Joanna entered with a perky smile. It was so exciting she couldn't believe that she'll actually be living here for the next school year. It's so AWESOME! Back at the feast she was a bit distraught from the fact she wouldn't see her parents until the summer, but now she's simply delighted. Joanna had the urge to throw herself onto her soft, white and blue bed but just before falling onto the bed she saw the small girl, which she barely talked to, with emerald eyes. Joanna walked up to her with a friendly smile, and said in a friendly voice, "Hey. We never really got the chance to talk to each other at the feast." It wasn't so weird as she expected it to be to talk to another girl which is completely clueless about Hogwarts like her.



Joanna was talking with the girl with emerald eyes, and noticed that, Gwen was sitting two beds away from her. The Ravenclaw smiled at her while she was playing with her adorable cat. While giving her friend a small wave she called her and said, "Hey, Gwen. We never got to catch up with each other during the feast." The feast was rather disappointing, firstly the dishes were dirty and secondly it was far to short; she didn't have even one decent conversation with anyone, just when she began talking with Gwen and the emerald eyed girl the headmaster announced that they need to head to their common rooms. Ughhh... Hopefully the year wouldn't end as fast as the feast did.

She noticed the crying girl. That had been her most of last year. There was just so much that had happened. She and Rachel and Luna, they'd all lost someone they loved. Well, Presley's mum had been gone for a while, but the deaths of family members of her best friends had brought back that pain so sharply. She wondered if the crying girl even knew what real pain felt like. She was probably just homesick. Presley shook her head. It seemed so childish to her. She'd never been homesick a day in her life. There was nothing at home for her except an uncaring father, and a brother who wished he didn't have the terrible job of looking after her. And Mercury she supposed, but Merc came with her to Hogwarts. She didn't miss him. The three girls had really been brought together by trial. They had so much in common.

Presley stared at the girl for a full minute while these thoughts ran through her head. Finally she walked over to her and kindly asked "What's wrong? Homesickness?" That was usually the case, wasn't it?

Chloe was so concentrated on reading her book that she almost didnt hear Joanna. She looked up at her a smiled kindly. "Yeah we really didnt" she said to the girl. She had been so busy taking everything in that she had forgotten to make friends. Chloe never had a problem making friends but this was all so new to her. Plus she had so many taughts running through her head that it was hard to concentrate on anything else.

"it really is a beautiful room iv heard stories but you really have to see it" She said with a bright smile as she place her book down. "so have you seen any of the castle yet?" she asked her. Joanna walked back to her bed, which was rather close to Gwen and to the emerald eyed girl, she thought it would be better to sit here for know to make it easier for her and her new buddies. HeHe. The Ravenclaw once again had the urge to crash onto her bed but she noticed that Gwen had such an adorable cat, and if she's not mistaken she heard Gwen call it 'Jinx'.

Before answering her, and to start explaining to her the storm of emotions that is distracting her from reality, she said, "Aww... What a cute cat." She just love cute animals, they are her one of her sensitive spots. If there would be a dying cute animal or a dying stranger, she wouldn't know to which side to help."I'm great," she began, deciding not talk about the sad parts that are in her mind, "Nope. I just gave a few small glimpses at the corridors. But I didn't manage yet to investigate the whole school," she said. Finally, she decided to take a deep breathe and just let herself fall into her bed, just for fun. And so she did.
