"Come back up straight, keeping both your hands and feet together, now lean to your right, making sure your feet never move, form an 'r' shape. Hold it, remembering to breath. Now back up straight, do the same on the left. and back up. Bend at the waist so you are staring at the ground."
Patroclus turned to look at Mina, "How are we going?"
Mina smiled as she pulled her hair up. "No need to worry about stains, I really don't mind getting a little dirty." she replied. It wouldn't be the first time her things would have grass stains on them or anything. "Besides, I'm kind of good with scourgify anyways." A few grass stains weren't all that hard and she knew she could handle parting with her things if she couldn't get the stains out. She did end up getting rid of her other things after her pick-up game with Evan before.
"Clear my mind, I think I could go that." Yeah, blocking things out was something she could manage. She was kind of getting good at it if she focused more. Letting go was going to be the hardest part for her, but if Patroclus was willing to help her, she would do her best to let go as much as she could. Beside, she did want to enjoy this.
Giving him a nod, she started to follow his instruction. She closed her eyes for a moment and took a deep breathe. Opening her eyes, she exhaled and placed her feet together. Blocking as much as she could, she took a breath and brought her hands up; first in front of her and then over her head. Locking her fingers she pushed up and leaned back as instructed. Holding it there, she took a few breaths.
Following along as much as she could, she straighten back up, keeping her hands and feet together and moved to lean to the right as directed. Holding in the 'r' position, she slowly breathed in and out. It wasn't a bit hard, but she held it for a moment before straightening again and then moving to repeat to the left side. Holding for a moment, she exhaled and straightened back out. She was feeling a bit light-headed but continued on. Bending at the waist, she stared down at the ground. So far the postures weren't all that difficult, which comforted her greatly.
Hearing his voice, she looked up and smiled. "Good, so far."
