Chapter 1



I woke up that morning with a smell of flowers roaming through my nose and a hint of my favorite breakfast. I got up out of my bed and glided down the
stairs. It was the summer after 6th year. There were only two more weeks of summer left and today was my birthday.

I sat in my seat at the kitchen counter and began munching on the toast. I looked up at my parents, who held concern in their eyes. I smiled up at them and I could see they nervously smiled back.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Oh nothing dear, we would just like to ....erm...talk to you after breakfast. Meet us in the living room sweetie." Mum said.

"Okay Mum, I'll be there in a bit!" I said finishing my toast wondering if it's presents they are going to give me.

I stepped into the living room and sat down on a couch facing my parents on the other couch opposite from me. They looked very worried and I was feeling a bit concerned for them.

Did I do something wrong? I hope I didn't. Especially since it's my birthday I don't want to be punished. It seems as though something else is troubling them though.

"Mum, Dad, is everything okay?" I asked.

Dad spoke first. "'Mione, we are not your parents. You are not a muggleborn or whatever they call it. You are a pureblood. I don't see why this blood status matters but let me continue before you start yelling."

I closed my mouth which was agape as I was trying to get over the fact I was a pureblood witch.

"There are other things too." Mum said.

"Like what?" I mumbled.

"Well you would probably like to meet your parents, well we got a letter from your Headmaster..erm...oh yes!.. Professor Dumbledore!, Dad said while I winced thinking about how Dumbledore was already dead because of Snape, " yes well he said not to tell you until your final year at Hogwarts and to top it off your father is one of the professors!" Dad said.

"I am also very sorry to tell you this Hermione but your mother died because of...erm..that Voldemort thing they call." Mum said.

My mouth was wide open with every word they said piercing at my insides. I couldn't believe this.

"But there is more. We were told that in the letter your father wanted you to marry a pureblood only. You get to pick the pureblood boy out and both of you will agree on it. So Professor Dumbledore said in the letter that you might want to find a pureblood boy now so you can fall in love with him and then marry him. Instead of a last minute choice." Dad said.

"Headmistress McGonagall will be here any moment planning on taking you to Hogwarts early to meet your father. So hurry and pack!" Mum said.

I ran up to my room with tears falling out of my eyes! How could they have lied to me all of these years! I also have a father who's one of the professors! I lost my mother to Voldemort! I'm a pureblood not a muggleborn! Now I have to have a pureblood boy fall in love with me to marry him! This life is going to be crazy! I thought.

I did a charm on my suitcase which was already packed to go down to the living room. I checked myself in the mirror and my eyes were red. I tried to put some makeup on them but it didn't work. I sighed and walked down the stairs. Professor McGonagall was already there talking to my so - called parents.

"Hello Professor McGonagall!" I said.

"Hello Hermione. Grab my arm while we apparate there and you can see your father. Any last words?" Professor said raising her eyebrow.

I nodded and hugged both of my muggle parents. "Thank you for taking care of me. I will love you no matter what. You will always be in my heart no matter what. I will miss the memories since I was little to now. Thank you." I said pulling apart from them.

I then grabbed Professor McGonagall's arm and we apparated into the Great Hall. I could only think of who my father could be. He was a professor at Hogwarts, but who could it be? McGonagall let go of my arm and left me in the middle of the Great Hall. I closed my eyes fearing the worst.

I finally opened my eyes and my mouth wouldn't close. My father was Professor Snape! I then collapsed and blacked out. The only thing I could remember was Professor Snape - should I call him father? no! he was the one who killed Dumbledore! - repeating something which sounded like my new name or the one I was supposed to have.

Chapter 2

"Hannah! Hannah!" Professor Snape yelled.

I woke up to the sound of Hannah being called. I looked around at my surroundings and found myself in the hospital wing.

"Merlin's Beard!" Professor Snape said sighing and walked over to sit in a chair.

I looked at him confused and then I remembered. Professor Snape was my father! How do I start a conversation? Okay here I go...

"Erm...Professor Snape, no I mean father?, erm.." I said.

He sighed once more and said, "Let me explain and you can talk all you want at the end." I nodded my head and he continued.

"I didn't know you were my daughter right until Professor Dumbledore told me when I was about to kill him. Professor Dumbledore and I had made a plan that if he should die because of a person he'd rather it be me instead of Draco Malfoy.

There is also another point to be told. My name is not really Severus Snape, well not my last name, my last name is Zabini. Yes that means I am the father of Blaise Zabini and you. Blaise is your brother. I used the name Severus Snape to hide my identity from Lord Voldemort. Your mother was killed by Lord Voldemort because she did not follow his orders.

Blaise also did not know that you were his sister, but he did know that I was his father. Also you are supposed to have an arranged marriage picked by your father and mother. Well since your mother is dead I have decided to let you and the boy pick. When we are in class you are to call me Professor Snape, don't ever use the name Zabini to me.

You can let everyone know that you are pureblood and your brother is Zabini but you will have to say that your father died because we can not let you or Blaise get into trouble with Lord Voldemort. I think that is all. Any questions?" Professor Snape asked.

"What is my real name?" I asked feeling nervous after everything he just told me.

"Ahh, your real name is Hannah Katie Zabini. You must be called that in your classes, you will still be a Gryffindor and your grades will still be there from the previous years they will just be moved onto your new record of your new name or old I guess. Also you are Head Girl and Blaise is Head Boy, congratulations and make your way up there." Professor Snape said.

"Wait!" I called out.

Professor Snape turned around and said, "What is it my dear?"

I winced but said, "Why don't I look anything like you?"

"Ahh, it is a glamour charm your mother and I put on you when you were a baby. Would you like for it to come off now?" Professor Snape asked.

I nodded my head and he mumbled a spell under his breath. The sight was shocking. I grew 6 inches taller to a 5'9". My hair then changed from light brown to black with brown highlights, it then changed into a wavy preference instead of the frizz I used to have.

"You may leave to see your brother in the Head's tower." Professor Snape said.

I nodded my head taking all of the information in, pausing once while walking out, and stopping in front of the portrait. The portrait had a knight with a sword pointing to the stars above Hogwarts castle. Oh no! I didn't ask, father? Professor Snape? I'll just call him Professor Snape because that is so much easier, Professor Snape what the password was.

"Excuse Me." I said to the portrait.

The knight looked at me and said, "Welcome to the Head Girl and Boy's tower. What is your name?"

"My name is..erm..oh..Hannah Zabini." I said.

The knight nodded his head and said, "Welcome Miss Zabini, the password is Pumpkin Juice. I will announce to you the change each and every month. You may proceed."

I smiled at the knight and walked through the portrait whole. I gasped in awe. The ceiling was draped with gold and silver banners. The walls were red and silver. There were green chairs and gold sofas. There was a huge fireplace with hourglasses on top of it. Each hourglass were filled with sand and were labeled according to each house.

I walked into my room and examined it. I had a King - size bed with gold and red sheets. A bathroom with a huge bathtub which could mistakingly be a pool, a shower, and a toilet. I put all my things away into the drawers and headed down into the Head's common room.

I sat down on one of the golden sofas and began to read a book. I didn't notice Blaise was sitting right next to me, staring at me.

"Hello Sister." Blaise said.

Well that's not true really because when I signed on to SS.com I was obsessed over how Ron and Hermione should be together.
Then I started to read some Draco and Hermione stories and I really liked them.
So now I'm a huge fan of both, that's why I did the poll on my old story to see which of my readers like the most.

Chapter 3

I jumped out of my seat onto the floor startled by the voice. I gathered my things up and finally stood up.

"Woah." Blaise said.

"What? What happened?" I asked twirling around trying to find something wrong.

"Nothing it's just that..erm..wow..have you changed?" Blaise asked.

"Well sorry Blaise but I did have the glamour charm come off of me about a few minutes ago." I said.

"Same old Granger. Well since your my sister Hannah, I will protect you like how a big brother should." Blaise said.

"Thanks Blaise, but are you going to act mean to me when I'm around Ginny, Harry, or Ron?" I asked.

"No because your my sister. But remember you can't tell anyone Snape is our father." Blaise said.

I nodded my head and asked, "Blaise what was our mother's name?"

"Hannah, I can't tell you yet, it will be a story for another time. By the way my best friend should be knocking on the door any minute now." He said.

"Who's your best friend Blaise?" I asked.

"Oh he's someone you met before, oh and you can't tell him that your my sister or that you were Granger before because I want to see how he acts to you if he didn't know. So just say that your a ravenclaw and your name is...erm..yeah use your middle name Katie and you last name could be...Herms.

Hannah, I know you won't and you don't like my best friend but promise me you will act as Katie Herms, the ravenclaw, only until I give you the signal?" Blaise asked.

I sighed but nodded my head and said, "Okay I'll be Katie Herms, the ravenclaw, and I'm head girl. So how come I hate him? Oh yeah never mind he is a Slytherin duh."

"Hey Hannah you have to give us Slytherins some credit, I mean I am your brother." Blaise said.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." I said rolling my eyes.

Blaise laughed and there was a knock on the door.

"Hannah, I mean Katie pretend to be reading a book. It shouldn't be so hard but just pretend please." Blaise said.

I sighed and heard someone come in. I heard a gasp and Blaise's voice.

"Oh don't pay attention to her Draco, she's just a ravenclaw, Katie Herms." Blaise said.

"Whatever Blaise I'm going to use my charm on her." Draco said.

Draco? The Draco Malfoy? Oh my goodness! I thought.

I felt a tap on my shoulder and I looked up. Draco gasped and said, "Katie, would you like to be my girlfriend?"

I heard Blaise snickering and Blaise whispered in my ear, "Okay you can tell him now."

I smiled at the thought and said to Draco,"Hello Malfoy, My name is Hannah Katie Zabini, my name is not Katie Herms, I am a Gryffindor not a Ravenclaw, I used to be Hermione Granger but I have found my true identity. I am Blaise's sister. Nice to meet you Malfoy." I said.

Chapter 4
Hannah, Katie, Hermione?

Draco's POV

"MERLIN'S BEARD!!!!!!" I shouted and probably startled Granger.

I started to pace the room throwing things in different directions. Even a vase at Blaise who was laughing like a total idiot.

"Shut it Blaise!" I yelled across the room.

"Why should I Malfoy? You just hit on my sister!" Blaise said snickering again.

I walked over to Blaise and took a fist of his robes and held him up to my face.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked.

Blaise got himself out of my grasp and said, "Malfoy, relax, it was only a joke."

I was relieved, I actually thought that she was a pureblood. Oh okay so that is actually the Ravenclaw Katie Herms. That is very weird though, why did she resist to the Malfoy Charm? Most girls fall for it considering it's me of course.

"Malfoy! Malfoy! Malfoy!" Blaise said snapping his fingers in front of my face.

"Wha? What? What do you want Blaise?" I asked.

"Oh I was just telling Herm-I mean Hannah that she could sit at our table in the Great Hall with us if she wants. Do you mind if she sits in between us?" Blaise asked.

"Who's Hannah?" I asked confused.

"Oh my goodness!" Katie yelled. (this is Draco's POV so he think's it's Katie who is yelling, it's actually Hannah (Hermione) yeah I know confusing)

"What? What happened?" I asked shocked.

"DRACO MALFOY!!! I AM HERMIONE GRANGER WELL I USED TO BE AND NOW I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT MY BROTHER IS BLAISE AND I'M A ZABINI. I AM A PUREBLOOD AND HERMIONE GRANGER, WAS A GLAMOUR CHARM!!! MY NAME IS HANNAH KATIE ZABINI!!! GOT IT NOW??" Hermione shouted standing up.

I had my mouth agape and staring but finally said, "So..erm..so you are a pureblood?"

Hannah sighed but nodded her head and I said, "Wow..uh..erm..you look good."

"Whatever Malfoy, leave me alone like always and don't mess with me. Remember 3rd year?" Hannah said.

Blaise laughed and said, "That was one broken nose! Great job Hannah!"

Herm-I mean Hannah smiled and continued reading her book.

"So is there anything else I should know?" I asked.

Hannah turned from her book and said,"Well there is the thing that our father and mother died, but in there will there was no sort of arranged marriage for the both of us, so Blaise and I have to look for Purebloods' in our year so that we can fall in love with them and marry them a few years later."

"Oh well you already choosed yours right?" I asked smirking.

"What do you mean?" Hannah asked.

"It's probably Potter or Weasel am I right?" I asked walking towards her but stopping by the end of the couch.

Did the glamour charm make her taller? Woah her eyes are violet! Merlin's Beard she is beautiful! She is not that old bookworm Granger anymore! No stop it Draco! Stop it now! You can not think of her like that! Ughhh!!!!

"How should I know Malfoy? I never dated any of them!" Hannah said taking me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah well when everybody gets sick of you come running to me babe and then you can marry me." I said smirking once again.

"You know I'm standing right here you know? I don't really like it when you hit on my sister in front of me." Blaise said walking over.

Hannah ignored him and said, "Why would I marry you Ferret? Everybody has changed since the war but not you! You are still the ignorant filthy little cockroach that everybody hates!"

"I've changed and I don't need you telling me that I haven't!" I snarled.

I could see Hannah backing down but she tried to speak,"Uhh..erm..I uhh.."

Blaise put his hand on her shoulder and whispered something in her ear like "Let it go". But I wasn't sure.

"I think it's time for you to leave Malfoy." Blaise said.

When I was almost out of the portrait whole I heard, "I'm sorry Malfoy. I didn't know. By the way I would never marry you because you would still mock me with your friends and everything. "What do you and your friend want Zabini?" Ron asked.

Ginny and Harry looked up at us. I smiled at them and they gave me a mean look. I forgot I had the glamour charm took off of me.

"Go ahead 'Mione, I mean Hannah." Blaise whispered into my ear.

"Hello Gin, Harry, and Ron. How was your summer at the Burrow?" I asked.

They all looked at me strangley but Ginny said, "Do we know you?"


I hugged her back, parted with her, and looked at Ron and Harry.

"Oh come on boys, even if she is friends with Malfoy, she can't help being a part of the Zabini family." Ginny said.

"Actually I'm not friends with Malfoy, I only was on top of him because Blaise pushed me." I said giving a glare to Blaise.

Chapter 7

"Hey Pansy, Professor Snape said that he wanted to talk to you about being a demonstrator for Potions. He also said that when you come to him tell him that I sent you, so he knows that I followed his orders." Blaise said.

Pansy groaned but headed out the Great Hall in search of Professor Snape.

"Thanks mate. You saved me there." I said.

"Yeah well before Professor Snape kills me let's hurry into the common room to get my sister." Blaise said.
