Hellywhooo everyone!! My name is Shirel and this is my second fan fic (my first is called A War of Love) and it is going to be about a Draco/Hermione ship that is taking place during there seventh and final year at Hogwarts. Dumbledore is dead and all that, basically up till now it's all like the books.
The characters are:
Harry, Hermione, Ron, Draco, Ginny, Neville, Luna and possibly more of J.K. Rowling's characters.
If I have any spelling mistakes or I write things that don't make sense, please tell me so that I can, with your help, improve my spelling and vocabulary.
Disclaimer: Sadly, I do not own any of the characters. They belong to J.K. Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter novels.
And now for the first chapter: Chapter 1- The beginning of a new year: "Hey look, there's Malfoy getting kissed goodbye by his mother!" said Ron laughing.
"Oh get a grip Ron!" said Hermione, "I don't understand why he even came back."
"Let me have a look," said Harry moving passed Ron to stair outside the train's window. "He sure dosen't look to happy. Wait 'till I can break all of his bones and crush them to dirt!" he said angrily.
"Don't bother," said Hermione, "You'll just get yourself expelled, anyways he sure doesn't look to happy to be coming back."
"Yah, I bet his mom made him come back." said Ron and at that second the compartment door slid open and a very pretty girl with flaming red hair came in with a bright smile on her face.
"Guess who I just ran in to?" she said while taking a seat next to Harry.
"Who?" they asked.
"Neville and Luna kissing!" She said happily, "They're going out!" She giggled.
"Wow Gin that's terrific!" exclaimed Hermione, "They had it coming."
"Neville and Luna?" Ron just sat there looking dumb, "Out of all people he chose her?"
"Ron! What on earth is your problem? Just because you don't have a girlfriend doesn't mean that the whole world has to feel sorry for you!" Ginny snapped. Ron was silent.
"I think it's great that Neville and Luna are together. I mean Neville's liked her for ages." said Harry suddenly.
"How do you know all this?" Asked Hermione.
"Neville told me." Said Harry a little uncomfortably.
The train gave a little rattle and slowly started to move away from all the waving parents and siblings and as it started to pick up speed the compartment door slid open for the second time to reveal a tall blond haired boy with a pale face, cold gray eyes and was very much more muscular than the last time they had seen him.
"Hello Weasels, Potter and Mudblood! Didn't think you were coming back this year." He sneered. Harry and Ron stood up so fast that Draco took two steps back.
"Scared Malfoy?" sneered Harry. "Surprised you even dared to come back this year and with out your fat freinds, Crabbe and Goyle," he added.
"I'm surprised your not out their looking for the the Dark Lord, Potter!" he said coldly.
"If I didn't feel bad for your poor muscles and good looks, I would have killed you right on the spot!" shot Harry. Malfoy took one last look at him and left slamming the compartment door behind him.
Ron high-fived Harry. "Good one mate!"
"Thanks!" Harry grinned and then hugged Ginny.
