Maybelle sighed in relief. "Okay." She said. "Jeez, how long does it take for the food to appear!!?? I'm STARVING!" She said, wanting a cupcake desperately. Being hungry was never good for Maybelle. "Are you hungry?" She said, trying to distract herself, her stomach growled loudly.

Simon just sat there he felt like he was in Azkaban here, everyone annoyed with him because he was quitting Quidditch where was Treyen when he needed him, if Treyen told them he was quitting Quidditch, hopefully that rumour wasn't true but if it was it would make everyone forget about him because Treyen was more important to the team.

And Treyen had just proved her point about people being unhappy at the closing feast. Mia raised her eyebrows at him. "What's got your wand in a knot?"

How could people be sad when they were about to get away from school for a couple of months. Yeah Hogwarts was cool and everything but everyone needed a holiday. She of course would love to leave permanently seeing how she was not going into any sort of magical fields for a career but Nik insisted on her finishing her education.

Whatever.



Neptune did not need to look at her like that. Okay so yeah they'd had a spat a few months ago but Mia was well and truly over it. Water under the bridge and all that.

"I know that. But I said I would knit you a scarf and I always keep my promises." Well most of the time anyway seeing how she told the girl she would knit her some mittens as well but she ran out of time. You know with having to do OWLs and all.

Mia handed over the scarf to Neptune. "Hope you like it." Because it wasn't one of her better ones but she wasn't about to tell the Ravenclaw that.

She took a seat beside the blonde and eyed off the table for a moment to see what she felt like eating tonight. Baked vegetables or steamed vegetables. The possibilities were endless. "So Miss Bott, what are your plans now that you have graduated?"

Marie walked into the Great Hall feeling sad yet happy at the same time. She was sad because this was the last night before the train came to take them home. This was the last night she was going to be seeing some of her friends. The friends that were graduating... like Evan... and James. Not that her and James were exactly friends, but at least they weren't enemies and they were on speaking terms... not that she seen him much this term. Hopefully she was going to see him at the feast tonight. She did want to wish him luck, and maybe give him a goodbye hug.

But right now her sights were set on hugging someone else. Scanning the Hufflepuff table she found just the person she was looking for. Matty. Sliding in next to him she leaned over and gave him a quick kiss. "Nice hat love." She couldn't believe he was actually wearing that silly hat. There was no way she was going to be caught dead wearing that thing.

Looking further down the table she seen Mia sitting there with... Neptune?

Interesting.

Maybe Neptune would go back to her table in a little bit. Then Marie could talk to Mia. For now it was probably best to stay away from Neptune. She didn't want any drama tonight.

*Seeing Marie slide over to him Matty smiled and kissed her back. Yep he knew it, he knew Marie would pick on the hat. Turning back to his food Matty smiled even more and said.*
"Yeah that's what I thought... Really brings out my eyes and cheek bones."
*This was very untrue, that hat made him look like those kids who sat in the corner in old muggle schools. The ones who got in trouble and had to wear the big pointy hat. Hmm maybe there was deeper meaning to the Hogwarts dress code. That or a founder wanted a laugh. Matty would do that if it were up to him.*
"How you holding up?"
*Matty knew today would be hard for Marie, with her friends leaving. Most of Matty's friends had already left or were still in school. Still he knew how she felt.*

"Well, he can tryout again. It's not like since he's gonna quit that he can't rejoin!" Cove said smiling. "Right Simon?" She asked him. "Ah. France has a really great surf spot that I haven't been to yet and I'm dying to go there!" She exclaimed. "I'm starving!" She said to Maybelle. "I want foooooood!" She exclaimed.

"Shhhhhh," Neptune eased towards Mia when she chided Trey. "He's having a heart dilemma. Maybe leave his wand alone," said the wise ole Ravenclaw.

And into Neptune's hands went a new made out of obligation and yarn, Mia knitted scarf! "OoOOoooOO!" She, of course, immediately put it on for modeling purposes. "Better late than never, I suppose!" GIGGLE. She was kidding! "It's gorgeous! Do you care if I share it with my sister?" It sort of screamed Ola's name. "Thank you!" GUSH GUSH GUSH!

Neptune buried her nose in the soft fabric while she pondered over what to tell Mia about her post-Hogwarts plans.She hadn't told anyone the whole truth of her plans, and partly because she didn't entirely know them yet. Just part of them and with that thought, her hand slipped back into her pocket for reassurance from the parchment and ticket from within.

"I honestly do not know. I know that... I have a flat in London, near where my sister works. So I guess I'll end up there eventually..." Neptune readjusted her scarf, all for show of course, and tossed the end over her shoulder dramatically (trying to hit Spitty Arya in the face with it hehehehe). "You'll probably go traveling again? Beach all summer?"

Tune was totally posing in her scarf for Mia to admire.

Marie rolled her eyes a little and laughed at Matty's eyes and cheek bones comment. "If you say so. I personally think a little eye shadow and some blush would bring out your eyes and cheek bones better than that silly hat." Did he want to borrow some of hers to try out that theory?

How was she holding up? Just fine... as long as she didn't think about tomorrow. "I'm doing alright... for now." She had already had her goodbye with Evan earlier, which was why she wasn't in such a hurry to get over to her own house table. She didn't know how she would be able to hold up if she had to go through that again.

"Umm I'm going to pass on that one love. I like my natural look." *Never ever would Marie get him in make up. Seeing her look a bit down he knew that he was right. It was the goodbyes that were bothering her. Putting an arm around her and pulling her in a side hug Matty tried to think of something to help her feel better.*
"Ready for our trip?"

Anakin found himself a spot at the Hufflepuff table, and drummed his hand on the wood in front of him. The sound couldn't bother him, maybe others, but definitely not him. That was always the upside to the whole not hearing thing. There really HAD to be an upside to everything didn't there? He let his eyes scan around the room, resting on each table and looking for any signs of the friends he'd made over the last two years, just to be able to say a quick goodbye to them.

Not that he wouldn't be seeing them all next year. Well, except Sebastian. He was up and graduating, which was incredibly unbelievable to Anakin. His best friend was like, GRADUATING. And all old and stuff nowadays. It was weird.

And to think, in two years that would be him and Vashti. Graduating. The thought was crazy.

Ohhhhh dilemma's of the heart. Mia knew all about those. Not her own of course but everyone elses. She threw Treyen a sympathetic look, thought about offering some advice and then decided to just leave it. She didn't know Treyen THAT well and he might not appreciate her butting in on his private life.

Lucky that Mia knew that Neptune was joking but then even if she wasn't, what was she going to do? Take the gift back? Never in a million years would she do that. Instead she just rolled her eyes playfully and nudged Neptune with her hip. "Besides James, you're the only other person I ahve knitted a scarf for." Out of her friends that is. The ones back home didn't count because she sold those. "It is now your scarf Neptune, you may do with it as you wish." But she was pleased that the girl seemed to like it.

"Well at least you have a place to stay." Her eyes landed on a vegetable pie and she quickly scooped it up and placed it onto her plate. "I have the feeling that you will have no trouble in finding something." Mia turned to look at the Ravenclaw and she smiled. "You and I seem to be lucky with stuff like that. I'm going on a safari with Destiny to the Serengeti and if I survive that then I'll be heading off to Russia." Into her new home, well for a while at least. "The scarf really brings out the blue in your eyes."

Yeah she knew Neptune was waiting for a compliment.

Maybelle nodded at Cove. "Right?" She said, really wishing food would magically appeared. "How long does it take for just...some...snacking foods to show up? Grr.." She said, her stomach going out of control, if only she had some Red Vines

"I'm sure we could go to a beach, even if there isn't one nearby. You should teach me, us, how to surf." Surfing sounded fun, and she did not really want to take a lesson. She said us because she wasn't sure if anyone else wanted to learn how. They might just have to take a lesson though.

"I'm soooo hungry," she said to Naybelle. She had skipped lunch, too depressed to eat. Depressed or not, she was definately eating mow; she was so hungry! Isobel looked up at the Heafmaster, trying to send him a thought with her mind. Come on, say your speech, there is a table if hungry badgers here! There were probably tables of hungry Lions, Eales, and Snakes oh my. If she were the Headmaster, she'd definitely be worried about hungry Lions. Cone on, it's speech time!

"Fine, no putting make-up on you when you sleep then." She could just picture it. Him sound asleep on the couch and her putting eye shadow on him. Now that would be funny.

Sliding even closer to him she slid an arm around him and hugged him back. "Of course I'm ready for our trip. That's the only thing that's making me look forward to summer." In less than two weeks they would be walking on a beach in Hawaii. She couldn't wait. She was so looking forward to that trip. "Are you ready?"

"More than ready..." *Matty said as he leaned over and kissed the top of her head. Feeling a little nervous he asked a question he had been meaning to ask her for a long time.*
"Umm... Marie? I was wondering that... maybe while we are on our travels we could... I could meet your... parents?"

After awhile, Vashti had wandered away from the Ravenclaw table and over to the Hufflepuff table, searching for a certain someone to say goodbye to just in case they didn't find each other on the train. She hadn't seen him since they talked in the Owlery - that whole incident with Polyjuice Potion and him knocking her Polyjuiced-self down and her robes getting a bit of owl poo on them (which she was fortunately able to clean off). It was all quite funny in hindsight though she wasn't planning on talking about it any time soon.

She scanned the Huffie table and quickly found the person she was looking for. With a smile, she made her way over and took the spot beside Anakin, making sure she bumped him gently with her arm so he'd know she was there.

"Hey you," she said.

Maybelle looked at Isobel, "Yeah, maybe we should make the Headmaster hurry and make a speech." She said, smirking evilly. She turned to Cove. "Ooh, surfing that's be fun, can you teach us?" She asked, excitedly! Surfing seemed dangerous, but she IS in Quidditch.

".....oh?" Neptune paused in her modeling and considered her scarf's companion, probably packed away in his truck somewhere. "Well, matching 'Claws. Maybe Jim and I can coordinate one day," Neptune shrugged, "model them about for the world to see your work."

She definitely hid away in the scarf, while her eyes went searching for a moment. Teehee.

"You think I'm lucky?" Neptune was again unraveling the scarf to see how if it was long enough to wrap around her entire head to cover her hair. Clearly, someone wasn't all that hungry. "I think you are lucky. You don't ever seem bothered and you .. are mostly nice." Mia had her MOMENTS, Neptune had found out, of NOT nice. "And then you have... interesting.. plans for the summer." Mia better HOPE she was lucky! That sounded DANGEROUS.

GIGGGLE. "Hufflepuffs aren't always so observant. Thank you. Though it's really all you," Neptune insisted, "the crafty knitter."

The 5th year was staring rather intently at the table in front of him, waiting for the food to appear. Because in all honesty, he was rather hungry. And wanted to eat. And Tate making his speech ASAP so the boy COULD do so would be very much appreciated, but whatever. Was learning patience part of the academic teachings of Hogwarts too? Probably so.

Feeling an arm bump into his gently, Anakin swung his head around and automatically beamed when he spotted the auburn hair that was quite obviously the Vashti trademark. "Hey, excited to be heading for home?" He sorta was, but sorta wasn't. It was kinda comforting being at school so you could see anyone you wanted whenever you wanted to friend wise.

In all honesty, he'd probably miss her over the summer.

Siobian giggled a little, taking out her wand, "No offense but it doesn't shock me that you forgot, it's a harder spell, because you need to think of someone specifically," She took out her wand and pointed it up thinking of her mom again, "Ghostist apparatus..." A small white light shined above her wand as the ghost slowly appeared, "I guess it's not techically a ghost spell seeing how my mom's not dead, to my knowledge anyways."

Hearing him say he was more than ready filled Marie's heart with joy. This was going to be the best summer she had ever had. She just knew it.

Looking up at him Marie felt a little nervous when he started to talk about when they were on their travels. She sort of didn't like the way he seemed to not know how to say what he wanted to say. He wasn't trying to tell her he had changed his mind about...

Ohhh. He wanted to meet her parents.

Letting out the breath she didn't even realize she had been holding she kissed him on the cheek. "I'm glad you want to meet my parents. I've been trying to figure out a way to tell you they were going to pop in while we're in Austria." They had told her it was just so they could check on the house and make sure everything was in working order. She however knew it was because they wanted to check up on her and Matty. Her father was still a little hesitant about her spending so much time alone with Matty this summer. He didn't want his little girl to grow up just yet.

"And your sure that they are okay... with us being there?"
*His own family wasn't to pleased about them being all alone. But his uncle had a VERY long talk with him and Matty had a feeling another with his aunt and uncle was on the way.*
"So umm... wh-what do they know about me?"

Mia was a little hesitant in talking about James. She was already kicking herself for mentioning him in passing because hadn't Neptune instructed her not to bring him up anymore? But then again Neptune seemed...okay with talking about him. "Well that would be good for me. Two stunning people wearing my scarves, I'll have orders from all over the world." She tipped the blonde a wink. When she wanted, she could be very complimentary.

What in Merlin's name was she doing? It wasn't a hat. But each to their own she supposed. "Maybe lucky is not the right word. Charming is probably more appropriate. You know how to charm people." Surely the girl must know how many of the students wanted to be in her company.

Oh she knew that. "I've always said I am a lucky person. My life's been good so there's been no need to be bothered by anything." She shrugged her shoulders before picking up a fork and spearing it into her pie. "I've had my moments as you already know but being nice to people has it's rewards you know." In many ways. She just hoped that being nice was going to keep her out of trouble during the summer. "Yeah interesting. And if Destiny has anything to say about it, this trip is going to memorable." Merlin, she hoped that her friend wasn't going to get her arrested.

Now it was Mia's turn to giggle. "Oh but of course. I'm extraordinary...at muggle things." Forget magic. "I'm glad we got over our little tiff. You are a pretty cool chick, Neptune Bott."

If only Mia had arrived sooner.

Then she could have seen bubbly Arya who was ready to head home and spend all summer with her boyfriend. An Arya who would have gushed out all details to her only friend that REALLY understood the entire situation. But because she'd come now, after the prefect had seen the state her best friend was in, all she got was a worried and distracted Arya.

When did all these other students arrive?

"Very much so," Was all she was able to say before her attention was back on Treyen. And sorta Neptune since she was sharing stories and advice and hopefully helping.

Tugging on a strand of hair, she looked over at Ellie again... then back to her co-prefect. "I still think you should talk to her... before it's too late. Even if she doesn't want to speak to you, just talk and..." And what? She didn't know.

And now Kurumi was here with cupcakes, and Arya barely listened to the words coming out of the girl's mouth. But she did catch how Treyen dismissed her... that was odd. Hm.

Arya WAS sorta-kinda-getting-alongish with Miss Bott, mostly for Treyen's sake. And they were doing better now that Mia had come along (why wasn't she helping with Treyen like she'd done with her?!?), the Huffe was content listening to the pair pass summer plans while casting worried glances to her co-prefect up until Neptune started tossing that scarf around.

"Hey!" It was all she could get out before shaking her head while trying to spit remove the bits of material that'd made it into her mouth. She shot a look over to the Claw and FROWNED. "Watch where you swing that thing."

Cove laughed. "Wait a minute." She dug into the small coin purse she had with her and pulled out a small bag of mini licorice. "I forgot I had these. I would die with out them!" She said offering everyone some.

"Of course I can teach ya! I just need to be able to get some waves so I can train. I need to be ready for Pipe Masters next year." Cove was determined to enter since she'll be fifteen. Legally she wasn't aloud, but her father had pulled a few strings and they agreed. He most likely threatened to sue them....
