Gryffindor Common Room
The official home of the Lions, the Gryffindor common room, is found on the seventh floor of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Because the entrance to the common room is the portrait of the Fat Lady, Lions must know the password and speak it to the Fat Lady in order to get through. "Gobbledygook!"
Remember that word...and keep it a close secret, for it's the current password you'll need to speak in order for the Fat Lady to swing away from the hole and allow you entrance to Gryffindor Tower. Once you're lucky enough to crawl through, you'll find that the common room is a circular area full of squashy armchairs, tables, and a bulletin board. A window looks out onto the grounds of the school, and a large fireplace takes up one entire wall. It's the perfect place to relax and hang out after a long day of classes!
That is, unless you're in need of a nap or ready for a good night's rest. In that case, there are two doors leading off from the common room that open to spiral staircases. Boys dormitories are upstairs and to the right, while girls dormitories are upstairs and to the left.
For whatever reason you're here, make sure you take good care of your home away from home! There's bound to be a perfect, your Head of House, or maybe even a house elf lurking nearby! | |

Hmm...what was she going to do over the summer holiday? "Well my dad owns a library in the town I live in, so I imagine I'll be helping him out in there like I usually do. It'll be nice to spend some time with him." Alice smiled at the thought before her face fell a little bit. She had been ignoring the last letter she had received about her parents. "I...um...I think my parents might be getting divorced," Alice said, trying to shrug it off as nothing but failing miserably. She felt the tears starting to well in her eyes and she struggled to push them back down.

Having woken up exceptionally early and already setting out a fresh batch of cookies in the center of the common room, Kurumi decided to snuggle up with Walnut on one of the couches to open her mail. There were a few bits of wizarding news, but more important were the cards from her brothers and her parents celebrating her birthday. Smiling, but a little wary, she opened the card from Ryunosuke to be greeted by a small explosion of confetti.
