Ness smiled at Penny. "Well, everyone always gets things when they least expect it." said Ness. She deffinately had things happening to her when she didn't expect them to. Though she was excited to see if her sister would get any new pets, then that way her owl Aya and her Pygmy puff Puffles would have some new company.

Ness had decided to leace Puffles behind in the dorm tonight, because he needed some sleep before tommorow. Puffles went with Nessie almost everywhere. Just not today. She had already been on one last stroll around the castle with him. He would just ahve to wait untill next year.

"Um...Conan, that gift is still for you, even if you don't think I have anything to apologize for." She wasn't going to leave the table until he accepted it.

Her hair went lots of different colours. That is awesome. "Well only you know the colors," he smiled, "To me it just looks like lotsa different colored hair. You know the emotions." Which was kind of cool. "So what does pink mean?" he asked. She didn't have to answer. He was just intrigued.

He looked at the box, "Just as long as you promise it ain't a sorry gift." He smiled. He wasn't accepting it, if it was just to say sorry.

Kurumi was rather pleased that Conan didn't try and push the issue of her hair. Well, he did, but only just a little. "I'm afraid I don't know them as well as you are giving me credit for," she sighed. "I can't always control it when it happens, but I can after." If that made any sense. Her cheeks flushed just a little deeper shade of red. "Pink might be one of those changes that I understand the least." She frowned. Surely that wasn't the answer he was looking for.

Her expression softened. "Okay...then how about a thank you gift?" For accepting her apology, but Conan didn't need to hear that bit.

Conan smiled, "Well you will in time. You aren't old yet. When you get to 20 then you can moan about not knowing them. Cos then you will be old." Which was true. "Ummm ok. I will take it as a thank you then." He wasn't sure what she was saying thank you for, but it was better than sorry. He slowly peeled the paper back and opened the box. A brush? "Thanks," he smiled. What was so special about a brush? He already had one. Maybe it turned into a robot. Like a Transformer. "What does it do? Is it a Transformer?" He had to ask.

Walking to the huffies table the blonde looked out for someone she knew but couldnt find anyone.That was sooo sad,after all the studying she had done Fee was really looking forward to some friendly faces.This was bad,the feast actually was the place to meet all your friends.Meeeh.

Sighing she sad down and helped herself to a piece of chocolate pie.Maybe that would make her a little bit happy.It was well known that chocolate made happy,right?!

"Yeah it is!" said Ness smiling at Daisy. She really did love it back at home, it was just saw different. "Awww thats AWSOME!" Nessie had always wanted to go to America, it was on her list of top 10 things to do. Nessie served herself some Triffle tart and took a bite. It was delicious. She had triffle tart often, but for some reason it tasted better then usual today. "Deffinately!" said Ness when Daisy suggested they should all meet up. That would be fun for them all.

Now that wasn't too bad was it? She just hoped Rose would forgive her and even if she didn't Nessie still did apologise. She then waited nervously for Rose's response.

The only person she would have to apologise to now was Tyler, and maybe the Prefects too for making such a noise. But Tyler was going to be the hardest, she just knew it. She only had untill tommorow, so she knew she would have to go apologise soon weather she liked it or not.

" Yes, Zara really told me about how cool and sweet you are as a friend" William told Ness." I think I see Fee coming over here now" Willaim said to Ness. " Good, I will help you and yoru family out" William smiled." The train and the rest of our terms here" Willaim explained to Ness.

" Only studies a little, wow" Willaim said surprised to Rebecca." Kurumi squeaked slightly, and not so much that Conan was calling her pretty, but more that she still wasn't very good at accepting compliments. Perhaps it was her slightly low self esteem, or perhaps it was her mother's sometimes conceding tone creating a dark cloud over her. Either way, she felt more shy than she had a few moments earlier. "T-T-Thank you."

"I am not sure if you remember when we first met, in front of the mirror, but you seemed really interested in hair so I thought this would be a nice way to say sor--, erm, I mean, thanks."

Now it was her turn to fidget a bit. Truth of the matter was, that she and Conan really didn't know each other all that well. Maybe this would be one of the only good things to come out of this term. Everything else seemed to be going down hill thus far.
