August had stolen one apple from Slytherin and was ready to head back out to the battle feild.

The Gryffindor sprinted through the desks and stealthily reached the Ravenclaw basket's rear and began to grabbed two apples from it, shoving them into his robe pockets. "Got cha!!" Scampering back to the Gryffindor basket, Auggie dropped the two stolen Ravenclaw apples into their own.

Justin quickly ran to gaurd the Hufflepuff basket. " Ha ! Try again! Snakey! " He said to a Slytherin student as he blocked 'em.

A plan? Oh yes, they definitely needed a plan. So Vashti nodded. "Yeah," she said. "Could we put a Shield Charm around our basket?" That ought to help prevent people from summoning their apples, right? Maybe? The professor hadn't specified how exactly they were supposed to protect their apples, so why not?

Hmm. Should she go out and try to grab apples from the other houses or stand here and guard with Mina? For now, she decided to guard and watch all the others trying to steal from the other houses baskets. That way, if she decided to go out and steal some herself in the next few minutes, she'd know exactly how the others were trying to protect their apples.

This was madness!

Standing infront of the Gryffindor basket, watching students run all over the place, Auggie tried to think of where to go to next. He watched excitedly as Kurumi shot towards the Ravenclaw table, where he had just come from, and then take one from the snakes too.

The Hufflepuffs needed to be taken from too. August checked to see if the coast was clear and then shot out into the middle of the room and to the opposite corner where the puffs' basket was sitting. Crouching hearby at first, he waited and then pounced on the basket, sneakily taking three apples and jamming them into his pockets.

The Gryffindor dodged an older Slytherin girl and a Ravenclaw boy before dumping the three apples into his basket!

"Justin!' She hugged him tightly then ran off to get a Gryffindor apple and a Slytherin apple, rushing to return them to the Huffie basket.

There was so much to process in a short time. Steal an apple, but only with a wand? Okay then. Clearing her throat, Kimalia pointed at one apple that was at Gryfindor's basket, "Accio apple!"

Kimalia took a quick glance over to see one from their basket start to float up. With quick thinking, she pointed right at the apple, "Finite Incantatum!"

Sky stayed behind to watch their apples. She was better at guarding things than running after them. Not much, but enough.

Staring at Cookie Girl who tried to accio one of their apples, Evelyn scowled. Looking at all the others using accio, the Slytherin raised a brow as she too took out her wand. Were they even allowed to use accio? The Professor said they could levitate. Was summoning an apple the same?

Holding onto the apple, the Slytherin girl may have...sneaked on over to the Hufflepuff side.

GLARE!!!

Touch her and you shall be exterminated very sorry. While Mr. Gryffindor took three apples from the Hufflepuffs and when they were thoroughly distracted by them, Evelyn took TWO apples. Because she could.

Ok so the Claws weren't watching their basket very well. Auggie ran up as they were arguing about how to protect their basket and while they were clammering about sheild charms, the Gryffindor shot his hand into the basket and high tailed it out of there with an apple hidden under his armpit.

To the GRYFFINDOR BASKET!!! August ran across the room and shot the apple into their basket. This was just like a game back at school called Capture the Flag.

Kurumi nodded as August grabbed a few apples from Hufflepuff when she was struck with another idea. She reached out and grabbed his arm. "August, come here!" she chirped as she twirled the wand in her hands. "Can you hold those apples together for me. I am going to try something..."

" Hi , Ame! Quick hand them to me! " Called out Justin.

Kimalia pumped her hand in victory when she saw Evelyn come back with two apples. Yes! Kimalia pointed at an apple in Ravenclaw's basket next, "Windgardium Leviosa!"

Their apples! Those little buggers were so not playing fair!

Mina wasn't at all happy with this as she saw people attempting to accio more than one apple! Shaking her head, she pulled her wand out and give it a flick and swish as she pointed it in the direction of the little Gryffindor that took three of their apples.

Noticing Vashti beside her, she smiled. "Good to know that some of us are thinking before we act," she voiced with her wand at the ready. They needed to know how to protect their apples and how to manage to get the other apples.

Watch and then act. Yes, that's what they did!

Ellie's eyebrow twitched up as she gave Mina a knowing smirk. She was Quidditch Captain. She was ALL for game plans.

"Oi!" Kids. Children. Those running around. Come hither.

She looked across at those that decided to heed her call. Which they totally should. Again, Quidditch Captain. And she lowered her voice. It was loud enough to be heard only by the Ravenclaws near them. "If we banish the basket into the corner," and she did so with a jab of her wand, "We should only need two people guarding the two vulnerable sides of the basket." See? Smarts.

"I think we can form a sort of assembly line running to and from the other baskets. That way, we're only levitating one apple at a time," as Professor Pretty had said, "Yet, we can move a lot between us all." Savvy?

The CAPTAIN eyed them, waiting for some...confirmation.

Just as he was about to head out and sneak away some apples from the Slytherin basket, Kurumi, the Gryffindor Prefect he had met at the beginnning of term was calling him over to their basket full of apples.

"Yeah?" August plunged his arms into the basket gripping the apples together waiting to see what she was going to do.

He dared someone try and take them while he was phsycially holding on to them!

Gideon got up from his seat and made his way towards the back left hand corner of the classroom when Professor Scabior instructed them to divide accordingly by house. He stood off to one side listening to whatever instructions were to follow, nearly groaning at what was to come. The fourth year was all for making class especially one notoriously boring like HOM class more interesting, but he wasn't a fan of too much flurry of activity like the man was requesting at the moment.

Best be on it, he mused absently resigning himself to the activitity. Listening to Kurumi's idea, he nodded in agreement and offered her a smile as he took an apple of his own. Now to try and grab one from the opposite team, he thought, his gaze looking at the other three houses trying to debate his actions.

Peripheral vision. It was highly useful, no?

Vashti turned just in time to see a Gryffindor boy darting away and towards the Gryffindor side of the room. She drew her wand quickly and as she saw the stolen apple being shot into the Gryffie basket, she pointed her wand and said, "Accio apple!" The little fruit came flying back out of the basket and into her hand.

Mwahaha. She dropped the apple back into the Ravenclaw basket and watched for any more theives. STARE.

Angelina watched as Apples were stolen from others baskets. This was her first time every doing this, and she wasn't sure what to do. So she pulled out her wand pointed towards the Ravenclaw basket and said, "Accio apple." She watched as the apple sworred over to her fastly.

Kurumi was thankful that she had brought her bag over with her. Silly her for thinking that they needed to write down anything. Throwing the strap over her shoulder, Kurumi began to dig through her bag as quickly as she could. It was hard to see what was in there due to all of the cookie cutters and feather quills, but she finally managed to find a small glitter glue stick that she had been using to make a card for her brother's upcoming birthday. "It might not be very strong...but how about we try gluing some of these apples to our basket?" It was the thought that counted, right?

Kurumi snatched an apple and applied a large amount of glue to it before jamming it into the bottom of the basket. It wasn't wizards glue, and certainly no where near as strong as a Sticking Charm, but it should at least slow people down, right?

Mina caught sight of an apple levitating away and drew her wand once again. There would be no more apples leaving their basket on her watch! With another swish and flick, she levitated the apple back to their basket.

Nika was utterly confused. She did do as Kurumi said and took an apple to hide in her pocket, but everyone else was running around taking apples and such what was she supposed to do. Nika looked towards the Ravenclaw basket and pointed her wand. If everyone else was just summoning the apples could she do that to? That's one of the few spells she could remember. "Accio apple!" And one apple from the Hufflepuff basket made it to her hands. HA.

And now they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off....cool. Dash flicked his wand, updating the number of apples.

"That's Brilliant!!" August shouted as he watched the small girl begin to pour glittery liquid glue on the bottoms of the apples and sticking them to the bottom of the basket.

He took a few and placed them near her others, in the pile of glue, sticking them to the bottom. "Keep glueing and I will bring us some more!"

The Gryffindor third year ran off into the classroom again and snuck over to the Hufflepuff basket, shooting an angry look at the Ravenclaw basket where the girl who had stole his apple back was standing with a smirk. He reached the puff's basket and took two apples pretty easily and ran back to Kurumi. "Here's too more!" he handed them to her to be glued down.

Angelina watched as the girl took the apple back to the basket. She then narrowed her eyes, and then decided to try the Gryffindors basket. She accioed that as well, and got it, she placed it inside the Slytherin basket, and waited to get more, or protect the Slytherin basket.

Sky overheard someone from one of the other houses talking about shield charms and quickly cast one over the Slytherin basket. "Let's see them try that accio now!" she exclaimed.
