Ad put her face in her hands and cried harder. "But like you, said, these people are my parents, aren't they?" she asked him, her voice choking up.

Justin shrugged. "Who are we talking about now?"

Ad shrugged. "I don't even know anymore, Justin" she whispered into her hands, looking up from them.

Justin moved closer to Ad taking hold of her hands. "You've still got me"

Ad's watery blue eyes met Justin's and a ghost of a smile flickered over her lips. She squeezed his hands. "Of course. And I always will"

Justin nodded. "Yeah you will"

Ad wrapped her arms around Justin, her shoulders trembling as she tried to not break down.

Justin cuddled Ad. "Don't avoid crying"

Ad nodded against Justin's chest and cried. "I can't do it anymore, Justin..." she sobbed. "I can't...I just can't...can't live this way...anymore" she whispered, her sobs quieting down to soft whimpers as her breathing shallowed out. "Coughing up blood every....other day...and p-passing out...I'm sick and....tired of it..." she managed to stammer out, looking up at him, sadness and fright the only obvious emotions in her eyes.

Ginny nodded and smiled at the same time to Court. She opened the door. "Let's go", she said as she started to walk out the door.

Justin sighed listening to what Ad had to say. "You won't have to deal with it for much longer. Langley's gonna sort it out no matter how long it takes" he replied reassuringly.

Court stood up and walked toward the door closing it behind her.

Ad nodded against Justin's shirt. "But I'm scared, Justin" she whimpered.

Justin nodded. "I know you are"

Ad looked down and wiped her tears, leaning her weight against Justin. She took her arms from around Justin to wrap around herself. She was freezing. But she couldn't really wear her bloodstained jacket.

It was a bit windy outside. There were leaves flying around everywhere. "Should we walk along the river?", asked Ginny. The river was beautiful and elegant.

Justin raised an eyebrow at Ad before taking his own jacket off and wrapping it around Ad's shoulders.

Courtney nodded and stood waiting for Ginny. "Sounds like a great idea to me.." Even if it was Bradin's favourite place to hang out. But it wouldn't stop her from visiting the place. She had some of her fondest memories on that river bank. She even learnt to swim in the lake nearby.

Ad looked up and shook her head. "No Justin. I don't want to get blood all over your jacket." She argued. "I'm fine, honest..." she insisted. Not like he would believe her.

She smiled back. Ginny knew that Courtney had liked this river a lot and she also knew it was one of Bradin's favourite places for him just to relax. Ginny walked towards some rocks and sat on one. She watched the water from the river flow down. It was beautiful, as beautiful as magic. "Care to join?", she said.

Justin raised an eyebrow. "It's an old jacket, Ad.." he replied.

Courtney smiled at Ginny and made her way toward the rocks and took a seat on one beside her.

Ad sighed and nodded, sliding her arms through the sleeves and wrapping it tightly around herself.

Justin smiled a little. "Any warmer cus if not then I'm shocked seeing as I'm boiling and I've been wearing that.."

Ad smiled a little and nodded. "It helps that you've been wearing it as well..." she said, her voice weak. "It's just that I seem to get really cold when I lose a certain amount of blood..." she tried to make her voice stronger, but it didn't work.

Justin smiled slightly. "I'm not surprised, blood circulation is a key part in body heat"

Ad nodded. All the blood loss was finally getting to her. She looked up at Justin, her eyes dull. She certainly was weaker than she had been before. She could barely open her mouth to speak. She rested the side of her face against Justin's chest and a tear rolled down her cheek. She sniffled a little.

Justin rested his head gently against Ad's taking care not to hurt her in any way. "I promise, this will get sorted"
