After being completely silent and motionless throughout the whole lesson so far, Ella saw the Slytherin students gathering and quickly joined them. She only knew Trixie, and she met the prefect once but couldn't remember her name. Woops. She hoped she hadn't missed any important discussion time. But she probably had.

"Er - Hey!" She said and stood next to Trixie. She didn't care if Trixie didn't particulary like her at the moment. Life goes on. "What's going on then?" She asked. Might as well be involved, but really, Ella didn't care if she just stood there throughout this lesson.

Evan nodded at the people who were introduced. Good to know some people. Then he turned to Prefect Nancy and nodded again. She seemed to be leading them, and her plan sounded nice. He untied his precious Chelsea wrist watch, giving it to Selena.

"Could you please hold it while I'm in he water?" he asked with a small smile. It was water proof, but he didn't want to risk it with getting into a magical water. That watch was too valuable to him to risk for anything. Then, turning to Nancy, he said "I'm not very comfortable with the Bubble-Head charm yet..." Yes, that sentence asked politely to her to do it for him. He was good at charms, really, but he hadn't paid much attention to the class. Cue to Marie and Denise couple.

Nymphy looked the the people outside the tank...."What she said".

"Lets try something new. It must have some sort of protective charm on it. Lets try to make it go away so we can break open this trunk. What's the spell again.....? I think its 'Finite Incantatem!" he said, actually trying the spell as he said it. "Did it work? Lets Both try it......again,on three. One......Two......Three- 'Finite Incantatem!" he screamed, possibly casuing a hernea it was so strenuous. He was trying so hard and just wished that someone other than this nice girl would help already!

Mina pulled out her wand and looked to her fellow 'claws. "Okay, so two of us get timed at once and then the next two and so forth." she voiced more for herself. Vocalizing the plan helped her. "I'm ready to be times if anyone is ready to time me." she added as she quickly cast impervius on her clothes.

Looking toward CJ, she smiled. His idea was great. "Well, my charm should last a while, but I'm really more comfortable trying to get into the crate then casting the bubble head charm."

Ivory turned towards Vashti, and gave her a one armed hug. "No worries you'll get the hang of it eventually. It's just practice and determin-"

Suddenly the inkwell was out of her hands and being transfigured into a clock.

Blinking she eyed the older boy. She remembered him alright. From the day in Diagon Alley. He'd stolen her supply list...... but now was not the time to get into an argument, now was the time for teamwork. Pushing down her pride, since she was naturally a usually cheery person she smiled tentatively. Bygones were bygones for now.

Giggling, she realized Maddie had taken out her own watch, so she turned and watched as Vashti began to time her and then turned back to that boy. Like him or not he was right.

"Alright it sounds like a plan..." She trailed off this time because although she certainly knew of his manners she knew nothing of his name.

Simon looked at the boy, well anyway Simon looked at the chest and then at his wand, he wasn't very good at spells but he knew a few basic once's but would any off the spells he could do be any good, well Accio wasn't any good, but maybe the Finite charm was but would that be any good. "Does anyone have anything I can throw at it?" Simon said suddenly. "I can't think of a good charm to use."

"Pleasure to meet you Abbi." Carter said to the girl. "I'm Carter." he added. He jumped into the tank. "Yeah. I can swim just fine." he said. "What about you?" he asked. "If you need help with the bubble-head charm I can help you with it." he said. He wasn't a pro, but his probably lasted a bit longer than hers. "And then maybe we could use reducto on that trunk...?" he suggested. It seemed like a good idea to him.

Nymphy was glad that they had stopped fighting. "You can try the Alohamora Charm" he said. What was a charm that Nymphy could use to negate an protective charms?????? While he thought, he cast a Reductor Curse right to the side, to try and possibly find a weak spot.

Dani watched as the boy screamed out the charm. She shied away. When she was sure he was done for the minute, she walked over to him. "Don't stress it." she told him. She turned to the crate "Finite Incantatem." she said quietly and waited to see if it worked.

She took the watch and smiled at him. "Of course," she said. She wouldn't want to wear jewelry or anything of the sort in the water anyways. She looked at Alex. "Alex, if you want to go inside you can, I'm perfectly fine outside," Selena assured her. That was really nice of Alex to stay outside with her but she knew that Alex preferred to be doing something else other than watching the crate move.

Nancy grinned at Selena when she wished them good luck. She was just too cute. "Thanks, Selena. We'll try not to keep you waiting for too long." Then after a short pause she added, "Oh, and if you notice anything unusual just call for us or knock on the tank or whatever." Just don't knock the tank over. Cough.

Oh this was a rather pessimistic one. And Nancy didn't like it one bit. Bleh. "Yeah, thanks for the optimism there." She said sarcastically before she could stop herself. Well, it was true. Besides, it was there best shot. For now. Until they figured out a better plan. "Okay, fine with me. You might want to brainstorm over some other plans that might help us with the task." Should this plan fail.

Awesome, Trixie had agreed to go in too. Just as she was about to say something to her, another girl joined their little group. It was Ella. Staaaaaaaare. Well, now was definitely NOT the time to talk about boy-drama with her so she just hoped she would behave. Along with Trixie. Hopefully they would both behave.

"You're going in as well, Ella." Okay, talk about being bossy. Err. "I mean, unless you can't swim or something." Yes, she wouldn't FORCE her to dive in after all.


Nancy couldn't help but smirk when Evan handed Selena his watch. It seemed to be a special watch for him. How cute. Then he turned to her and said something which made her blink at him for a moment. Did that mean he had just totally had to bear that disgusting smell from the dungbombs? Poor guy. "Oh, err, yeah, sure. I'll do it. I suggest putting an Impervius on us first though." And with that she first pointed her wand at Evan, then at Trixie and Ella and finally at herself, each time casting the Water-repelling spell onto them. Noooww...

"So, are you two okay with the Bubble Head charm?" She inquired towards Ella and Trixie before pointing her wand at Evan once again, making a counter-clockwise movement around his neck. "Viseo Ebullio." Hopefully it would work. Now that would be embarrassing if it didn't. She repeated the process on herself, and then peeked at the others through the bubble-shaped bubble on her head. "Let's dive in." She grinned at with that said she did exactly that. Dive into the water inside the tank. It felt a little strange what with it not actually making her wet and all.

Turning towards the small girl with the timer, Christopher smiled. "Sure."

Eyeing the other girl he was surprised to see she agreed with him...and was that a smile...? Well he for one was flabbergasted by the female mind. Had she forgiven him? For stealing her list and lying about it, for tripping her and then making fun of her? Well who knew. He sure didn't. For now it seemed he would forget about that and play nice instead of making the snide remarks he felt bubbling up.

Hearing the girl next to him start casting, Mina he thought her name was, he smiled appreciatively. "And I'm more comfortable staying dry and casting on you all." His wand in hand, he quickly cast Impervius to himself (in case of splashing occurred, the other small first year, and she-whom-he'd-jacked-of-her-supply-list.

"Good, I'm ready to be timed. Viseo Ebullio." Of course he didn't cast on himself but rather on supply list girl. Did he have to ...no...was it funny.? Yes very much so. A rounded bubble encompassing her head appeared and he turned conversationally to the girl with the watch. "Well she is going in there after all, I might as well practice on my target. Hi by the way, " he said to his fellow Ravenclaws including but not limited to supply list girl." I'm Christopher James...CJ for short."

Grinning devilishly, he stared at the watch. His record was six minutes...lets see how long this one would hold.

Alexandrie stared at ..Nance? was it. "I'm fine Selena. Besides someone has to think of plans just in case theirs doesn't work." Alex knew she was no doubt annoying the prefect..and she was enjoying it. "In fact, lets do that well we're watching the crate to move." Alex said glancing at Selena smiling friendly at her.

Simon looked at the boy, well that might work, Simon looked around to see if Mel was anywhere around, he had seen her not long ago, he would see if she needed a hand with anything in a bit. "Alohamora." Simon said as he did the spell and watch as the spell worked, Simon couldn't help but notice the pretty colours that spell had when it worked and he was glad that it had worked first time, well he had been practicing it for a while.

Rhea looked nervously between the professor and her two house mates. She was relieved when the professor didn't dock points. They couldn't afford that currently. She listened as the professor told them to be careful with the crate. That's right, they couldn't rish damaging it.

"That's a great idea Nymphy but I think we need to stop and think for a little. Let's take a breather and see what the other puffs think and hear them out. I'm sure prefect sarah has some idea about this thing." She said in a quite even tone to the boy. She rest her arms on the edge of the tank so she was facing the other puffs. It made no sense getting out of the water now, since she was already soaking wet.
"Do you guys like his ideas or do you have anything else to add?" She asked the Huffie group.

As the Slytherin students continue to work on their crate, a single, shiny object floats out of it.

"Ohh. Nice to meet you Carter" She watched Carter jump into the tank, "Can you?" she asked, "I can't make it work, if you can I'll jump in" Abbi jumped in either way she can stay at the surface and help him from there if he couldn't cast the spell on her, though with anything other than magic of course.

"Uhh sure" she had no clue what that spell was, "Just as long as you can do it, my spell casting isn't that good" it was horrible and nonexistent!!!

"I'll time you," Vashti offered, turning to Mina. She quickly cleared Maddie's time off the timer, ready to time a new one. "Ready?" she asked.

"Thanks...." he said, "I think with all of our spells, it made a diffence." he said. "I'll try another Alohamora" he said.

He pointed his wand at the chest and said, "Alohamora!" very pointedly. He could almost imagine the combined effort of their charms slowly opening the chest, as if by a meter. When the meter was full....BOOM! Chest= open!!!!

"Another Stinging Hex I guess" he said, flicking his wand at the chest, stinging it.

"Careful," Selena added as they dived into the tank. She looked at Alex with a smile. Selena pulled a chair up and looked at the tank. Then she spotted the silver locket. Ooh. Shiny. She tapped lightly on the tank careful to make sure it didn't tip over and pointed at the silver locket. It was so pretty.

"Eeep, one at a time!" Vashti exclaimed when suddenly the boy - CJ, apparently - had cast the Bubble-head Charm on Ivory. "I wasn't ready! Can we stop and try that again?" She turned to CJ. "I'm Vashti by the way. Hi. Now can we all wait our turn to be timed?" She eyed the older boy. "I can only do one at a time."

"Good idea. I need to redo my Bubble Head charm anyways" he said ascending tothe surface. Firstly, "Viseo Ebullio!". Second. "Anyone get any ideas? Or are we gonna keep battering the thing. I think that maybe someone should keep up a steady stream of 'Finite Incantatem'. It seems to be helping. I'll keep cursing it if thats ok with everyone." he said, looking around.

Well wasn't he arrogant? Putting it out of her mind, Maddie smiled again
'Great time!' she said, mostly to herself 'Thanks Vashti. shall I get in now?'

Mina nodded and took a deep breathe. Raising her wand she cast Viseo Ebullio. Slowly, the bubble took shape and engulfed her whole head. It was even more soild than before and she had a good feeling about it this time. With one eye on the tank, she took nice breathes of the clean air in the bubble. She really did wonder just how long it would last.

A sinking feeling was in the pit of her stomach. They needed to get in that tank and open their crate. Something was telling her there might be something of importance in the crate, or even someone.

Watching Mina cast Impervius on herself, Ivory smiled. It seemed the plan was getting underway already.

Getting out her own wand and feeling the familiar warmth that issued every time her hand came into contact with the old wood, she stared at the ever present blue flame that resulted from her wand's particular core and aimed it at her clothes when suddenly....someone else cast it for her.

Looking up, she smiled genuinely. Maybe they could be friends after all.
"Oh thanks-" Then again maybe not. Before she knew what was happening there was a round strong bubble cast around her head. One that seemed to have no inkling of coming down anytime soon.

Sighing in exasperation, she shot him a withering look and walked over to Vashti to stare at the watch along everyone. She supposed his logic made sense. She was going in there after all.
