"Well, I feel I'm deep down part Gryffindor actually," he said eying the cookies. "But I could not dare to eat one of Gryffindor's cookies," he said and turned his head away from them. "I'll be right back," Hugo smiled and hopped over to the Ravenclaw table and took a cookie with an awesome ninja move. He walked back and took a bite out of the blue cookie. "Delicious Kurumi," Hugo said as he chewed loudly on the cookie. "We need to bake some together sometime," he said and patted the notebook in his pocket. "Anyways," he said and sat down again, "How was your summer?" He felt like he didn't hang out with her enough over the summer. He should've been there more to cheer her up, like he did that summer in '73 for Fee.

Emily heard someone yell back to her and looked around. It wasn't Nika. It was "Elaine!" she called back and motioned her forwards to come sit with her. First she couldn't find anyone, now everyone seemed to turn up at once? "Hi! Where have you been?" she smiled at her friend "I didn't see you on the train!"

Matilda: Oh no this my stomachache is getting even worse.

Ella reached for her plate of apple crumble, and dug her spoon in carefully.
While chewing she eyed all the other people at the other tables. She was glad she had a few other friends in different Houses.. Shaking her head she turned to her other friends.
'What are you guys talking aobut?' She hadn't kept up with the conversation very well at all..

'Nought, really...' Rose said. 'I'm just really tired and want to got to bed...' Rose yawned.

" Hugo, right?" William asked him. " You are Fee's boyfriend" William said to hugo. " I call her a hot blonde because Fee is a hot b;onde, but she is too old for me" William explained to Hugo. "So how long have you known Fee?" William asked Hugo.

" Hello Tayla" William replied back. " Tayla is an interesting name" William said to her. William thought to himself that Tayla really does not want to be freinds with him..


" Hi, my name is William Montcenaggio, but call me William Starr" he introduced himself to the lonely girl. " So how about being freinds?" William asked her. " We should go to classes together" William said to the girl. " We can hang out in the common room, too" William told her.

Elaine sat beside Emily and smiled. It was her first real smile since she left her brother at the station.
"Well, when I left Florean's, me and Alec had to go to Ireland to visit my aunt." She hated that woman, but she was ill and often gave Elaine money. So what was a visit once a year.

"I guess I just missed you on the train. Happy, my owl, doesn't like transport so he was going crazy."

Rose felt a bit lonely. Her friends seemed to have zoned out... She had no-one to talk to...

"You have relatives in Ireland? Me too! My grandparents live there." Her adoptive fathers parents anyway. And they were really nice to her and her sister, even though they didn't know they were witches.

"I know how you feel. My owl Sunny was doing anything to get out of her cage and it's so hard to carry it with my trunk as well. What type is she?" she asked plesently tucking into some yorkshire puddings.

Quinn looked around, trying to spot someone she knew. No dice. She walked down the table until she came to a girl sitting alone. She tapped her on the shoulder and said with a friendly smile, "Hey. D'you mind if I join you?"

'No, not at all!' Rose said.

"Yeah, Happy's a boy," Elaine laughed. "He's a barred owl." She grabbed a bit of everything in front of her. Sausage hanging out of her mouth she reached over to get the gravy. Swallowing, she turned back to Emily.

"So, what type is Sunny?"

"You alright? You look kind of lonely," Chris said to the first year sitting near her. She smiled, trying to look friendly. It was terrible to have no one to talk to, especially as a first year who was afraid already. She didn't want this girl to go through what she had.

'Yeah, I'm fine' Rose perked up. 'Gotta pull, yourself together Rose, you're just homesick!' She told herself. 'What's your name?'

"I'm Christina," she said, smiling. "But call me Chris. I hate my full name. What about you?" She could see the firstie faltering a bit, no doubt worried about the year or missing home. "And don't worry. The first few days are the hardest, but you'll get the hang of things," she said quietly, trying to be reassuring.

Wow this girl could eat! "Hungry are you?" she laughed a little as Elaine grabbed so much stuff. She had been planning on offering Elaine a suger quill, but hopefully mabye she'd be too full to want one. So there'd be more for her!

"Sunny's a tawny owl. She quite small for that kind of owl though. I don't think she'll be able to deliver big packages..." Poor little thing. She'd probably fall straight out the sky.

She took the gravy from Elaine and poured it pver her meal. "So are you excited for seeing Hogwarts for the first time? It's amazing! Especially the common room! You can take the bed next to mine!" she said rather fast. She was just so excited!

'My, name's Rose!' Rose said with a smile. This girl would know, she had already been here for a year!

Hugo turned round where there seemed to be a small firstie. Hugo? How'd a firstie know his name? He frowned and looked around a bit awkwardly. "Umm... Yeah... She is hot indeed," he said to the boy. "But Fee has a whole lot inside her, you shouldn't view her so objectively," he said as he looked around for some help with this kid. Even though Hugo had to admit his jaw still dropped everytime he saw her, her name was not "hot blonde". "You should try 'Sweet Friendly Outgoing Fashionable Funny Cute Hot Blonde Slytherin Queen' or use the shortened name "Fee" instead," he said crossing his arms. "I have known her for almost three years now," THREE YEARS. Wow, that was quite long. And he had a crush on her ever since that first flying lesson. "But-er may I ask who you are?" he awkwardly asked.

His cousin Rex .his cousin Victoria, ,his dad's freind Jason, his parents. J.J. and Katalin all lied to him about HogWarts. There is no one nice to first years. Even the first years are really unfriendly. Rex, Jason and J.J. had a lot of fun in Gryffindor. What happened to these boys and girls?

Ella's hand fell from under her chin and she knocked Rose slightly. Jerking upright Ella felt awake again. Sorry, Rose! Was dozing off.. again.'

She brushed her hair out of her face and took another mouthful of her crumble. 'I'm so tired.. Don't know how much longer I'll be able to stay awake!' Ella laughed, imagining herself falling asleep at Gryffindor table on her very first night.

Rose laughed with Ella 'I'm really tired too!' Rose grinned.

"See, you have a cool name. It's really pretty," Chris said, looking for a subject for conversation.
Chris looked over to her other side to see a frowning young boy sitting beside her. "Hey, what's wrong?" she said. Geez the firsties this year were depressing. She couldn't really blame them though. It's tough going to such a big, new place alone.

Ella grinned back, and grabbed a lock of Rose's now ginger hair gently. She combed it with her fingers.
'Don't worry, it'll come out.' Ella told her. 'They didn't use very good dye..' She giggled and let her hair drop back down.

Ella spotted Thomas down the table; she waved. 'Heeey!' She called, grinning.

'Thank you!' Rose smiled. Unique, yes, but no-one had ever called her name pretty! 'You've got a cool name too!'

'Oh, no! I like it now!' Rose grinned. Thomas and Ember had dyed her hair ginger the other day

Matilda: I can't stand this my stomachache and I hope to get to bed soon.
