Hey, my name's Jess. This is my first fan fiction ever and the characters, as well as the Harry Potter universe, belong to J.K. Rowling. This story has violence, drama, and jealousy packed into tons of chapters. Please read, review, and tell me what you think of it!

*Beep* *Beep* *Beep* I looked over to my alarm clock. "Oh no! It’s 7:00 P.M! I need to hurry!" I said panicked. I slipped on my fuzzy blue slippers and went to get my suitcase. I looked over my dresses to see if I should bring one for the ball this upcoming winter. If only Ron could take me this year.

I picked up the picture frame that Harry gave me for my birthday this year - it showed Harry, Ron and I standing in front of the Hogwarts train ready to leave. I have tears in my eyes and Ron keeps wiping them off. Oh, and of course Harry is just laughing at us. I skimmed over my dresser and saw the diamond necklace Ron gave me for my birthday. Oh, how I wish he would kiss me.

*Meow* *Meow* *Meow* "Oh! Crookshanks, I’m so sorry!" I said sounding suprised. I put Crookshanks into his bag, gave him a kitty treat and headed out my bedroom door. I said goodbye to my family and headed off to the train station.

Wow! It was so crowded this year. How am I ever going to find Ron and Harry? "Hermione!" said Ron. Oh, look there’s Ron. "Hello Ronald!" I said. "How was your Christmas with your family and Harry?" I asked.

"Oh good, how was yours Hermione?" Ron asked sighing. "Swell! I got a photo of you, me and Harry in front of the Hogwarts train. Of course a diamond necklace from someone special." I said curiously. He turned the darkest shade of scarlet I’ve ever seen in my life.

"I knew you would like it." Ron said blushing furiously. "Yes I absolutely do!" I sounded excited. I gave him a big hug and kissed him on the cheek. "Am I interrupting something?" said Harry interrupting. I blushed.

"Hello Harry, Ron here was just saying that he had a bruise on his cheek so I kissed it to make it better." I said pointing to his cheek. "Oh well that makes perfect sense Hermione, now that’s weird I don’t see the bruise anymore." Harry said but not suprised. Ron and I blushed pink. We all then went to sit in our compartment.

As we walked into the compartment we saw Cho and Ginny walking past our compartment. They were arguing about something I'll probably get to hear the whole story when I get into the common room. Then I started giggling. "What are you laughing about?" Asked a confused Harry. "Oh, nothing just thinking about something," I said with some difficulty.

"I've always wondered what's going on in that head of your's, Hermione," said Ron who was kind of blushing. "Why would you like to know Ron?" I asked kind of confused. He blushed but shook his head. I hope that meant that he liked me.

But I doubt it he seemed to have his eye on Lavender Brown. The girl from last year. Ugh, how much I hate her. My hands tightened into fists. The train started to slowed down to a stop. We must be at Hogwarts.

I was just about to get up and take the cage Crookshanks was in, but as I went down to get it, my hand brushed against Ron's. For a second, which felt like hours, we stared into each others eyes. Until he finally said, "Is it okay if I carry Crookshanks, Hermione?" "Oh sure Ron, thank you." I probably looked really red in the face but I didn't care. It seemed so romantic even though Ron probably didn't mean to touch my hand it still seemed like it.

We arrived at Hogwarts, set down our luggage, and went into the common room. The first person I saw was Ginny. She had tons of tears in her eyes. She came and hugged me really hard. Ron and Harry followed behind me.

Ginny stared into my eyes and I could tell she just wanted to have some privacy with me. I bet it was about Harry. "Harry, Ron could you please give me and Ginny a little privacy?" I asked pleadingly. Harry left but Ron didn't. He just kept staring at me.

"Ron please." I said. "Why can't I know Hermione?" Ron said. "I'll make it up to you later Ron okay?" I said. He blushed but nodded and left. That's when this whole story about Ginny and Cho started. Ginny started out saying,"I was walking down to my compartment when Cho came up to me and said,"Ginny just forget about it you'll never get Harry, yeah I've seen you've got your eye on him but you'll never have him, he's mine!"

Ginny started to cry, I held her tightly. Then I started," Ginny don't worry the Yule Ball is in a month, I bet Harry will ask you, you just have to let him know you like him, try flirting I think that works, well it doesn't when I want Ron to like me but he's always around Lavender. Ughhh." "Oh Hermione thank you! I have so much confidence now, and you should know Ron loves you." "Well then why is he Lavender's boyfriend?" I said with agony.

"It's probably cause he wants to make you jealous, Hermione." said Ginny confidently. "Then I will make him just as jealous." "At least he hasn't kissed Lavender yet," I said hopefully. "Yeah don't worry Hermione, you'll have him now or then." said Ginny. "Thanks" I said weary. I then hugged her and headed off to the Great Hall for dinner. Well two can play at that game.

I was walking down the halls when I saw Draco alone. I bet he just finished eating. I walked by and had a plan. I ran back to him. Then it started. "Hey Draco, would you be my boyfriend?" I asked faintly.

Ron and Hermione! They're so cute! OMG! Draco had to ruin it didn't he? I can't believe he kissed Hermione! I thought Ron saw! I feel so sorry for him. Especially when he will find out. IF he finds out. Great post! Loved it! Can't wait for more!

Chapter 32

"Hermione, I can tell when you're lying." Ron said crossing his arms.

I stuttered. "Wel...well erm..you see..I don't know." I said finally sighing.

"Was the ferret back here? He should be in Azkaban for all that I know, were you talking to him? I saw it Hermione, I saw you two. Don't lie to me!" Ron yelled.

I could tell he was hurt and I began to hurt inside. Why did Malfoy have to come anyways?

"So, what lie are you going to tell me now?" Ron screamed which made me flinch.

I started to cry. "I'm sorry Ron! Malfoy just came and kissed me! How could I stop that? I'm sorry, I'm really truly sorry." I said.

Ron's face softened and walked over to me, wrapping his arms around myself.

"'Mione, just promise me you won't go behind my back and meet him, okay? I'd rather go with you if you're going to do that. Promise me." He whispered.

I took a deep breath in and out, but nodded in the end.

"Okay Ron, I promise." I said giving him a weak smile.

Ron sighed and nodded.

"So now can we go into Honeydukes?" He asked excitingly.

I laughed at him and nodded. As we turned the corner Harry and Ginny were walking toward us.

"Hey lovebirds." Ginny said smiling at us.

I rolled my eyes and smiled. "Hey, how was your day so far?" I asked.

Harry shrugged. "Good I guess, just got back from that frilly pink place that I had to take Ginny." He said then whispered. "She was probably just jealous seeming as I took Cho there two years ago."

"Hermione had a run in with Malfoy." Ron blurted out and I hit him on the arm.

"What?!?" Harry yelled and it looked as his eyes would come out of their sockets.

"Erm..he kissed me then apparated away." I muttered.

"I'm going to kill that ferret." Harry said his face red.

"Harry, calm down, okay? It's all done with, I don't even know where he is at." I said.

Ron's so nice. Sort of. I'm glad Hermione told him before things got any worse. I'm glad he didn't punish her or anything. Haha!

Ginny's funny. "Lovebirds". And Harry taking her to Madame Puddifoot's. Good on Harry. Oh dear! Harry's not pleased. I like the way he added in "ferret" though. Great post! Loved it! Can't wait for more!

Haha.. Just saw the 4th movie.. Draco as a ferret is soooo cool! (can't believe I've never seen it till today)

aaaanyways.. I am glad it's up again.. Ooh! Ron looses his temper fast, Harry actually took Ginny to.. Wow I'm proud of him.. silly boy though

P.S. (I put this in MP as well but I'll tell you here as well) You see I thought I already posted in LIITA and MP but it got moved in the Inactive Section, I would never stop a story in the process, I promise that I will finish all the ones I post. (&& Diary of the Desperate Vanessa Campbell was the only story I didn't finish seeming as I didn't have much info. about my character and it was set in the wrong year. Everything was just wrong in it, hope you understand

Chapter 33

I woke up the next morning with a terrible headache. I slowly got out of bed and got dressed. I headed out of the Head Girl's room and saw that Ron was laying on the couch. I decided not to wake him up seeming as it was only a Sunday and we didn't have classes. The sound of a door closing behind me made me turn around and see Malfoy. I quickly whipped my head away and started to walk out the portrait whole. I began to walk quickly as I could hear Malfoy behind me. Just then he grabbed my arm.

"Hermione." Draco said.

"Malfoy, get off of me. You hate me remember?" I said.

He sighed. "I had to be like that Hermione. It was a cover because if I would've not done any of those things Voldemort would've killed me. Luckily now he's gone." He said. "Hopefully." He muttered so Hermione couldn't hear.

"I don't believe you ferret." She said furrowing her eyebrows in anger.

"Fine, then don't. I hope your happy with Weasley." Draco said angrily and walking off to the Great Hall in front of her.

I sighed and walked slowly into the Great Hall. I saw Harry and Ginny snogging on the way in and I decided to just stand there looking the other way until they were finished. However it was taking a great deal of time.

"Harry, Ginny. I would just love to eat breakfast sometime." I said.

Soon she heard someone clear their throat and she turned around smiling at the two.

"Good morning. How are you lot?" I said.

"Great." Harry said shoving some bacon inside his mouth.

I rolled my eyes and laughed.

"How about you, Ginny?"

"Good, however I've seen Cho looking at Harry multiple times and it's bothering me. If only Cedric didn't get killed, then we would all be happy." Ginny said.

I shook my head and slightly laughed.

"Where's Ron, Hermione? He's usually with you." Harry asked.

"Oh he's still sleeping. I wonder why he was on the couch though. Probably working on an assignment or something." I said shrugging.

Just then we heard multiple screams come out from behind the Great Hall door.
