Gryffindor Common Room
The official home of the Lions, the Gryffindor common room, is found on the seventh floor of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Because the entrance to the common room is the portrait of the Fat Lady, Lions must know the password and speak it to the Fat Lady in order to get through. "Gobbledygook!"
Remember that word...and keep it a close secret, for it's the current password you'll need to speak in order for the Fat Lady to swing away from the hole and allow you entrance to Gryffindor Tower. Once you're lucky enough to crawl through, you'll find that the common room is a circular area full of squashy armchairs, tables, and a bulletin board. A window looks out onto the grounds of the school, and a large fireplace takes up one entire wall. It's the perfect place to relax and hang out after a long day of classes!
That is, unless you're in need of a nap or ready for a good night's rest. In that case, there are two doors leading off from the common room that open to spiral staircases. Boys dormitories are upstairs and to the right, while girls dormitories are upstairs and to the left.
For whatever reason you're here, make sure you take good care of your home away from home! There's bound to be a perfect, your Head of House, or maybe even a house elf lurking nearby! | |

Adam had read out for Kurumi to hear the response. Kurumi completely forgot about the letter as all her attention went to the poor pathetic looking owl that had delivered the letter. Had it been through a war or something? Picking the poor thing up and cradling it in her arms like it was a baby, she sat down on the couch. Walnut look especially displeased with the owl and waddle over to the opposite side of the room.
" Poor little thing," she cooed still ignoring the letter that Adam had read aloud. " Where do you think the poor thing came from? I am not sure I know any magic to fix a broken wing..."
She looked over at Adam expecting a response...only he seemed to have the same sort of expression on his face that she did. " Oh...sorry...did you say something?" You couldn't really blame her...she did love animals...

Adam moved his feather up and down, stared at the owl awhile and gave up. How could he ask about why Alex had been sent to Durmstrang without getting personal with his questions. "Kurumi- I can't ask Alex about Durmstrang without getting personal with my questions, and seeing how he doesn't want personal questions- got any ideas around it?"He asked now moving the feather tip across the top of his mouth so that it tickled him.
