Justin raised an eyebrow as she pushed him away... A wicked smile played upon his lips... Then his look of relishment turned to disgust as she spit beside him..., " Ariana, could you try and use some class?.... Sometimes I wonder what goes on in that pretty little head of yours... Maybe i could give you a few Lessonslater..." he grinned as he walked around the car and arms his arms around her waist as she facede away from him... Pulling her close to him as he brushed against her...

Ariana raised an eyebrow at his look of disgust success. "I dont need nor want any lessons from you mr. wellheart." she said as she opened the car door and unlatched her son and layed is head on her shoulder

" You.... Mrs. Wellheart, are walking a fine line..." Justin whispered in her ear then kissed her neck.... He knew she couldn't stay mad at him.... He smiled as he turned her around... " You know I love you.... And that'll never change.." he said softly as he caressessed her cheek with the back of his fingers.

Ariana could help but smirk when his words danced into her ear, and kissed her neck before turning her around "yes, yes,but i can be mad at you." she teased back

" I'll allow you to pretend to be mad at me..... If that's what'll make you happy." Justin teased back... He saw the look in her eyes. They were playful... Not angry. He could read her like a book sometimes.... " Come on, Mamma... Let's get this over with so I can get you home and off your poor little feet."

Ariana rolled her eyes at him and smirked "yeah sure alright Justin.
she said as she patted his shoulder

Justin gave her a naughty grin as he turned and followed her up into the house, " You know I love when you get mad... You're very cute...." he chuckled.

Ariana gave him a light smack on the cheek "Oh I know mr. wellheart, I know.." she said with a smirk.

Justin smiled as they entered the house. He stood and addressede everyone that was still there, " Sorry, Everyone.... For the disturbances.... Ummm... Everything is fine and we're here to celebrate our son's third birthday.... So, if everyone would gather round so young Maxwell here can make his wish and blow out the candles.... " He said in a joyful tone as he wrapped his arms around Ariana's waist, Pulling her into him.

"only he's momentarily asleep." ari chuckled "so im not sure how this is going to work out."

Justin walked around to Ari's front and took his son into his arms and started bouncing him gentlyas he called his name and spoke to him as he woke Maxiie up, " Maxie.... hey , buddy .... Ya wanna blow out your candles and have some cake?.... Come on ...."


Little Max woke up and rubbed his eyes and saw that they were still at the party.... The Boy's ears pirked up when he heard the word cake... " Yeah.... Daddy let me down pease.... " he said excitedly.

Ariana let justin take max from her but found herself shacking her head and chuckling as max woke to the word Cake. "just like your father you are max." she said to her son

Miranda didn't want to let her Aunt down so she rushed over and grabbed the cake and brought it to the table. "Aunt Min said that the plates our out and the lighter for the candles is right here. Justin I will give that to you since I'm not old enough to use it." She looked at the kids still playing pin the tail on the Dragon and yelled, "Mom we are doing cake can the others come in."

Stella had the blind fold on and stopped, "Cake" she smiled throwing the tail and blind fold down running to the kitchen. "I want cake, can we sing." She ran towards her daddy and grabbed his leg smiling.

Kate was already in the kitchen so she just stood waiting on the cake. It was about time they got around to it she thought.

Gabby laughed as Stella ran into the kitchen, the she looked at her two sons and her nephew. "Okay boys what do you say we go sing and eat cake." She got up and headed into the kitchen getting close to Justin, "Justin I hope everything is okay between you two now. Min hated leaving and wanted to make sure you knew she didn't want to leave. She put Miranda in charge of her little planning list and her and Max were headed to the doctor to get her checked out for some pains she was having." She squeezed his arm just wanting him to know what was going on since he was Min's best friend for years and walked over to Edward. "Hey you haven't heard anything from Min have you? She hasn't text or called?"

Justin Smiled as Miranda handed him the lighter and candles... Placing three candles in the cake as he lit the candles.." Thank you, Miranda...." he said to her sweetly the Gabrieala came to him and let him know what was going on with Minerva.... He sighed at the news of her having some sort of pain... Oh... yes. Ari and I... Well, it's how we work...But never could either of us live without the other...So please... Don't worry." he said as he touched her arm and gave her a reassuring smile.

Edward smiled as his daughter came running to him and wrapped her little arms around his leg... " Yes, Sweetheart, We'll be having some cake in a few minutes.... But first we've got to sing to Little MAx... " he smiled as he scooped her up into his arms... Then Gabby came to him and asked if he'd heard anything from Minnie and he flatly answered, " Not a word... Would you like me to call Maxwell and find out what I can? " he asked... He knew his wife worried about Minerva... She did pretty much raise Minerva with him from the time she was 13...

Ella grinned at Harvey. So she had made him smarter and influenced his life? That was pretty big stuff, yeah? "Well in that case, I hope I was a good influence on you." She said, laughing. And she continued to laugh as Harvey explained why he decided to steal her signature nudge. "See? It is quite fun! Now do you blame me for doing it to you all the time?" He totally couldn’t blame her. And maybe now he’d be the one nudging her all the time, since he seemed to enjoy it so much.

"Yup, now you know." The blonde said with a shrug and a smile. She was surprised he hadn’t realized that sooner, actually. And then he was agreeing to do what she wanted, something he tended to do a lot. This made her laugh and roll her eyes at him, amused. Some things never change. She raised her eyebrows, laughing when Harvey said he found the girl for her. "Oh yeah, where is this chick? Let me at her…" She said teasingly. And yes, she did love sweets…and she did love Harvey so that was actually quite good logic on his part. "See? There is you’re Ravenclaw thinking being put to good use." She said, grinning at him.

Ella remained by Harvey’s side as they waited for whatever was going to happen next, ready to be of any assistance if they were needed. Luckily, Justin and Ariana were soon back and seemed to be in better spirits. This brought a smile to Ella’s face and she was quite happy to resume the happy celebration. And then it was time for cake! The blonde hugged Harvs and waited to join in and sing Happy birthday to the adorable birthday boy.

"Ok so shall we begin?" Ariana asked as she looked to everyone before looking at maxie "happy birthday to you happy birthday to you happy birthday dear maxieee happy Birthday to You!!!.." she sang as the others followed

Miranda smiled "Okay Maxie we are going to sing to you now." She looked at everyone. "Mr. Watson can you and your friend come over to sing." She then turned and began to sing "Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you Happy Birthday dear Maxie Happy Birthday to you."

Kate sang with Miranda just ready for the cake. She looked for her dad to make sure he was in singing and Christian as well.

Stella sang really loud in her dad's ear and wiggled around wanting to go with the other kids near the cake.

Gabby looked at Edward with concern and then shook her head, "No don't bother then. If something was wrong with the babies they would call. Your her father basically she would call you first or Leelee." She then turned and sang with the rest of the group to Max.

Justin sang along with his wife and the others.... Smiling broadly as they sang.....Alright, Now make a wish, Buddy.... Then blow those candles out..." he said as he knelt beside his son up at the cake....


" Alright, Little one... Here you are...." Edward said as he set Stella down and watched her scurry up to where the other kids had started gathering...." You're probably right.... She would've called or had Maxwell call...." He said quietly to his wife.

Ariana watched as her son went wide eyes and clapped as people sang to him and as justin told him to blow out the candles little max tried as hard as she could and Ariana couldnt help but shed a tear or two or maybe ten. Her baby was growing up and she didnt like that

Maxie thought for a second and then drew in a deep breath and blew out his candles the smiled back up his father and looked back at his mother...

Justin hugged his little man and looked back to see Ari with tears rolling down her face.... He gave her a loving smile that said the same to her.... How fast time had seemed to fly..... Then he looked back at Max and saw himself in his son still holding him in the hug he kissed his son's unruly curls... " Well done, Mate.... got strong lungs have ya? " he joked

Harvey smiled and pretended to think about whether she was a good influence on him or not.. he then looked at her "Mmm I think you were a good influence on me, the only bad thing may be that I have too much fun with you that I tend to forget about other things and just become very engrossed in having fun with you. " he smiled as he remembered how he would have chosen her over classes in school she was way more fun than they were even with a baby dragon in school. He then laughed with her about the nudge he shook his head still chuckling "Nope I don't blame you for doing it to me all the time, in fact its more fun when you do it to me!" he said continuing to chuckle. Ella Bishop's influence on him, he had ended up loving the nudges.

He chuckled as she rolled her eyes at him, the eye rolling thing suited her to the extent that it made him laugh everytime that she did it. He laughed as she asked where the chick was.. he raised his eyebrows this time "You... you would fight her.. for me? " he wondered out loud.. he wondered if she would fight another woman for him.. did she love him that much? he then held one of her hands "That woman.. is right here.. in front of me" he said as he kissed the back of her hand "I am holding her hand" he smiled. Yeah she didn't need to go looking for her cause she was that woman. He smiled and nodded "Yeah of course it .. good thing I am a Ravenclaw then" he continued smiling as he looked at her.

As Harvey stood next to Ella waiting for news he saw Justin and Ariana return in a happy mood.. this put Harvey at ease a little.. at least Justin and Ariana were good.. now he needed to know about Minnie. Now all his worry was for her and the unborn twins, soon they were called for cake. He and Ella walked to where everyone was standing around the cake joining in singing Happy Birthday to Max as Ella hugged him, he hugged her back as he sang for Max. He watched as the little boy made a wish and blew out the candles, he looked at Ariana as she shed some tears he smiled a little yeah little Max was growing up.. soon they would all again be here to celebrate the birthday of his little sibling.

Daniel gathered with everyone else as they all sang happy birthday to little Max he joined in the singing too, he was glad to see that things were good between Justin and his wife Ariana.. but he was very concerned for Minerva as well. He looked round to see if anyone showed any signs of having any news from her, but there didn't seem to be any so he watched Max blow out his candles after making a wish and clapped smiling. He chuckled at Justin's comment on Little Max having strong lungs on him

Christian stood at the front eyeing the cake as he sang happy birthday to Max. He couldnt wait to have a big piece of that cake, he wanted the biggest one! He was becoming impatient when would the candles be blown so that they could eat! Soon he saw the candles were blown and clapped.. yeah! soon it would be cake time!

Ariana laughed at herself and wiped the tears from her face. "so what did ya wish for max?" she asked him knowing he wouldnt tell

" I wissh fur Aunt minnie's baby be okay.... And fur a brover...." Little Max smiled shyly....

Justin raised his hand in surprise to his mouth... His son's words melting his heart for a moment as he thought of MAx and Min..... Then he started chuckling at Max's second request.....

Gabby felt herself tear up by his words. "What a cute little guy he is." She held Storm by the arm as he got to close to the cake. "Wait until it is cut. Miranda I know Min told you that you could kind of be in charge but please give the knife to Vinnie or Justin.

Miranda sighed and rolled her eyes a bit at her mother before handing the knife to Vinnie.

Vinnie took the knife from Miranda, " Thankyou, Dear." she smiled. Then she went up to the cake and began to cut the cake in even pieces and began plating them.... " First piece goes to the birthday boy...."
" Justin here..... " she said as she handed him Max's piece of cake.

Justin took the plate and had Max go and sit outside so there'd be no spills on his mother's floor.." Come on, Maxie... We'll go outside and eat this... Alright? "
