This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread: Quote:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:
"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."
Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!
Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!
(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

"You don't look too scared," said Vianna with a smirk as Jack landed with a chuckle, announcing that the flight had been scary. Perhaps after all these days, she could finally convince him to join in broom races! But this wasn't an appropriate time to be harassing Jack about becoming a flying addict.
Unfortunately, the group were still a couple of miles from the city with its paved roadways, sidewalks, and shops. Instead, they were surrounded by countryside. They were only a couple of minutes away from the city on brooms, but now that they were on their feet the walk there could take hours. And so, the siblings took refuge under the nearest tree.

Sighing, Kayla and Jamie followed them by going under a tree, the best shelter they had around here. Ah, if only it wasn't raining. But she wanted to be warm, and she was too impatient to just stand around here.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris had been listening to the others with only half a mind, thoughts about what was happening zooming around his own head and he could hardly hear them anyway. But when Hogwarts and voting was mentioned, he looked up, his eyes darting to Victor. Hadn't he said that Ned wanted them to go to France? But he himself so desperately wanted to stay somewhere familiar, like Hogwarts. He didn't know what to vote for, and luckily before he had to, rain started pouring down to distract everyone. Well, actually it wasn't so lucky, as Ferris was soaked to the bone and completely chilled when he reached the ground, following the group underneath a large tree. He looked around for a moment at the desolate countryside before trying to wrack his brain for a fire spell.
After a couple minutes, he thought of one that might work, and took out his wand from his soaking jean pocket. He did a silent spell without anyone noticing, creating a roaring campfire in front of the group beneath the tree. Though droplets of rain fell into it, it seemed to never extinguish, and was emitting a good deal of heat. Ferris walked over to Vianna's side, standing quietly with his dark curls lying soaked against his face and his hands in his pockets.

Vianna watched as a campfire suddenly came to sight and she turned to the boy standing beside her with a smile. "Good thinking, Professor," she said with an approving nod before kneeling down beside Fluffy's cage and opening it so the little squirrel could step outside. Fluffy was somewhat hesitant at first, quite traumatized from the flying and rain, but eventually came out, soon returning to his hyperactive self.
Victor glanced down at his watch; it was still morning time. "By the time this rain's gone - which should be pretty soon - we need to start moving again. So make up your minds, guys," he said. So far, two people wanted to head to the castle and two wanted to head to France, if the votes remained tied it wouldn't help the group much.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris gave a small smile to Vianna, slipping his hand around hers and leading her over by the campfire. He sat down in one of the more dry spots with her, absentmindedly gazing at the fire. He looked up as Victor spoke, telling everyone that they needed to make up their minds soon because the rain would be gone before they knew it. Ferris let out a sigh with out realizing it, leaning back onto his free hand and his eyes returned to the fire.

Vianna sat down beside Ferris as the boy led her over to the campfire. She watched Fluffy climb up the large tree for a moment before turning to her oldest brother as he spoke. "Erm..." her eyes left his and stared at the green grass absentmindedly instead, her free hand soon beginning to pick on it as she usually did when she became thoughtful. She remained silent for a moment before turning to Ferris, examining his expression before asking, "What do you think Professor?"
ooc: I have to go now, Ruthersss. I might be back in a little bit... and if not, I'll be back later tonight.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris turned his head to look at the girl beside him as she asked what he thought about the voting. He thought for a moment, his eyes wandering to the grass before finding hers once more, "I don't know," he said honestly. He wasn't sure how to elaborate without revealing that Ned had wanted them to go to France. He himself would have preferred to go to Hogwarts, but he couldn't exactly say, 'I want to go back to Hogwarts, but let's go to France.' That wouldn't make any sense. "I think we might need to go to France though," he finally let out.
OOC: Ok bye Deee!

"Mm." Vianna looked away from Ferris and at the fire for a moment. She, too, would have preferred to go to Hogwarts; but at the same time she trusted Victor's reasoning the most, in all sixteen years of her life the boy had never let her or Vince get hurt. But it still made no sense why they just had to go to France. The young girl frowned slightly at the flames as she thought about this before looking up again. "Fine," she said with a sigh. "France."
Vince's jaw dropped; Victor gave a triumphant grin. "Four against two - France it is, then," he announced, looking up at the gray skies. Somewhere in the distance, the sun was beginning to show itself, but it would probably be a couple more minutes before the rains completely disappeared and the group was free to start flying again.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris gave a small smile to Vianna as she finally gave in to the France idea, knowing it was begrudgingly that she had done so. He looked up as Victor announced the final tally happily before turning his eyes back to Vianna. He gently slipped his arm around her, pulling her gently into his chest and kissing her forehead. He didn't particularly care that her brothers were only a few feet away, he felt the need to be near her presence.
OOC: Only on for a little while...

ooc: Aww, I wasn't on...
Vianna's eyes widened slightly and, on instinct, she immediately turned to her brothers. But much to Fervi's fortune, neither boy seemed interested in bothering the couple; they had bigger problems to worry about, especially the oldest one - like figuring out how they would get out of this situation alive without anyone else getting kidnapped and rescuing Ned and his parents. It was too much responsibility for a seventeen-year-old boy but he didn't have much choice at this point.
Vianna watched the thoughtful look on her oldest brother's face for a moment before turning her gaze to the flames, resting her head on Ferris's warm chest, despite his clothes being wet. She didn't like this silence and rather mournful feeling that had settled upon the group and she found it difficult to come up with anything comforting or cheery to say as she usually did. The young girl yawned and felt her eyes beginning to close as her mind drifted to earlier in the day when they were saying their farewells to Mrs. Montgomery and what would become of them all.

"I'm not going to France!" Jack huffed out after sighing at each conversion to Victors side. "I'm not being stupid or anything, I just know I have a point." Now he sounded big headed. Lifting his head slightly he met eye contact with all of them and sighed each time. He was a forgotten case of childish nuts.

He watched the fire, warming up from it and his clothes beginning to dry as he did so. He felt tired though, horribly exhausted but he had absolutely no regrets for staying up so late with Vianna. He couldn't have thought of a better night. His smile widened slightly at the memory and he looked down to the girl next to him, watching her yawn and close her eyes. She needed her sleep too. He rested his head onto hers, creating a warm place for her to sleep if she decided to do so. Though it probably wasn't the best idea as they would be leaving any minute, a little sleep wouldn't hurt anybody. Quote:

That must be nice. Ferris on the other hand, was a little more on the mature side, probably a little old for his age. "Jack, my mum gave me the spell for 'cheesy mash' and doughnuts," he said to the boy with a small smile. "She thought you might need it wherever we go. So...you can still have it in France."

Victor turned to Jack with furrowed brows but said nothing as Ferris addressed the childlike boy. He hoped that would keep the boy satisfied and quiet, as he didn't have the patience to deal with his or anyone's whining at the moment. He never had the patience, actually, as he was a rather bad-tempered and impatient character. Vianna's eyes opened briefly for a moment as Ferris spoke, and she yawned again, opting best not to nap as the rain had slowed to a mere drizzle. Instead, she began searching the grounds for her pet who had disappeared from sight, most likely somewhere up the tree.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris turned his attention back to Vianna as she seemed to sit up slightly, "Sorry I kept you out so late," he said quietly with a sheepish smile to her. It was a great night for him, and he was pretty sure she liked it too, but it was still rather irresponsible to keep her from her sleep and she probably didn't appreciate it very much. He noted her yawning with a small half-smile.
OOC: I'm off Deee! Sorry I was only on for a little while....I should be on more tomorrow night though!

"Huh?" Vianna turned to Ferris as he addressed her and smiled, amused by his words. "Don't be," she said, shaking her head slightly. "I'm glad you did. I've never had so much fun in one night," she admitted, her smile and features brightening as she said this, and memories from last night's events slowly coming to mind. It was rather strange how it felt like so long ago, though it had only been a few hours ago.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris was reassured and pleased by her response, his smile widening as she told him that she was glad he kept her out so late, that she hadn't ever had so much fun in one night. "I'm glad to hear that," he said, watching her for a few moments before directing his attention up to the gray sky. The rain had diminished to mere sprinkling now, and it should've been only a matter of a couple minutes before they could set off again. Honestly, he wasn't up to it. He just wanted to sleep for the next twelve hours or so, and wake up back at home.

Victor waited for another minute or two before walking out from the tree's shade and into the newly revealed sunlight. "Let's get going, guys," he said, turning to the others as he hovered his broom into the air. Vince, who had been sitting with his back against the tree trunk, got up to his feet as his brother spoke and mounted his own broom before going up a couple of feet into the air, hovering there as he waited for the others.
Vianna looked up at her brothers and sighed. Just remembering that they had to continue flying and going through this whole run-away mission made her sleepiness return uninvited. She remained still for a brief moment, gathering the bit of energy she had left before getting up and calling Fluffy down from the tree it had crawled up on to. "Fluffy, come down!" Only a couple of seconds later, the squirrel was standing at her feet, ready to climb into her hands and be set into his cage.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris watched Vianna rise from her seat on the grass, calling Fluffy down from his ventures in the tree, before he too rose to his feet. He took out his wand and with a silent spell made the roaring fire before them disappear into nothing before putting his wand away once more. He ran a hand through his wet brown curls before reluctantly climbing back onto his broom and hovering in the air, clear exhaustion written on his face.

Vianna closed Fluffy's cage and climbed onto her broom with another yawn, her crystal blue eyes reflecting how drowsy and weak she felt at the moment. Victor mounted his broom and frowned slightly at the sight of the exhausted two. It's true they had all gone to bed rather late the night before, but these two were beyond exhausted, they looked like they'd fall off their brooms any second. "We'll look for a place to sleep as soon as we get to France, it won't be long," he assured them before turning and rising higher into the air, soon speeding into the distance. A rather unenthusiastic Vince and an exhausted Vianna followed.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris was glad that Victor mentioned they would find a place to sleep as soon as they reached France, which wouldn't be long. He could stay awake for a few more hours, right? He hoped so. He flew higher and higher with the group, the wind slapping at his face managing to keep him pretty awake, and he hoped that could sustain him for the remaining travel time.

It actually really wasn't that long a flight from where the group had stopped and to the city, it had only taken about ten minutes. Once near King's Cross, Vianna followed her brothers through the crowds and into what she recognized to be a floo hub. The young girl frowned slightly at this - couldn't they have just used the floo system back in Ferris's hometown rather than travel all the way to London for it? "You can't just travel out of the country from your own home, Vi," explained Vince, reading the expression on his sister's face. Vianna nodded slightly, comprehension on her face though she said nothing.
"Wait here," said Victor before disappearing into the crowd inside, leaving his siblings behind. They were still in the middle of the summer and it seemed half of England had plans to travel out of the country. Vince and Vianna watched him go before turning back to each other; Vianna yawned and Vince stretched lazily.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor OOC: Oh. Psh. I didn't forget they were going to King's Cross... Ferris followed the others to the floo hub, listening to Vianna's question, his tired mind just as curious as hers though he didn't care enough to ask. He just wanted to get to a bed. Or a park bench. Or a tree. He didn't really care, as long as he could go to sleep. He watched Victor disappear into the crowd and he took his spot next to Vianna. Standing next to her, his hands in his pocket and letting out a yawn moments after she did.

ooc: ! That's fineee. =P
Vince watched as Ferris and Vianna continued yawning, the tired looks on their faces adding about an extra fifteen years to their age. "And when exactly did you two go to sleep, eh?" he asked, crossing his arms. There was no way they went to bed at the same time as the others, it wouldn't make sense for them to be so much drowsier then.
"I dunno..." muttered Vianna, both not wanting to admit and not really remembering. All she knew was that she hadn't had enough sleep in the night and it was really killing her now.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris looked over at Vince as they were addressed, asked what time they had gotten to bed the night before. Oh, about four, maybe five in the morning. That wouldn't be the wisest thing to say. "I don't know," he said with a shrug, "Probably like...a few hours after midnight?" That was not only a bad lie, but a weird one. He was too tired to come up with anything slightly believable.
OOC: I'm sorry Dee, I'm keeping weird hours lately, but I've got to leave now. I should, however, be on tomorrow night a good deal and the night after that! Byeee!

ooc: Awwww! Alright, then, Ruthersss, I'll see you tomorrow night!
Vince gave Ferris a look. "Well, obviously, you got home just past two in the morning last night," he said, furrowing his brows slightly at how obvious this was yet the other two seemed to ignore this fact. But the boy didn't bother thinking about it much as he had other things in mind, like Ned and his parents and what they'd be having for lunch that day. Vince made a face as he thought about this. Would they really have to eat french snails?
Vianna watched as her brother turned thoughtful, his features going through a number of expressions as he thought about who knows what and sighed in relief. It seemed he had no intention to push the subject further. Now it was Vianna's turn to ask questions. "Where's Ned?"
Vince snapped out of thoughts at these words. His eyes widened slightly and he shrugged. "I-I don't know... ask Ferris Wheel," he said, deciding the best way to get out of the responsibility of lying to his sweet little sister was by having someone else do the dirty job.
