Ziva nodded her head, "I think so too." Ziva said agreeing with nodding her head. "But if we don't try it, friendship is just going to be awkward." Ziva told him. She hated awkward situations...mainly with Pierre, kind of like now.

Ziva put her hands in her coat pockets to get them warmed up. She felt a warm thing laying in one of the pockets she pulled it out and found a note laid within in it.

Ziva sighed, she was starting to miss Asher a lot, but she had Pierre to keep her company.

Pierre looked up and smiled at Ziva. "So are we going to start dating then?" He really hoped what he was assuming was right. He really did like Ziva and thought she was an amazing girl.

He watched as Ziva pulled a hat out of her pocket and as she pulled a note out of the inside. He saw her smile. "From Asher?" He figured that by the look on her face, but he could never be sure with Ziva.

Ziva looked up from the hat to Asher's face. "Yeah." she said blushing, she was bashful about this whole dating thing.

She turned back to the note, and pushed it across the table towards Pierre. "He always keeps me on track." she said as she put the hat on, stuffing all of her long hair into it, she made sure it covered her cold ears.

Aaron half wondered if he shouldn't have interrupted but the redhead was like CALLING for him to cling to her. And she didn't seem to mind, even if she and that boy were like talking all lovey dovey. No matter because HE was the one hanging on the girl.

And she had an unusual first name, like his unusual last name. SO COOL! "Nope. Don't think so, but you should! I'm gonna be FAMOUS someday!" Aaron exclaimed happily, still hanging on her. "Aaron Rose, pleased to meet you!"

The boy didn't seem to be as cheerful as the redhead. Well duh, he was hanging on his so-called girlfriend, who coincidentally, didn't really MIND. Someone had the case of jealousy, if Aaron knew what that was. "Name's not kid. It's Aaron." the first year pouted. "And your girlfriend isn't complaining."

Really? Did he think he, a first year, was a threat to his relationship?! Meh. Clearly the boy had some self-conscious issues. He was barely over the cooties stage with some girls.

Gold couldn't exactly tell Dylan that she trusted him back, because Aaron chose that moment to speak up.

GOSH! This kid was so cute. Really. Even if DyDy did seem a bit ... unhappy, about the new presence. Gold didn't really feel bad, though. Kids could be fun. Especially if they were the happy sort.

"Well, you should give me an autograph in advance, then ... and it's nice to meet you too, Aaron," she said, cheerfully. "Even though I can't see you. Or anything, really." Well, that could be remedied. "Would you like to see my new heels? If you let go of me, I can show you how they're all blue and sparkly." She loved her heels, that much was clear.

She liked this kid, too. He was fun. The fifth year tried to peek at Dylan, but failed, and then waited for Aaron to let go of her.

Rawwrrrr.

Oh. He guessed he ought to release his hands from her eyes. Uncovering her eyes, Aaron removed his tiny arms from around the redhead and shifted to her side so she could see him.

"Autograph... hmm, I guess I could do that. JUST for you though, if you promise not to let ANYONE else have it. Cause you know, can't let everyone have an autograph before I'm famous. Then it won't be worth much money if EVERYONE had one," he explained, moving his hands as he talked. "Blue and sparkly? Well... Okay... I like sparkly, but I'm more a fan of gold." No pun intended, I swear! "And black," he added on for good measure.

Aaron liked this girl. Looking her up and down, he then took in the badge she was wearing. "Ooh! You're a prefect!?!?" Cue gasp and wide eyes. "My sister was a Prefect. And she was a redhead too!"

Oh, good.

She was free, at last!

Gold was pretty thankful that she could see again. Could see the boy too, now! My, he was an adorable kid, that was for sure. "I promise," she said, all solemnly. "I'll keep it all safe, until you're famous. Won't tell a soul. Can I tell Mr. T and High Heels, though? Those are my kittens," she added, by way of explanation. She didn't want him to think she was going to let all her friends know. Yep, she could keep a secret!

Hehe.

"A fan of gold?" She had to grin, at that. "Why, thank you. I'll take that as a compliment, because my name is Gold, too." Fun kid! FUN kid! "I have golden high heels too, by the way. Black ones, as well." She pulled up her robe a tiny bit to show him her current, sparkly blue ones. "I have pretty much every colour in heels, to be honest."

Prefect? Oh yeah, that. "I am, but I tend to forget," she grinned. "Your sister? She must be all pretty, if she has red hair." Because red hair was ALWAYS awesome.

Well she was certainly very easy to please, wasn't she? More reminders of Mia; because as often as she annoyed him, he knew that she was probably one of the easiest going members of his family. And good thing she clarified about Mr T and High Heels, because he was going to say . . . "Well, I suppose you can tell your kittens," he said thoughtfully. "With that said, where would you like me to sign?" Napkin seemed awfully lame; maybe she had some parchment with her? Girls liked to carry paper and quills with them often, no?

"Yup... Gold and Black! Hufflepuff colors, ya see?" He grinned, pointing to the gold and black tie that he donned. "But I like your name too! It's unique. Like my last name, being Rose." And just how many heels did one girl need? He was pretty sure that Amelia didn't own that many; but then again, from what he knew of her, she was never really a girly girl either. "Just how many heels do you need?" Oh yes, Aaron was quite blunt.

How could she forget she was prefect? It was sort of IMPORTANT, which meant she was gonna be famous one day too! "Oh. And yea, my sister. I guess she's pretty," Aaron shrugged indifferently over the matter. She was his sister, after all. "I mean she doesn't really show it off though. But yeaa.... She was a Prefect for two years AND Quidditch Captain for one!" The latter sounded more AWESOME though to Aaron.

"You can sign my copy of The First City of Love," Gold chuckled. She loved that novel, and had a brand new copy with her. She picked up her handbag, opened it, and out came the yellow book, with the pretty portrait of Pascal and all.

"Here you go, Mr. Gonnabe Famous!"

Hehe.

"Gold and red ... Gryffindor colours!" Gold grinned, in response. Her name and her hair, they were quite some combination! Though it had been something of a surprise, when she had found out that she got to be sorted into a house that was so her.

"Well, I can't say how many heels I need; because for me, the more, the merrier. I love heels, so if I see a pair I like ... I buy it." Waste of money? NAHH! "I try to go out a lot, so I can wear all of them."

"Your sister sounds like an awesome person." Gold wanted to meet her, now. Not because she had been prefect and all, but because she had been Quidditch Captain. You could totally tell Quidditch was important to Gold. Really close to her heart. "I was Quidditch Captain, at my old school. Then I transferred. Prefect, now. But I must say, there's nothing like a broom, especially on a rainy day."

Ah, memories.

"Well since I didn't know your name, kid seemed appropriate at the time," Dylan frowned. Weird young kids. "Nice to meet you, though, Aaron." He shook his head, "She may not be complaining, but you are kinda blocking her eyes." Her beautiful eyes.

Why didn't she reply? Did she not trust him? He frowned, and sighed slightly. She found the first year far more interesting than him. Oh well. He was a new first year. Nothing to be jealous about.

He just watched her lovingly, as she interacted with the boy.

Sign a novel? That he hadn't written? In some regards that seemed a bit strange to even Aaron, yet if it was what she wanted him to sign, he would do so. “Okay!” he agreed cheerfully, as she handed him the book with the nice title. EEK! She was sooo sweet and cooolll and AWESOME!! Amelia would love that he was getting in with such awesome people. Of course if he was more like Amelia, then he would be in with ALL people regardless of their popularity status.

Taking the book, he carefully opened to the front cover of the novel and dug around his pocket for his quill. He was sure he had it with him. With that, he signed on the bottom right corner of the inside front cover:

“There you are, Ms Prefect!” He grinned, closing the book and handing it back to her. Oh... Gold and red... when she said it like that he didn't think about how fitting she was in Gryffindor till that moment she said it. Appropriate. “Nice!” Aaron so approved.

“That seems a waste to buy heels just cause you like them.” He really didn't understand the obsession girls had with shoes. He was content with his old pair of black sneakers. Even her explanation of going out a lot to wear them all seemed terribly selfish to Aaron.

“I guess so. Maybe when we're like home from Hogwarts in the summer I can convince her to come to London and you can meet her!” Oh; she was a transfer? And she played quidditch and was a captain?! Oh that was soo awesome and cool!! “You play quidditch too?! Awesome! I love quidditch and my broom, but unfortunately I gotta use the school broom this year. Though I still made the team!”

Yup. He was a keeper. Hehe.

"Nice to meet you too.... uh, who are you?!" Aaron asked turning from the redhead to the rather quiet boy. He didn't seem as outgoing or excitable as Gold was. How could she possibly like sitting with such a quiet and reserved boy? Weird.

"The name is Dylan. Dylan Denver," he replied, snapping out of his loving daze. Wow this kid was bouncy. Few too many happy pills taken this morning. Quidditch? Why was it always about quidditch around this place? He had gotten enough of it at home. Now he was here, and that was all that mattered. He couldn't wait to get to WADA, and talk about intellectual stuff. Like pre 1990 movie stars.

Josh bought two Welsh Cakes and cups of coffee and was returning to the table carrying them on a metallic pink tray. And this was why he was almost running to the table with those stuff: He could not imagine a scene more embarrassing than carrying stuff with a pink tray in Madame Puddifoot's. *Shiver*. Praying for not to be seen or realised, he rushed to the table where he found Rose in a similar tense mood. Just wait till she saw the tray and cups and the plates in which the cakes rested.

Finally arriving there unspotted, as he hoped, he put the tray on the table and sat down. ''So...'' he began trying to find a topic far from the pinkness, supposing it might deter their attention to something else and make it easier to bear this weird weird pinky place. ''How have you and Destiny been lately?'' did they already spoke about this? No? He was not sure. ''Have you seen the Quidditch schedule? The first game is Gryffindor versus Slytherin. Exciting is not it?'' Yeah, good effort.

Pierre blushed too as a grin spread across his face. He watched as her eyes went back to the note that she was holding. He read it and grinned at how sweet her brother was. "He seems like a really nice guy. I hope I get the chance to meet him someday." He watched as Ziva put her hair up in her hat. "So, do you want to eat something while we are here? Or do you want to go back to the castle so you can rest, Zi?"

Quickly sitting up straight and placing her hands in her lap when she heard Josh's face, she smiled hesitantly at him before she spotted...the pink. Wow, they really made it impossible to eat or drink anything here didn't they? She would've rather went back to the Hog's Head, but she couldn't back down now. No, not now. Not after all this time of...five or ten minutes in this place. Plus Josh already got the food. Although, she couldn't eat it. She was too distracted by the PINKness of all of it.

Wait he asked a question! What did he ask? Something about Destiny. And her. "Umm, good. You know us. Staying out of trouble an such." she laughed slightly, still staring at the pink cup. Ehhh. Quidditch! That took her mind off the disgusting pink. "I did see. I can't wait till the game!" Slytherin better win!! And it would be even better if she was playing!

But now that he spoke about her and Destiny, it made her remember something. "Actually, Destiny and I have been planning...umm...something, that I think you would find interesting." she started, finally pulling a cup of the coffee towards her. She was more of a tea person, but coffee was served at her parents place every now and then so she was pretty used to the taste as well. Now if there was just any cream here..."It has to do with Lawsguini...Lawson i mean."

''You stay in trouble? Interesting'' As she spoke Rose seemed to be in a better mood so it meant his starting a topic plan worked. Phew! It worked for him, too, for he seemed to be able to endure the pinkness more as he bit the cake and listened to her at the same time. Of course she was excited about the upcoming game, as well. Too bad Gryffindor was going to crush the snakes and plant them on the ground as new little green grass. ''If only i could play'' he said looking down at his pink cup ''I could never face Slytherin last year. But maybe i can try out for the team next year. Mum is not here. How can she know?''

He stopped talking about Quidditch immediately when Rose mentioned a much more interesting topic but before he could comment on it he laughed at the Lawsguini nickname for a moment. ''That was good'' Wonder who came up with it. It sounded funny. Well but there was a question popped in his mind. Actually there were many questions that popped in his mind. ''Sounds great! But you mean male or female?'' possibly male because he was way annoying, but he wanted to make sure ''What is it?'' he asked quickly with an eager and impatient expression

Ziva sat there and thought about. "How 'bout we get something in the kitchens. I don't want to be bothered by those small badgers again." Ziva suggested with a strong hint of annoyance at the badger comment. She still couldn't believe she had been running down the hall like she was outside.

"Yeah, he's pretty awesome." Ziva said sitting up straight she winced when a little pain shot through her body. "Maybe during Christmas or something?" Ziva said looking a little concerned about the statement.

Pierre shrugged his shoulders. "Sounds good to me. The elves make some of the best food I've ever tasted anyways." He smiled. He really had eaten like a king since he had started going to Hogwarts.

Pierre frowned as he saw Ziva wince in pain from just sitting up. "You seem like you're in a lot of pain. Are you sure you don't just want to go rest in your common room?" He didn't want her to get in more pain just from walking around the castle and such. He nodded his head at her last question. "That's all right with me if it's all right with you. And I don't have to meet him if you don't want me too."

"I'm fine, I just forget the "don't move fast" rule." She grinned. Suddenly she got butterflys in the pit of her stomach. She liked the feeling, though she wasn't sure what it was caused from, maybe Pierre being so concerned?

"Oh no! It's fine by me." Ziva exclaimed and then trailed. "It's just I don't know how well Asher's gonna take this." She laughed.

Pierre chuckled. "Well, please don't forget again. Everytime you wince I fear going back to the Hospital Wing." He hoped that even if he did have to go back, he gladly would.

He chuckled a little nervously. "If he's anything like the way you talk of him, he is sure to be completely overprotective of you. Which probably means he really won't like it." He was enchanted by her laughter. It was simply beautiful and amazing.

"Overprotective, yes." Ziva said nodding her head, her neck didn't hurt anymore. "I'm sure he'll like you though." Ziva confirmed with a smile and a small tint of color on her cheeks.

"I should probably write him when I get back to the commons. I received a letter from him a couple of months ago and haven't gotten around to writing him." Ziva confessed hanging her head. Asher did so much for her and she neglected the simplest thing she could do for him. A simple small letter.

Pierre chuckled slightly. He smiled at Ziva after her comment. "That means a lot to me."

He chuckled a little more after her statement. "He wrote you a couple of months ago and you never wrote back? Eh, he'll probably understand with classes and homework and all that stuff we have to do." Pierre realized he hadn't written home either, but he really didn't care.

"Yeah, but he tells me everything. And he's a worry wart. He's almost like a mother." Ziva smiled. "I am the youngest after all, so I'm not sure how he'll take all of this." Ziva said motioning to him and herself.

Pierre chuckled. "I'm sure he'll be like every big brother: completely overprotective. At least, that is what I've learned from experience." He could instinctly remember his ex's big brother. He was a big brut and threatened Pierre. The threat never followed through though because Pierre's ex broke up with him.

Rex awaited Kay's answer about the food.
