Lima was having a great time flying when suddenly Maddox stopped right in front of her. Seemed that he was more interested in teasing people than anything. Unable to stop, she rammed right into him. Hard. It almost knocked her off of her broom. "For crying out loud Maddox!" she called out slightly annoyed. "You have to just randomly stop in the middle of the pitch to make fun of someone?"

Cale rolled his eyes at the Hufflepuff boy, whose name he still could not remember. It started with an M, he was pretty sure. "I only had one," he said with a sheepish smile as his cheeks started to heat up. Oh lordy, this whole situation was embarrassing.

He looked over in Anna's direction and frowned. "Sorry," he called out to her. A second later, the bludger she had just dodged was headed straight for his head. Going into a nose dive, he flew down about ten feet to get himself out of the way of the bludger, then remembered he was supposed to be playing Quidditch. DUH! Get your head in the game Newell! he thought to himself.

He flew past Anna once more, his eyes shut tight, praying that he was going fast enough that the atrocious smell wouldn't linger over near her. He was opposite of Ryan now, who was heading towards the hoops unchallenged.

Maddox was suddenly slammed into so hard he almost feel off his brrom but caught himself before he did. "Geez lima kill me please." He was a little angry, "I'm sorry i didnt see you, and i didnt stop until i smelled something, otherwise i wouldnt have stopped." He chuckled. He saw the quaffle being passed and said, "C'mon, lets play." He smiled and went after the quaffle. As soon as it left one persons hands and was almost in the others, he grabbed the quaffle and headed in the other direction toward his goal posts.


Maddox chuckled and yelled back behind him, "Dont worry mate, i only had one in lord Borr's and it smelled alot worse then that." He chuckled and continued playing.

She got even more annoyed at his annoyance at her. "Well, I'm sorry," she said in an almost snapping tone. "You know it's a bit hard to brake these things at the last minute." But at his explanation she just sighed and said, "It's okay.... And what was with that smell anyway?" she noticed it now. But she got distracted when he suddenly flew off to retrieve a Quaffle. Sighing she flew after him. She just wasn't all that good at Quidditch no matter how much she wished she was...

"Cookies?!?!" Anna yelled out, trying to ask her question loud enough so the Hufflepuff boy could hear. She didn't know who he was, and she didn't think she'd ever seen him around. "What do cookies have to do with anything? He only had one..." Geez, Anna could be a tad on the defensive side when it came to Cale. Even over something as trivial as cookies. Whatever they had to do with the current game.

If Anna had been on the ground and not in the air, she'd have put her hands on her hips and walked right up to Cale Newell and...hugged him, actually. That was beside the point, though. Something fishy was going on with him, and she couldn't quite put her finger on what it was.

Why on Earth was he looking so embarrassed? Ugh. Boys could be confusing sometimes. "Cale!" she yelled, as she watched a bludger near about smack him, causing him to practically nose-dive to the ground. Whew. He's okay. "Get your head in the game, Newell. Otherwise you're going to let a team of girls slaughter you!" she replied. She smirked, winked, and then flew off down the pitch.

Maddox laughed and said, "The Cookies make you fart. Thats why vindictus only gave them to the boys." He chuckled some more. As he got up to the goal post he looked for the keeper but didnt see one and tossed the quaffle into the goal. "Score!!!!!!!!" Maddox yelled and flew next lima. "Whats wrong?" He asked.




Maddox turned back and yelled at her, "The cookies make you fart!" He chuckled and kept on flying. He had a feeling it would all click in her head once she understood what he said. He just laughed and kept on flying.

Cale turned and smiled at her from across the pitch. "Well, you're the one watching me right now!" he called out. "So it seems like someone else has their head in the clouds too, doesn't it?" he added playfully. He then turned to Maddox, who he judged was a safe distance away from his stench. "I'm open!" he called, hoping he could make himself useful. He did need practice for the next match, after all.

Cale's mouth fell open in horror. NUUUUU! He'd been outted! Feeling his cheeks burn, he did another random nose dive and sped off to the opposite end of the pitch near Ryan. Ewwww. Wrong choice. The poor Ravenclaw smelled just as bad as he did.

Lima raised her brows at that. "Ummmm... Ewwww," she said, baffled as to why anyone would want to eat those things. "I'm just glad that you didn't eat any - I'd stay away from you if you did." That was just gross to her...

She cheered as he scored the goal! "Awesome!" she said smiling. Though she became serious when he asked her what was wrong. Blushing she said, "um, I'm not too good at Quidditch..."

Anna narrowed her eyes and concentrated on hearing Hufflepuff Boy, who seemed to be answering her question. It was hard to hear someone talking while way up in the air in the middle of a Quidditch match. "They make - ....," Anna started, but then she stopped. She looked over at Cale, it suddenly dawning on her what had happened earlier. Old, musty socks....ewwww.

Anna looked over at Cale and smile, losing her fight against a fit of giggles. She winked at him and playfully shook her head.

"Yeah, you're right, I am watching you," Anna replied, sitting back on her broom and winking at him. She loved playing around with Cale. Hearing Cale shout that he was open, Anna flew in between him and Hufflepuff Boy, intent on stopping whatever it was about to be thrown.

Maddox laughed and said, "Dont worry i know what they look like now. I will never touch them ever again." He chuckled some more.

When she blushed and said her comment he smiled and said, "that cant be true. Do you want me to teach you?" He smiled.

Smirking, he felt the churning in his stomach cease a little. Thank goodness he had only had one cookie.

Now Anna was trying to intercept the quaffle, which Maddox looked like he was never going to throw. Smiling at Anna, he did a quick turn around and ducked under Anna and Maddox's brooms. "What are you gonna do now Greingoth?" he asked, sticking his tongue out at her.

Jai looked at the boys wide wde eyes and she pursed her lips. She would not giggle.. will not giggle. Jai put her leg over the brrom and kicked off the ground, she got to the farters and flew a little away holding in her giggles, this was hilarious.

"Better out than in." she said trying to keep a straight face.

"Cale Markus!" Anna playfully yelled, sticking her tongue back out at him. Noticing that he was now directly in her line of vision, she smirked, taking her hands off her broom and crossing them in a matter-of-fact way. "Actually, Newell, I've pretty much decided I'm not going to do anything right now. I quite like the view from here," she said, clearing referring to him. Just to tease him, though, she added, "I mean look at the Hufflepuff boy! Lima's one lucky girl!" Anna leaned over to the left, spotted Hufflepuff Boy, and playfully smiled and waved. She nearly caused herself to tumble right off her broom, though, so she jerked a little, steadied herself, then grabbed her broom again.

Anna threw head back, let out a few evil giggles, then zoomed away from Cale before he could get back at her.

Raising her brow at him again she said, "You haven't eaten those things before, have you?" Now she was having a hard time keeping from laughing. It was amusing, though she felt for that other boy who was so embarrassed.

smiling she said, "I'm really not. You should have seen me subbing for Hufflepuff last term..." Sehe just shook her head. Though she perked up a bit at his offer. "Sure, why not?"

"That's not going to work!" Cale called back, looping around and dodging another bludger. "Toss me the quaffle, Maddox!" he called, getting back to an open space, hoping that the Hufflepuff would not be so distracted this time by Lima and actually play a bit. He didn't want Vindictus to get mad and slip some cookies in his food later.

Maddox saw the gryffindor girl smile and wave at him, and almost fell of her broom. It was all he could do to hold back his Laughter. "You ok?" He yelled.






Maddox laughed and said, "Yes i have. Lord Borr gave them to us. Didnt know what they did then." He chuckled at the memory. It was awefuly disgusting.

Maddox smiled and said, "Well then i will just have to teach you." He turned his broom around to face her, "So what do you know about the game? Obviously you know how to play, if you were a sub, but tell me what you know."





Maddox saw cale. He tossed him the quaffle, and yelled, "GO!" he pointed as the girls were gaining on him. Maddox flew along with him incase he needed to pass to someone.

Jason thought to himself he was clean like the professor told him. Jason said to himslef, yea girls but no Jamie but at least Anna, his cousin is there.

Cale grabbed the quaffle and shot down the field, heading straight for the goal posts. Where was their keeper? He turned around and looked at Anna, giving her a wink. He turned his attention in front of him again, ready to pass to Maddox if necessary.

"Ugh," Anna said, playfully rolling her eyes. Where were her teammates? She looked around and didn't see too many of them in the game. Where'd they gone off to? Oh, well. She'd just play keeper and block this quaffle Maddox was about to throw.

"Oooh, no you don't!" Anna said, her Keeper instincts kicking in. She raced alongside Cale and Maddox, intent on blocking any chance they had of scoring. Sure, she was a little short one and just may get banged up in a cloud of guys, but no way was she letting them score.

She just blinked. "I'll never get men... Why they like giving out cookies that make you fart is beyond me..." She was just glad that Maddox knew better than to eat anymore of those things.

Clearing her throat she said, "I know all the positions and what they entail the player to do. I'm just not too good at it in practice..." she trailed off worried that she either didn't make any sense to him or seemed to be ridiculous in his eyes. And she liked neither possibility.

Glancing at Anna, who was right on his tail, he headed towards the right hoop, preparing to score, when he stopped his broom so suddenly he nearly threw himself off. He did a quick turn around and used the split second advantage he had just given himself to chuck it in the left hoop, praying that it would go through with no problems.

Maddox saw the gryffindor girl from the corner of his eye. He did an impressive roll and loopty loop and was on the otherside of cale before she even realized what had happened. Maddox yelled at cale, "Pass me the Quaffle!" He had a brand bew firebolt he knew he could make it.







Maddox just laughed at her first comment and moved on. "Alright, thats good. It takes alot of practice to get it. Was last year your first year?" He asked in a gentle tone.

Anna was torn between pride and disgust as she watched Cale pretty much trick her and shoot a quaffle through the left hoop instead of the right. She watched it soar...and soar...and soar...right through the hoop.

"You tricked me," Anna mumbled, shooting a wounded look at Cale. Okay, so that was a pretty wimpy thing to say, and normally Anna wouldn't have said it at all, but this was Cale, and Anna sometimes tendish to act all "girlish" around here. Yes, even today, flying high in the air dressed in Converse shoes, torn blue jeans, and oversized t-shirt, and a muggle cap. Anna shot a smile at the two boys then headed off to the middle of the field, trying to see if she could round up any of her teammates.

She smiled at his nice tone. "Yes, it was. I mean, the first time that I ever played in a match. I've practiced before, but that was years ago, when I was little..." She was really starting to wish that she had kept up with it. If she had it would have been easier for her in that match and she would have more confidence in trying out for the team.

"Yup. I'm that good at being Chaser," he said with a playful smile before winking at her. No need to bring up the fact that he had nearly killed himself in the process. Stupid tendancy to show off--it was really going to get him killed one of these days. He swooped around the hoop and grabbed the ball. "Here, catch Maddox," he said, tossing him the quaffle before speeding over near Anna. "Sorry about earlier when I sped away, but--I obviously had some problems then." he said as his face turned into a tomato.
