"I wonder when I can be a seeker!" She beamed, portraying herself riding a firebolt as a seeker in her head. "It'd be so marvelous." Alicia told Nika enthusiastically. She chuckled when Nika said clumsy people assisting other clumsy people. "It's never better. Clumsy people need their own gang to survive." She responded as she was still chuckling.
"Well, I almost broke my bones twice. one was my right arm and the other was my ankle." She said in such a terrified voice. "At the end of the day, it was fun. I didn't have to do anything in class. Just starring to the black board, daydreaming mostly." Alicia laughed whilst telling Nika her not-so-good experience. "Err... Let me read first." She mumbled, paused for a while, concentrating on the book. Generally speaking, she hated text books because she thought that there were a lot of nonsense in them. Yet, the words were usually too complicated for her to understand, accepting the fact that she was not a genius. "It is said here that this spell can transform animals into water goblets." She said. She was quite happy that she finally could give something that was actually informative to her friend. She smiled. "Shall I try then?" She beamed wider.

"Thank you very much." She responded with a blithe smile on her face. Her face turned slightly pinkish, especially when Rex said that she looked cute both with or without food on her face. (lol) It was rare that people called her cute which she didn't think so herself.

Within a second later, she threw another piece of pudding right at his face. She laughed. "You've got a sweet face now." She said playfully.

Alicia looked around, apparently she could see that some students were actually watching them. Geez... Idiots. She laughed at herself. She wasn't aware when Fee picked some pieces of chocolate splits from the table. "Blimey, Fee!!!" She screamed. Now her face was covered with chocolate freckles. Great stuff. "Now I look like that Wendy's girl, don't I?" She grimaced. That little red head girl with freckles. Pippi Longstocking. "Noo.." She looked terrified when she was thinking about that. She then grabbed a full bottle of whipped cream and sprayed Fee with it, from head to toe. She laughed. "Whitey Reddy Nosey Fee." She shook her head, looked at Fee, pretended to look so disgusted at her. "You're a mess, Fee." She giggled again as she licked the chocolate sprinkles from her face. "Yummy. I'm so delicious. I'm enjoying eating myself." The eleven year old innocent Alicia laughed so hard.

"Its good to have some insaneness in you",Fee giggled,"life would be boring without it."Gladly Rex and her had the best things in life combined.Crazyness and friendship.Hehe."But still it wont be the same without you",she sighed.Her best friend had helped her a lot and without him a big piece of the cake would be missing."I will be there you know",the girl winked.Whenever she would have time the sexond year would be there."Ahhh nooo food on me looks as stuoid as on everyone else",the girl giggled.Her bestie was too cute.

Fee started to squeal when Allie covered her in whipped cream.Oh my god she looked like a whipped cream cake now.The girl seriously needed a shower soon.Hopefulyl Hugo wouldnt vome by and see her like that.Would be horrible."Freckle Allie",the blonde giggled. When Allie looked at her like that the blonde raised an eyebrow."You're not looking better",she laughed.They've definitely gone crazy and people were even staring at them.Haha,jealous peeps.Oh my glitter did the little first year just say that? gooooosh."Allie you are sooo dirty",the second year giggled.

"It's rather odd. I'm just about the clumsiest person ever, but I've never broken a bone yet!" Nika smiled proud of her accomplishment. Out of a sudden impulse she reached over and made her hand into a fist and knocked on the table. "Sorry. Just to be sure. Don't want to jinx myself." Nika chuckled. "Yeah try it! I wanna try too!!!" Nika reached into her pocket and took out her wand. She had to pull off some sticky notes and papers off of it. "Maybe a pocket isn't the best place to keep my wand..."

Allie heard Fee when she was talking to Rex. It won't be the same without you. "Where are you going?" Allie stopped food fighting with Fee for a few seconds and instantly asked Rex, felt so curious. It sounded like a bad news or something bad might happen.

Waiting for him to answer, half her attention went back to Fee, just in case Fee was trying to attack her again. Allie could see from Fee's face expression that she was worried about something. Hmm... What made her feel that way. She grinned at Fee and splashed her with a bowl of pumpkin soup. "Now that's disgusting." She sneered. Considering that Alicia hated pumpkin soup so much. To her, it tasted like trolls snot. Ewww... It had been the best day for her so far this month. And also one reason why she loved Hogwarts so much. The food was unlimited. "You're almost perfect, Fee." Allie spoke playfully to her. "If you add some glitter on your head.. You're gonna be fantabulous." She laughed very hard and slapped another piece of chocolate cake on Fee's face. Deep down, she hoped that no detention would be given to her for causing such a mess like this in a Great Hall.

"Grrr... I'm not dirty!!" She shouted, trying to defend herself. "I'm just trying to clean my face up." Alicia laughed when she actually compared herself to cats.

"You must have lots of luck then!" Alicia smiled and immediately laughed watching Nika's weird behaviour. It was just all of a sudden. "Don't be nervous. We can do it." She tried to calm her down, although she herself was really not sure about the charm. "Vera Verto." She pronounced it once again before she waved her wand. She took a glance at the book once again to make sure that she pronounced the word correctly. Her eyes widened. "Whoops. It's Fera Verto!" She yelped. "My bad.." She rolled her eyes to Nika and chuckled. "Go on, you wanna do it first?" She asked Nika to go first as she was terrified to do it.

'Well, we would never be called boring" Rex told Fee." I apprecaite the thought about it being hard without me being at HogWarts. but I can help you when you visiy me" Rex explained to Fee." I think you aare cute with food on you, just not a lot of food on you" Rex laughed. "This is better"- Glitter in Fee's hair- Rex smiled.

Shoving his hands into the pockets of his hoodie,Septimus wandered into the Great Hall. He had nothing to do and no one to hang out with. Everyone else had some sort of issue with their life. Am I the only person in this school whose life is actually somewhat without problems?? he wondered. Other than the fact it gets quite boring very often.

Nika smiled at Ally and as she raised her wand to cast the spell she realized something. "Umm Ally? What animal are we going to use?"

Nika looked over and noticed a boy who looked about her age walk over to the Gryffindor table. She gave him a polite smile and a quick wave. She let her eyes wander to his robes and then when she saw his shiny Gryffindor badge her smile became even wider. "Hi there! I'm Nika!" Nika spoke to him in a maybe too cheerful mood. She quickly patted on the empty seat beside her. "What's your name?"

Heh?? "Uh...OK..." he took a seat beside the cheery girl he suspected was in the same year as he was. "Hi, Nika. I'm Septimus Galen," he told her. "First year Gryffindor and lover of both cats and pasta."

Nika giggled as the boy mentioned cats and pasta. Nika had a feeling she was going to like this guy. "Septimus, that's a cool name. Oh and I'm a firstie too!!! And I'm a lover of-of singing, football, and piano!" Nika could tell that she was probably starting to scare the kid so she settled down... slightly. "So Septimus..." She liked the sound of the name and so she would repeat however many times she wished, hehe."Tell me more about yourself."

Elyon skipped down into the Great Hall, hoping to grab an apple or something as she was quite hungry. When she saw Nika, she smiled brightly and skipped over to her, hoping to sit with her. She saw her talking to another boy their age she'd never met before, and she smiled at him too. "Do you mind if I sit here? I don't have any other friends!" She smiled and waited for permission to sit down, hoping she wasn't interrupting, though she probably wouldn't catch the hint if she were anyway.

"Hey! How are you?" Nika replied smiling widely. "Oh yeah, Elyon this is Septimus." Nika frowned as Elyon mentioned her lack of friends. "Oh that's not right! I have to introduce you to some of the people I have met. They would love you. And please do sit with us!"

"Right..." She sighed, slapped her forehead for being so clumsy. Realizing that there was no animal around, it was impossible for them to perform the spell. Alicia frowned, and chuckled after a second because of her stupidity. "Err.. Now I think we should find another spell.." She gritted her teeth, spoke to Nika in disappointment. "Let's see.." She rolled her eyes down to the book again, finding another more interesting spell to do.

Fee just started chuckling when the little firstie rambeled on abiu being fantabulous and atuff.There was nothign about it.The only thing that could make the blonde pretty again was a shower and that wasnt here,Meehhhh firstie totally runied her outift today.And theeeeeen there was pumpkin soup.Oh my gooood.Juice would be okay but sooouuupp? Grabbing the next best thing the Slytherin dropped the whipped cream all over Alicia's hair.Ohhh pretty."Granny Alicia",she giggled.God,this was a mess.Hopefulyl no one sqw her like this.

Suddenly the girl starzed screaming and Fee's eyes grew a little wide.Ohhhh that Gryffindor."Yes of course",the second year wiggled her eyebrows.

Fee giggled at her besties statment.Them and bpring?That was like Hogwarts without magic.Impossible."Yeeees i will visit you a lot lot lot",the blonde nodded and beamed a smile at Rex.Life without Rex wasnt possible for her no way.Seriously NO way.Shaking her head the Slytherin sighed happily.Her best friend was just obnoxious.In a good way of course."Yeeeeeees glitter matches me better than food",she laughed,"you should put some one you too."Just because he looked so rocker-ish with it.Hehe.

"The name's been passed down for geneerations and generations," Septimus said. "No one even knows who had it first."

"Well, like I said I love cats and pasta. I was birn in Italy where my Danish-Australian father met my Italian mother. I live in Galen Manor in Paris, France. I love to draw and paint more than anything else. I'm also a big fan of cooking and I specialize in making pizza, lasagna, and other Italian stuff. I'm an only child but I surround mysel with imaginary friends to keep me company."

Nika couldn't keep herself from giggling. "It's alright I'm sure we can find another one that's just as good!" Nika replied optimisticallly. "Now which spell to look for... Hmmm" Nika glanced over Ally's shoulder watching as she flipped through the pages
"Oh." That was all Nika could fit in before Septimus took the wheel again. And Nika thought she talked a lot. Nika fit in an ocassional "oooh" or "ahh" while he told her his background and interests. "Very interesting." Nika nodded her head and looked at Septimus. Wait is he done? Nika wasn't sure so she kept waiting in silence, something Nika didn't usually do much of.

"Oh it's okay!" Elyon said cheerfully. "Most people don't like me anyway!" She twirled her waist length, sandy braids absentmindedly. She was socially clueless. She suddenly noticed a boy their age right by them talking away about his past, and listened very interestedly. "Hi Septimus! I'm Elyon! It's very nice to meet you." She stuck her hand out, intending to shake his, though his face looked very confused. She hadn't realized she'd just broken up an awkward silence, for she never really knew when situations became awkard. She normally caused those types of things with her embarassing knack of honesty.

"Your home seems very lovely. Why don't you go to Beauxbatons if you live right by France? Isn't Hogwarts just for students in Great Britain? That's very interesting that you do come here though! I'm very glad you're here! Hogwarts is very wonderful!" She kept rambling on, unaware that people were beginning to think she was a freak. Most people did anyway, she was rather used to it.

Nika was surprised, "Why do you think that most people don't like you? Why wouldn't they like you?" Nika couldn't think of anything wrong with Elyon. Sure she maybe odd at times, but Nika was like that too, around her slytherin friends at least. Nika mouthed a 'thank you' to Elyon for easing the tention of the awkward silence. Nika didn't know why she hadn't said anything, but Septimus seemed like he was a bit freaked out by Nika so she didn't want to cause him to be even more disturbed. Nika opened her mouth in amazement when Elyon brought up some place called Beauxbatons. "WOAH! You mean there are more schools like Hogwarts!?!?!" Nika was astounded. Before the summer she didn't even know that Hogwarts existed. "Wow! Are there schools all around the world?" Nika still had her big smile on her face. "Oh I know! Hogwarts is the best! I don't know if I would have survived with out it. I never had very many friends at my old school. But here, here I'm making more and oh it's just so amazing! And the magic it's so awesome!" Nika looked over at Septimus just to make sure he wasn't giving her that blank stare like he did when she first introduced herself. That was not fun. Note to self, get Septimus to think I'm not that bad.

"Well, many students and other people think I'm too strange, and me having a personality that's different than most of the kids our age intimidates them." She smiled and looked around, interested by everything in the hall. Especially the sky. The bright blue sky littered with fluffy clouds always made Elyon super happy. It was very calming, and matched her happy mood.

When Nika mouthed 'thank you' in her direction, Elyon was confused. "Thank you for what?" Why would Nika thank her? She was only talking to Septimus. Maybe he didn't have many friends like her! That made her feel a bit better, though she hoped he did have some friends, it'd be very sad if he did not. "Oh yes! There are many of them! Haven't you read Hogwarts, A History?" It was one her favourite books, besides the Muggle classics. She and her brother were crazy for the classics! Elyon, too, was a Muggle-born, but she read. A bit too much, actually. Christopher, her brother, was almost positive she'd be in Ravenclaw. The Sorting Hat had considered it, but in the end, she was a good ol' Gryffie! "Hogwarts is my only home! I don't have any friends in my Muggle village, only a few here at school!" She twirled around, ever so greatful for Hogwarts.... if she was sent to an orphanage next year, she wasn't sure how she would manage! Hogwarts was the only place she'd ever felt home.

"Oh well you shouldn't even mind them because being strange is a good thing! It means that you are an individual. Those kids who call you that are just too caught up with fitting in that they don't show their true colors." Nika smiled at Elyon. She knew exactly what Elyon was talking about. Nika was also very strange, but in her own way. She is just a very loud and spazzy person. Especially around Emily and Samira.


"For breaking the awkward silence of course. I don't think Septimus likes me very much. I think he thinks that I'm crazy. Or too cheery or something." Nika whispered to Elyon. Septimus did look very taken aback when Nika first introduced her self.

"Er no I haven't. I haven't read it." Nika admitted a bit embarrassed. "I guess I've just never made the time to read it." Nika wasn't very big on nonfiction books. She was more into fantasy, mystery, and things along that line. "I really should read it though. My friend Emily has brought it up a few times as well. She's also a big reader." Nika liked reading, but only for pleasure. "I've only been to the library once and I was so tempted to check out every book. But I didn't even get one." Nika's face became a shade pinker. Seeing the books excited her, but she knew that she would probably never even crack one the slightest bit open. Maybe the one about the magical creatures, but that was it.

Nika reached across the table and scooped some pudding onto her plate. "Do you want any? It's really good!" Nika took a bite into it and let it melt in her mouth. Yum. Another great thing about Hogwarts, the food.

" Good, glad you will visit me" Rex told Fee." I knoe you love glitter" Rex said to Fee." Oh, yes "Glitter Rex" he laughed at Fee. " Of course, you may have to come to Swwrwater to visit me but I will probably be leving before I graduate" Rex explained to Fee.

A wider smile spread across Elyon's face, as she was rarely without one. "I feel the same way!" It was almost a relief, to have someone who knew how she felt, as Nika was just as strange as her, though Nika was loud and spazzy, and Elyon was blunt, and just flat out weird. She was one of the strange kids who believed in things like Nargles, and spaced out all the time, and could never be negative no matter what. "I like to show my true colours!" Nika probably already knew that though.

"Oh, I didn't notice there was an awkward silence, I never really do. I bet Septimus does like you though! You're a ver likeable person!" She turned to Septimus and asked, "Don't you like Nika? She seems to think otherwise, though I'm not sure why, though!" Septimus did not seem judgemental, he seemed quite nice actually. And like he liked pasta and cats.


"Oh, I love to read! It's one of my favourite things in the whole wide world!" It was true, Elyon was huge on reading, she couldn't even explain her immense love of books. Especially the Muggle classics. Her brother and she were crazy for it!

"Oh, no thank you! I'm not too hungry anyway!"

"My father used to go to Hogwarts and wanted me to come here instead of Beauxbatons," Septimus explained. "But I am glad that I came here instead. Seems much more interesting here in England..." Septimus remembered being in Paris, walking along the streets and happily greeting everyone he knew. So, he pretty much said a cheery "Hello!" to every single person he passed. He enjoyed traveling the world, though, especially to his homeland of Turin, Italy. Wait, wasn't he just doing something??..."Sorry, my mind tends to wander to random places at random moments."

OK, why was she silent. Septimus hated those awkward silences... "So, what about you? What's your life like?" he asked her.

Christopher darted into the Great Hall. He couldn't believe what he'd just done! He ran to the very end of the Gryffindor table, furthest from the doors. He stared at his empty plate, shocked at what had just occurred. He'd had his first kiss! Why did he do that?! What an idiot! He couldn't bring himself to look at anyone, he was so embarrassed! He was sure Violet would never speak to him ever again and he didn't blame her. Idiot boy....

After that kiss at the lake Violet was still in shock. The entire walk back into the castle Violet continuously kept replaying the scene over and over in her head. Violet decided that maybe she'd get something to eat so she made her way into the Great Hall and looked around. She saw a few faces she knew and others she didn't know. Violet was about to head over to the Hufflepuff table before her eyes caught sight of a very familiar and nervous looking boy at the far end of the Gryffindor table and didn't take Violet more than two seconds for her to realize who it was. She bit her lip and then smiled a little bit at him. Violet then took a deep breath as she began walking towards Chris slowly. When she made it to the end of the table where he was sitting Violet stood there for a second, and then she slowly reached her arm out and very lightly tapped him on his shoulder.

Christopher continued to stare and replay the scene ober and over in his head. He still felt like the biggest idiot ever. He felt a tap on his shoulder, not really expecting anyone in particular to be standing there. But when he turned around, who else would be stamding there, but Violet.

"Oh, erm, hi." He was blushing madly by now. "Erm, why don't you sit down?" He motioned to a seat beside him and looked back down. He was such an awkward child.
