This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, and thanks to Gryffindoll, emmafan123 and Lily Lupin this RP, plot and a couple characters are still thriving! It's one of our longest running RPs in a LONG time, if not the longest. So congrats to you girls for doing such a good job at keeping the thread(s) active, and enjoy.

This is version (5) FIVE, the first four threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

"Vi, get back here!" the young man grumbled as his wife slipped out of his grasp once more, her ankle just barely making its way out of his grip as she snuck off to the other side of the bed. He shot her a look, opening his mouth to protest as he sat up, when a pillow very suddenly collided with the side of his head. Ferris fell back to the bedsheets at the impact, landing with his head near the bottom of the bed, his feet near Vianna (though of course not falling off as the bed was so huge). He could've very easily gotten up, but that wasn't any fun. Feeling slightly mischievous, the young man let out a loud groan and brought a hand up to hold his head as though a large headache had entered his mind with the whack she'd given him.

Vianna was feeling quite triumphant, a wide and bright grin adorning her lightly tanned face as she watched her husband fall back onto the bed. She watched him, the pillow held tightly in her hands as she waited for him to get up. But he didn't. He just stayed there, groaning in pain and misery as one of his hands held his head. At the sight of this, Vianna's grin faded, and her small hands began to lose their grip on the large pillow as her blue eyes began to fill with worry. "Professor?" she asked softly, a little hesitantly. After receiving no response, the girl placed the pillow aside and crawled over to her husband's side, her crystal blue eyes wide with worry and her forehead beginning to crease the way it so often did whenever she became concerned. "Are you okay?" she asked softly, hovering slightly over him as she examined his expression, beginning to feel the guilt slowly building up in her stomach.

Ferris smiled to himself internally as he felt Vianna come over to his side, peeking out at her from slightly squinted brown eyes as she asked if he was okay, hovering over at him and allowing her beautiful brown hair to fall around his expression. "I dunno, I think..." But he didn't finish his thought, merely watching her with a groggy expression before very suddenly turning the tables and sitting up in a millisecond, gently pushing her onto her back and holding down her arms with a triumphant grin. He let out a soft chuckle, "Admit it now Vi!" he suggested to her, feeling just slightly guilty for tricking her like that but knowing that she'd pulled much lower tricks in past attempts at winning a mini-battle they'd had in their many years together.

Vianna was examining her husband's expression through guilty blue eyes, listening quietly and attentively as he began to speak. What followed happened too quickly for her to register, and next thing she knew, just a second later, she was the one laying on the bed with a triumphant Ferris on top, asking her to admit what she'd been refusing to accept all this time. The girl's eyes widened incredulously, and though she tried to pull her arms back to shove him aside, his grip was firm (though not firm enough to hurt her). Ah... there was an idea!
Two can play this game, Vianna thought vengefully as she quickly wiped the surprise off her face, replacing it with a look that resembled a sort of suffering, like she was in pain. Suddenly, she seemed extremely uncomfortable, and even a little helpless, seeming to shrink right before the young man's eyes. "Professor, you're hurting my arms," she lied softly, her forehead creasing slightly, her expression reflecting an invisible pain that was not there. She hoped he'd buy the lie, though she felt pretty confident of her acting skills, as there wasn't the slightest trace of mischief on her innocent, pained features.

But Ferris wasn't in the business of checking for mischief in Vianna's features when it came to the idea of her being hurt, his eyebrows raising as the most uncomfortable of looks came onto her beautiful face. His grip immediately began to loosen, a surprised look coming onto his features as she explained with clear pain in her voice that he was hurting her arms. He immediately released her, pulling his hands back as though they were weapons he'd been unaware he had, brown eyes wide as he realized that he'd actually hurt her in his pursuit of a playful battle. "I-I'm sorry, Vi..." he immediately started, guilt filling his features as he now kept his hands to himself, watching her hesitantly and trying to erase that look of pain from her expression. He'd never hurt her before and it gave him a bit of a fright to think that he had without even realizing it.

Vianna felt the slightest hint of guilt as Ferris quickly pulled away and began to apologize, but she knew if her plan was going to work she couldn't back out now just because she felt a little guilty. He had done the same to her, she shouldn't feel guilty at all! The girl acted quickly then, and the second her arms were free again, she sat up at the speed of light, using her now-free arms to shove her husband back with such force that he wouldn't just stumble a bit but fall back onto the mattress completely. Once she had him down, the girl climbed onto him, sitting up on top of the boy and looking quite pleased with herself. Her revenge had worked out perfectly! She deserved a gold medal. What Vianna didn't realize at that moment, though, was that she wasn't much of a threat to her husband. She may be on top of him, sure, but she was so light compared to him that he could easily just pick her right up and sit up without a problem in the world. But Vianna was too full of herself right now, too consumed in her glory to think that her evil plan might've had any flaws.

"Now, what was that about admitting to something, Professor?" asked the girl, raising an eyebrow at her husband and crossing her arms, a satisfied smirk on her face. "I told you you couldn't get me to admit to anything! You should've just given up right away, but now you've gotta suffer the humiliation of knowing that a girl half your size has beat you at your own game," she announced quite proudly, looking rather smug.

Ferris's brown eyes widened as he very suddenly found himself crashing back onto the mattress, his back now to the sheets as somehow his wife sat down on top of him, keeping him down on the bed with a triumphant grin. How had this happened?! All traces of guilt left his expression as he realized he'd been played, revelling in the fact that he hadn't seen it sooner that she'd used his own trick against him. "Vi!" he complained, listening with furrowed brows as she asked playfully what he had been talking about before about admitting something, that she'd told him he couldn't get her to admit to anything. His eyebrows rose at these statements but his eyes narrowed as she then mentioned that he now had to suffer through the humiliation of knowing that a girl half his size had beaten him at his own game. "Oh?" he murmured, glancing at how she was positioned on top of him and flashing her a grin before very suddenly getting up as though he was doing a sit-up, toppling her back onto her own back on the mattress and holding her down once more with a soft chuckle. "Exactly. You're half my size," he repeated with a new meaning, obviously not having forgotten about the fact that he could very easily turn the tables on her.

Vianna's triumph was shattered in a quick second as Ferris suddenly sat up, sending her back onto the mattress just like before, reminding the girl of her last words. She narrowed her eyes at him, just at that moment realizing her fault, where her plan had gone wrong. That wasn't fair! If she wasn't so tiny compared to him, she'd surely be able to beat him without too much of an effort! This was an unfair game, he had an advantage over her that only irritated the girl. She didn't like the unfairness of this game. "You're a cheater," she said simply, her brows furrowed disapprovingly at the young man.

Ferris was practically beaming as Vianna informed him that he was a cheater, her eyebrows furrowing on her lightly tanned expression. "And you are completely adorable," he grumbled as though these words made any sense in response to what she had said to him, the warmest of smiles spreading across his pale expression as he admired the sight of her, hovering right above her. "Please, just admit that you came over to me because you missed me," he murmured more softly, eyebrows raising just barely as he leaned over her, his hands gently holding her arms back as though afraid she'd attack him or pull something sneaky if he wasn't careful. "Because you missed being kissed, maybe?" he suggested playfully, leaning down and pecking her lips sweetly.

Vianna's expression softened slightly as Ferris asked her to just admit that she had come over to him because she missed him, listening as he went on to suggest that perhaps she had missed being kissed. And if to prove his point, the young man kissed her lips then, something which Vianna couldn't help but return for the brief second it lasted. As the young man pulled back, her crystal blue eyes fluttered open and she sighed softly in defeat. She would admit, both because she felt it was time to do so and bring this cat-and-mouse game to an end, and because she didn't necessarily enjoy being held hostage, she didn't like not being able to move as she pleased. And so, after a moment of silence, the girl finally confessed, "I did come over because I missed you. And I missed your kisses... and your arms, and your presence," she admitted softly. There was no shame or embarrassment or pride in her confession, though. It was purely honest.

Ferris grinned as Vianna finally confessed out that did come over to him because she'd missed him, she'd missed his kisses and his arms and his presence, pure honesty in her tone. "See, that wasn't so bad," he murmured softly with a warm smile, releasing her arms from his gentle grasp and very gently allowing his arms to slip around her slender waist, pulling her comfortably into his chest as he planted a sweet kiss to her collarbone. "Before I felt you move, I was just about to turn around and come to you," he admitted to her ear with a soft smile, his arms keeping her warm in the room that had grown slightly cold without the fireplace. "I don't know why I ever, in a billion years, had mentioned that you need to keep your hands to yourself," he grumbled playfully, planting a loving kiss to her cheek. "Please, from now on; I'd prefer that you never keep your hands to yourself around me," he joked softly, letting out a gentle chuckle.

Vianna merely rolled her eyes at Ferris's first words, though she didn't seem annoyed but rather amused. She was relieved, though, when he finally released her arms, and she was just about to sit up when he slipped his arms around her waist, pulling the girl into his chest. She smiled as he placed a kiss to her collarbone and listened a little absentmindedly as he confessed that he had been meaning to turn around and come to her just before she came to him. This got the girl's eyebrows to raise with surprise, though she said nothing, listening as he went on to share that he'd rather she not keep her hands to herself around him. Vianna laughed lightly at the request, amusement in her blue eyes. "I can do that," she said with a nod and an amused smile, leaning in toward the young man and placing her lips upon his own gently, beginning to kiss him as lovingly and sweetly as she could for the next couple long moments.

Ferris gave a soft chuckle as Vianna mentioned that she was able to not keep her hands to herself as he requested, a warm smile spreading across his expression once more as he admired the sight of her, watching as she leaned in towards him in that way that immediately let him know he'd be getting a kiss. His heart did a little flip in his chest as it always had, leaning in through the rest of the space between them until their lips met somewhere in the middle in a loving kiss he couldn't help but return as sweetly as possible. But how could he not when she was being so loving with her gesture? He couldn't help but want more of her, especially after the little battle they'd just had, and enjoyed every second of that kiss until she finally broke apart from him. His brown eyes fluttered open with a sweet smile on his pale expression, dimples coming out of hiding as he admired the sight of her with sparkling brown eyes. "I love you."

Vianna beamed at the young man beside her. "I love you too, Professor," she said softly, leaning in to peck his lips gently. Their bedroom had a balcony, and the doors had been left open, which explained the cool breeze that was entering the room at that moment, causing the light, thin fabric of the slightly see-through silvery curtains covering the doors to sway gently in the air. Vianna shivered slightly as the breeze swept right through the couple, and suddenly she wished she hadn't put out the fire in the fireplace. "I think I want to go back under the covers," the girl confessed softly with a smile as goosebumps began to cover her arms.

Ferris flashed Vianna a warm smile at her words, about to say something else when the sound of wind sort of swept through the room, forcing his brown eyes to turn to the balcony just in time to receive that cold gust of air. His brows furrowed slightly at this, examining the balcony he hadn't realized they had, when Vianna spoke and announced that she wanted to go back under the covers. The young man's eyebrows rose, returning his gaze to the girl before him just in time to see little goosebumps covering her lightly tanned arms. "Awww, my poor gem," he murmured softly with the most endeared of smiles, cold as well but seeming to forget his case of the chills as his heart warmed up with the sight of her. "You've got goosebumps," he announced as though she was unaware, brown eyes sparkling at her for a moment as he hovered over her. After sharing this gaze with her, he leaned down and very gently began to place the most loving of kisses to her arm, starting on her hand and placing a kiss about every two inches, taking his sweet time as his warm kisses coated her skin, all the way up to her shoulder. "I find you to be...ridiculously adorable," he admitted in a sweet grumble to her ear once he'd started placing the sweetest of kisses to her collarbone, just for the sake of feeling her smooth skin beneath his lips. But it was then, after all of his kisses, that he decided it was time to fill her request, gently gathering the covers with one of his arms and pulling it over the both of them. The atmosphere immediately became warmer but Ferris didn't change his position of hovering above her, brown eyes sparkling at her.

Vianna seemed mildly amused as Ferris gave an 'awww, my poor gem' before then going on to point out that she had goosebumps. The girl glanced over to the skin on her arms, then, not really actually having noticed that she had goosebumps, though she wasn't surprised to find this, as she did feel her skin turn icy after that breeze washed over them. The girl returned her gaze to the young man before her, only to find that he was merely watching her with sparkling brown eyes, and she smiled warmly at him before he disappeared from sight. Vianna's eyebrows rose slightly and she watched as he then leaned down and began to place kisses all over her cold arm, from her hand all the way up to her shoulder. The gestures got her to let out a couple soft giggles every now and then, but ironically enough, they did warm up the girl's skin slightly, as his breath was warm, and just the feel of his lips on her skin had always sent her a wave of warmth by default. Vianna's smile widened as he shared that he found her to be ridiculously adorable, something which obviously flattered the girl, but she was glad to see him then pulling the covers over the both of them, something her body was grateful for, and she immediately felt a lot warmer. "Thanks, Professor," she said softly, leaning in toward him and pecking his lips gently. "I knew there was a reason I kept you around," she added playfully, obviously just teasing as her blue eyes filled with mischief.

Ferris returned the soft peck she gave his lips as she thanked him for bringing over the covers, flashing her a warm smile as they broke apart, "You're welcome, gem," he murmured softly, still slightly sparkly-eyed iwth his admiration for the girl before him. That was, until she mentioned that his cover-pulling-over skills were the reason she kept him around. His jaw fell with mock offense, as though just realizing that this had been her motives all along, that all of this 'love' stuff was just a joke and she'd really just kept him around for the sake of warmth. "That's all I am to you?" he joked in a low grumble, narrowing his eyes playfully. "A source of warmth and nothing else? All of these years have meant nothing, then?"

Vianna fell into a fit of giggles at Ferris's words, far too amused by him. "Perhaps..." she confessed softly, her eyebrows raising slightly, though she was obviously still just joking and teasing him. "But you should feel flattered, Professor!" she quickly added, as if he was in the wrong for being offended. "I had never met anyone before who was so good at keeping me warm. You should be proud you stand out from the crowd - and not just because you're tall," she pointed out, her lips curved into a smile that threatened to let out the giggles she was holding in.

Ferris listened with playfully narrowed eyes as his own wife explained that he should've felt flattered, as she'd never met anyone before who could keep her so warm, that he should be proud that he stood out from the crowd and not just because he was so tall. He couldn't help but chuckle softly at this, though he tried his best to keep his eyes narrowed, pulling her closer as he gave her a scowl. "What if I don't want to lend my services anymore?" he grumbled to her with a soft smile, unable to hold that in. "What if I just rolled right off of you right now, taking the covers with me, and left you in the cold?" he asked, eyebrows raising as his dimples came out of hiding.

Vianna's eyebrows rose as Ferris suggested the idea of perhaps not offering his services to the girl anymore, sharing with her that he could just roll off her at that moment and take the covers with him, leaving her in the cold. The girl's jaw dropped at this. "Professor!" she complained immediately, her brows furrowed disapprovingly. "You wouldn't do that..." she muttered, though she did seem a little hesitant, unsure.

Ferris gave a mock-evil grin as Vianna gave his favourite nickname in complaint before deciding hesitantly that he wouldn't actually roll away from her with all of his warmth. He opened his mouth as though to contradict her, raising one of his arms and grabbing the covers as though he was about to actually roll away from her, before merely pulling up the blankets all the way over their heads, his arms coming to pull her even closer into his warm chest. "No, I wouldn't do that," he agreed to her previous statement with an amused smile. "Because I actually love you," he announced proudly to his wife, watching her with warm brown eyes despite the fact that they were in near complete darkness. "Not because you're a little cold thing I can warm up," he pointed out with raised eyebrows, clearly disapproving of her own motives for loving him. "But because you're my gorgeous little gem and I could never, in a trillion years, want anything besides you." He let these honest words sink in on her for a moment before a more teasing smile came onto his expression, "Now. Don't you feel bad?" he teased with a soft chuckle.

Vianna's blue eyes widened slightly as Ferris was about to respond, watching as he raised one of his arms to grab the covers. She was sure he was going to move away from her then, taking the blankets with him and leaving her exposed to the chilly air filling the room. However, that wasn't what happened, and Vianna was surprised to find that her husband had actually just pulled the covers over the both of them, enveloping them in a darkness that was almost entirely pure. She listened as he answered her earlier question, assuring her he wouldn't do that because he loved her, and he could never want anything besides her. At this, the girl smiled warmly, her crystal blue eyes sparkling in the darkness before he spoke again, asking if she felt bad. Vianna gave a soft chuckle, but instead of answering his question, she just pushed him aside, so he was laying on his back, and she was now the one on top. Without a word, she leaned in and placed her lips upon the young man's, kissing him as sweetly as she could, inspired by his words and gestures.

Ferris, who had been anticipating a verbal answer, was slightly surprised to find that he was being pushed onto his back, suddenly laying onto the mattress with his wife hovering over him. He grinned at the sight, having absolutely no problem with being pushed like that quite obviously, and watched as she leaned in and placed her lips on his own sweetly. His eyebrows rose at the gesture, immediately beginning to return this kiss with all of the loving he could put into it, mirroring her own emotions as his arms came to find her waist, pulling her closer on instinct.

Vianna allowed the kiss to last a few long, blissful moments before pulling back with a warm smile, her crystal blue eyes fluttering open and sparkling at the sight that greeted her, though she could barely see him. "I do love my Professor for more than just his ability to keep me warm," she admitted softly, as if they were still talking about this and there had never been a break where she had just randomly kissed him.

Ferris let out a hearty chuckle as Vianna broke apart from him, announcing that she did, actually, love her Professor for more than just his ability to keep her warm. "I'm glad to hear that," he murmured with the warmest of smiles, brown eyes sparkling and still a little dazed from the rather mind-numbing kiss that they'd just shared. But could he be blamed for loving when she kissed him? It was a feeling that he'd never tire of, something that was so perfect to him. And when Vianna just pushed him over and began kissing him, how could he not like it? He'd always had a bit of a sweet spot for when Vianna took control of a kiss and it seemed as though that affection hadn't changed over the years. His dimples were out of hiding now, his brown eyes had adjusted to the darkness, and he could see the vague outline of his wife in the dark, mostly able to see her bright blue eyes staring back at him. But he didn't say anything, beginning to feel an almost electric sort of current between them in this dark space with just the two of them, as though no one else in the world existed.
