Fallon smiled at the professor. Fallon did notice that the professor's smile was rather large. Oh well. Nothing she could do about that. She seemed like a really nice person. Possibly, someone that Fallon would like to get to know. Fallon shuddered at the thought of previous assignments for HoM. That was why she didn't do them a lot. They were boring and time consuming. "They were. And most people dreaded doing them. Especially me...but I liked your creative assignment. It allowed me to think like the artist I hope to become." She was always proud to talk about her dreams of becoming an artist. It was one thing that made her really happy.

Fallon nodded. "Think that's the best I've ever done on a History of Magic assignment actually..." That was probably the truth. Fallon usually blocked that out. Fallon giggled as the professor talked about the hippie house thing in front of Simon. It was kind of embarrassing. Oh well. What was said, was said. "Thank you. I just went with what felt right." She rather enjoyed the praise. It was a nice thing to get every now and then.

...and now Simon was talking about why he was wearing Ravvie robes and Fallon couldn't help but laugh. It kind of reminded her of the conversation that her and Finn had had the other day. She didn't want to think about that though...so she focused on Simon. Adorable Simon.

Gemma shook her head up and down slightly nodding as the girl talked. Yet again she was impressed by these students. They were so much more advanced than what the last professor had prepared her for.

"Well, I hope the next lesson won't let you down...I've been working on putting together something fun that revolves around the mysterious ship in the lake." she said glancing towards the big sitting window in her office that conveniently overlooked the lake and the mysterious new decor on it.

The young woman squinted her eyes together and cocked her head to the side trying to follow the young man's story. She really wasn't sure what he was trying to say...something about Max and a...a cane...she tried hard not to smile at the thought of how Max had handled that one...and then Treyen getting him...."Now Mr. De Simpson, let's think this through...I'm not sure that either of those decisions were the best ones you could've made." she said with a sweet voice and motherly tone....actually he was lucky Max didn't jinx him on the spot...and then it hit her..."Wait a minute, do you know who's robes you 'swapped' with?" she asked thinking about the young man in his underpants on the fifth floor that she had run into earlier.

Simon looked at the Professor. "I was just trying to be kind to Professor Vindictus." Simon smiled. "How old is he now 60? 70? 700?" Simon looked at the Professor hoping she wouldn't tell him off, he had this feeling Professor Vindictus was at least 9,000 years old the way his brain was going. "Yeah I swapped robes with guy name Eino." Simon smiled. "He's in Ravenclaw of course, he's got my robes on and hopefully Treyen will shout at him." He laughed he didn't care about Eino, he shouldn't be so easy to trick.

Gemma tried not to laugh at the young man...she had to admit that sometimes she wondered how old Max was...After all he was the old professor when she was here ten or so years ago...so yes he was well... ancient... but she shook her head back in forth in a tsk, tsk manner. "Well yes Professor Vindictus is an older gentleman but I'm sure if he needed a walking cane then he would have one...I mean he is a very resourceful old man....plus I'm not sure if you've noticed but he is one of the most talented person on a broom that I've ever seen..." she could still remember some of the tricks he used to do during flying lessons.

She kept her smile on her face as Simon continued...o boy this one was going to be in trouble..."Well that explains the young man walking around the fifth floor corridor in his underpants earlier..." she said with a little smirk and a nod right and left, "Mr. De Simpson, like I said earlier, I don't really think that was the best decision at all...and I have to admit that it wasn't really fair to get that boy in the Treyan's firing range..." she said working this all out in her head. She knew that the answer was to go visit the Huffie HOH, but she wasn't sure how the young man would handle that or how the Huffie HOH would handle Simon. "We must figure out a remedy for this....any suggestions...real suggestions?" she finished with trying to lead him to really thinking this through.

Simon looked at the Professor and smiled innocently. "I just thought if he had a cane it might help him after a hards days flying." Simon smiled. "Or he would get the message that he was getting on a bit and shouldn't fly around as much as he does." At his age it could cause serious illness not that Simon was getting fond of the old man, he was just trying saying. "And I can beat Professor Vindictus any day in a flying competion." Simon laughed he wasn't sure about that but well he could dream.

Simon smiled. "I just thought that I could hide out for a few hours whilst Eino got into trouble and then get back on my way." Simon wondered why he had come here now it had been a bad move. "Hey if he's stupid enough to believe what I say and swap robes with me then he can take the shouting that Treyen will give him." Simon had thought this through perfectly. Simon wanted to say he could use the spell that made people forget but he didn't want to get into trouble. "I could always just say my robes changed colours?" Simon looked. "Or we go to see my head of house and I say you changed the colour of the robes." Simon laughed. "But which head of house would it be, because I'm not scared of Professor Vindictus or the Hufflepuff one." Simon couldn't remember the name of the Hufflpuff one, there was another chose Eino could come her but he didn't want that so he didn't say anything else.

She shook her head at the young man, "Now Mr. De Simpson, age is never really an issue in the Wizarding World...remember some of the greatest wizards, including our Founders, were of an older age and still accomplished some amazing things..." she said starting to realize that this might be a useless path to go down.

The young professor could see there was no way to make him think this through, "Well I can follow why you did what you did, but honestly Mr. De Simpson it wasn't the best decision on your part and you will have to face the consequences of your actions one way or another..." she said and then took a quick drink letting everything set in. "And I know for certain that lying about the incident won't do you any good...I think honesty will def be the best policy and it might get you some slack..." might being the key word in her statement....

"I honestly think the best choice would be for us..." she emphasized the us in her statement, "to go visit the Hufflepuff HOH and talk to them about everything...." she just didn't think that she should handle everything..."So shall we head that way?" she said standing up and motioning towards the door to her office.

Simon looked at the Professor. "Professor can't you send for the Head of House to come here?" Simon asked he didn't want to go up to the Hospital Wing wearing the Ravenclaw Robes and then something hit him, he was going to get expelled for sure, he had swapped robes with another student and he was sure he was going to get expelled, he wasn't going to let the Professor know that he was on the verge of tears, he would rather deal with Max at the minute he might at least only get a detention then or a few points loss

OOC: Simon's in the hospital wing because of the fire in the dungeon I can post in the head of house office or you can send her here, it's up to you, just tell me what you want me to do.

The professor shook her head at the young man...she did feel sorry for him and she wanted to help him in any way she could but she did know they had to set things right. "Yes, I will send my patronus to visit the HOH. I know she is a busy woman in the Hospital wing and we'll see if she can come visit us here...if she can't, then we'll go visit her there..." she said offering the young man a licorice wand. "Just remember to be polite and truthful with her or it won't get you very far..." she said with a little smile...what a predicament he was in.

Simon took the licorice wand that the Professor was offering him, and he and nibbled on it, he wasn't really hungry. he was wishing now he had never come to see her, she was going to get him expelled and Simon didn't want to be expelled, he wished now he had never told Eino his robes were magical but there was no going back now, hopefully his head of house would just give him detention but he doubted it.

Simon sighed as he decided he would ask the Professor to do him a favour since he didn't want too go into the Hufflepuff Common Room again. "Professor will you use a spell to bring all my belongings here." he wasn't telling her why but he was sure she would know. "And I'm really sorry I won't be able to enjoy anymore of your lessons your last one was great and your a great professor." Simon was already thinking about which school he would go to next.

Gemma looked at the young boy with a sweet face and reached out to pat his shoulder, "O Simon..." yes she had called him by his first name, "let's not jump to conclusions quite yet about your future at Hogwarts...I feel very strongly that if we " yes she threw in the we again...she did want to help him any way that she could. "Take care of this correctly that it will win you credit...let's not think negatively right now..." she said with a smile and a friendly wink.

Simon looked at the Professor not worry about his future, why shouldn't he, with all the rules he'd probably broken he'd be lucky not to end up in Azkaban and that was a scary though. "I can't help it Professor." Simon sighed, he wanted his stuff, he couldn't face a trip to the Hufflepuff Common Room to collect his stuff after he had been expelled. "Professor I think I can do one thing, can you get Eino for me." He might as well appologise before he'd got expelled and maybe they could change robes back, he was dreading the moment his head of house came. "I think he was heading too the lake when I swapped robes with him, well he was going to drag me there." Simon sighed.

Gemma looked at the boy kindly and then glanced around the room at the other students...she guessed she could send one of them to fetch Eino, but she wasn't sure if any of them knew him and she couldn't just leave Simon here and go get Eino herself....and she couldn't send him to get Eino either...she thought for a few seconds..."We'll just wait for the Healer to come help with the issue/solution...."" she paused and then changed the subject as they waited trying to break the tension.

"Simon, tell me some things about yourself...like where you are from, what you like to do, what you want to be when you grow up...you know stuff like that..." she said with a smile as she anxiously looked towards the door hoping the HOH would be there magically.

Simon looked at the Professor she was wanting to know what he did and where he was from when his future was on the line, didn't she get it, she had signed his expulsion warrent or if Professor Vindictus found out before his HOH came then she had signed his death warrent, he was sure that Professor Vindictus didn't want someone like Simon being a Ravenclaw, well at least she hadn't sent for him.

Simon was still fighting back the tears and was starting to fail now. "I'm from a small country called Hollian." Simon sighed, well at least they would be getting there Prince back now. "I like playing Quidditch and reading books, I also love Soccer and I love learning about things." Simon sighed that was going to stop soon though. "I either want to be a Quidditch Player or work in the Herbology field." Simon said truthfully and with another sigh he asked the Professor. "What about you?"

As much as she liked her new co-workers, Lily didn't have time for social visits at the moment. She had a hospital to run that never ever seemed to empty out. Needless to say, she'd put off responding to the patronus for a as long as she possibly could.

She knocked once before entering the room, noting that there were children in attendance.

..Was this some kind of trick?

"You wished to see me, Professor Cerulean?"

Simon had been dreading this moment his Head of House had just arrived, and the Professor hadn't used a spell to sent his truck to him, well she could do it once his head of house had expelled him, saying that did she have the power too or would he have to go to the headmaster, because if he did he was taking Professor Cerulean with him if he had too go there but he was sure his Head of House would take him.

Hoping that Professor Cerulean wouldn't mind him talking first, he didn't want the Nurse to think the Professor was wasting her time and it had seemed that the Nurse hadn't recognised him which was odd with all the time he was in the hospital wing, well at least he knew his disguise worked.

"Professor Moretti, Professor Cerulean set for you so you can deal with me." Simon sighed, he was still on the verge of tears. "I sort of lied to a Ravenclaw, said the Hufflepuff robes were magical so that he would swap robes with me." that was all he was saying at the moment, if the Professor asked him to continue he would at least now Professor Moretti knew that Professor Cerulean hadn't brought her here for no reason.

"Professor Cerulean can you please use a spell to send my spare Hufflepuff Robes to me, I think that the Ravenclaw boy is younger than me because these robes are so tight." Simon sighed, hopefully the Professor wouldn't mind doing him this favour though if she didn't then he couldn't blame her, he had ruined her day.

'Ooh, pirates! I didn't think they were real, I mean my parents used to tell me strories about Peter Pan, and that had pirates in, but I thought they were made up!' Rose said astonished that pirates were real. 'Are they bad?' Rose asked

Gemma smiled at the professor and was fixing to explain everything to her when Simon spoke up first.

*Simon and Moretti*

Gemma shook her head at Simon and smiled at him slightly encouraging him to tell the whole story. She looked between the HOH and Simon as he spoke. She smiled at him and then motioned at the HOH, "Ms. Moretti, won't you come have a seat so that Mr. De Simpson can explain the whole situation to you. There's a little bit more to the story, but he really wanted to come clean and ask for forgiveness for everything. And I figured you would be the best person for us to talk to about everything." she said matter of factly.

She glanced back at Simon, "How bout you start from the beginning. It will make things make more sense and help your HOH understand everything better. It will help her understand your remorse for everything..." she said encouragingly. She really wanted to help out Simon and this was the best way that she could think of....o what had she got herself into.



Gemma shook her head up and down slightly, "Well yes pirates are real they've been in our history books both magical and muggle for many generations, but not all of them have been bad. Each set had their own agenda and in each priate's mind that agenda was correct..." she said realizing that she had gone into History mode.

Simon looked oh right yes he should start from the beginning though this was going to be a long story and he hoped the Professor would realised that he was really sorry. "Well it started back at Professor Vindictus Office, I had got him a Present which was a walking stick, I heard he was old you see and thought that a present would cheer him up." Simon said he was fighting hard to stop the tears from coming. "Well Professor Vindictus didn't like the gift and so took 50 points of me." Simon looked straight a both the Professor. "So I left and then something hit me once Treyen found out he would kill me and so I decided the best thing to do would be switch robes with another student."

Simon took a pause there to get his breath back before continuing with the story. "So I went to the fifth floor where I saw this Ravenclaw looking for something, so I told him that the Hufflepuff House Robes were magically and we swapped robes." Simon was scared now this was making it sound really bad and he was sure he was heading for Azkaban now, forget expulsion he was going to end up in Prision. "The reason I decided that Eino could swap robes with me was so Treyen would yell at him and then we were going to swap robes back before the end of the day."

Simon looked at the Professor. "I felt guilty as soon as I did it and I came here to tell Professor Cerulean what I have done." Simon was telling the truth there he had been the one that had come to her. "But she found out before I could tell her."

Simon broke down then tears were running down his face, he was going to get expelled or worse he's was going to be sent to Azkaban. "Professor Moretti, I really really am sorry and I'll appologise to everyone for the trouble I have caused." Simon decided not to add the please don't expell me or sent me to azkaban bit.

Fallon grinned at the thought of the next lesson. "That sounds like fun! I will definitely be there." It would be interesting. Besides, she needed to start attending some more lessons instead of just doing the homework. It was really killing her house point wise.

...And now Simon's head of house was here and things were going on that Fallon thought she shouldn't be here for. "I think I'll get going Professor Cerulean. It was nice talking to you."

Lily did have a seat, and she glanced at Gemma, and then the boy, listening closely as he spoke. "Well, first of all, Professor Vindictus has already punished you for your rudeness towards him, and he did not bring the matter to me, which means he did as he saw fit, I'm not going to go back and try to do anything else about it."

"Secondly, Mr. Lockhart is a good Prefect, and he would not hurt you for missing points. I want you to apologize to whoever it was you lied to and switched robes with and do NOT do it again. Other than that, I don't see the need for further punishment."

To Gemma, she added, "Unless there is more to this story that I have yet to hear."

Gemma smiled at the young Slythie, "Well I look forward to seeing you there!" she said with a little nod up and down. She glanced from Simon back to the girl and with a simple 'Thank you' face said, "Thank you so much for stopping by Ms. McCarthy! I hope to see you again soon!" she said sincerely.

Gemma glanced from the young boy towards the HOH. She would occasionally smile at him encouragingly. He was doing a great job and she was proud of him. When he was done, she smiled towards the HOH anxious to see what she said. She really was interested in how she handled the situation. As a new professor this was a learning experience for her.

She was completely amazed and her admiration for the woman grew even higher as she gave out her judgement. She could instantly see why she had been chosen Huffie Head. She smiled at the woman and then turned towards Simon with a little wink at him, "Mr. De Simpson, I feel like Ms. Moretti has done an great job listening and giving out her advice. Please stand up and shake her hand and thank her....don't hug her though..." she added the last quickly as a warning to him that hugging her wouldn't be the best decision right now.

She glanced back at the Healer, "Thank you so much Ms. Moretti! I appreciate you coming up and helping me out with this situation eventhough I know you are a very busy person...Thank you so much." she said standing and following her own advice by holding out her right hand for a handshake. Yes she must get to know this woman better she would be an amazing role model for her!

'Whoa! Pirates! Do muggles get the whole eyepatch and hat thing from wizard pirates or did they just invent it?' Rose asked eagerly

Simon sat there not daring looking up at the Hufflepuff Head of House, she wasn't as bad as he had thought, maybe he should speak to her more, he was scared of her but he was starting to think maybe he had no reason to be scared of here.

Simon listened as she said about Treyen not hurting him, hadn't she heard that him and Treyen had argued about a girl and hadn't been friends since, he was sure Treyen would use this to his advantage and Simon didn't like that.

Then with the next sentance Simon nearly fainted, she was letting him off well unless you count him being forced to appologise and here Simon was sure that he had been heading to Azkaban.

Simon looked at the History of Magic Professor and listened to what she was saying okay he would do that, but first he decided he'd try and stop the tears, he'd need to wipe his eyes soon but he didn't want to do it on the robes since they weren't his and his hanky was in his own robes.

Simon got up and held out his hand for his Head of House to shake. "Thank you for everything Miss." Simon said still he didn't smile, he didn't want the Professor to think he wasn't sorry because he was sorry that she had been dragged down to see him even though she was busy.

Lily was glad to see that the woman was happy with the decision. She really didn't have the time to put up with someone else's agenda. "Not a problem, Professor." She replied with a smile and accepted the handshake.

She turned her attention to the young Hufflepuff and nodded, also shaking his hand, "Very well. As far as I am concerned, you're free to return to your common room, unless of course, Professor Cerulean has something else she would like to speak with you about." She nodded to the woman. "Forgive me." She added to both, "But I must be returning to the Hospital."

She paused for only a moment, but, confident that everything was taken care of, she headed out the door.

Gemma smiled as the Healer headed out and was so relieved to have had a solution for everything and a great solution.

Gemma waited until the Healer left and then she smiled back at Simon, "Well that's great! I feel like that worked out well for you. See it usually pays to tell the truth and come clean..." she said with a nod up and down and the she let out a small breath she hadn't really realized she'd been keeping.

"Just make sure that you keep up your end of the deal and apologize to that Eino boy..." she said with her sweet smile but with a little edge to her voice to let the young man know that was an important part of the deal. "I think you should probably head straight to the lake and find him and apologize....please don't hesitate coming back and seeing me at any time..." she said patting him on the arm again. "Don't be a stranger Mr. De Simpson...and I hope to see you at my next lesson...I'm sure you will enjoy it!" she said genuinely...yes he was a handful...and yes he was mischievous, but she could already tell that she liked this one...he would def keep her on her toes and keep her guessing...

She smiled at the young girl..."Well that's a good question...actually I'm not really sure where that came from, but not all pirates dress that way...I think that is more of a fairy tale almost..." she said with a little giggle having never thought of the question herself before.
