This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna followed Ferris's lead as the boy suddenly began walking in a different direction. Her gaze followed his hand as he pointed out a restaurant and she smiled, nodding her head. "Sounds good," said the girl before giggling, now quickening her step to almost a run toward the restaurant, dragging Ferris along with her.

Ferris was surprised to find that Vianna had started at a near run, now making him follow after her, giggling all the way as only Vianna would. Grinning, he caught her stride pretty easily with his long legs, though running wasn't necessarily helping his back very much. He ignored this minor pain, stopping as they reached the doors and opening the cafe-like atmosphere to find a few people eating inside. He stood just inside the door with Vianna, looking up at the menu curiously.

Vianna came to a halt as did Ferris and looked around the place curiously the way she often did, as if it was her first time here. She then turned to Ferris and followed his line of sight to the menu. But of course, she didn't understand what was on it. "What're you having?" she asked the boy beside her.

"I don't know," Ferris responded absentmindedly as the girl at his side asked what he was going to get. "I think we should just get another platter of food for everyone, because I don't know specifically what each wants..." he thought allowed, his brown eyes scanning the menu once more. "Don't you think?" he asked of her opinion, now turning to look at her.

Vianna listened as Ferris suggested they just get a platter of food for everyone and she nodded her head in agreement. "Sounds good to me," she said with a smile before glancing down at Fluffy. "And I think Fluffy likes the idea too," she added, as if Fluffy rejecting the idea meant they would have to change their plans just for him - which Vianna would most likely do.

Ferris was about to step up to the counter upon Vianna's agreement to his plan, when she suddenly added that she thought Fluffy would like the idea too. He turned back to the girl, amusement clear in his brown eyes, "Okay, now tell me. How could you possibly think that he would like that idea? What let's you know that?" he asked his girlfriend out of pure curiosity.

Vianna looked up from her beloved squirrel as Ferris spoke, asking her how she knew that Fluffy liked the idea. "Well, look at the way he's moving his tail," she said, glancing down at the squirrel again. Fluffy's fluffy tail - which had earned him his name - was swaying slowly and carelessly behind him. Though, of course, the squirrel himself probably wasn't even aware he was doing this. "He wasn't moving it until you mentioned that we got food for everyone, I think that means he likes the idea," Vianna assumed with a nod of her head, confident in her examinations.

Ferris looked over to the girl, listening intently as she explained to him that the key was all in his tail. His brown eyes seemed truly interested as she explained that Fluffy's tail had started moving when he mentioned they would be getting food for everyone, and she was sure that meant that he liked their plan. He smiled at her, his brown eyes set on her in amazement before leaning forward to place a kiss to her cheek. Without a word, he was up at the counter, pulling out his fluent French once more: "Bonjour. Oui, nous avons besoin d'une assiette avec un peu de tout ce que vous avez. Pour le dîner, bien sûr. Merci beaucoup."

Vianna was pleasantly surprised as Ferris's lips met her cheek, and she smiled at the boy before he turned to the counter and made their order. She looked down at Fluffy and pet the small, furry creature adoringly as the boy beside her spoke with the employee behind the register. She looked up once again as he finished speaking and her eyes widened slightly, remembering the last time they had made a big order for everyone - Ferris had carried the ridiculously heavy food all the way up to the hotel. Vianna's brows furrowed as she began thinking about alternatives. "We'll shrink it," she suggested suddenly as if Ferris knew what she was talking about.

Just as they stepped aside to wait for their food, Vianna randomly said that they would shrink it. Brows furrowing and confusion in his eyes, the boy turned to look at her, "What're we shrinking?" he asked her, the tiniest bit of amusement in the back of his eyes though he was mostly confused, the thought of the large box not even having crossed his mind yet.

"The food," replied Vianna as Ferris asked her what they were going to shrink. "So you don't have to carry that big box again," she explained, looking up at the boy. "We'll just... have to be careful about the muggles," she muttered, now glancing around the place as if wary that someone might be listening to them.

Ferris listened as the girl explained that she was talking about the food, that they needed to shrink the food so he wouldn't have to carry the big box. His eyes widened with realization, "Right, right. I nearly forgot," he said honestly with a light chuckle. But as she mentioned possible muggles, his eyes widened even more, this time in surrpise. He hadn't even given a thought to muggles, and all of this time he hadn't hesitated in flying a broom around the city.

Ferris's thoughts about flying around the city on a broom seemed to cross Vianna's mind as well as her eyes widened. She glanced around the small restaurant once again, as if expecting someone to just randomly jump up and point to them exclaiming that they were witches. But she quickly pushed these thoughts aside, not wanting to look suspicious, and returned her gaze to the counter as they waited for their food.

Ferris let out a small sigh to calm himself, as he had never been faced with this problem before. They were trying to stay out of the limelight! If anyone had seen them gallavanting around the city on a broom, suspicions from muggles would be reported, reported to ministries, ministries that got back to kidnappers....All of this flashed through Ferris's mind and his eyes widened slightly, though he quickly turned back to the counter as the food came to them. Well, they couldn't shrink the box in here! Not after what they had just realized.

Vianna stared at the box blankly as it arrived, as if it might just randomly burst into flames any second. After about a minute of just standing there staring at it quietly, the girl spoke, "Okay, I'll-- I'll carry it out, and... erm..." Carry it out and then what? They couldn't shrink it outside either if the streets were crowded with muggles. At a loss for any ideas, the girl turned to Ferris with a slightly creased forehead.

There was no way Ferris was going to let Vianna carry that heavy box, it would completely crush her if they weren't careful! But, even if they did manage to get it outside, where would they shrink it? "I have to go to the bathroom," he said simply, taking the heavy box into his arms. "Meet me outside," he requested of her before carrying the box over to the end of the shop, towards the bathroom. Sure, he looked like a crazy man going to the bathroom with a box of food in his hands. But that didn't matter in the slightest right now.

Vianna's brows furrowed at the unexpectedness of Ferris's announcement as he told her he needed to go to the bathroom; but as he took the heavy box into his hands, her eyes widened and her features washed over with realization. She opened her mouth to object, to tell him that he was insane not only for walking into a bathroom with a box filled with food, but for putting his injured back at risk, too. But before she could say any of this, the boy had already disappeared from sight. Vianna watched him go for a brief moment, her forehead still slightly creased before she turned and walked out of the restaurant, looking up and down the streets with anxious eyes.

Once in a stall in the bathroom, the boy quickly did a silent spell to shrink the large box, immediately feeling the relief of having such a light package instead of a huge heavy box. He let out a small sigh and a grimace, feeling the pain in his back flare of angrily as he put the box in his pocket. Ferris then walked out of the bathroom and out the back entrance of the shop, having no desire to explain to any employees why a box of food had 'disappeared' in their bathroom. Or seemingly so. He swirved around the building to meet Vianna out front, a blank expression on his pale face as he attempted to get his back to return to normal.

Vianna turned to Ferris sharply as she caught sight of him. Seeing that he was no longer carrying a big box that probably weighed as much as he did, the girl assumed he had been able to shrink it. "Is your back alright?" she asked him, mildly worried and confused, especially since his blank expression didn't allow her to read his features for any thoughts. The girl then held her free hand out to him so they could begin heading back together.

"Honestly?" Ferris said with a grim smile, raising his eyebrows as he took her hand into his. He started walking, using his free hand to scratch the back of his neck gently, "Not really. But...I'll live," he quickly reassured her, using this common phrase that he used so often to make people think he was fine. His back was angry. Very angry with him, and a number of sharp pains struck at him with each step he took. With each of these stabs, a small discomforted expression would appear on his face for half a moment.

Vianna began walking alongside the boy as he took her hand in his and started leading the way back. She listened as he hesitantly answered her question with honesty, telling her that his back wasn't really alright but he would live. Vianna's forehead creased further at this, watching the boy's expressions with pity. "We'll be back soon, don't worry," she told him, "And you should go to sleep earlier tonight so you can have a long rest. Your back will appreciate it," she added with a small smile.

Ferris looked over at her with a weak smile as Vianna told him they would be back soon, adding that he should go to bed earlier as his back would surely appreciate it. He gave a nod, not feeling like arguing about his bedtime at the moment as they got closer and closer to the hotel. "Yeah, I'll try," he assured her softly, his mind on the pain erupting from his back.

Vianna gave Ferris a sympathetic look, able to tell that the boy was obviously in great pain. Her hand tightened slightly around his and she returned her attention to the streets, her steps quickening just slightly - she imagined running probably wasn't the best idea at the moment, the hotel coming closer and closer with each step.

Ferris seemed appreciative to have her warm small hand still squeezed around his own as they walked down the street at a fast enough pace to reach the hotel only a half a minute later. He opened the door for the both of them as he always did, leading Vianna inside and over to the elevator at the same swift pace they had before, desperate to lay down or just...anything to relieve the pain that was making him so uncomfortable.

Once inside the elevator, Vianna pressed the button to their floor and waited patiently until the elevator came to a halt and the doors opened, allowing the two of them out into the hallway. She walked down the familiar path and came to a halt by the second door. But it took her half a second to remember that wasn't her room anymore and she moved over one, now standing before Ferris's door as she waited for the boy to open it.
