Treyen shook his head, more as if to get rid of everything going in his head than an actual answer, "I think you know I wouldn't have done that, but as far as whether you can believe it or not...well, that's up to you, really, you SHOULD, but I know you don't trust me anymore," and that was the hardest of things, trust was something you earned, and once lost it was rather difficult to get it back.
He'll try his best to do that, but it also depended on Ellie.
Sigh.
That was the same thing he said! Only backwards! And he was dying to point it out...but refrained from doing so. "Because I didn't!" will it all go away if he did say he'd wanted to? But if he said that, then he'd be lying. So, no, he wasn't pleasing Ellie with an answer she wanted.
He sighed one more time...and then...chuckled? He chuckled? He did. "It is rather pointless, isn't it?" to be arguing about whether he'd wanted to kiss someone else or not. It was getting them nowhere.
Then again, all their arguments had always been pointless.
But...that was a small smile he saw, right? His smile did grow, and he nodded, "Thank you," finally! One apology she accepted.
His eyes found the door again, "Can I write to you? Over the summer?" he wasn't looking at the door anymore, but at the floor.
No. She thought he wouldn't have done that. But thinking and knowing were really completely different. For real. "I only don't trust you because you won't admit that you wanted to." It was a vicious circle. He was lying about not wanting to, and Ellie couldn't trust a lier.
GLARE.
He TOTALLY wanted to. Though, she was believing that less and less. By now, she probably only really wanted him to admit it so she could be right once more, rather than wanting him to confess.
Oi! Treyen got a LOOK for that...that...chuckle. "What're you doing? Stoppit." Really. They were having a completely serious conversation. There was no room for laughs of any form. "It is not." If it were pointless, he wouldn't mind admitting it, now would he?
Write? They didn't normally write. Ellie didn't know how she'd feel about that. She seldom wrote to anyone. They were mostly formalities...or to Nia. But...would they argue in letters? She nodded anyway but he wasn't looking at her so a "Yes," accompanied it.
They'd be pen pals. Fantastic.

"So, if I do admit it...you'll trust me?" he frowned, that didn't make much sense to him, mainly because he knew that by admitting it he'd be lying, "There's a problem with that, because if I DO admit that I wanted that kiss to happen, then I'd be lying," and he just couldn't do that to her.
If circumstances were others, he'd say that she looked cute while glaring, which she totally did, but she was glaring AT him, not very nice. Honestly. But slightly amusing. And he was failing at finding a reason as to why he found it amusing.
Okay, he resisted the urge to laugh, "It totally is, because I realize now that all it takes is for me to say 'Fine, I wanted to kiss her', and all of this will be over," his eyes were on her for a moment, just a moment, before returning to the floor.
Yes? Good. "You don't really have to reply, I just wanted to know if I could send one to you," in case he felt like telling her something and didn't know if Gilderoy would be well-received or not. "Thanks, though," for accepting his inquire.

"If you admitted it, I'd trust you more...because you'd be telling the truth." Not lying. And she was already trusting him again. By quite a significant amount from how much she trusted him yesterday. Or this morning, even. It was undecided whether she thought that was a good thing or not, though, because maybe she just trusted too easily. That could be bad. Or she just trusted Treyen. Which wasn't bad at all.
Well, Ellie wouldn't exactly say it would ALL be over. That was the basic idea, though. They'd be able to move on, at least. "Pity that didn't count."
Heh. She smirked. "Write something interesting, and I'll reply." In other words, don't be BORING.

Jordan awoke from his nap, he took a look at his watch, and it was over 12 hours since he was last awake. Boy was he tired, so he yawned, and decided to pick up a book for a little bit. He picked up his favorite, Quidditch Through The Ages book and began flipping past the pages of the books. He then saw one of his best friends, Rose Deluise.
"Hey Rose! Mind If I join you?" He asked being a bit bored after reading for a decent hour.
