Whende was rather intent upon listening. She waved her hand around, hoping that someone understood her insane gestures just as well as she did. Probably not. But you never know! Someone could understand 'Shushage, I'm trying to listen.'

She was really doing quite well for having been out of practice for a year or so. Already she'd caught something about salves, zoo animals, hoods, and Dresden's face.

But she was also caught up in the conversation. And nearly choked when Cora grabbed at her collar for, from her point of view, no reason. "What the?!? Ohhhhhhh..." She stood up against the wall beside Cora, waiting for the door to open. But if she missed something important... Tsk. Tsk.

Rhiannon stayed where she was as the other two stepped away from the door. She wasn't about to get hit by the door when it opened, and she figured the professors inside already knew people were waiting out here, so she didn't need to worry. But she was curious about what the deal with Professor Dresden was, so she watched the door closely, waiting for it to open.

"Alright, I'll go first and try to get them out of the way." Alex responded with a nod. She put her wand back into her pocket and silently unlocked the door. Pushing it open she stepped out into the hall and shielded Dresden as best she could, "Theres nothing to see here children, return to your common rooms or continue on your way please. Professor Dresden is not feeling well, but we have everything under control." she said to the students in the hall, waving her arms as if to shoo them away. There was just enough room for Dresden to scoot past her on the left and head down the hall without being stopped.

Rhiannon raised her eyebrows as Professor Pierce came out and started instructing them to go elsewhere. Back with the "children" comments. And I so do not think everything's under control, she thinks. Behind the professor, she sees a heavily cloaked figure creep past and up the hallway. Figuring it was Professor Dresden, she shrugs and waits for some of the other people to start leaving. She wanted to talk to Amelia, and it would be easier once some of the others had left.

It was one of those rare occasions when Whende wished she'd been born with x-ray power. Was he deformed? Was he really turning into a zombie? Or... or a werewolf? It wasn't a full moon, was it? He should be dangerous if that was the case. Pierce wouldn't have let him out...

Zoo animal... The thought bounced around in her head. Zoo Animal.

Her gaze fell to the ground, flitted over the broken cookies and fell onto the jug in the corner. Whende watched as the professors made their way through the students. Then went back to looking at the jug in the corner. "I er... guess I should go, then," she muttered. She grabbed the jug and hurried up the steps, edging around beside the cloaked Dresden and Pierce.

Zoo animal...

Adam followed Alex out of his office, mostly by listening to her voice as she told the students to get out of the way. He wasn't itchy anymore, but he still felt like something was crawling all over his skin. Fur sure was hard to get used to - he hoped he would be fur-free soon. Hemoved as quickly as he could away from the gaggle of students and made for the hospital wing.

Cora walked briskly towards Professor Dresden's office. She was absolutely sure that he had something to do with the disappearances. She dropped to her knees and began to search around on the floor for clues.

Hmmm. Detective Cora...TO THE RESCUE!

Josh thought he would ask the potions professor a few things. he might be able to offer a few solutions to the candy changing promblem. If he could help..he wanted to. Josh then knocked on the door as he waited to be let in.

Cora continued to scuffle around on the floor, waving her wand occasionally, but to no avail. She squeeled as she accidently crawled into someone. "Don't hurt m--." She stopped. It was that Josh kiddy, in her year.

"Oh." she stood up quickly. "Er...hello. Josh, right?" She smiled weakly.

Josh looked to see a girl about his age also waiting...was she on the floor? he wasnt going to ask. " Yes." he told her as he then smiled." Yes i am. Im afraid i do not know your name?" he said as he asked." And dont be afraid...i have no reason to hurt you."

Cora brushed the dust off of the front of her jumper. Gosh, it was extremely cobwebby underneath that bench. However, for more important things...

"I'm Cora-Blue Latiffa." She said, smiling and holding out her hand to shake. She paused for a second, and then frowned slightly. "If you don't mind me asking..." She lowered her voice. "Are you here because of the...disappearances?"

"Nice to meet you cora." he said then shaking her hand. he turned back to the door as he guessed he wasnt there."Yes i am actually." he looked back at her as he then asked," what do you think it is? Candy obviously, but im thinking its a potion thats doing it. Which is the reason im here."

Cora frowned and nodded. Yes, many people had thought of the candy idea. Her, being one of those people. Her eyes widened as he mentioned potions, and she nodded.

"Yes! That's why I'm here as well!" She exclaimed, grinning. "You won't get let in." She added. "The Professor isn't here."

"yes it seems that way. Well i think im going to go then actually. Since im not going to get anywhere. Thank you for confirming it for me." he said then wanting to ask her something." your not.. Marco's friend Cora are you?" he had heard cora something or other a few times.

Cora frowned. "I might go too. I've been crawling around on the floor looking for a spare key. I haven't got anywhere though." She sighed, and then nodded as he mentioned Marco.

"Yes, I am Marco's friend. Why?" She asked.

"a spare key...Well i hoped you tried an unlocking spell before you searched for a key. Im sure you did though." he said as she was a slytherin and they were smart enough to think of that first." You seemed like you where enjoying it." he teased lightly. " Just curious really. I heard your name thrown around a few times. Didnt know if it was you cora or another cora." he smiled at her as he then looked at the door. He really wasnt going to get anywhere. he looked back over to her as he smiled,"Well it was nice meeting you. I should get along.By the way..do you like concerts. we are going to have one , but we just havent put up many posters yet." He then pulled a Poster out of his bag as he handed it to her." its an open concert so your welcome to come." he told her with a smile.

Cora nodded. "Of course I tried Alohamora!" She chuckled, folding her arms. "No, I'm that Cora." She laughed, winking at the other Slytherin. She smiled and then turned to leave.

"Concerts? Ooooh, sounds interesting!" She grinned, taking the poster and scanning it. "I'll be there. See you round, Josh."

He chuckled as he then gave her a wave. he pulled out some posters from his bag as he looked at the door once more. he had to put these posters up. He then moved to walk away from the office and headed for the corridors.
