Elliot entered her dormitory slowly, taking in the scenery around her with her memory. She wanted to to just drink in all the details; the blue, the stars, the absolute comfort of this place. Quite the opposite of her mansion, which was big, cold, and gloomy. Ha. Elliot wasn't a cuddly person, but she couldn't WAIT to snuggle up in her bed! If only Moze was here...he always slept at the foot of her bed, nipping at her toes throughout the night...hmmm

She plopped down on the bed, her head slapping down on the pillow. She sighed, closed her eyes, and thought of her Father. He had been on her mind WAY too much tonight...She rolled over on her tummy, pulled out some parchment and a quill, and began what would turn into a very depressing letter. Sigh again. She began to scribble her words, working them perfectly into very clever sentences, so that he wouldn't be too angry at...her new Eagleness. She sighed for the third time...she was alone, and she was glad. She wasn't to it...her sisters were always pestering her. She quite liked the quiet...it was calming her anxiety.

Briley walked into the dormitory and found her bed. Time to read...

Presley trudged to her bed and flopped down. She was so sleepy. It had been a wonderful birthday, and now she was exhausted. It seemed rude, however, not to greet the girls that were already there. She smiled at them, both first years. "Hello." she mumbled. Realizing she was still in her robes, Presley grudgingly got up again, and searched her fourth trunk for her very favorite jammies. Pulling them out, she quickly got changed, and introduced herself. "I'm Presley. Welcome to Ravenclaw." The words were slow however, and Presley had to be extra-careful not to trip over them, tired as she was. "Today was my birthday," she added, for absolutely no reason at all, except that she was tired, and it was on her mind. She laid back in her bed, and waited for them to introduce themselves.

Jayden entered the girls dormitory quietly, hoping she wouldn't wake anyone up on the way to bed... She saw that there weren't as many girls in bed as she had thought, and she still had plenty of beds to choose from. She picked one of the beds closest to the window. Laid down, and promptly fell asleep.

Aurora walked into the Girls' dorm and found her bed as well as her stuff by its side. Getting dressed for bed took a few minutes and it took even less than that for Aurora to fall asleep

Luna had to unpack everything before she went to sleep and she was probably going to do a few spells and read a book before she went to sleep..

Once she was done with everything she picked up a brown parcel and handed it to Presley ''Happy Birthday hope you like it!'' Luna grinned it was quite dark which was suprising cause everyone was chatting so she decided she'd do a spell ''Lumos'' she whispered and she pointed it at the present so they could both see better

Annabeth slowly walked into the Dorm, she saw a bed and placed down her stuff.

She entered the girl's dorm and saw her things at the foot of the bed... She unpack her trunks got dress and decided to read a little on her books before going to sleep.

Asder enter the dormitory and look around to find her trunk at the end of a bed near a widow she When to get her PJ's and change She notice that Rogue the Rat was in her cage in the night stand hopefully none of the girls had aggressive cats. As she return she started her nightly routine of brushing her hair, all the girls were sleeping by the time she finish an soon she follow.

"hey Pres!" Rachel said, "Happy Birthday!" she said. she quickly got changed and flopped on to her bed.

"Hey Luna!" Rachel said, "Oh yeah," she said and pulled out the Egyption stuff from her trunk, "Hey do you want that?" she said, handing her an Egyption Ankh amulet.

Jez walked into the room, and saw that her stuff was already placed by one bed. Her blue-spotted black kitten Rowena was curled up on the pillow, snoring softly.
"Comfortable?" giggled Jez to the cat, scratching Ro's ears just where she liked it. Ro purred and stood up, stretching, to let Jez sit on the bed. Jez unpacked her stuff and placed her wand and a photo of her brothers Keegan and Than on the bedside table. She hesitated, then picked up the photo and stared at it. It showed her and her brothers at the fair, slurping ice cream and looking happy. Jez had cut her other brothers and sisters and her parents out of the photo, and didn't really regret that.
The picture was moving, of course. Keegan was laughing, his violet eyes sparkling like hers did when she was happy. Than's nine-year-old face was open and excited, and he was bouncing up and down on his heels like he did when he wanted to be the centre of attention. Jez's own features were just as carefree as her brothers'. They all had their arms around each other, staying away from the tear in the paper where the rest of her family had been.
Jez couldn't help feeling a twinge of homesickness. She realised that, despite her dislike of the rest of her family, she missed Keegan and Than. She shook herself, and quickly put the photo down, pulled the curtains around her, and got into bed. Rowena curled up next to her head, and Jez buried her face in the kitten's soft fur, letting the silent tears she had promised herself wouldn't fall run down her cheeks. Within seconds, however, the long day and full tummy caught up with her, and she fell asleep.

Elizabeth entered the dormitory and found that all her things had already been brought up, they were sitting beside a bed near the window. She made her way towards the bed, with the greatest intention of sleeping immediately, she was so tired. The were already a couple of girls in the dormitory, with a sleepy hello she began to unpack. As soon as her head hit the pillow she was sound asleep.

'Hello-hello', Gwendolyn said while walking towards her bed. Crashing down, the girl started grinning, remembering the conversation she had that day with Ari. Suddenly, while thinking about that, Gwen realized she had no idea where her cat was. She quickly stood up, checking under the bed for that black hairball. Nope, not here, she thought after having scanned that place. She than looked through her stuff, checking every bag. Well, it definitely wouldn't be the first time I almost asphyxiate him in a plastic bag... and probably not the last, she told herself, trying to calm down. 'Jinx!', she finally called out. Merlin! Where's that cat!? 'Come out... I promise not to use spells on you... again', Gwen said, not really realizing her cat might not understand her.

'Mayow', she finally heard her cat near her trolley. There you are!, the girl thought happily, grabbing it with both of her hands. Then, so that her cat wouldn't feel bad of having such a terrible owner, Gwen started playing with him.

Gaby trudged upstairs, only just realising how tired she actually was. She really wanted to just sleep, but she was going to unpack first. Her trunk would be waiting in her dormitory, at the end of whichever bed was hers - she knew that from Hogwarts; A History. As she reached the top of the stairwell, she smiled a little. She was so glad that she'd finally arrived. Hogwarts was going to be so much better than the American Institute of Magic. She just knew it.

Pushing open the door to the First Year dormitory, she headed straight to her trunk, giving all the the other girls a wave and a sleepy ''Ello,' She was going to unpack, and then go straight to bed. She started with all her school robes, and then the rest of her uniform, all in the drawers by her bed. Her own, normal clothes went in the drawer beneath, and she lined up her shoes just under her bed. Her old, hand -operated sewing machine went on top of the drawers. She was pretty sure that was everything... oh! She removed the last couple of items from her trunk - family pictures. There was one of her and her cousin Edward, one of her other cousin Mark, and one of her favourite cousin, Georgie - the only other Ravenclaw in the family. There was one of her father, too, and one of her mother. Well, that was it. She changed quickly into her pyjamas and climbed into bed, falling asleep almost as soon as she lay down.

''Hey Rache!'' Luna smiled

''Oh I can't take anything it's alright,'' she wasn't taking anything from Rachel if she didn't have anything to give her she flopped down on her own bed and took lifted up a cage and took out her new tiny grey coloured cat Juni she lay him on her lap and petted him looking at his sparkly blue eyes she was more or less hugging him

Olivia entered the dormitory intending to pull out a book and start reading, preparing herself for the start of classes but the idea flew straight out of her head though. She spotted her trunk at the bottom of a bed and tiredness washed over her. It had been an awfully long day and the bed looked so comfy. Plus, she realised, she didn't want to keep anyone up and she couldn't read in the dark.

Elliot, at the sound of all these girls coming it, quickly folded up her parchment meticulously and stashed it under her pillow. She would finish it in the morning. She noticed Gaby coming in and pulling out all these pictures! Elliot was curious....she went over to where Gaby was and smirked to herself.

"They all look like very nice people!" she cried suddenly, and she hoped she wouldn't scare the girl! "Much nicer than my family!"

Elise stumbled into the girls dorm, tripping over the last step and falling onto her butt. Getting up, she dragged her trunk over to the nearest bed and started unpacking.

She started pulling out photos of her family and sticking them over her bed. After she finished, she sat down on her bed and gazed at a photo of her mother.

Subconsciously, a tear rolled down her cheek, soon to be accompanied by others. Within minutes, Elise was a sobbing wreck, hugging her knees. 'Mom. Oh what I'd give to have her back with us.'

Annabeth got up from her bed after unpacking and placeing pictures of her family around her bed like so many others, she noticed a girl crying on her bed, she ran over to comfort her, "What's wrong?" she asked, "I'm Annabeth, can I help you in any way?" she asked.

Gaby looked up with a start to see Elliot, looking at her family pictures. 'Thank you,' she said, surprised. She hadn't been expecting Elliot, of all people, to say anything like that. She was usually more... cold. But still, if she wanted to show her nicer side, Gaby wasn't going to complain. Not at all. 'Most of them are my cousins... see her?' she touched the picture of Georgie. 'I'm going to send her a letter tomorrow. She's my cousin Georgie, she just graduated. She's the only other member of the family who wasn't a Slytherin,'

'Do you have any pictures of your family?' she asked curiously. Most of the people she knew from Hanover Academy had huge bulletin boards filled with pictures from home, so it was a little bit of a shock to her to see that hardly anyone had any pictures here.

Aww, someone was crying. That wasn't good! Gaby padded over to the poor girl's bed in her slippers and pyjamas. 'Don't cry,' she said feebly, not exactly sure of what to say. She sort of patted her back awkwardly, and then just pulled her into a big hug even though she didn't even know her name. Hugs always made everything better, it was a well-known fact of life. Well, it was in Gaby's world, anyway.

Pulling back after a little while, she gave the other girl a friendly smile. 'What's wrong?' she asked, wanting to help. She didn't want her fellow classmates to be upset! Especially not on the first night! 'If you tell us, maybe we can help,' she added helpfully.

As Chloe made her way into her new dorm she smiled happily. It was a beautiful dorm and everyone seemed happy. She walked over to her new bed, all her belongings were sat beside her bed. She no longer felt nervous but she did feel a tad bit sad as she wondered what her mother and father were doing. She had never been separeted from them before so this a whole new adventure for her. She shook off the sad feeling and remembered that Quiddich try outs would come soon. She couldnt wait to try out.
She sat on the bed and pulled out a copy of her Quiddich through the ages book. She started reading it with a smile growing on her face

Elliot simply nodded...she wished she had cousins who were actually not in Slytherin....most of her cousins went to Beauxbatons..."She looks nothing like you," was all she could comment. She was...just getting jealous, that's all. Gaby's family seemed so nice..

Then she asked Elliot about her family. She got that excited twinkle in her eyes, and smirked slightly as she ran over to her trunk. She pulled out four pictures. The first one, of her mother.

"This is my mum . She's crazy...my father took this right before our Christmas party last year...he wanted one of all of us alone," she explained as to why her mother was so posed. She then showed her the second one...

"My sisterDanni . She's eight...any very annoying," she scowled. Danni was always so cheerful! Just like her mum! It annoyed the pants off of her! "Father took this one before her birthday party this summer..." she explained, rolling her eyes a bit.

She took out her third picture and actually smiled. Her youngest sister, Sam, was so...goofy. She was a snobby little thing, completely a diva, and Elliot actually sort of liked her. "This is my favorite sister. I've been training her well in the ways of being a true young lady...Sam, or Sammy. But she doesn't like nick names...she's more like me and my dad. Danni is a lot like my mum, unfortunately..."

Then, she saved the best for last. Her favorite person in the entire world, her father. Her face flushed, and her face became stoic, absent of any expression. "And here's the famous Darius Morganzo," my idol she thought, but didn't voice this out loud. "I know he looks rough, and mean, but he's...just...like me. But way more extreme. This was taken at a family reunion recently..." she explained, her voice silky smooth as she spoke of her father. She missed. But she would never admit this to anyone, not even him.

Elliot, also noticing the girl, straightened up and followed Gaby over. She narrowed her eyes, staring at the crying girl...she had no business crying, here! She was not being strong, showing weakness. But Elliot didn't voice any of her opinions. She simply watched as Gaby and another girl comforted the crying girl. Elliot was no comforter...yuck. She hated crying.

"Oh, go on," she said, she was giving this to Luna even if she had to hide it in her trunk, "I love your cat!" Rachel said.

Joanna entered with a perky smile. It was so exciting she couldn't believe that she'll actually be living here for the next school year. It's so AWESOME! Back at the feast she was a bit distraught from the fact she wouldn't see her parents until the summer, but now she's simply delighted. Oh... the Ravenclaw couldn't wait for the lessons to start and to begin stuffing her head knowledge. It was so exciting.

Joanna had the urge to throw herself onto her soft, white and blue bed but just before falling onto the bed she saw the small girl, which she barely talked to, with emerald eyes. Joanna walked up to her with a friendly smile, and said in a friendly voice, "Hey. We never really got the chance to talk to each other at the feast." It wasn't so weird as she expected it to be to talk to another girl which is completely clueless about Hogwarts like her.

Joanna was talking with the girl with emerald eyes, and noticed that, Gwen was sitting two beds away from her. The Ravenclaw smiled at her while she was playing with her adorable cat. While giving her friend a small wave she called her and said, "Hey, Gwen. We never got to catch up with each other during the feast." The feast was rather disappointing, firstly the dishes were dirty and secondly it was far to short; she didn't have even one decent conversation with anyone, just when she began talking with Gwen and the emerald eyed girl the headmaster announced that they need to head to their common rooms. Ughhh... Hopefully the year wouldn't end as fast as the feast did.
