well we could make a base thingy to sit on and three walls. The minimum is two," she said thinking about the project at hand. "Each of us can take something to build by sticking pieces of wood together. A base or wall."

Addie waved her wand at two boards. "Adhaero," she said sticking them together.

Tay nodded and started getting the base ready. Figures that Damon would know how to build the cart thing since he was a nomad with his parents. She brushed her hair back and started working on the base.

Minerva picked up the wheels for the cart. "Here are the wheels." she smiled at Damon as she walked to where the wood was. "So do we need to get the wheels on the base first or do we need to put the sides on the base first?" she had no clue so why not ask.

"I'm not laughing!" Selina forced through her smiled lips. Come on, what did Kurumi think she was going to get from Kurumi? It was too funny and too beautiful to even put into words. Besides, there were some times in life when laughing made stress easier to deal with... AND THIS WAS STRESSFUL!

As Kurumi, moved forward and stuck the board on the base of the wagon, Selina watched and waited for more instructions. It was like Kurumi to keep Selina in the loop of exactly what they needed to do to continue onto the next part of the project. However, Selina was starting to get a hang of this part of the project because it was a lot of repeating the same spells and doing a lot of the same heavy lifting and work. Once Kurumi was done with adhering the board to the base, Selina nodded in thanks to her best friend who had then lifted another board and readied it for Selina to attach to the base. Waving her wand in the proper order, Selina said, "Adhaero!" Just like Kurumi's board and Selina's wheels before that, Selina attached the board firmly to the base. It was not going to go anywhere.

Looking around, Selina noticed that they had to get their bums in gear. They had a lot to do to cross that finish line and Selina had already decided that she was pulling the cart. There was no way that they were going to get anywhere with Kurumi pulling.

...it was the truth.

Then, she turned to Kurumi, now that there cart was done, and said, "Okay, you are going to get in the cart. I adore you, but you can't pull this thing. It isn't going to happen. And add your finishing touches while I grab the handle!"

Nerida looked around for someone to join. She was shy in her classes, not outside though, why was that. It looked like everyone had already had their teams assembled...

Butterfly looked around to see if anyone was avaible for getting into a group or partners for this activity She hoped she wouldn't have to sit on the side lines for this one.

He glanced over Selena. Duh. They could use magic.

Kennedy shook his head at himself. He was a wizard, now, time to use the magic running in his veins.

The prefect studied the board Selena had hovering. Okay, how should they start this. There were several ways, but since they had a full group he wanted to make sure everyone fit in there. Well, minus him since he was going to be pulling the cart. "I think we should stick the walls on the floor board and see how much space there is before sticking the wheels on," he said.

Kennedy nodded. "Here." He took out his wand and pointed it at another wood board and positioned it over what would be the base. "Someone do the sticking charm," he said. It was a good idea to start with the base and walls first.

Kurumi looked at the work and sort of furrowed her brow. It looked...so sad just sitting there like that with two walls and NOTHING on top. "Selina! Give me that," she commanded, totally ignoring what her best friend was telling her to do. Lunging for the shawl around Selina's shoulders, a red one at that, Kurumi enlarged it with some quick spellwork and then climbed onto the cart to cover the walls. She used the sticking charm again to adhere it to the top and around the base of the cart before jumping off again. "Look! It has three walls now and looks pretty!"

She even stood back, waving her arms in a rather showy fashion to get Selina's approval. Maybe she should paint the wheels too? A simply Color Changing Charm would do the trick. "What do you think, red again for the wheels or gold?"

And she still needed to get her shoe.

Kaiden's eyes widened as the cart just appeared in front of them. The thing was pretty amazing, and it made him think of the Gypsies he had seen in the movies. And they had to build one? That was something he could do. He was pretty handy with tools after all. Except no, they were using spells, that was just great.

Looking around to find a team, he heard an older student asking for teammates. Heading over to him, kaiden said, "Can I be on your team?"

Grateful to see other partnerless people, Ariana waved the two younger students over and said, "We can be in a group if you guys want, and one of you two can be in the wagon." Of course they had to make it first... Adhaero, avexis, she recited to herself.

Calista stood from her spot at the finish line and watched with excitement as they began to work. The two Gryffindor girls seemed to be erecting their wagon pretty quickly and then a few hufflepuffs building their's and it didn't look very steady...."More work will be needed on that one!" She yelled over to them.

OCC: Remember the length of your posts, they need to be longer and more detailed to count. Bazinga, PuppySara and Cassandra all need to start again at post number 2. Sorry.

"Soooo... do you know how to build one, because if not we need someone else."

Or they could build like... a BOX. With wheels. That was the same, right?

Mika was glad to be on the team with Addie and Selena - really they were awesome people. Hence Awesometastical. "Aw thats what I meant to say" Mika nodded smiling brightly.

"Hmmm...I don't know how to build a wagon but the spell doesn't seem hard I mean put wood together stick it together...yeah someone else might be good" she added as an after thought. She was eleven chances were she'd miff up the spell and stick people together on mistake.

Note to self. Try that...after class.

Nerida turned to a fellow Ravenclaw that called her over and a Slytherin. She walked over to her and siad Okay sounds great, Im Nerida by the way. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it?
