| | |  Ravenclaw Locker Room and Practice Area
Welcome to the Ravenclaw Locker room. Along the wall you see lockers to store your school robes during matches. You see loads of magical pictures displaying past Ravenclaw players. There is one of Roger Davies on his broom flying high over the Quidditch Stadium. Another one show Bradley dodging a bludger. Cho Chang is shown holding a snitch she caught to seal a Ravenclaw victory. You can see Aris performing a outstanding save to keep a Ravenclaw lead. A picture of Ron Potter, last year's captain has joined the wall displaying all Ravenclaw captains from the past years. Ravenclaw colors of blue and bronze are everywhere. New Quidditch equipment and robes are here for the new team to wear and use. There is a entrance to the pitch too.
Come in, take a seat, and sign the clipboard going around. This is an open tryout. Past members do not yet have a spot on the team. All positions are currently open. Flexibility, participation, talent, and sportsmanship will combine to decided the positions on the team. Sportsmanship is valid for the Ravenclaw team. We all need to agree that not every call will go our way and move on. The Ravenclaw captain is in charge here. They will inform me of any problems.
After you sign the clipboard, you need to wait until your captain explains how tryouts will held.

All students need to be aware that sportsmanship is expected at all times. All SS rules apply during the match. Only members of the Quidditch teams and the officials may post in the match thread. Kay tacked a few notices to the Ravenclaw Announcement Board: Quote: Our first match is on February 10 against Hufflepuff. Practice will resume after the Gryffindor/Slytherin game ends. Go to the stands and cheer for one or both of the teams. Show good sportsmanship at all times. Quote: New Quidditch Rule: All players must be visible in their options choices. Invisibility Cloaks are not allowed on the pitch. If you are caught wearing an Invisibility Cloak (invisible mode), it will result in a penalty. This means that everyone must be visible.
