Hey this is the first part of my first story. None of these characters are mine- they belong to J.K. Rowling. However, I made up a few, and the plot is mine.

''Will you marry me?'' He asked. I couldn't believe it. He, Teddy Lupin, had asked me, Victoire Weasley, to marry him.
His glistening eyes bored into mine while I just stood looking at him. I must have looked like a right fool, just standing there when he had just popped the 'big question'.
''Yes, of course.'' I had just realised at that moment what I had said, I had said yes. All I remember thinking was that I was an engaged woman. Wow! We were now engaged! He is my fiancé!
The next thing I know I am being kissed passionately by the most amazing man in my life. My fiancé to be exact. After a long embrace and a little more kissing he, as any wizard, conjured up a black box. I must have had a strange look of shock on my face because Teddy waved his hand in my face and was smiling. He opened the box and all I could think of was fainting. It was looking at me, pulling me towards it. It was a platinum band with a petite diamond set in the middle. It was beautiful, sparkly and most importantly mine.
Teddy took hold of my left hand and slid the ring onto that all important finger. Now that I think about it that hand has been through loads. When I was eight Mum dropped a vase on it due to a dodgy Hover Charm, Granny Weasley had to fix it with that wonderful book of hers. Michael Pott had crushed it in third year at the Hogwarts Quidditch final. I was Gryffindor Chaser, he a Slytherin beater who wasn’t the best at steering. Now that hand had an engagement ring on it.
Teddy had a great look of achievement on his face. No wonder, he had just succeeded in proposing to me. After taking a stroll along the beach we went to Shell Cottage. My parents would have had to have found out at some point. When I knocked on the door instead of walking in as usual I finally remembered that we would have to find a house somewhere. This was no longer my house to stay in. It felt very strange.
Dad was still for all the Secret Keeper malarkey so we always had to answer a question before being let in. He still had some fight in him! Mum told me that ever since he was bitten he has always been very protective. She told me that when Uncle Fred died he became the strong man in the family. Everybody still looks up to him, even Uncle Harry! We answered the question of ‘when is your mother’s birthday?’ and I replied ‘26th May’ meaning we were able to come in. Dad is not allowed to ask the question of ‘which werewolf bit me just before the Battle of Hogwarts?’ if Teddy is there. The first time he asked us that Teddy just went off in one. He thought that dad was trying to criticise him.
Mum had grown to like Celestina Warbeck and her music due to Granny’s persuasion. When we walked in she was listening to the wireless and a Cauldron Full of Hot, Strong Love. She was humming along when I walked over to her armchair. Without speaking I raised my left hand and sat it on top of hers. She took a huge breath and just looked at me............

Well? How is it? Give me ideas that make sense please. I know what is going to happen in the next two or so but I need some more plans. Leave your comments please!

That dream was depressing! GAAAH! It scared me!
OHMIGOSH! 18 DAYS TILL WEDDING!
Oh by the way.. 2 days had past so shouldn't he see her in 16 days? Just wondering

It was twenty days then the next day she wrote 19 then the following day he wrote 18. I think I am right. I hope. Thanks for your comments!!! xxx

Hello Katie, I guess that Vic's dream shows maybe her uncertainty that Teddy will be able to make the wedding. Very sad to show up for the wedding and nobody is there. Teddy on the other hand knows nothing will stop him from getting there. His dream shows the groom, his bestman, and his groomsmen. The maid of honor, and her bridesmaid's are there, everyone is there, and he's watching her walk down the isle on her dad's arm. But, you can't blame her for her uncertainty. can't wait for the next post. Your time lapse was very good. I'll be watching.

Hello everyone. Thanks for sticking with me through this whole story. I love you all even though most of you I have never met and probably never will. It's amazing that I haven't had criticism from anybody. You are all so nice!!!

I hope that you are as excited as I am! One more day until we finally see each other. Then, guess what? We get married in three days!!!! Soon I will be saying I Do and hopefully you will too. You will right?
We haven't even discussed names yet for the girls. I like nice English/French names but could we incorporate Tonks somewhere? I like your mum's name too.

After a restless night due to too much excitement, I woke up. When I went down the stairs I interrupted Hermione talking to Ron on one of their phone thing. I really should invest in one of them. It would make things so much easier. Apparently you can type into it instead of writing on parchment. People still receive it.

Anyway, my excitement! Yes. Ted was arriving at the Burow today with Ron and Harry. Gran was having a feast, good for me. Eating my nerves. I was panicing. According to what Hermione was saying they are in Devon at the moment so they would be home soon.

'Ron says that as some wizards have injuries theycan't just apparate the length of Britain so they are doing it bit by bit. The three guys are fine though.' She assured me when she saw my traumatised look.

'That's good.'

'Speaking of good. It is great that Molly agreed to have the wedding at the Burrow.'

'It's great. The manor that we booked was such a hastle and we really need to save money for Evie and Violet.'

'Who?'

'The girls. We picked names for them. Do you like it?'

'They are lovely! Middle names?'

'Yeah. The Grans. Evie Tonks and Violet Fleur.'

'That is really lovely. You never realise that kids cost so much money but you are lucky that you have realised this.'

'Yip. Listen Mione. Thanks for everything that you have done. I really appreciate it.'

The livingroom smelled incredible. It was Granny's cooking. Spectacular as usual. It was wafting all over the house.

Winter food. Stew. Steak pie. Hot drinks. You know, make your tummy tingle food.

The whole house was full of smiling faces. The kids back home for Christmas. Amelie and her boyfriend Rob, who by the way was very handsome. Oh my, I just said that!!

There was something weird about him though, not just him but me too. I saw it when we were introduced. He hugged me with his huge muscly arms and kissed my cheek with his pink full lips. I returned the kiss, able to feel his silky cheeks where he had just shaved.

He said 'Hey' in his amazing Scottish accent and I got millions of snitches in my tummy. Fluttering snitches. I hadn't got them since I met Teddy. The last time was when he proposed.

I thought this was a good place to leave it. I have to go, my Dad has set this Parental Control so everything shuts off at 11o'clock. :O

Hello Katie, first off, I'm sorry for calling you Emily last time. I corrected it. Another very nice post. The names you picked out for the babies are cute. Of course it's your story, but if it were real life, it would be well to pick out some boys names also. Ultra Sounds have been known to not reveal baby boy's organs sometimes. They must be shy.

Anyway, nice job. It's good you posted a little bit more than you useally do. This has me worried:

I don't mind being called Emily, I am used to it!
I have a younger sister called Emily and we look alike so even our parents get us mixed up!

I thought that we should get a look into Ted's mind before he became a married man. Enjoy!!!!

I walked up the familiar path, smelling the familiar grassy scent, seeing the familiar hills of Ottery St. Catchpole, feeling the familiar English air.

I was nervous, actually nervous to see everybody. What if I had changed while away and they didn't like me? Imagine that! What if Victoire no longer loved me because I had to go. What if.....?

Molly had certainly thrown a feast. It was spectacular. Stew and steak pie, heart-warming food. The food wasn't as heartwarming as the people I saw.

In particular, the first person I saw. Victoire. She was much bigger than I thought she would be. I could feel the babies. Five months now, they were starting to move now. It was weird.

I couldn't help but be excited, she did really love me. It was incredible.

Thank goodness that I had been able to come home.

Imagine I don't make it next time? She will kill me!

After lunch the guys and I went to get our hair cut and all that stuff, make us look atleast half descent for the wedding. The girls got their nails done and then we all met at the Burrow again at night.

'See you tomorrow Victoire Weasley. I shall kiss you when you are Victoire Lupin.'

We parted ways, difficultly. i would have thought that because we had already been apart for so long that this would be easy.

I was wrong.
