Welcome to the home of the groundskeeper, Chad Stryker. If he's not out and about tending to the grounds, then he is more than likely inside his hut, relaxing on the couch with his little cat.
Inside and out, the decorum looks pristine and, not to mention, a distinct smell of French bread wafts out the windows to welcoming noses. A French flag hangs proudly above the fireplace, while a leather couch and matching loveseat are positioned around it.
Come on up and knock on the door. Mr. Stryker will be sure to get with you as soon as possible. | |

Chad took a sip of his coffee and nodded his head. "Mm, yes, I did hear about that. Quite the shame...I am glad no one was hurt in it, though. That is what is important." He nodded again and put his mug down. Rat traps?
"Unfortunately, Mademoiselle, I am a groundskeeper...not a janitor. Rats are not on my list of things to deal with, so I do not have traps for them. Even if I did, I would not allow a first year to handle them. They can be dangerous, you know," he added, raising an eyebrow. "Perhaps you should go speak to the Care of Magical Creatures Professor. She may have some rats that you can take."

Penny blushed at her own stupidness...."oh I'm sorry, i- i -i didn't mean.. I mean, yes of course... Okay, Uhm would it be okay for me to dig over there at the edge of the forest...maybe I can find some tubeworms or flobberworms..please.."
She didn't know why she was embarrassed.... She just hoped that this time he would allow it..
Penny had waited for what seemed like ages, and Stryker still hadn't answered - She took his silence to mean that she wasn't allowed...
Leaving his office, she turned to him "That's okay Sir, never mind.... I'll find my ingredients some place else", giving him a smile to show that she really didn't mind..
