'Exactly!' Rose grinned. 'I wonder when we're going to be there?' Rose wondered aloud. She didn't want to leave!

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "I know i feel like i have been on the train for ages"

'I don't... but I know that I have, as my watch says so!' Rose grinned showing he watch to Arabella.

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "Yeah your right there Rose and well i am sure we will be back in London soon Rose"

'Yeah...' Rose said gloomily. She didn't WANT to go!

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "Don't worry we will be back in Hogwarts in no time the holidays fly through" Arabella-Marie knew that the holidays flew through for her at least

Aurora stared at her, "Well, my old friends all live in Germany and even if any of them came to the parties we can't exactly have fun... I mean, we're basically just on show. It's more fun when the adults go, then we all get to stay behind and talk and stuff. Though most of them are spoilt brats." she supposed she was too. Or used to be. "You get a lot of spoilt brats in the old families..." she added. Yup. Her own included. She was trying to shake it, though she still didn't make her own bed or anything manual like that...

What did they do..? "Well - at my Mother's - there's the actual dinner bit, and we have to sit on a separate table to the adults." Which sucked. The adults were always more interesting. "But Mother usually hosts them in the Manor rather than the smaller houses." They were a wide spread family, and a huge one. Even so, they had so many houses, manors and apartments that it was easy to switch between them often and rarely have to stay in the same one as the cousins. It was confusing. But her immediate family only usually used three of them. "So that means we're at least in the same room as the adults. And sometimes before that - usually after - there is a dance or something and the parents force the kids to dance with eachother for their amusement - I can't tell you how many incompetent children I've had to drag through a waltz. Then, when they're done with that we all get sent off to bed whilst they talk and make plans or whatever adults do." Aurora explained all this with a slight frown on her face. She might have been exaggerating a little but she really did hate those parties. "So you can see why I'm not too excited." she said. "Birthday and kids parties are much more fun!" she said, a grin starting to spread across her face.


"Well, I'll be thirteen. Which means THIRD YEAR NEXT YEAR!" she grinned excitedly. Her parents had kept her back this year for various reasons to do with language and society... or whatever... but she was finally going to be in the right year. "I'll send you an owl if I have a party!" she said. "And I'll get an extra load of Chocolate Frogs."

"So do you collect the cards? I have a bunch of them but I don't really collect them if you want them." Yup, her brother gave them to her once. When he decided he was too old to collect them. "Well I guess that he knows best about teeth then... My dad knows about... well... I'm not sure. We were in Santorini a couple of years back because of his work. Something about vampires I think. Though it's not all like that..." she thought for a bit. "Well, I'll find out one day."

'Yeah, I guess...' Rose grinned

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "So did you enjoy your first term at Hogwarts"

'Yes! Well, most of it!' Rose laughed. 'I nearly got a detention for jinxing the boy who cheated on me! I got told to say sorry, and nothing would happen! So, I said sorry! As if I meant it!' Rose laughed

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "Yeah well at least you didn't get detention i totally got away with playing a prank during the term with a ravenclaw girl that was like lay a portable swamp on the floor and dungbombs it was fun and totally didnt get caught"

Rose laughed. 'Ah, did she deserve it?' Rose asked, grinning

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "Actually the girl was helping me with the prank i did the swamp and she let the dungbombs loose it was fun"

'OH!' Rose said, grasping what Arabella had meant. 'Well, that must have been funny!' Rose grinned

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "It was funny and it was lucky that we were both not caught i am going to try and do the same next term"

'Yeah, it IS lucky! You would've been KILLED!' Rose laughed. 'Well, let me know and I'll come and watch!' Rose laughed

Arabella-Marie laughed and said "Yeah i know i was lucky and sure Rose i will let you know"

'Thank you!' Rose grinned. This would be great to watch!

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "Yeah trust me it will be great to watch it just depends on what i have got planned for next term"

'Yeah, I know what you mean... I performed some pranks... not a lot, but some...' Rose grinned trying to remember them all.

Why was the smile gone?

Inevitably, the moment the girl stopped smiling, Josh's smile vanished too if he had been smiling of course. He thought agreeing to stay one night would have been good news for her yet instead her beautiful smile was gone. So, the next thing the Gryffindor asked himself silently was that if he had said or done anything wrong.

''Is there a problem?'' he asked, unable to resist the urge to do so. He never wanted her to be unhappy after all, not even for a moment so his instinct was to learn and deal with the reason why immediately whenever he felt like that she was not pleased. However the next moment it turned out that the case was not something like that. Or at least he supposed so as he felt the touch of her lips on his.

Yet, it was too short. He could not even kiss her back and she spoke...

One night was too short...

And Josh could only stare. Yes, she was right. One night was too short. ''With you, even a decade would not be enough.'' Was she asking him to stay more? Because it indeed sounded like that...which made the boy sigh slightly for he did not think this was really possible. ''I want more, with all my heart. But i have to work. The more i will delay it, the more difficult things will be for me.''

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "Yeah i mean pranks are good you really just need to be careful that there are no teachers or prefects about where you are performing your prank"

Hemo wandered down the train. She'd been wandering for a while now, being a good wanderer and all, and she figured she might as well catch up on her wandering after not having wandered in a while (she'd gotten lost far too many times back at the castle, so she'd decided to temporarily give it up. There was nothing stopping her now though). She'd never wandered on the Hogwarts Express before (having arrived late last year) and she assumed now was as good a time as ever to see where she could wander without ending up lost, whilst also pursuing her need to keep..well..wondering.

But the sight of a familiar face in one of the compartments halted her in her tracks. An instinctive grin spread across her lips and she pulled the door open, sticking her head through the gap, her hair - which was tied up in a ponytail today - swinging. She needed to get a better look, just to be sure. She didn't want to end up scaring a random stranger, after all, now did she. Not that that had happened before, of course... Her smile widened. "Rose!" she said, satisfied, hopping into the compartment completely and enveloping the other girl in a bone-crushing hug. "I've missed you!"

'Hemo!' Rose gasped, hugging her back. 'I've missed you too!' Rose said. 'You can come round my house right?' Rose asked
'Yeah, I know what you mean!' Rose grinned

Arabella-Marie grinned at Rose and said "Yeah always need to be careful and i think my parents wouldnt want to find out about what i get up to during the term"
