Sammy tried to frown but it didn't really work out because she was happy, it never worked well like that. "But you love me" she said managing to keep the frown up until she finished talking then grinning again. It's times like these when the kitchen needed to be open, SO THEY COULD HAVE A FEAST. "It's okay, you are forgiven for being such a gremlin" she said squishing her into yet ANOTHER hug. YEAH. That means it's two against one in the fight against Sutherland YAY!

Justin rounded the corner to the common room and saw Minerva sitting on the overstuffed couch. " Minnie, is that you? " asked Justin a he rushed over to her scooped up his best friend . He gave her a big bear hug and flashed her one of his crooked half smiles as he he set her back down to the floor. " how've you been? "

Amethyst walked into the common room looking very different. She had her head low, and her body was sloutched. If one listened carefully, they could hear sniffling. Amethyst looked up slight, water coming from eyes. Tears possibly?

Justin knew that sniffle anywhere, " Amethyst? Is that you ? " He said as he turned to face her. " Ame, I'm so sorry I had to disappear for so long... so suddenly... " Justin tried to explain as he threw his arms around her. He just stood there holding her close to him. " You look beautiful. " He said as he looked into her eyes.

She heard it. That voice she loved and missed dearly. She let her arms wrap around him tightly as her face became hidden in his shoulder. Her voice was muffled, but audible. "J-Justin....I missed you...s-so much!"

" I missed you too. " as he gave into his emotions and became to cry into her shoulder. " My Gran died and I was helping my mum with the estate. I didn't know that it would take so long. But I'm back and I'm not leaving ever again. The next time I leave it will be with you. Then We'll get to meet Kyle and you'll meet my mum as well. " Justin said as he picked her up and sat down on the couch with Ame sitting on his lap. He looked up at her and kissed her deeply.

Alyssa was reading on the couch when she heard a familiar voice that she hadnt heard in a long time. She turned just to make sure that she wasn't mistaken. She wasn't. "Oh My Godric!! Justin!! Where have you been? We were all so worried about you. When you didn't show up first for Quidditch practice and then then the games, and then Amethyst and Minnie didn't know where you were , we all started to get worried. None of the Professors would tell us what had happened to you. I'm so glad to see that you're alright....and you're back just in time for Quidditch too, if you are still interested in playing. Kita's, the Captain now. But enough of Quidditch, I'm just so glad you're back!!"Alyssa said smiling and grabbing Justin in a big hug.

But then she realized that Justin wasn't really hearing what she was saying. He was more looking at Amethyst like he has missed his long lost love and Alyssa knew that he had more important things on his mind.

"Ooookkkaayyy!! I'll mosey on along now. I think that there's something I need upstairs," Alyssa said to no one in particular and made a quick but silent exit.

She blushed deeply as she kissed back, holding onto him not wanting to let go. She looked at him softly. "I'm sorry to hear about your Gran, and I hope you and your Mum are alright...Is there anyway I could help?" She wiggled her nose softly.

" Alyssa, it's good to be back. definately can't wait to get out on the pitch. Though I might be a bit rusty. " joked Justin as he gave her a smile. Then he turned his attention back to Amethyst.


" It's alright. Gran was 98 years old. It was just alot of sorting through papers and things. My mum is in rare shape but she's holding in there. Besides, she's got Kyle to help as well. So, love, What have you been up to in my absence? "

Ame was glad to hear that Kyle was helpful, and that Mum was alright. She was very brave and strong, Justin's Mum. Ame looked softly at him. "Oh my gosh...trying to keep up with classes...they are...hectic!" Her head spun slightly, thinking of the things she had to do.

" Well, You're gonna have to fill me in on what you remember. Amethyst, Would you like to go to the dance floor with me? it's just that now I'd like to hold you near me and I happen to know that there's some sort of dance going on in there. And I just happen to know how I'd like to twirl you around on the dance floor. What do ya say? Sound like fun? " Justin asked as he flashed her his naughty little half smile. He knew how that smile made her melt just by her previous reactions. Plus, he just wanted to sweep her off her feet just as he had imagined doing since his sudden departure. Besides, it was a time to celebrate his return with the most important girl in his life.

Amethyst chuckled softly. I think I'll need to look over my notes...she thought. So much was going on, she'd nearly forgotten the lessons. "I'll do my best to help, Love" She giggled. The next collection of words nearly knocked her over. Dance with him? Heck yes! Then he cracked that everso gorgeous smile. She nodded slowly, stubbling over her words. "O-Of c-course..." She blushed very deeply as she giggled lightly.

Justin smiled back and and said " Well, Ame, shall we go ? " as he stuck out his arm for her to grasp and gave her a little kiss on the cheek.

She snickered. "We Shall." Amethyst smirked softly hooking her arm with his and blushed as he kissed cheek.

Justin took her arm in his and stood them up. While he looked at her he took out his wand and gave it a wave . Without muttering a word music began to ploay and he bowed toward Amethyst. It was thier own dance. Theirs alone. He waited for her curtsy and took her into his gait and began a waltz pattern dance.

"Oh my goodness Justin is that you? Where have you been? I have been looking for you for so long." Minerva jumped up and hugged him.

Ame knew this all too well. She smiled, curtsying to him. She felt it was something straight out of her dreams. She smiled once they began to waltz. It was one of her favorite dances.

" Minnie, so good to see you. " Justin said as he gave her a quick hug. Long story. We'll talk later? " he asked as e turned back toward Ame and continued dancing her around the room " Alright?" he said as he put ame into a dip motion.

" Having fun yet? " Justin said as he smiled down at her.

Yet? She thought. "I was havjng fun the minute I saw you!" She smiled. But the statemement very frank. She always had fun wiith Justin.

Justin ran into the common room out of breath after having chased Minnie from the great Hall. " What gives, Min? " asked Justin. He sat down beside her and put his hand on her shoulder as he tried to comfort her.

Through the tears Minerva looked at Justin. "Where do I begin. It's been like a roller coaster since you've been gone." She tried to control her emotions, but the turn of events had gotten the best of her. "You know Harvey and I broke up, which was a good thing. Well I noticed he seemed to have a girl following him around. So I questioned it and now Harvey is dating her. Which is great. She seems nice, her name is Ronnie." Minerva said through tears. "Then it just seemed like Ronnie hated me, her and Rose would ignore me when I was around and Harvey was never able to talk with me." Minerva stopped to breath.

" Minnie, slow down. I'm not going anywhere. We've got time to work through all of this mess. So, What's your new boyfriends namme. Lord knows that you're too pretty to stay single for long. " Justin joked trying to get Minerva to smile.
