She took his hand and brought him into the hallway. "That wasn't the first time he's done that to me, Alex. But I can't prevent it from happening. He's too strong. And he's not gonna stop until he has me back and you're out of the picture" she admitted. She looked up, her eyes watery. "You're not gonna let him d that again, are you?" she asked, her blue eyes wide and pleading.
