Holy hippogriffs! They chased him? The bullies! How could the Muggle Studies professor let them do that?!

Eli didn't have another moment to think, because right then, the snarly blonde one sent a trip jinx at him. HEY, NO FAIR! he thought as he tumbled down, dropping his duffel and skinning his knee painfully on the stone floor.

"Owwww!" he cried out, scampering quickly to pick up his things and right himself. He was in such a hurry that he tripped over the hem of his robes and tumbled back down again, spilling his folder out of his duffel. Parchment went everywhere.


Eli rushed to get back up, not even caring that his homework and notes were all over the floor. They were going to clobber him; he had to RUN! He stood up, turning to face them. "Leave me alone, you snakefaced bullies!" he cried out, his voice echoing in the corridor. He turned to run again, heading down the loooooong corridor. Was it ever this long before? It didn't seem so.

Yes, Evelyn and Destiny were there now too. This little thief didn't stand a chance against the three of them.

Running up to him as he fell she was about to saw his leg off so he couldn't run (okay, so maybe not really but he didn't need to know that) when Destiny asked if she could throw the screwdivers at him. Taking her eyes off of him for that split second to look at Destiny the thief made another get away.

"You can run thief but you can't get away!" she yelled at him. She took off running after him again, wand at the ready to trip him again. She would let him run a little more though, you know to make him think he was getting away.

Snakefaced bullies? "Aw, that hurt." she said with a pretend sadness in her voice as she held her chest where her heart was.

Pfft, yea right. She was already hurting. No name calling could do worse than what has already happened in her life. Unless of course, someone was picking on her last name. Or the lack of thereof. She had watched and smiled in delight as his things scattered the floor after the few stumbles he had. Wow, how did he carry all of that stuff?

And then Marie took off again. This time though, she didn't waste seconds to look back to Destiny. Instead, she took off after her Slytherin friend towards the Ravie boy, making sure to step and jump allllllll over his assignments and bag as she passed them.

On accident of course.

Destiny laughed out loud as the boy fell, not once but twice. It was nice to see someone getting hurt at the moment. Not only did he fall, the parchment in his bag had flew out, and she wondered if there was anything important written on them. She was going to go and look, but the boy had taken off down the hall!

And whaaaaaaat did he call them?

"Snakefaced bullies!?"

Okay, so they may be bullies, but snakefaced, NO WAY! Destiny would be too scared to look at herself in the mirror if she had a snake face.

Snickering as Evelyn trampled all the boy's papers, Destiny too off running down the corridor after him and her friends.

She should have snatched that chocolate before she left the classroom.

Eli continued running -- hey wait, thief? He was no thief! What was she on about? He had no time to think abut it, though, for at any moment they would start attacking him with muggle tools. He wondered if the 'tools' could fly under their own power and wished he had paid better attention in class. Not that they couldn't use a spell to make them follow him or something. He was dead meat.

He glanced back to see if they were gaining and tripped on his robe hem again. He had a moment of time to curse his mother for buying them large in anticipation of a growth spurt, and then SPLAT! he was on the stone floor again, this time scraping his chin. He got to his knees, picking up his duffel again and praying they weren't RIGHT BEHIND HIM by the time he got up. Though they probably would be. That was just the way things worked.

Anni strolled along the corridor, still trying to find her way around the school, when she heard... girls yelling? Wait, thief? And who were they yelling at, Eli? What? Eli seemed sweet, she was pretty sure he wasn't a thief. She gave the girls her best glare, and helped the little firstie up after he tripped on his robe.
'Are you alright?' she asked him quickly, and then turned to the Slythie bully girls again 'So what's he ever done to you then?' she said, still glaring at them

Eli nodded, grabbing his duffel- the parchments were dead to him - and smiling at his Angel of Ravenclaw. "Yeah. Thanks." He glanced at the other girls and before they could stop him, he took off up the stairs to the corridor. The Angel of Ravenclaw would keep them away from him. He knew it.

Anni smiled, and waved as Eli left. She picked up his parchments, making a mental note to give them back to him at some point. Then she turned back to the Slythie girls.
'So, what's the matter, hmm?' she said calmly. There was definitely a problem here, and she intended to find out what it was.

What's the matter? She made them lose the Ravie kid, that's what!!

"None of your business." she muttered, having ran to a stop in front of the older girl and now starting to walk back to the classroom. Meh, she didn't feel like running after the kid anymore. And her hand hurt. And it wouldn't open.

Frowning, she looked at the tool, trying to get her hand off of it but, alas, it would not budge. What in Merlin's name is this?! Waving it around, she huffed in frustration as she continued back to the Muggle Studies class.

What a little purple headed PUNK!

He was brave enough to steal the walnut cracker right under the noses of three Slytherin's AND Professor Lawson!? Did the boy not know Lawson had like excellent eye sight? Destiny had learned that in her first year.

Narrowing her eyes at the boy, since he was saved by some older Ravvie girl, she shook the screwdriver thingamabobs towards him, "Yeah! You better run!" she called as the boy disappeared up the stairs. They would meet again, after all, and next time this girl wouldn't be there to help him.

And speaking of the girl..did she think she was TOUGH or something? It was none of HER business what the problem was! Destiny once again narrowed her eyes as the question was asked and took a step closer to the girl. "What's it to ya!?"

Sure the girl was older, but Destiny had TWO screwdrivers in her hand.

And a really weird feeling on her forehead..hmm..

Marie glared at the older girl when she spoke to them.

Pfft...

Like she was going to tell her anything. No, she wasn't saying anything to her. She wpuld just wait and get the purple haired freak later. No one is gonna steal from Professor Lawson and get away with it.

"He can run now but we'll get him later." she said as she turned to Destiny.

"Whoa Destiny, someone wrote on your forehead," she said as she stared at the word THIEF written in big red letters. What was that all about? Destiny wasn't a thief, the little Ravie threy were chasing was the thief.

She started to raise her hand, you know the one with the saw in it, to point at Destiny's head but her arm wouldn't move from her side. What in the name of Merlin was going on here? Why wouldn't her arm move?

"Destiny, I can't get my arm to move!" she said in a panicked voice. She turned to look for Evelyn and seen her heading back to the class. "Evelyn wait, something is not right here. I can't move my arm and someone wrote on Destiny's forehead!" she yelled as she ran towards her. Noticing that Evelyn was waving around her had that was holding the nail banger she stopped running. Something weird was definatly going on here but what was it?

Waving the hammer, almost violently, around to try and get it off her hand, or at least open her hand for that matter, Evelyn paused and looked back to the others when she heard her name being called. Something definitely was not right here as Marie put it.

Once glance at Destiny though, she saw exactly what was up. Thief? Destiny was no thief! Who did this?! Frowning, she turned completely around and started to move back towards the two other Slytherins. "What do you mean you can't move your arm?" she asked, still waving the hammer around slightly.

And why couldn't she get this dang thing off her hand!? Or more importantly, why couldn't she open her hand?! Looking down at the hammer, she used her other hand to try and pry open her hand, but it did not work. GAH! Trying to scoot the hammer out of her hand instead, when that didn't work, she moved to grab her wand up her sleeve but...

Now her other hand was stuck to the hammer too. O__O

"Marriiiieeee?" she called to her friend, panicking slightly and trying to get her hands off the hammer. This thing was evil!! She knew it! Muggles were crazy! And so was their tools!

The hammer was after her!

Anni tried not to laugh as the younger Slythies panicked. She wasn't sure what was happening, but it was pretty darn funny, that was for sure. She flicked her wand lazily, muttering a spell under her breath. That didn't work, though. Odd. She didn't know who'd cursed it, but she made a mental note to find out and send them flowers or something. She approached the one that they were calling Destiny, and calmly took the screwdrivers out of her hands. She walked over to the girl called... Marie?
'Finite Incantatem' she said, pointing her wand at the girl's arm. OK, didn't work either. Hmmm. She'd leave it fo now. Someone who obviously really good at magic had cast the spell. They were muggle tools, perhaps the muggle studies teacher? Well, she'd go there in a minute. 'So, now will someone tell me what's going on here? Because my friend who's just left is being chased by a magical hammer, and you seem to have gotten yourselves into some strange situations'

If Evelyn wasn't panicking already, she would have definitely have been panicking now. The girl had her wand out. She hadn't noticed it before or even WHEN she had taken it out, but she flicked it towards them. Well, mostly towards her which was why her panic attack just increased by a mile.

Closing her eyes and turning her head the other way as if that would lessen the impact of whatever spell the girl sent her way, after a second or so, she peaked open an eye to see what the hold up was. The girl, looked confused. Just as much confused as Evelyn was at the moment. What was she trying to do? Sending spells to someone who was unable to protect herself. She would pay!

Yea, she didn't really realize that no spells had been sent her way...

The Slytherin did notice however that the girl just took the screw drivers from Destiny. Not the best idea in the world, that was for sure. The older girl was going to be in one heck of a surprise. Still trying to get her hands off of the hammer, bouncing slightly in frustration since her hands only gripped the hammer harder, the dark haired girl glanced at the annoying one when she spoke.

Really now. "Because we so look like we know what's going on." she muttered, glaring at the girl before going back to trying to get the hammer OUT of her hands. Eesh. How hard can this be!? Her hands just, needed to let go. And NOW would be nice!!

Anni rolled her eyes. Stupid girl was panicking, did she not realise Anni was trying to get the hammer off her, not hex her. 'Well someone must know' she said, lookng round at them all 'Now let's just start off simple, shall we?' Why were you chasing Eli around?' she asked them, trying not to get angry. These girls were annoying her. A lot.

Eirian continued to drag Jayce up the stairs, to the first floor corridor. Once they had made it there, she sighed and continued on. "This is going to take a while, isn't it?" Not waiting for Jay's answer, she led her partner in crime up the staircase to the second floor, hoping it wouldn't change on them.

Jay squeezed her hand as he was being led down the hall. He had no clue where she was taking him, well he knew it was somewhere on the seventh floor, but where exactly? He had no clue. "Most likely." he sighed and followed Eirian up the staircase.

As she was told she had writing on her forehead, Destiny's hand automatically went to the spot to try to rub it off. Who in there RIGHT mind would WRITE on her forehead!? It had to be that PURPLE HEADED FREAK! He was a Ravenclaw for Merlin's sake, he probably knew all this crazy spells.

Plus..he had purple hair. That automatically made him GUILTY.

Not even caring that the screwdrivers were out of her hand, she rushed over to Marie and Evelyn. The older girl followed, and Destiny's eyes narrowed towards her. "Perhaps you should mind your own business," she told her, taking a step closer, "and give me these back!" She reached over and snatched the screwdrivers off the girl.

Turning her back on the older girl, she faced Marie and Evelyn, "I can use these," she held up the screwdrivers, "to pry that walnut cracker off your hand, and use these to..lift your arm?"

And she could scrape the writing off her forehead..whatever it said.

Hmm the older girl was still here. "Perhaps you should put your wand away before you do something stupid..." she muttered quietly to herself, still glaring at the girl and STILL trying to get her hands to let go, but they continued to hold on tight to the hammer. If only...she could get a hold of...her wand...

...which was still in the classroom. Closing her eyes in realization, she mentally berated herself for doing something that she laughed at other people for doing.

However, her eyes widened at the mention of Destiny helping with the screw drivers, prying the walnut cracker off of her hands? "No, thanks Destiny. I got it." she said, taking a step away. She'd rather have the older girl hex her than have that happen to her hands. She liked her hands the way they were...

Marie glared at the older girl who had helped the purple haired freak get away. "Do we look like we want YOUR help?" she hissed. "I think you've done enough here, why don't you just go catch up to the little freak. I'm sure he could use you to tie his shoe or something since you seem to think he's not capable of taking care of himself." She then turned from the girl and went over to Evelyn.

"Evelyn, try relaxing your hands, maybe they will let go of the hammer then." Not that Marie believed that would happen since she had tried relaxing her arm and she still couldn't move it.

WHAT!?

There was NO way Destiny was using those screwy drivers to try and lift her arm. That girl was screwier than the tools she was holding if she thought Marie was going to let her touch her with those. "No thanks Destiny, I will just deal with not using my arm if I have to." It's not like it was the only arm she had to use. She still had her right arm... the one that her wand was holstered to. Yep, she could get by with one arm... for now.

"Umm, maybe we should go back to class. Maybe Lawson will know how to take care of our problems here. I mean he does sort of owe us since we were only trying to get back the tool freak boy stole from him." Yeah, she still wasn't thinking about the charm Lawson told them he used at the beginning of the class. You know since she didn't consider what they had done as stealing the tools. Actually she was surprised Lawson hadn't followed them out of the room. Then again, he was probably in there laughing at them right now. He was just mean like that, she just knew it.

Fine, fine, FINE!

Destiny thought her plan was good, but her friends thought otherwise, obviously. What would be the worst that would happen? Well, a lot of things could go wrong now that she thought about it. Shoving the screwdrivers into her pockets so she didn't get anymore brilliant ideas, she started to rub her forehead again, hoping whatever was written there would come off.

She knew it was a long shot, but still, she tried.

Hearing Marie mention going back to class, Destiny shrugged. She didn't WANT to go back there and have to face Lawson again, especially now that she has something written on her forehead. Buuuut, she did leave all her things in the classroom, so she kinda had to go back. Pffft. "What does it say on my forehead?" she asked as she headed back to the classroom.

Perhaps she should have asked that earlier.

"Yea, that didn't occur to me." she muttered, glancing from Marie to the hammer in her hands before rolling her eyes. Actually... it really didn't occur to her to do that.

Trying to flex her fingers first, the Slytherin sighed in frustration as she found she couldn't even move them. Still! However, she stood still for a moment, trying to relax her hands. Okay, so they were relaxed, but she still wasn't able to move them. If anything, they grabbed on tighter to the hammer if that was even possible. It was almost starting to hurt actually. Her knuckles were becoming noticeably white after every passing second.

Following the others back to the classroom, the Slytherin continued to try to get the hammer out of her hands, becoming more and more frustrated as she couldn't. Looking up and over to Destiny though, Evelyn sighed as she leaned forward to see what was on her forehead again. "Thief." she mumbled, before moving her attention back to the evil muggle tool.

Waaaiit a moment. Turning her head just the slightest to look at the older girl, if she was even there still that is, Evelyn walked a little more quicker to catch up with Marie and Destiny. "Hey... i bet you that girl did this." Mmhmm! She had her wand out and EVERYTHING!

PFFFT! She was soooo going to get into trouble.

Watching in absolute astonishment as the Ravenclaw made a dash for the door and totally missing the fact that he had taken a hammer with him, Lawson then watched as the three Slytherin girls took off after him carrying a different assortment of tools with them.

He had opened his mouth to yell out, that it probably wasn't a good idea that they take off with the tools but then thought better of it and closed his mouth quick smart. They were about to learn the hard way.

He chuckled to himself as made sure the room was nice and clean before exiting the classroom and heading for his office. He looked at his watch and wondered how long it would take before the girls and the Ravvie came back to see him.

Looking up the corridor, Lawson spotted the three girls and a small smile tugged at his mouth.

Apparently not that long at all.

"I did warn you at the beginning of class that I had charmed the tools" he drawled as he took in Destiny's forehead, to Marie with her arm stuck to her side and then to Evelyn who had a hammer stuck to her hand.

Obviously they had not been listening.

As the Marie walked back towards the class with Destiny and Evelyn she tried relaxing her arm even more hoping maybe it would just float away from her and the saw would drop out of her hand. She wasn't having any luck with it though. No matter how much she relaxed her arm would NOT move which was just making her angrier by the minute. Especially when she heard Evelyn say that she thought that other girl did this to them.

"Oooo, if she did this to us then she better hope I never see her alone anywhere. I will make her pay for this." Oh yes she would. That girl was going to wish she had never stopped to help that freaky little Claw.

"Not only does it say THIEF on your head but it is in BIG red letters." she told Destiny after Evelyn had already told her what it said.

Hearing another voice Marie turned around and almost ran right into Lawson who was... smiling at them?

WAIT! Mean Professor say what?

Lawson did this to them? But...but, it's not like they were stealing the tools. They were trying to stop a thief who put a hammer in his bag. And this is how they get repaid for trying to do good! "But... we were only trying to get the hammer back that the purple haired freak put in his bag. He was stealing from you so we were going to stop him. That is until that nosy older girl helped him get away." She was probably in on it the whole time, she probably wanted him to take the hammer for her.

"Wait! If you did this to us then that means you can undo it too... right? You can just take the charms off and we can put the tools back in the room." He better be able to fix this. They were chasing the boy for him after all.

Sweet Merlin.

Destiny didn't know what relaxing one's hand would do, but she watched intently, hoping the walnut cracker would fall out of Evelyn's hand. She glanced between both her friends not having any ideas that would help them. "I can still pry them off, you know." she mumbled before going back to rub the letters off her forehead.

The letters that were red.

And said thief.

Whaaaaat?

Destiny was NOT a thief! Well, except that one time she stole off her grandmother but the woman was asking for it. Don't shove false teeth in front of someone's face and expect to find them were you left them later on. Simple as that. Hearing Evelyn say that the older girl did this to them all, Destiny turned around to glaaaare at the Ravvie, "Well, I say I throw one of these at her." she said and pulled out one of the screwdrivers. Holding it up, she closed one eye, and just about to throw it, she heard the voice of Lawson.

She turned around quickly and hid the screwdriver behind her back. He did NOT just see her about to throw the thing at that girl..hopefully. "But..but.." Meh, she couldn't even think of anything to say. She did remember Lawson saying the tools were charmed, but she got too caught up with wanting to DESTROY that purple headed boy, that she didn't think.

She nodded her head along with what Marie was saying, "Can you scourgify my forehead, Professor!?"

Cue lip wibble.
