Iris listened and nodded. "I suppose you're right, yeah..." N'aww... See, THIS is why Trixie got given that badge. She just smiled and sighed at Trixie's comments about it distracting her. Iris couldn't argue with that, so she just left her to it.


Smiling slightly as she watched Trixie look at something on her wrist, Iris realised just how special Oliver was to her. They had a friendship that not a lot of other people had... It made Iris warm and fuzzy just thinking about it. "Hmm. Well, if he doesn't have a mirror, then I'll buy him one." Iris said, plainly. She meant it, too. Though... HOW would Oliver ever keep that afro nice and ... not horrible if he didn't have a mirror? It just didn't make any sense to Iris.

Iris looked up and smiled as she heard someone give that Second year a piece of their mind. She grinned and gave her a thumbs up, so as to say "pleeeease keep that kind of attitude!"

Iris glared at the boy as he attempted to mock her. Seriously, that's the best he's got? How did this child even end up in this Great house?

"You understand? Because I don't think you do." She sneered, turning her nose up at the boy's wink. "And I don't appreciate being winked at."

... One trait Iris was exceptionally glad to have, was her very good hearing. It was something she often left hidden. It was a better weapon that way. She let the boy talk on at the Hufflepuff some, before turning around and smirking. "I'm forced to say nothing. One of my best friend's is a Badger, and I'd never do anything to disgrace her house. Prefect or no prefect."

Iris honestly never had met a Slytherin that she disliked as much as this one. Not even Evan, and that was saying something. "You better learn how to treat everyone with respect. I don't know if you've ever met our Head of House, but she's not the kind who skips around handing out candy. She won't want to hear that there's people in her house, disrespecting other Houses, but if you carry it on, don't think she won't find out."

Elektra looked over at the head girl and she felt like she was looking at....like the Queen of England. The head girl...coming up to Elektra?! She could faint, but she didn't and kept her composure and smiled softly and nodded glad that she welcomed her to the Slytherin. "Nice to meet you. I'm Elektra." She said introducing herself to Trixie. "Oh, I cannot tell you how exicted I am to be here right now. I'm trying to keep it together here." she said fanning herself as a joke and then chuckles.

She looks over at the Slytherin and she scoffs and gets up and drags Selina over to sit her firey Gryffindor booty down. "He gives you any trouble I can handle. Just sit trust me." She said sitting back down and she smirks and then thinks for a moment. "Ummmm...I got kinda lost. I know on the train above all things. Somehow I ended up in the middle of the train. How I got there I have no idea."

Honestly, Lamar was getting extremely annoyed with the over-enthusiastic Hufflepuff. He was way out of his league, the Hufflepuff was, that is. Or so Lamar figured.

"You really need to mind your own business," he said flatly. "Now really, shoo, you're boring me."

He just couldn't take all the voices anymore. Lamar gave her a brief glance, then looked elsewhere. Best to just ignore the girl completely until she finally came around.

That would work.

.... Really? REALLY? Was the Head Girl actually on his case? Heaving a sigh, Lamar crossed his arms just as she did and put his wry smile back on. "Perhaps I am," he stated, and left it at that.

Raven saw a familiar girl, in the next table,

"Hi!, Selena, am I right, we met at a park in Diagon Alley, remember" Raven Greeted Selena

Simon smirk this boy was way out of his league and he didn't even realise it Simon had been taught how to defend himself if it came to that but he doubted it would.

"You know what, it is my business when you are saying nasty things about the house I am in." Simon said. "And I ain't going to shoo, I'm going to sit down here next to you because this is a free Hogwarts and I can sit down where ever I want."

"Yeah, I got lost too. But somehow every time I got lost I knew someone in a compartment. I really spent way too much time in Diagon Alley this summer. The amount of faces I know is disgusting." Selina joked.

"So you ready to move into the dorm where you will be basically living for the next seven years? 'Cause honestly I'm a little freaked."

Iris grinned as Zoey mentioned rainbow butterflies, "Oh, they are. Trust me, I know." If she weren't SO annoyed right now, Iris would totally conjure some up. Maybe in a little while... when she's not annoyed with some of the members of her house.

Iris looked at the girl, slightly alarmed at how blunt she was. But at the same time, she had a lot of new-found respect for the girl. He stood his ground and opinions in a way that was self-sincere... not just plain rude.

As she listened to her, her eyes widened and softened apologetically. "Oh... I'm so sorry... I... I didn't realise that you weren't a returning student!" She sighed and shook her head slightly. "Well... I'm sorry... Really, I am... if you'd spoken to me and I completely ignored you... I'm reeeally sorry."

What a good prefect SHE was looking like right now.

"I'm Iris... One of the Prefects. If you need help at any time, for anything, just find me. Send me an owl, a note, a first year; anything. I'll be more than happy to help you. I'm sure that being ... well, a lot older than the rest of your classmates will be a bit of a hassle." She held he hand out, for the girl to take. That is, assuming that she wanted to, after Iris apparently ignored her.

Luke frowned. "You should go to the nurse, Katie." He patted her hand and gave a small smile. "And we can send an owl later to ask your dad why he didn't show. I bet he just got caught up at work or something." She really should see a nurse or something.

Luke smiled. "My whole family's been in Gryffindor since the beging of time. I finally broke that though." He hated being like his family.

"Oh," said Lulu and let silence fall between them as long as possible. It wasn't very long as Ara seemed determined to fill it up with chatter. Lulu scratched one arm as she watched Sir Robin leap away from the boy and back to the table, where he picked up a spoon. "Allowed? Well, that depends, really," mumbled the girl as she frowned. Robin seemed mesmerized by the girl, his beady eyes sparkling almost sinisterly.

Did he see something Lulu didn't? It wasn't like she was a sparkly entity or something. Robin only liked shiny things and mice.

"You're allowed to sit wherever you want but some people don't see the point of it. It's like, know that male?" explained Lulu pointing over at a miffed looking Wolfe. Although, Lulu couldn't remember a time he wasn't wearing that constipated look. "I bet he'd think you were mad if you sat with the Hufflepuffs or another house. It's like you're mingling with lepers. Then he'd exile you from his social circle, not that he has one. He's a boy and he smells, no one wants to be his friend anyways but he would so believe he's sent you to a solitary tower to stew in your own leprosy. He's that dim, really, as most boys are. Welcome to Hogwarts, though!" finished Lulu brightly, finally extending her hand.

Elliot was still eating the Slytherin cookies, the cookies were great and he was rather hungry. He wondered when will the food will show up? Hoped it was soon because he couldn't let someone heard his stomach grumble now couldn't he? He looked a round the Slytherin table to find a familiar faces then he spotted one. "Ollo, Sel." he greeted the brown hair girl. "Long time no see. How are you?" he asked.


"Oh I see. My mistake then." she has been a snake since last term?but he never saw her around. Then again he was a transferred to Hogwarts almost at the end of the term so he didn't meet a lot of Slytherin back there. What was her friend name again? "Umm. Greer?" she was the one who made a half goblin comment, right? "I'm Elliot." he said and he remembered that he didn't know the girl name "What's yours?" he asked.

She chuckled. "I'm an idiot. Plain and simple." she huffs and then smiles. "You know what at first I wasn't because I was scared...but now I am totally ready for this! These are going to be the best seven years of my life and I know it!"

"Yeah I'm excited too. i just am scared for the whole dorm thing. I mean I have a lot of clothes... Vi has more, but I have a lot. Luckily for me my mom put and expansion charm on my trunk so it's only one trunk, but there is a whole room down there. Not really, but you know what I mean. So I'm just going to take my trunk and keep it at the foot of my bed all year. Besides that's what everyone does anyway. Just take what I need when I need and only take out stuff for my side table and sheets."

"What about you? Light or heavy packer?"

Simon turned his head at the sound of a familiar voice. Ooh, Muscle!Man he liked that

"Hey Fee." Simon smiled. So she heard his stomach, great, but eh it was the truth. He was hungry and wanted food. Where was the food?! "How did you know?" he wiggled his eyebrows although he knew that she heard him. He eyed her close, did Fee know something he didn't. Hmm. "You know something I don't?" he raised an eyebrow.

Well hello pretty Head Girl Trixie. The girl had Simon's undivided attention when she addressed him. "Well thank you, Ms. Trixie." the boy smiled. How nice of her to introduce herself. Oh-oh, she heard his stomach too. Sheesh, why did it have to be so loud. Simon tapped his stomach, trying to make it shut up, but it appeared to have a mind of it's own and grumbled again. Just great. His cheeks turned a shade of pink. "I hope so." he chuckled.

Fee looked around at the Slytherin table and when her eyes caught a familiar brown haired boy she smiled.Of course Elliot was with the cookies.Waitinf for him to look into her direction she waved her hand at him in the right moment. Getting up from her seat she approached her friend.Besides that she wanted a cooke beofre he had eaten them all.Haha."Hey cookie monster",the blonde giggled",how are you?"Oh right she hadnt seen him at the train.Whoah so many people seemed to have hidden.

"Weeeeell i could hear it",the girl giggled.So should she tell him or let him suffer?Ohh Fee how evil.Inner Slytherin coming out.But when he raised his eyebrow she cracked up laughin."Okay okay",she chuckled,"when the headmaster has finished his speach the food appears."Naahh,good girl not letting her friend suffer.Fee was proud.Haha

"Did you enjoy the train ride?",the blonde asked taking her cup with pumpkin juice,"i couldnt find you."Okay well she had been with Hugo all the time but when she strolled trough the train she had been searching for him.Somehow the Slytherin had been worried he would get lost.Hehe.

Damian's eyes grew from annoyed to surprised as she was shaking the girl's hand. Again. It has happened to her again. Just as soon as she thinks the fight is about to come up, they get all nice. How odd.
"The new evil wizard must be from Gryffindor house..." Damian said to herself out loud in a sarcastic voice, then changed it to surprised again and turned to Iris. "Well, my name's Damian. My surname ... let's forget I have one. It's also... nice to meet you. Not trying to be more awkward, but... are you cheery slytherin or mean slytherin?" Damian asked the girl as she tried to suppress more and more the excitement in her voice.

"Ah, don't be scared. You know more about Hogwarts and stuff better than me so you'll fit in just fine. Me on the other hand, being just told only two weeks ago that I half blood, id nervous like you wouldn't believe so this answers your second question and I packed...a lot." she chuckles.

Katie smiled at the Slytherin Prefect, she was glad that a Prefect liked this attitude to that boy, otherwise Katie might have got worried about if she got in trouble.

FeeFee is right, she shouldn't lie to her "Sorry, but I don't think going to the nurse will help, thats not the only thing that has been happing that has been odd"

Katie rolled her eyes, this boy was unbelievable , "Yeah ignore why don't you" Katie said, she didn't like this boy, nope, no way.

Katie was uncertain about the whole nurse idea, "I'm not sure about seeing the nurse" Katie admitted to Luke, she then had an idea "Thats a great idea, I should" Katie said nodding her head, "Umm... Luke?" Katie added, she wanted to ask something.

He REALLY wanted to say 'how unfortunate' in response to the girl having a Hufflepuff friend, but he decided against it.

But her comments concerning Lafay were almost comical. "I know. Lafay has eye's everywhere... doesn't she?" Because tattle-tales like this annoying Prefect WERE EVERYWHERE. His lips curled into a deadly smile. He wanted to argue, he really really did. But again, he just could-not-be-bothered. "Thanks for the warning," he finished, eying her from peripherals.

NO. No, did he say it? YES HE SAID IT. Lamar flinched as if someone had raked their nails across a chalkboard. "I know this is a stupid question... but are you Hufflepuff's aware that 'ain't' is not a word?" Because they really were just not very smart.

Lamar heaved a gigantic sigh. Would this ever end?

"Oh you'll be fine. All of the Slytherin's have the same attitude you do. You'll fit in splendidly. Besides your eyes are green and it is so your color," Selina joked.

"Really? I would picture you a... it's all boots isn't it?" Selina asked dryly.

"Oh, that odd little duck!" exclaimed Lulu with a grin. "She's a Gryffindor, that one." Patterson gasped as Robin seemed to be startled by his owner's voice and lept right at her chest. The girl caught him in her arms and held him away from her chest. "Seriously, Robin. Grown a spine, will ye?" Scoffing, the girl tossed her ferret on the table where he hurriedly crawled over the plates sizing up two girls with shiny badges on their robes.

"Lulu," said the girl plainly, unaware of Sir Robin stalking the table, doing his best to hide between jars of pumpkin juice and large bowls of side dishes. "You seem alright for a boy, Elliot. You may be my friend just yet."

Elliot looked around the Slytherin table and his eyes caught Fee waving at him, he waved back to her. He saw Fee was walking towards him. "Cookie monster?" he wonder why Fee called him that, last time he noticed that he didn't have a blue feather like that cookie monster from the muggle cartoon character. Then he realize that he already eat a lot of cookies he laughed. "I'm hungry." he said. "I could practically hear my stomach make an orchestra concert right now." he laughed again.

Odd little duck? That's a weird nickname for a friend. Weird but creative. Elliot noticed that the girl ferret couldn't stand still "What's wrong with your ferret?" he asked pointing to Robin where he was crawling over the plates. "Nice to meet you Lulu." he said. "And you seem alright for a girl" he added.

Meredith sighed, yet she was happy that Adam was still talking to her. "Yes, i'm pureblood. Well that stinks! But ya, my mum was a slytherin but my dad was a gryffindor even though he was pureblood, weird." Meredith let out a tiny sigh. Ah well, i guess she would just have to get use to it and show other people that she wasn't the typical slytherin. Though she could be pretty outspoken. And not think before she speaks, well, she would just have to work on that.

Meredith blushed and let out a tiny giggle. She couldn't help it, the way he said was just so, well, just so cute. She smiled. "Aww, thanks! That would be just great" She smiled. She let out a mental sigh. She was so glad that Adam was that nice to her, being a slytherin. And maybe she would make more gryffindor friends if she was his friend too. She smiled. "Cool! I am soooo super excited! I have been waiting for this day for as long as i could remember! " She let out a little squeal. yay, the normal bubbly Meredith was back

Simon looked at this boy and then decided that there was only one thing for him to do. "I want an APPOLOGY from you NOW." Simon shouted, he was starting to lose it now and he wasn't going to back down from this Slytherin.

Yup, it was so loud that even the Head Girl had heard him. Haha, Simon's eyebrow thing always worked.

They had to wait for the headmaster and his speech, but he was hungry now. "Aw man. Do you think it'll take long?" he asked, after all Fee was here last year so she knew a lot more than he did.

Simon nodded his head. "Yeah, I got some Chocolate Frogs, but apparently now enough." he chuckled as he tapped his flat stomach. Five Chocolate Frogs just weren't enough for him. Hmph. Aw, she was looking for him...aw. "Did yah miss me?" he teased.

Ara watched the girl for a moment as she seemed to be frowning at...something. Her green eyes followed the direction the girl was staring at but then quickly turned towards the boy Lulu was speaking of. It was then Ara learned about the snappy boy, smiling as she understood where he was coming from. "Well, I wasn't planning on sitting at other tables just because we should keep to our own Houses until afterwards," so she believed. "It's growing into a big mess as that Hufflepuff student is angry. She shrugged her shoulders and smiled as the girl welcomed her to Hogwarts.

"Thanks I..." her voice trailed off as she finally saw beady looking eyes staring back at her. OHMYMERLINIT'SALONGGGGRAT! "I-Is that...what?" Her solid black Persian cat, Angelica would find it as a play toy yet the animal to her was icky looking, that was for sure.
