Alice nodded and her sweet side came out. "But i don't wanna hurt her feelings...I love her and her family...i just miss my big sister.." She hugged her mother. "Thanks, Mum...Maybe i'll go look for Lucas.." She said with a faint smile feeling slightly better.

"Your welcome, love." She hugged her back and smiled. Elizabeth nodded and went off to find her Iron Man.
Lucas was playing with the triplets outside.

He looked at her and carefully pulled her head up to look at him, "But that's not to say we can't go back to being that in love." Damon kissed her lightly.

Taylor kissed him back then looked at him, "We need a week off on our own, love. We are getting too busy..."

Alice went outside, to the side of the house that was out on Diagon Alley and found Lucas. "Hey, Lu..." She said obviously down and hoping to lean on the only sibling she really felt like she had.

Jack walked back over to his wife and wrapped his metal arms around her. "She okay?" He asked, sweetly.

Lucas smiled and hugged her, "Wanna play?" He saw that she was down, "What is wrong, sis?"
Elizabeth looked at Jack, "She is lonely and missing her siblings..." She glanced over at Taylor and Damon, "I think she isnt the only child we should be worried about though..."

Alice hugged her big brother, feeling safe with him. She remembered days when she couldn't stand him, but him being the only of her siblings with her at school made her cling to him. "I just miss the days before everyone got old and boring...It hasn't happened to max yet but as soon as his twins are born he will...maybe i'm just being selfish.."

Jack nodded. "I can imagine...I'm glad you went than, i don't have siblings, i can't relate..Who else should we be worried for?" he asked concerned for his family.

He nodded in agreement, "We do, but who would watch the kids?"

Lucas held her, "I know... I miss them too, sis but we still have each other." He looked at his little sister.
Elizabeth sighed, "Yeah..." To his question she nodded to Taylor and Damon, "I think something is wrong with them..."
Taylor looked at him, "I dont know, Damon..." She sighed.

Alice smiled a little. "Yeah, we do..I'm happy to have you.." She said honestly, Lucas was on of the few people who normally safe from her wrath, she had a soft spot for her big brother. "Let's do something fun, i'm tired of being serious.."

Jack nodded. "They do seem to be tense..we should do something nice for them...I have the perfect idea." Jack walked over and gave his daughter a hug. "Your mother told me the news." He would have hugged Damon but knew he didn't care to be touched. "I'm happy for you two, why don't your Mum and I take the kids to the island for a few days and give you two sometime to yourselfs, you deserve it." He said with his normal kind smile.

[Spoiler=" Ari and Max"] " Alright, Love.... I'll be right back...." Justin said as he got up and went in search of more water.When he returned a few minutes later he sat back down just in time to hear Max say that he and Minerva were expecting both a boy and girl... " That's fantastic! A niece and a nephew..." Justin beamed at his friend...

"wow! that's really exciting max!" she said to him excited for her oldest friend

Maxwell nodded. "I'm excited..We're working on names..it's going to be interesting to be a dad..." He said and nodded to Justin. "Yes, you'll have a niece and a nephew.."

Damon looked at Jack slightly surprised, "Thank you for the offer Jack, but we couldn't impose like that. They're our kids, we need to take responsibility for them." He shook his head, "I'd hate for them to be a burden on you two,"

Jack shook his head. "Don't be silly, son. Our grandchildren are no burden. It's too quiet with Lu and Alice at school and i think some time off is in order...I can't tell you how many times Elizabeth and I have left the kids with Puck and Chelle or Henry..every couple needs time for just them and you two are no exception, please take a few days and just enjoy each other." He said seeming wise, he'd been married for a little while and knew what he was talking about.

Damon looked at him, "Maybe so, but Taylor and I haven't actually been alone in almost seven years." He looked nervous, "I truly don't know what we'd do without the kids around... Plus I have a huge meeting next week and Marian's dance recital..." Okay, yes, he was trying to make excuses, he didn't know what he and Taylor would do alone without Marian and Niell. Maybe he was also a little overprotective of them as well knowing that Anton was still out there somewhere still plotting revenge against Damon and his father. More than likely that meant the revenge was also passed along to the kids, not just for being Damon's but Anton wasn't to thrilled of the idea of Taylor marrying a non-pureblood as well. He'd already tried to kill Lori as well, what would keep him from doing that to his two kids?

Minerva walked out of the kitchen holding Anne's hand glad she had left Damon's side to help her. Looking down she smiled, "Here is a ghost sucker for all your help dear. You were such a big help to, thank you." She looked at the group more had come while she was in the kitchen. "Hello everyone, Welcome, I'm so glad you all could join us. The food is ready in the kitchen please feel free to help yourself. I have a room in the back for the children to play and if the older children are feeling brave the room right up the stairs is a small haunted room." She smiled and walked to her husband kissing him on the cheek. "I wasn't missed to much was I?"

Jack looked at his son-in-law and knew what he was feeling. "Damon..we can do it another weekend, you two need this..and i will protect your children with my own life, i know how you feel but you need to relax." He smiled. "There are few men your children would be safer with.." Jack said not bragging but simply speaking truth.

Maxwell smiled at the site of his wife and kissed her cheek. "You know i always miss you, but i survived." He said looking at her lovingly.

Ariana looked at min "hey minnie." she said as her friend walked back into the room. she stood up and walked over to her friend "how are you feelign?"

Justin smiled at his wife and his friend as Minerva came out of the kitchen.. " Hey, Min... Great party... As usual." he smiled.

Damon sighed, "I know Jack... I just worry about them." He looked over at his two kids, "It's hard to believe how much they scare me at times." Hey, Jack was a fellow father, he should be able to understand that... Right?

Jack nodded. "I understand, Max has worried me a million times...Alice even more so, If you're too worried i understand, but if you change your mind my offer stands." He said not wanting to force anything on Damon.

Minerva smiled at them, "Oh I'm fine. I promise." placing a hand on her stomach, "Sorry for leaving little Maxie's party early." she still felt back for that even if it was three weeks ago. "Thanks Justin, you know I love to do this."

"Dont worry about it, we were all a bit heated but little max didnt seem to notice." she said to her "so how's the pregnancy been?"

Lucas grinned and nodded, "Yeah okay. What cha wanna do?"
Taylor smiled, "Thanks Jack and your offer is really generoujs and kind." She glanced at Damon, thinking. Tay twisted one of her curls.
