SCENE ONE: The mansion belongs to a now third year college attendee Damon Mercada. He's anxious, knowing that he lives in the rather large home alone with no comany but his family that comes to visit occasionally. He's been anxiously awaiting the day the love of his life, Taylor McIntyre would graduate from Hogwarts and ~~hopefully~~ be his again. Seeing how the Mansion is in France though, he's rather worried what her response will be since it was so far away from their family in Scotland. How it will unfold though he has no idea.

"I would be a fool to be afraid of you, Jack." He scoffed, "But Bryson truly has no where he wouldn't go... At least no where that he let us know about." Febus shook his head, "Maybe ask someone who would know where exactly he wouldn't go."

Jack elbowed Febus in the face, breaking his nose. "Shut up! You'd be smart to fear me.." He said and took a deep breath. "Fine who do we ask?" He asked hoping the answer wasn't his own wife...

He barely winced, "Are you that idiotic? To need to ask who to talk to? I don't know Bryson personally. Clearly you do, so who's he closest with?"

Jack pushed the other man. "I KNOW!...Don't think you've had a stroke of brilliance just because you know Bryson better than i do.." He sighed. "Elizabeth will know where to find him..." he said and shot off a Patronus to call her...annoyed that he had to bring her into this.

Elizabeth apperated to where the patronus said. She rubbed the sleep out of her eyes. Her hair was a little messy from just waking up though she was in jeans and a shirt. "What?" She grumbled, always cranky when woken.

"Elizabeth, where is your brother? Where would he go if he didn't want to be found? We need to find him...He has Sage's family.." He said trying to convince her to out her brother, he knew it wouldn't be easy. He just needed to find a way to tell her about her father.

Jack sighed. "Because you're the closest person to him...he's all creepy and in love you...please, Damon's life is at stake too....Elizabeth time is of the essence." He said trying to skip whatever argument they might have for now at least.

Elizabeth growled, "He is not in love with me. Those feelings faded away once he found out he was my brother." She turned away from her husband. "Why dont Sage or Puck try."

Jack sighed. "Whatever we don't have time for this...Sage can't because he can't fight and he doesn't want Puck involved...Elizabeth it's the right thing to do...i promise you i won't hurt your brother..i just want to help him save his family..." He said hoping she might budge.

"Or maybe she seriously doesn't know," Chelle sighed apperating behind her sister, "Bryson hated his foster care home... The place shut down right after he graduated from Hogwarts." She crossed her arms, "Count yourself lucky I have a charm that let's me know when he," She motioned to her father, "get's near any of my family."

Jack turned to Febus. "The foster home! Go!" He said commanding it, he had to be there. He turned to Chelle and Elizabeth. "I have some news about your father as well..." He said a little nervous to tell them.

Febus growled but apperated to where Chelle had said. Quickly grabbing Bryson and brought Ophelia and S.J. With him. Much to his annoyance he had to floo back because of Ophelia being five months along.

"He's not...the same...he's not...evil..His memory is gone...." He said okay yes he took it..and he meant to have him offed, but could they be that mad? They were hurt by him the worst...they had to understand Anton stole his life..

As soon as his... erm Ophelia appeared, he rushed to her. Sage took her in his arms and started kissing her then looked into her eyes, "Are you okay?" Worry shone in his eyes.
Elizabeth looked at him, "How or whom?" Her lips became smaller as she tapped her nails on her arm.

Jack sighed. "Me...and well, me...Look i know you're going to be angry but, he's not the same...i think he's...good now." He said feeling a little bad now. "It was either that or kill him and wouldn't you have rather i spared him? After her took my life, my memories?" He asked. He looked at Fubus. "Tie up Bryson...i need to talk to him...alone.."

Ophelia pushed him off of her gently, "Sage, I already said we can't be together anymore... Just stop."
Chelle shared her sister's impatient look.
Febus nodded and quickly bound Bryson's arms behind his back, "Now if you don't mind..." He started towards the door.

Elizabeth frowned at him and sighed. She didnt answer him but looked at Febus, "Thank you, Febus." She kissed his cheek.
Sage looked at her, "Sorry... I am just happy that you are alive." He sighed, "I am so sorry for you getting captured." He looked at her, "I am sorry for everything I did to you. Will you ever forgive me?"

Jack was fine with being annoyed at this point. He walked over over to Bryson. "You're going to leave Sage and his family alone...you're also going to leave OUR nephew alone...how dare you hunt your own family!?" He asked angrily and fought the urge to strike him. "You're going to make the unbreakable vow to leave them alone....got it?"

Bryson glared up at Sage, "Family or not, job's a job. And my job is to take care of Damon. And no, I don't think I will."

Sage looked at her, "That is all I can hope for, Ophelia." He placed a hand on her bump. "I love you though, just remember that."

Jack looked at his wife. "He wanted to kill your nephew or an innocent child and her mother! I'm supposed to forget that because he's your brother!?" He took a deep breath. "Fine..Bryson, can you please leave them alone....they're all innocent people and don't deserve to be killed..."
