"Well," she said slowly, "we'll be together, right? It should be alright. We won't be alone and we'll have each other. We'll just make sure to watch each other's back."

Oliver smiled and nodded. "Okay...I think we should go outside or something," he said. "I don't know....somwhere besides here," he laughed.

"Sure," smiled Raquel. "We'll go outside. I know how much you love it out there." She then walked out of the room of requirement and took Oliver with her.

Oliver grinned and waved at the others, walking out the door. "Oh, we need our stuff," he said. He summoned hers, and his, and put them on and zipped them up. "You know me so well now," he laughed.

"Well, of course," she said. "We've spent quite a bit of time together since the holidays started. Besides, we've gone outside all these times just because of you. That fact isn't hard to miss."

Oliver looked at her. "Really? Thanks," he smiled. "I figured I wasn't very easy to like, since I was usually quiet...I'm guessing that's a compliment," he shrugged. He grinned. "You know...nature is so comforting. The quiet is so calming. I go there everytime something gets me upset or everything's crazy," he said, opening the huge doors leading outside for her.

"You're quite likable on the contrary," said Raquel. "Though I have to agree with you, I like going outside. It helps me relax. Especially when I'm at home and have ten siblings nagging at me. Oi . . . " she shook he head and sighed. "I go outside and draw a lot of the times. It's always calming." She grinned at the thought. "Or else I go swimming. I love to swim."

"Oh, I'd hate to have that many siblings. I'm quiet glad I'm the only child. It's always peice and quiet at my grandparent's," Oliver laughed. "Swimming is nice. But I don't get to do it much. Drawing...I like, but I don't think I'm good at it. I'd prefer the music field. Or something to make people laugh and feel good," he chuckled.

"Ooooh, do you do anything with music?" asked Raquel curiously. "Sing? Play an instrument of some sort? I've never been able to do anything. I can dance, I suppose. But my family was always full of dancers. Can't play an instrument to save my life though."

"I've tried," Oliver said. "I used to play the guitar, but now I'm more into the piano. I've almost mastered it...of course my grandparents have made me play it since I was seven," he shook his head. "Hey, maybe we could have a little group thing going on someday," he grinned. "You could dance while I provide the music and possibly sing," he said with a laugh. Of course he was joking.

Raquel laughed. "Sounds like a plan," she winked. "Though the fact that you can play piano is quite impressive. You should definitely play it for me one day. I'd love to hear you. Besides, guys who can play piano tend to be really attractive. Girls loves that stuff, if people knew that you'd end becoming more likable than you could imagine. Then again, I don't see you as the type of guy who would really care. That's more of a Shane thing."

Oliver laughed. "Oh, if I cared, I'd be flaunting it. Heavily. But popularity doesn't really bother me. And if you can find a piano, I'll play for you," he smiled. "Besides, I'm sure I could get girls to follow me like bears to honey. But I don't want them to. I prefer to be around the girls I am now," he grinned. That was his cocky side showing, but what boy didn't have a cocky side?

"Well, that's new," she said. Or maybe she was just so used to Shane's flirty ways that a guy that didn't mind being left alone was just odd. "But hey, it's kind of nice to know not all guys are girl crazy and care more than just about snogging."

"Oh, I'm girl crazy. I just don't flaunt it as much as other boys do," Oliver smiled. He ran a hand through his hair. "Hey, boys can be sensitive! There's nothing wrong with that....is there?" he asked, looking at her worriedly.

"I fell asleep, a lot of things happened today." Laylee replied to Shane a light pink tinge to her cheeks. "So what was this conversation?" She asked him with a curious look on her face.

"No, no, no," laughed Raquel. "There's nothing wrong with a little sensitivity in a guy. That is actually a really good thing. I mean sure, there are those girls that'll jump for guys like Shane who's practically a rock. But then you have girls like me who don't buy into that sort of stuff and prefer a guy more like you. It's all just just preferences," she explained to him.

"Nothing," shrugged Shane. "Oliver and Rae claimed they snog when clearly they hadn't. I tried to get them to snog by shoving them into that closet over there only that didn't work because they left. That was pretty much the gist of our conversation."

Laylee rolled her eyes, "not everyone is like you Shane. Some boys don't really care about snogging." She said but some how she had never been attracted to a simple boy like that. Laylee looked around and she walked over to the kitchen.

"Not true," said Shane. "Every guy likes to snog. The difference is there are guys like myself. We're not ashamed and so we tend to be more open about snogging. And then there are guys like Oliver who are more quiet about it. They enjoy a good snog but they won't go around asking girls for one. They wait until one comes along that wants to snog them. See how it works?"

"Seriously? That is so cool!" Nosferatu said. "No offence though." She looked around and smiled, for no apparant reason.

Oliver nodded. "Okay, good. So, you prefer a type like me?" he said with a small smile. "That's convienient then." he laughed. "So, how's my scarf doing?" he asked, looking at her with a smile. He hadn't gotten his scarf back...which he didn't mind. He wasn't cold.

Maddie shrugged. "It was a bit scary...but nothing happened really. We knew he was acting weird..."

"Oh, I'm sorry! I forgot to give it back to you!" she said. She quickly began to unwrap it from her neck so she could give it back to him. "Here," she said holding it for him. "You should have said something sooner. I'm so sorry." Her cheeks were pink but that was probably from the cold.

"No, no, no," Oliver said, stopping and wrapping it back around her neck. "I don't need it, I'm fine," he grinned, his fingers brushing her cheeks. A bit of warmth passed between them and he paused. But he shook his head, ignoring the warmth rising on his own cheeks. "You're cheeks are so cold. Do you want to go back in?" he asked her.

"No, I'm fine," she said. She put a hand to her own cheek where his hand had brushed it. She smiled lightly at him. "You gave me your scarf, so I'm more than warm enough. Don't worry about me."

"Are you sure?" Oliver asked, furrowing his eyebrows. "If you say so. Where do you want to go, then? Anywhere you want to go, let's do it." he smiled.

"I don't know," said Raquel. "What do you want to do? I'm not a very picky person. I'll do just about anything. We can go for a broom ride or something of that sort."
