"Hey!" I called running out, through the snow, to the old oak tree. Charlotte was standing underneath it looking very cute with pink gloves and a beanie on.
"Willy!" She said "I didn't think you where going to come..."
"Yeah, it's been a bit hectic. So what's up with you?" I asked. She bite her lip, a trait I normally did when I was nervous.
"Well, after the task this Friday there is a Hogsmeade weekend...would you like to come with me?" She asked turning as pink as her beanie.
"uh..." I thought, she was very pretty "S-Sure...I would...really like to" I smiled.
"Great!" She said relieved "I gotta go do Transfigeration homework, somthing about a returno spell"
"Reducto" I corrected her, she clearly wasn't the brightest bulb.

I stuffed some clothes into Stevie's bag for her, "I can't believe my aunt." I muttered and folded my arms. I sat down on my bed and stared out the window. I saw Will talking with Charlotte outside, I turned away quickly.
"Great Christmas, huh?" I said sarcastically.

"Yea, the best yet" I said sarcastically. "I cant belive she's making me go with them, how does she know there not some physoctic freaks?" I said with a small laugh.

I bidded goodbye to Charlotte and headed back up to the Gryffindor common room. I walked past B and Alex and inside. The common room only had a few seconds years and a group of giggling seventh year girls.
"Where are they?" I muttered heading over to the stairs. I place one foot on it, and like I had expected, the stairs turned into a slide.

I said goodby to Alex and he walked away. I walked into the common room and found Will near the girls dorm stairs.
"I can call them down if you want to talk to them!"
I suggested my help to him

I smiled to her looking at the stairs.
"Nah, I'll just wait" We both walked over and sat down on the red couch, I began to take off the many layers I had worn outside as the heat from the fire was very strong. "How are you coping?" I asked her.

I smiled, "What do you need Will?" I asked as i saw him at the bottom of the stairs. While he babbled on i tried stepping on the boys stairs. They turned to a slide. 'Wow, isnt that weird' i said to myself.

"I'll get over it! I have my friends!" I said to him smiling. Then I heard Stevie from the stairs.
"You packed already?" I asked her. I knew she had to leave for a few days to live with the young couple. I didn't want to think who I am going to end up with. Maybe they were going to be some kind of death eaters or something. I shivered at the thought.
"What is it?" Will asked
"Err...nothing..." I said

I ran down the stairs while pulling back my hair into a pony tail. I sat on a couch opposite from Will and B. "So, where are Helen and Michael?" I asked, Stevie looked towards the portrait hole.
"Out there..." I sighed.

"You have to go now?" I asked nervously, then got up and hugged her. "You only have to stay a couple of days and you can come back...we will be all ready for the second task!" I smiled happily.
"Can hardly wait" Stevie said dully. She picked up her bags and we all followed her outside.

I grimaced when i saw there all-too-fake smile. I briefly smiled back and hurried out the portrait hole with a quick wave to the other three. I followed Helen and Michael out to their muggle car sitting outside the gates. I opened the door, took a quick look at the castled and buckled my seatbelt getting inside.

"Are they muggles or wizards?" I asked looking as the car drove away. "I dunno!" Kira answered and we turned to go back inside. I saw Alex near the lake and I waved at him smiling. He waved back and I continued my way inside the tower with Kira and Will. "Wonder if Stevie will like them!"

I sat down on the chair and took out a defense book.
"I don't think she will!" I sighed shaking my head. I looked out into the snow through the window. "We should go see Hagrid" I insisted.

We where walking through foot deep snow across the grounds. We all tightened the scarfs around our necks.
"I hate winter" Kira said angrily. Suddenly somthing caught my eye, a small grey rat. Something in my instincts grew angrily as I felt different. I was on my paws, having grown into a red fox and was chasing after it. I leapt and caught it inbetween my paws. My human insticts kicked in as I transformed back to myself and let the rat go free.
"You didn't tell me you mastered anagami!" B smiled helping me up.
"Yea, I almost have it completly under control, I just need to deal with my instincts taking me by surprise" I smiled as we continued to Hagrid's. "How are you going with your's Kira?"

"What animal are you changeing Kira?" I asked looking at her, but she couldn't answer me as Hagrid opened the door.
"'Ello, guys! What yer doing 'ere?" He asked letting us all step inside.
"We just thought we come and visit our best friend!" I said happily as I sat down. It seemed to me that Hagrid now blushed

I sat down as he handed us a plate with muffins on them, I tried to take a bite into one of them but they where so old I nearly cracked my teeth.
"So, did you hear about Stevie?" I asked, putting the muffin quickly in my pocket.
"er...yeh" Hagrid shook his head "I told Proffesser Mc Gonagall that I'd take yer both in...but she said it's wasn't a good idea...yer all okay?" He asked taking a seat.
"Yeah" Kira sighed patting Fang as he put his head on her lap, quickly eating her muffin.
"Were not to sure where B will be going for summer." I told him sipping the extremly hot tea, that burnt my tounge.

We pulled into a long driveway. All i could see was alot of land. As we headed up there was a huge white house, probably a mansion with a white barn attatched. "Whats in there?" I asked. "Horses" Helen replied with a smile. "Is-?" she cut me off "Yes, Belle is inside there." She smiled. I nearly jumped out of the car when we stopped. I ran into the open barn and saw Belle standing near her stall. "What are you-" A boy around my age came around the corner. "Hi, I'm Devon. Do you ride here?" He asked me. He had a thick Austrailian accent. "No, i..i live here" I said with a small smile. "Are you riding Belle?" He asked. "Can I?" i asked. "She's all tacked up if you want to" he grinned.

I looked at Will as he made a face sipping his tea. I smiled and thought I'd let my tea go a bit colder.
"I will probobly end up in some orpinige(sp)" I told them resting my back on the couch. "Who would want the 'Daughter of a murderer'..." I acted Penelope and grimassed, looking at my feet. How could she even say that! They knew that my dad was clean... At least I thought so

I knew who B was quoting and I shoved a strand of hair out of my face with my hand trying to hid my face.
"I don't know what Percy sees in her." I mumbled looking down at the floor of Hagrids Hut.
"Well, how's yer clue coming, for the nex' task?" Hagrid broke the slience. I glanced at Will, not so sure how it was going myself.

"Alright" I smiled, slightly brighter. "We know that it involves elfs and having to get something back!" Hagrid smiled.
"I know yer can do it!" He said grinning wider then before "Just brushing up on those defense spells then?"
"Yeah" I lied, we had reserched, but not actually practised the spells.

I put my foot in the stirrup and smiled. It had been way too long since i'd ridden. I had often thought of giving up living the wizards life and just going to muggle school when i lived with both my father and mother. But i now knew i would never do that considering i wouldnt want to live with these people i just met all the time. I climbed onto the brand new deep black English saddle. Putting on a pair of leather gloves he handed me, i took the stirrups in my hand and lightly 'hugged' Belle's sides with my ankles. She started into a walk and i graciously moved up into a trot heading out into the field. It was a bit misty but the land was beautifull. We had moved to a small town in Scotland. I rode for about an hour when Michael came out and was watching me trot around. "Youre excellent, did you know?" he asked. I somewhat smiled, "I've been riding for a very long time." I grinned. It's easy to tell that. Would you come in and see your room?" he asked. I nodded and Devon came out and took the horse from me back to the barn. I followed Michael into the house and walked up a long marble staircase to a room on the right. Which i was told, was my room.

Kira, B and I spent the rest of the day practasing spells in the room of requirment. It was a very hectic time as we huirred through the list of complex spells.
"The Sentara spell? We already did that one!" Kira sighed.
"No! That was the Senlara spell!" B sighed looking through the list. "I'm not going to remember all of this!" I shook my head as I levitated a pile of books and made them dance.
"We just need to practise, I hope Stevie is a fast learner!" I added.
"I hope were fast learners" Kira sighed "We should have practised this when we got the task!"
"That's what I said" I sighed.

Me and Crabbe hurried along the hallway as we saw Weasley, Granger and Black coming out of a room. Our goal was to get a strand of hair from each for the potion.
"Oi!" I shouted to them rushing over, they seemed very quick to hide the room, not that we cared what they where doing. I grabbed Kira and pushed her against the wall.
"What are you doing?" Will and B shouted raising their wands. I grabbed Kira's head and pulled it, I quickly put the red strands in my pocket as I pushed her over.
"That's physical assault!" Will burst out angrily.
"No it isn't, this is!" Crabbe shouted grabbing Will by the neck and ripped out some strands of his hair and put them in his pocket, then punched him in the back, sending him to the ground.
"You fat cow!" B screamed rushing towards me. She slapped me, but I reached out and grabbed some of her hair and put it in my other pocket.
"Oh, okay we give up!" I screamed, grabbed Crabbe's hand and we both ran off, giggling like crazy.

Me and B helped Kira to her feet as we watched them dissapear around the corner. There was silence in confusion at the odd events that had taken place..
"What was that?" B said, screwing up her face in confusion.
"No idea!" I sighed shaking my head. "We should go tell Mc Gonagall, they can't hurt people like that!" Kira scoffed,
"It's our world against there's, it won't get very far" she said. I didn't reply, I knew she was right.
"Let's go back to the common room." I insisted as we headed off. "Stevie will be back at eleven tomorrow and the task starts at two o'clock, that isn't very fair for us!"

I carefully opened the white door and my mouth fell in shock. The room was beautifull. It was all done in cherry wood and their were pictures of me, my mom, and dad aroud the room. Horse posters and horse models were throughout the room. The room was huge, probably the size of the common room. I smiled as i walked over to the bunkbeds that were in the right hand corner. "Thanks" i muttered and sat down on the bed.

"My head hurts," I mumbled walking into the Gryffindor Common Room through the Portrait Hole.
"Yeah," B said rubbing her head as I found a place to sit on the couch. I began to flip through a book on spells but ended up finding a bag of Bertie Botts in my pocket, and started to count how many I had.
