Blocking as much as she could, she took a breath and brought her hands up; first in front of her and then over her head. Locking her fingers she pushed up and leaned back as instructed. Holding it there, she took a few breaths.
Following along as much as she could, she straighten back up, keeping her hands and feet together and moved to lean to the right as directed. Holding in the 'r' position, she slowly breathed in and out. It wasn't a bit hard, but she held it for a moment before straightening again and then moving to repeat to the left side. Holding for a moment, she exhaled and straightened back out. She was feeling a bit light-headed but continued on. Bending at the waist, she stared down at the ground. So far the postures weren't all that difficult, which comforted her greatly.
Hearing his voice, she looked up and smiled. "Good, so far."
“Wonderful! You are doing great, may I just say.” Patroclus added with a smile. Most Wizarding folk looked down on such muggle-style of relaxation. However the Hudson family had been fortunate to have learnt from both Muggle and Magic Yogis.
"Next will we movng into a stretch section, starting off with Salutation to the Sun…….” Patroclus’ face turned to where the sun should have been, but it had now sunk well below the horizon. “Oh well there is no longer any sun to Salute," he laughed rubbing the back of his head, as his face flushed. Behind him the large majestic windows of the school lit up, transforming the school into a collection of floating warm stars.
“We better head back inside. It might me a tad risking to do Yoga in the dark, knowing me, I would get so in too it, I would forget time all together and the next thing we know it would be midnight. Got any homework, to do? Now would be the best time are we are focused” as he said that he put his hands to this temples widened his eyes, pretended to be seeing into the future. | |
