SPOILER!!: Amethyst is SUCH A CUTE NAME! <-- that was my charrie, not me. xD Kita smiled down at the young girl, secretly glad that the girl wasn't pushing her away for randomly hugging her. Maybe it was the Hufflepuff in her. Hufflepuffs loves hugs right? THEY'D BETTER! She giggled along. Sure, Puffs did know how to support! That's what made them so awesome in the first place. "Well, thank you," she said, grinning, "I'm Kita Lewis by the way." 'Cause introductions were important. SPOILER!!: New girl SQUEEEEEEEAAAKKKKK! HUH?! Kita looked around for the person who was talking to her until her eyes rested on... a person. A girl. A hufflepuff! AND SHE HAD FOOD! "Oh thank you!" she said, smiling down at the young girl. Something about the girl's squeak and her smallness made Kita smile. She remembered being that size and being TERRIFIED of the older students. But Kita wasn't terrifying. No no. "We wouldn't have done it without our supporters," she said, "So, thank YOU for supporting us!" Wait... WAS THAT FOOD?! CANDY?! CHOCOLATE?! "Oh, that's very sweet of you," she said, picking out the chocolatiest candy in the box, "Thanks!" She bent down and hugged the young girl, squeezing her slightly. Letting go, the seventh year popped the chocolate in her mouth. Oh sweet salvation! Cue dreamy sigh! Oh right. Introductions! "I'm Kita Lewis, by the way," she said, the smile still playing on her face. SPOILER!!: Alyssa! <3 ... What in the name of merlin does Salut mean? ... Maybe she shouldn't ask that. No. Just clink the glass and SMILE! "Thank YOU for saying you'd play!" she said, "Four players up against seven isn't easy but we did it. And this was your first time!" She jumped up and down along with Alyssa, squealing along. Heck, she didn't even CARE that she was a seventh year and Alyssa was... a second. No! That did not matter at all! ... What was wrong with Alyssa? Unless Kita was mistaken, the girl seemed to be... well, it seemed like something was WRONG! Now, that's not good AT ALL! "Alyssa, are you okay?" she asked, concerned for her younger friend. If anything had happened to her during the Quidditch match... SPOILER!!: New boy! Teehee! The exclamation coming from a small boy made Kita giggle. Why? 'Cause it was totally unexpected! She smiled back at the young boy. "Thank you!" she chirped, "To be honest, i don't think people did as well. But we showed them that lack of players doesn't technically mean you'll lose." She nodded, all serious-like. Oh right. The boy deserved a 'thank you' message as well. "Thanks for supporting us! We wouldn't have done it without our cheering supporters!" she said, bending down and giving the boy a hug. ... Yes, she was weird. SPOILER!!: Alyssa! Again. <3 Kita's ears perked up as she overheard Alyssa saying something to the new boy. Wait... WHAT?! No praises for herself? Hmph, Alyssa, just HMPH! "Alyssa, you played brilliantly as well!" she said, nodding, "Merlin knows how many injuries you caused. And you didn't even need the bludger half the time!" Heck, SHE couldn't have been a better beater than Alyssa. No way! Oh? Hug? She couldn't say no to that! Kita hugged her young friend back, squeezing her gently. "I'll put in a good word for you to Isobel," she said, "That way, you'll definitely be in the team next term!" Even if Kita wouldn't be there to see her. ... What a sad thought! SPOILER!!: Quidditch person The sound of the common room door opening made Kita turn around and face the person who had entered. Wait... Wasn't that girl on the Quidditch team? Kita wasn't forgetting things again was she? Meh! Who cares? Kita grinned as she made her way towards the young girl. Now... how to put this... "We did!" she squealed, wrapping her arms around the young girl and giving her a small hug. Oh right. She was ill. Kind of. "How you feeling?" she asked, letting go and looking down at the young girl, concern etched upon her face. |

Amethyst held out her hand and giggled. "Nice to meet you, Kita. I'm Amethyst--Amethyst Geleto..like Jee-Letto..But everyone calls me Ame.." She like Ame, and preferred it over the long Amethyst. |
Minerva came down from the dorms. The party was over hours ago, but it still looked as if it was going on. Hmm this place needs cleaned, Minerva thought. So she started picking up trash and throwing it away. After about 20 minutes she looked around at the nice clean common room. That's better she thought and then Minerva went and relaxed in a chair next to the fire. |
Arithmancy Homework Assignment Part 1a Post 2 While Alyssa waited for Muggle Studies Lesson 2 class to start, she sat down on the couch and decided to work on her Arithmancy Class Homework assignment again. The Professor had definitely set a tough assignment for everyone and she doubted that she'd ever get the walnut to open, but it was worth a try. Taking out her box, she placed it on the table in front of her. Kneeling down, trying not to groan when pain shot through her left leg from her knee injury, she opened the box by tapping it once with her wand, revealing the walnut inside. She then concentrated on what she wanted the spell to do. She then waved it down and up the walnut and finally flicking her wand at it, she said,"Arithmos Revelio" She saw bright orange numbers appear before her again. The same numbers as before appeared2, 8, 5, 2, 7, but this time also a 4. The numbers were definitely looking more solid but they still seemed fuzzy around the edges and she could clearly tell that there were more numbers as they were fading in and out in between some of the clearer numbers. "Sigh! this is getting frustrating!! I wonder whether the Professor used the same numbers that she had used on the magical box earlier in class, on this walnut as well. Nah! she wouldn't make it that easy."Alyssa convinced herself. Feeling frustrated, she reached out and grabbed hold of the walnut trying to figure out how it worked. Immediately something hit her. She tried to move but she couldn't. "Shoot I totally forgot about the freezing spell!! Great!! Now I will look ridiculous for the next 30 seconds. Marvelous!! Now would be a bad time for Aaron to play one of his tricks on me. Come on 30 seconds get a move on. I don't got all day to wait,"Alyssa thought to herself trying every couple of seconds to see whether the spell had worn off. Then suddenly she could move!! She immediately dropped the walnut back into the box and closed it shut. |
Minerva noticed something from her chair. She looked up from her book. "Alyssa what is going on? Are you ok?" Was she hurt or was she doing a spell Minerva wasn't sure. |
Katie was so happy HUfflepuff won Quidditch today. She sat down bye the fire and took out a book, she was rather bored with her life right now. |

Alyssa sat on the couch and stared at the fire that was burning in the fireplace. She suddenly had an idea. She quickly picked up the box containing the walnut and poured it into the burning fire.....and waited. "Here's hoping that intense heat will cause the shell to contract and crack the shell thus opening the walnut,"Alyssa though to herself. "Don't worry, Min. I know what I'm doing,"she assured Minerva just in case she thought that she was loony. |
SPOILER!!: Kita Lewis, Chocolate Seeker Of course, the girl hadn't seen her. Maybe Adanna should invest in a pair of those coffee can stilts or something. Oh, she was noticed! Wait, what was this?? Her candy was being abducted! She'd forgotten to drop her Dots box in her hood when she had reached behind her back to do so. So the candy was still in her hand when she outstretched her arm for a handshake. And now it was being taken by this girl! Ah!! Well, good thing Adanna's a sharer. She most likely would've offered some regardlessly, so no matter. Although, her senior had seemed to sense the broken bits of chocolate bar Adanna had stashed in the box not long before. Gumdrops and chocolate, her two favorite sweets! "Oh, of course! I just knew we'd win! Mighty badgers! The Cup is as good as ours! But even if it's not, our first game was won. That's something!" She pointed to the tattered old Quidditch goggles that were strapped tightly to the top of her head. "My good luck charm. From my father's days as a Chaser! Since they've been retired, my Nan charmed them to magnify vision. Sort of like binoculars. They've come in handy during professional games especially." Oh, fine. They weren't really good luck, but a kid could pretend, right? Oh, a hugger! Nope, a squeezer! Which was fine and dandy, mind you. Adanna came from a long, long line of huggers. Well, her grandfather's family, at least. Her grandmother's prefered a pat on the back and a nice firm handshake. Adanna liked hugs best. So naturally, she couldn't help but erupt into a grin when the older Hufflepuff acted suddenly. She stifled a laugh when the girl sighed happily after eating the chocolate. "If you wish for more, there's plenty!" Adanna nodded to the box. As long as there were things to share, she was happy to! "Delighted! I'm Adanna Patching." Kita's smiled was quickly returned to her. "A pleasant first encounter! I must admit that's rare for me!" Soon after letting that last part out, Adanna wished she hadn't. What a way to spoil an introduction! She had once again made herself sound like a babbling fool. She just laughed and shook her head. "You didn't hear that last sentence. Nope!" |

Arithmancy Homework One. Part1b Post2b Alyssa watched the fire burning in the fireplace. She could see her walnut lying there among the coals. It was turning the same color as the hot coals were. Red. "That's a good sign, " Alyssa thought to herself. "At least we know that the nut is getting hot. We'll wait a little while longer and then I'll pull it out," she decided. |
Isobela wandered through the Common Room. She wasn't usually the shy type, but something about Hogwarts had made her that way, and she still hadn't made any friends yet. Sitting down in one of the comfy armchairs she looked out across the room at her fellow House members. |

Salima began to feel tired, she walked towards the girls dormitorys but stopping at the foot of the staircase running back to the desk to get her books then running back up towards the girls dormitories. |
Arithmancy Homework#1 Part1b Post2c Alyssa sat on the couch and waited until everyone had gone up to bed for the night, and when no one was around, walked over to the fireplace. She spotted the walnut lying in the ashes. She picked up the poker that was lying next to the fireplace and pushed the ashes around the walnut rolled out onto the carpet. Scooping it up with the lid of the box, Alyssa rolled the walnut back into the box. She then looked inside to see whether the heat of the fire had affected the walnut in any way. "Oh my Godric!! I can't believe this!!", Alyssa exclaimed in surprise. |
Minerva walked into the common room. She still was cold from being stuck on the lake from the stupid walnut. She went over to a chair and pulled the box out again. She just looked at the box afraid to open it. |
Ronnie had with drawn from school for the past month or so. The depression of her father passing away and just taken over her and she could not handle it. She stand with her grandparents because her Step-dad was too much to handle as well. She sighed when she walked back into the common room. She wasn't sure what to make of the situation. She didn't really want to be back, but at the same time she was happy. She missed her Simon more than anything, and didn't know where to begin looking for him. With her being gone for a month she wasn't even sure they were still together. She hoped so, but then if he disappeared for a month would things still work out? She sat down in an arm chair and sighed again, what to do now. |
Violet smiled, guessing the party was over. She jumped off the table and beamed at Aaron. 'Thank you for the dance, Aaron Not-Smelling-Like-The-Flower!' Violet chuckled, hoping people would chat to her. She needed some more friends. She only had a few. |
louise walked into the common room she took out her books, she sat down in a corner doing her homework |
sooooo sorry for the lateness >_< Text Cut: Cassie It was a good thing that Cassie said 'seventh year' otherwise Treyen would've asked why he was not invited to it. At least he'd been invited to James' party last year...only they didn't get caught that time. The boy actually laughed. LAUGHED. Lightly, not too loud. "Did you at least have fun before they showed up?" that's right, his amazing Prefecting skills were showing for sure. He didn't even seem worried about anything else, truth be told. And his smile widened when she said she'll tell James. Good. He should still keep in touch with him from time to time, though, not rely on Cassie to deliver messages. Wait. There were actually people that didn't know a difference? It seemed pretty obvious to him that 'dating' and 'having a girlfriend' weren't exactly the same thing, especially after Ellie had pointed it out after asking the same question herself. Only difference was that he was asking Cassie and Ellie had asked him. The Prefect still listened and remained quiet as Cassie spoke. His former smile had been gone from the moment she started to explain this to him, but as soon as she mentioned the smile in her speech, one of his own appeared on his face. Just the thought of his favorite Ravenclaw brought a smile to his face...and, to be perfectly honest, he stopped listening to whatever Cassie was saying, until she asked..., "Wait, what? No, of course not. Just Ellie." A blush was there, certainly there, because he hadn't meant for the last bit to come out, he'd just rushed all the words and... ...and he was sure he wanted to be with her on those little periods of time he had free, he just wasn't sure she would want the same. |
Salima rand dow from the girls staricase and ran out of the common room |
Minerva hurried into the common room. If she was going to make this Birthday Celebration a success she was going to have to work fast. Good thing her mom sent her the items she asked for. At a time like this Minerva wished she knew more spells. Oh well she was raised a muggle so she knew how to do things by hand. Minerva started moving furniture around (the ones she could move alone). She placed a tablecloth on a bigger table and placed chips and cupcakes that she had taken from the great hall earlier that day. After working really hard she stopped. Yes the Common Room looked like a birthday celebration. Now she just needed to hang the banner oh and invite house mates. She didn't know all her housemates, but she knew some. She wrote some letters Quote:
