We-ll," She said as she leaned on her hands again, "how do you know I won't make fun of you?" She was only teasing of course, but she wanted to see his reaction.

"It's to get down from my room since I almost fell from the ladder once," he laughed. Oh the memories of when he was 12. It wasn't his fault he almost fell. The ladder was wobly, but luckily his foot got caught in something or else it would've been bye-bye Tyler. Now his parents built him stairs and the slide. Much safer. "Oh, I know for a fact you will make fun of me. But guess what?" Tyler smirked and copied Lucy's same gesture. "I don't care," he laughed.

"That's...an interesting way to get around the problem," Lucy said as he told he about the slide. As for the making-fun-of-him part, she grinned. "You don't care because it's just me, or you don't care because it really doesn't matter to you anyway," She asked him as she took another bite of her cheesecake.

"Okay, fine," She said, getting the hint that the conversation about his house was over. Now the tables had turned and he asked her to explain. And he didn't forget Betty--curse his good memory. "My favourite subject..." Kiri mused. She smiled widely. "Astronomy, without a doubt. Casting spells is great, but there's nothing more interesting than the Universe." She nodded excitedly.

Oh, were they going to be served, or would they have to walk up to the counter to redeem their coupons?

Astronomy huh? Lavi looked at Kiri as she smiled widely when talking about the subject. That shows she really loved the subject and wasn't just saying a subject. Lavi smiled too as she nodded her head excitedly to finish her speech. "I was interested in Astronomy too when i first got here. But when i followed the lesson i just didn't understand a thing about it, so i'm just sticking with Transfiguration. That subject has always been my favourite, even at my old school" He smiled to himself as he remembered his classes. He hadn't been a star in the subject but he wasn't the worse either. He was average and he loved it.

Coming back to earth, Lavi looked at Kiri, thinking she was very cool. She was smart, funny and he wasn't going to deny, good looking too. Wait whaaa?
Why did he thought that? why did he thought thaaat? Lavi started to tap his finger from under the table , nervously. It took him a few seconds to realise he had only said it inside his mind. So there was no way this girl could have heard it. Trying to pretend as though nothing had happend, Lavi looked around the room again.

Seriously, it shouldn't take that long for the waitress to write down there order right? Yea it was busy, Lavi understood that, but it had been 15 minutes now. Lavi rolled down his sleeve from his sweater when he had checked his watch and then looked around again. With a sigh, Lavi picked up the two coupons and held them high up in the air. Now someone HAS to see it right?

"Just bring out our order when you're ready." Neptune happily turned on her heel and gave each of her friends a beaming smile. "Is everyone happy? Let's sit! I want to sit by Sabel. He gave Daphne his coat and ALL he gave me a rock and a very hard time." Clearly, he owed her some attention at least.

Turning those big blues on Sabel, Neptune skipped over and took his elbow gently. "And I'll help you not to spill." Giggle!!!!!!!!!!

"A...hard time?" Sabel stuttered out, blinking at Neptune as she took his elbow again. He wasn't sure that was exactly the most appropriate way of describing things and he had a mind to tell her such. However, he didn't think it was polite or appropriate to bring it up in front of everyone else, and useless to engage in a pointless arguement with a Bott.

Sighing, he let her latch onto him and walked over to the table. She was maintaining the space protocol they had put in place, so he couldn't honestly complain. Although in all honesty she probably would make him spill. No tickling. As long as she didn't tickle he should be okay.

Pulling back a chair for Daphne at one spot and then another for Neptune, he gave her a small smile. "That's very thoughtful of you, Neptune." Just no tickling.

Kellen followed Neptune and Sabel to the table, glad that for the time being Neptune's clutchy fingers were on someone else. And really, if they were all ordering together, what did it matter who redeemed the voucher?

He sat across from Sabel and Neptune, with no idea what to talk about. Then again, this was a pretty talkative group; no doubt someone would launch into a conversation soon. Though he did have to comment, "You gave Neptune a rock?"

Although she had let the coat topic drop, Daphne concluded that Sabel did want her to keep it. He had said so in his boyish way of speaking. See, Daphne knew, most Boys spoke a different language than she did.

For example, Plymouth Morgan spoke his own language. That took some mastering. Smiling graciously at Dakest, Daphne took her seat between Kellen and Raiden. The Gryffindor had wanted to pose a question for Sabel and Neptune but Kellen had plucked the words right from her lips.

A. Rock?

Oh, my. Sabel Dakest wasn't the best at giving out gifts, was he? A rock and then a coat? Poor fellow. Unconsciously, Daphne patted the breast of the coat.

She'd just have to be REALLY appreciative about it. At least she didn't get a rock.

It was always a bit of an odd moment, when Neptune's attention shifted to someone else. One became so adjusted to her clinging and grabby handsing that there was a strange feeling of coldness when she moved away. Huh.

Shrugging, Raiden continued to search his pockets as he followed them over to the table. It had to be on him somewhere. Absently, he took the seat next to Neptune, and hardly noticed when Daphne slid in next to him. The bag of candy was on the floor under his chair, safe from stomping feet at l-

Oh wait. The bag of candy.

Raiden pulled it up into his lap and peered into it.

"It has to be in here, then," he mumbled to himself, pushing smaller bags of sweets out of the way.

Neptune gave the FungalFoot lady a nod. Sure thing, she'd just holler like she was some hoodalum raised in a barn. Really, some people....

But anyway. Now they had tea and cakes! Neptune climbed up to her knees in her chair (the chair she'd giggled about when Sabel pulled it out for her) to pass out the goods. She made sure everyone had silverware, and equal size pieces of cake, and clean mugs. "Two sugar cubes for everyone!" she insisted, and she started delegating those as well.

This was JUST like a tea party!

"Oh yes! Yes he did! Sabel, you tell them all about how we met!" Meanwhile, Neptune leaned waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over to see what Raiden was doing. What WAS he doing? She put her face right over in his - and GIGGLED.

Two sugar? In tea? Sabel blinked dumbly at his mug. It didn't compute.

Leaning forward he peered into the opaque surface of the liquid and blinked. He wished he could somehow reform the sugar cube and remove it from the mug, but he was pretty sure it had already dissolved. That and he wasn't too sure how many people would appreciate him sticking his fingers in to retrive it...and he would probably knock it over in the process, confirming Neptune's insitance that he needed a lid on his mug.

Glancing over at Neptune's breech of yet another person's space bubble, Sabel shook his head a little. "We nearly walked into each other. Or rather I nearly walked into her." No sense in elaborating. "She showed me papilio and saw a rock she liked. I picked up said rock and handed it to her." Chaucer would be extremely disappointed in him and his story skills right now.
