Ferris couldn't help but smile slightly as Vianna gasped out her brother's name, all of the amusement in the world falling onto his pale features as he listened to her mention confidently that she knew her Professor wasn't slipping anything in her food or drink. "I appreciate your trust," he muttered with a soft chuckle, listening as she added that they were just jealous. "I know they are," he agreed with another light laugh, brown eyes focusing on the sight of her as she suddenly appeared right next to him, returning the peck kiss she placed on his lips as lovingly as he could from his place on the floor. "Mmm..." he muttered softly with a small smile, brown eyes sparkling over at her, "Are you trying to get bubbles on me? Is that it, gem?" he asked with raised eyebrows, dimples coming out of hiding as he admired the sight of her.

Vianna chuckled softly at Ferris's playful question. "Maybe..." she muttered with playfulness in her tones. "But if I wanted to get bubbles on you, it would be a lot easier than that," she added, her smile turning into a mischievous little smirk as she cupped her hands together and dipped them into the foam floating on top of the warm bath water. She pulled out a handful of foam, a tiny mountain in her hands, and placed her it on her husband's forehead with a light laugh, amusement sparkling in her blue eyes.

Ferris's dark brown eyes narrowed as Vianna mentioned that it would be a lot easier to get bubbles on him if she really wanted to, quickly able to see what she was about to do. But before he could get up or duck or anything of the sort, suddenly a mountain of bubbles was coating his forehead, "N-No! Vi..." he complained in a loud grumble as he brought up his free hand to wipe away the excess bubbles. "That's hardly fair! I can't get you back out here," he grumbled, obviously referring to his position outside the bathtub. "Plus, I have a scone, you can't just put bubbles on a guy with a scone," Ferris announced as though this was a rule everyone on the planet was aware of, taking another bite of his scone with a matter-of-fact expression, flashing her a grin.

Vianna giggled with amusement at Ferris's complaints, her eyebrows raising as he pointed out that she couldn't just put bubbles on a guy with a scone. "Oh?" was her simple reply, mock surprise on her features as her eyebrows rose slightly, but a moment later she was giggling again. "I don't think that's enough of an excuse, Professor," said the girl, now taking another handful of bubbles into one of her hands. She took the tip of the tiny mountain of bubbles with her free hand and placed it on the tip of her husband's straight nose with another giggle, and just a moment later she was spreading the foam all over his face, leaving the boy's face soapy and with traces of tiny bubbles on the pale skin. Vianna seemed quite pleased with her mischievous tactics, and though she knew Ferris couldn't really do much to get back at her, the girl was wary and scooted a couple feet away from the side of the tub, so he couldn't see or reach her anymore.

Ferris gave a nod as Vianna gave him an 'oh?' as a reply, pouting just slightly as he took another bite from the scone he was so clearly happy with, listening as she mentioned that this wasn't enough as an excuse. His eyebrows rose, "What d'you mea--" but he was cut off as he very suddenly found bubbles coating the tip of his nose. His brown eyes narrowed, about to say something (assuming she was done) when he suddenly found that his entire face was being covered with suds. "Vi!" he complained but quickly had to shut his mouth as the bubbles began to literally coat every part of his expression, a little group of suds falling off his chin and onto his scone. He gave a gasp of horror though quickly shut up in fear of getting soap in his mouth, his brown eyes suddenly narrowing and finding Vianna as she scooted away from him in the tub, completely covered up by fluffy mountains of bubbles that seemed to have no end in the huge tub. He held up his scone accusingly, clearly glaring at her as he chucked it towards the trash can, missing by a few inches but not seeming to notice, his eyes locked on her own in a way that clearly meant 'this means war'.

Vianna watched with amusement as the foam began to slid off Ferris's skin and land on his scone, a rather triumphant grin beginning to adorn her lightly tanned face. She watched as the young man then threw his scone over to trash can, but missed by a few inches. At this, the girl rose her eyebrows and she gasped. "Professor! Have some manners!" she scolded him, as if he was just being a troublesome child. "Pick up that scone and dispose of it properly," she ordered, once again addressing him as if he were a child, not a grown adult.

Ferris's glare only seemed to intensify as Vianna scolded him, suggesting that he have some manners and ordering him to go pick up his scone and dispose of it properly. "No," he defied simply, his voice dripping with reluctantly amused seriousness, brown eyes still narrowed without let up. After a few, long moments of pure silence in which he didn't release her gaze, his seriousness vanished and he appeared to look a bit more like a little kid whining about having to wait until after dinner for a cookie. "You covered my scone in bubbles!" he whined softly, pouting just barely as he started to shake his head rapidly, successfully forcing the number of suds to fly off his expression in all directions, spraying the girl still in the bath tub.

Vianna narrowed her eyes at Ferris as he defied her orders, almost as if daring the young man to contradict her one more time before he'd have to face the consequences - which probably involved around throwing foam at him or something. The girl's features softened, though, as Ferris suddenly turned more childlike and complained to the girl that she had covered his scone in bubbles. "No. You covered your scone in bubbles," Vianna corrected matter-of-factly. "I only placed the bubbles on your face. It was your fault they fell to the scone," she explained simply.

Ferris's glare returned twice as narrowed as Vianna pointed out that she hadn't been the one to cover his scone in bubbles, that she'd just placed the bubbles on his face and it was all his fault that they'd fallen onto the scone. "It's completely unfair that you're in a bathtub right now," he announced with furrowed brows, now facing her and all of her bubbles, unable to really find a way to retaliate against his wife as she was fully consumed in a tub of water. What was he supposed to do!? This indecision was clearly written on his expression as he glared at her without words, his mouth opening and closing but not releasing any sound. "One of these days you're going to have a scone and I am going to throw it in a bathtub and you won't be able to say anything about it," he decided matter-of-factly, turning away from her with a grouchy expression, his back now facing the tub as he stared at the closed door, glaring at it, rather. If he couldn't retaliate, he'd just have to give her the silent treatment.

Vianna grinned triumphantly as Ferris pointed out that it was unfair for her to be in a bathtub. She could see the indecision in his face, able to read clearly how he was trying to find a way to get back at her, but the tub was standing in his way and in the end he seemed to give up, turning his back to her and leaving her to only see the top of his head full of curly hair. Vianna giggled lightly, rather amused by this war they were having. "I don't think you'll be able to do that, Professor," said the girl in response to Ferris's earlier words. "I'm wise enough to know better than to eat a scone in a bathroom while someone is taking a bath," she said almost tauntingly.

Vianna could tell now that Ferris had decided to give her the silent treatment. Still rather amused, she slowly and quietly made her way back to the side of the tub, right behind him, and leaned over the ledge to sneak a peck kiss to the young man's cheek. "C'mon, Professor, just pick up your scone," she asked of him softly.

Ferris didn't respond as Vianna mentioned teasingly that she knew better than to eat a scone in the bathroom while someone was taking a bath, keeping his glare set on the door across from him, not allowing her speaking to sway him. But then she was suddenly right behind him, kissing his cheek in that way that was so sweet to him, that usually got a warm smile to spread across his features. But this time he did his best to keep his expression straight (though it was pretty difficult for the young man who so adored her lips anywhere on him), listening as she softly asked him to pick up his scone, her voice gentle right in his ear. That was hard to resist. But he managed, merely clearing his throat and straightening up a bit, brown eyes falling to the floor as he tried his best to keep a smile off of his expression.

Vianna saw this was going to be a little more difficult than she had originally expected, but still she wouldn't give up until she got her way. This wasn't even about the scone or the mess he'd made with it anyway; it was just about winning and getting her way, ever the competitive one. Vianna leaned in again then, and this time she reached a bit lower and placed a few peck kisses on the boy's neck. "Please?" she asked softly, all the innocence in the world reflected in her voice. After a moment she pulled back and waited for his response, keeping her presence near him, determined to convince him.

Why did she have to be so sweet?! He couldn't help but find her to be the most adorable thing on the planet as she began to place soft kisses to his neck, gentle and sweet as she asked once more for him to go put the scone in the trash can. But he wasn't giving up that easily, his brown eyes still fixed on the door as he tried his best to not grow distracted by Vianna's sweet voice in his ear, her scent wafting over to him easily, able to feel her presence near him. It was growing more and more difficult though and he had to keep reminding himself that there was a soggy scone on the floor because of the woman being so gentle with him now. She hadn't been so gentle with the scone!

Vianna was a bit surprised to find that Ferris still refused to give in, despite her kisses and gentle words. The girl sighed softly, quiet for a moment as she merely stared at that head of curly hair that was facing her. Then, without warning, the girl cupped her hands together and took some of the water from the tub, using it to wet the young man's hair. Before Ferris could panic and protest about this, Vianna began to run her fingers through the wet curls gently and spoke, "Do you remember when we showed our friends and family our house for the first time?" she asked. Her fingers left Ferris's hair at that moment, and she seemed to move away before returning again, this time with a more dense liquid smeared on the palm of her hands. It was shampoo. "After they left, we took a warm shower because it was cold outside, and we had been in the ocean," Vianna continued with her story as if she was reading a bedtime story to a child, all the while her hands were beginning to lather his brown curls. "And that was the first time we washed each other's hair," she concluded with a warm smile, in this way explaining to the young man what she was up to without being blunt about it, her fingers still gently washing the brown curls she'd learned to love so much over the years.

For a moment, just a mere second, Ferris had almost assumed he'd won. What, with Vianna's sighs and the lack of protest coming from his opponent, it was clear as day that he was close to winning. That was, until he suddenly felt his curls doused in water. His brown eyes widened at the sudden feel of the warm water coursing through his curls, dripping back into the tub as he jumped at the contact, getting a few drops onto the floor. "What on earth are yo--" but he was cut off, his words stopping as though someone had merely flipped a switch in his brain (the one labeled "Coherent Sentences") to off mode. His body was relaxing, all of his muscles were beginning to sink back just slightly, his head leaning back over the tub as he suddenly felt Vianna's slender fingers running through his curls in that way he'd learned to adore so much over the years. He hadn't expected this, and he couldn't exactly say that he understood why she was doing it, his mind (which had been so focused on warfare before) now seemed to be blank of all thought, incapable of connecting that perhaps this was a scheme of his wife's. But Ferris's curls had always been his weakness, and the second he felt her fingers running through them, all thought was lost. He was silent, staring up at the ceiling with half-closed, completely relaxed brown eyes as Vianna spoke, asking if he remembered showing their house to their friends and family for the first time. He smiled faintly at the memory, giving a brief nod of recognition but seeming not to find words, listening as she continued to remind him that they'd taken a warm shower after the guests had left because it'd been cold outside and they'd been in the ocean. Ferris's smile widened slightly at this pleasant memory from their first couple years together, absolutely loving the feel of the shampoo now coating his dark brown curls, only seeming to intensify the relaxation he got from her fingers in his hair while adding a fruity scent to the air.

"I remember," he murmured softly in agreement as she then concluded that that had been the first time they'd washed each other's hair, something he could never possibly forget. "That was fun..." he murmured absentmindedly, his mind obviously off in a nicer, more relaxed place as his words were low and gentle, soft as they made their way through the air. But his dimples were out of hiding, clearly displaying his amusement with the memory, of running shampoo through his then-fiance's long brown hair, of seeing her beautiful expression as he relaxed her. And he might've mentioned all this, explained how much he'd enjoyed that, had his mind not been in the process of turning to mush, loving her fingers in his curls. It was obvious on his expression that he was clearly very relaxed, unable to help but grow completely calm with this situation, his brown eyes absentmindedly closing as he let out a soft, "Mmm..." in almost a hum.

Vianna was quite pleased to see her husband's features relax, her evil scheme obviously working. Her mind was half off it now, though, as she concentrated on bringing the young man before her into a state of relaxation, wanting him to feel as comfortable and carefree and relaxed as she'd been feeling all this time she'd been spending in the bathtub. However, her mind was still on the game. She was still very much aware that this was all part of her plan, and that if she managed to get the young man relaxed enough, he might actually pick up his scone and throw it away like she had originally asked. It seemed silly now, to go through all this just to get him to pick up trash, but Vianna didn't care. War was war and she'd win no matter what. And either way, she enjoyed washing her husband's hair. They hadn't really done this for years, never really having had the time, so it was nice to go back to that habit, to bring the person she loved most into a sense of ease and relaxation.

Vianna said no more once she had finished her brief story. She was quietly washing the young man's hair, massaging his scalp with her fingertips, gently but firmly. His brown hair looked like a large cotton ball now, as it was covered in shampoo foam, releasing a fruity sort of aroma that filled the air pleasantly. Vianna was quiet and continued working like this for the next few long moments, until she was completely sure her husband was lost in his own bliss of relaxation, before she leaned in and snuck a peck kiss to his lips. As she pulled back, she passed her lips by his ear, her hands still gently massaging his scalp as she asked softly, "Would you pick up that scone now, Professor?" Her voice came off as a soft whisper, and she snuck another kiss behind the young man's ear, where he usually kissed her, before pulling back completely and continuing her work on his soft, wet curls.

Ferris hadn't felt this relaxed in a long, long time. It felt as though all of his muscles were letting out a sigh of relief, his mind clouding over into a sense of bliss that was unique to this sort of calm. His brown eyes were completely closed now, his lips just slightly parted as he allowed his mind to focus solely on the feel of her fingers running through his curls, the feel of her touch on his head, massaging there gently and allowing him to practically melt into the tile floors of the bathroom. Why hadn't they done this more often?! It was something that he missed greatly, especially now that he was feeling it once more, benefitting from its relaxing properties.

And that was when he suddenly felt Vianna's lips on his own, creating a sweet peck kiss he couldn't help but return, though slightly drowsy as he did so, seeming almost sleepy due to his relaxation. Though he wasn't necessarily close to falling asleep, he was so relaxed that his responses seemed to be a bit delayed, though loving all the same. It was then that he heard Vianna's sweet voice in his ear, whispering to him and asking if he would go pick up the scone now, something he hadn't even thought about in what had felt like eternities. It would seem that his mind was too far gone to create any sort of response, his mouth still just barely open as he took in her words, seeming to be more focused on the kiss he'd received behind his ear rather than her question. "Hmm?" he murmured softly, slowly realizing he'd missed something.

As Ferris murmured a soft 'Hmm?', Vianna realized that she was relaxing her husband a little too much, and now he was simply not listening to her. She grew annoyed and her brows furrowed disapprovingly, her fingers suddenly leaving the boy's hair. "Professor!" she started accusingly, her voice no longer a whisper and loud enough to echo through the large bathroom. "Pick up that scone or I'm leaving your head full of shampoo!" she threatened. If she wasn't going to get her way acting kindly, then she'd just have to threaten and force him to it.

Ferris frowned just slightly as Vianna's fingers suddenly left his curls, about to ask what was wrong when she suddenly said his beloved nickname accusingly. His brown eyes widened as he physically jumped, his head coming up from the side of the bathtub as he turned to look at her, scrambling away with clear surprise on his expression, listening as she ordered him to pick up his scone or she would leave his hair filled with shampoo. It took him a moment to realize what she was talking about, his mind the farthest place away from the cone issue. His facial expression morphed into one of understanding as this became clear, then morphing into one of confusion as he got up and finally put the scone in the trash can, brows furrowed. "Did you do all of this just to get me to throw that away?" he asked incredulously as he turned back to her, some of the shampoo dripping from his curls down onto his shoulders.

Vianna seemed pleased as Ferris finally picked up the scone from the floor and threw it into the trash can, listening as he then asked her if she did all of this just to get him to throw the scone away. Vianna had been well aware that she had been going through a ridiculous amount of trouble for such a simple thing, but when he mentioned it aloud, it just made it seem a thousand times worse. But she was too proud to regret anything, and in the end she got what she wanted, even if the work to get there was too much for the prize itself. "I might have," she muttered vaguely, arms crossed under the water and bubbles.

Ferris's brown eyes narrowed once more as Vianna spoke, mentioning that she 'maybe' had done all of that stuff just to get him to throw away the scone. "That was low," he decided after a moment, trying his best not to grow distracted by the fact that she was so adorable being all stubborn like a little kid once more. But the young man looked rather ridiculous, actually, his dark brown curls covered from each root to tip in foaming shampoo, a huge mess of bubbles all in his hair as he tried to give her a rather serious look. And he looked downright amusing, arms crossed over his chest as he attempted to have a staredown with the girl he loved most on the planet.

Vianna's jaw dropped slightly as Ferris decided that what she had done was low, and she merely narrowed her eyes at him in an unfriendly look, just staring at him as he stared at her, both with arms crossed and stubbornness written on their features. After a few long moments of this, Vianna said simply, "I'm done with my bath." It was invitation for Ferris to leave the room so she could get out and dry. "You can wash the shampoo off in the shower once I'm out," she added. She wasn't sure what was causing her to be so defiant at the moment, but it seemed that they were both still under that spell where they acted like teenagers, acting on impulse before thinking things through; and Vianna wasn't too pleased with the fact that she'd had to work so hard to get Ferris to throw away the scone and he was now just accusing all her doings of being 'low'.

Ferris didn't seem to change his expression as Vianna spoke, informing him simply that she was done with her bath now, as though that meant something to the young man who appeared to be made of stone at this point, his feet planted to the floor, arms crossed firmly over his broad chest. He listened as she then added that he could wash the shampoo off in the shower once she was out, something that didn't change his expression either. It was rather amusing how easily they could slip back into the roles of their teenage selves (even possibly more immature than they were back then), and he didn't seem to move as she gave him all of the clues to leave. "What if I wasn't on my way out?" he asked just to defy her, having absolutely no idea where he was going with this. But she had manipulated his relaxation for her own deeds!

Vianna's crystal blue eyes narrowed further and her jaw dropped yet again as Ferris defied her, asking what would happen if he wasn't on his way out. The girl's brows were furrowed disapprovingly, but she said nothing. How could she threaten him? There wasn't much she could do if she was imprisoned to the bathtub; not that it was necessarily so, she could easily just get up and go and ignore him completely, they were husband and wife after all and she had nothing to be shy about now, but still. She didn't want him to get his way, she didn't want to be the one who'd have to walk out defeated; if she asked him to leave, then he'd have to do so. But Vianna had no idea how.

The girl's blue eyes fell to the water and mountains of bubbles surrounding her, annoyance on her features. "If you don't go," she started, but then she paused, only to continue a moment later, "If you don't go then-- then-- I... I will... I'll splash you!" she said, looking up at him again as if this was the most terrifying threat he could've ever possibly received. "And then I'll kick you out and you'll have to stay outside wet and cold," she added, though she wasn't too sure she could really kick out someone twice her size without her wand on her.

Ferris couldn't help but smile just slightly to himself as Vianna seemed to grow indecided with her options, clearly able to see the thought processes of her mind. He was growing more and more amused as he read her expression, clearly able to see that his wife was trying to decide whether or not she was just going to march out of the tub or something else. But then suddenly she was threatening him with the act of splashing of all thigns, explaining that she'd splash him and then kick him out, leaving him outside wet and cold. He couldn't help but allow his mock hostility to fade at this, growing completely endeared with his wife's horrible attempt at a threat. "You would do that to your Professor?" he murmured softly with the warmest of smiles, walking slowly back towards her as his dimples came out of hiding.
