So, this started out as my first RP. I think that it had a pretty good turn out, but then it just kinda...died. So I thought I'd start it up again, and hopefully it doesn't die

So it's the same thing as before, with just a few minor plot changes

Plot: For this RPG Harry defeated Voldemort in the summer after his sixth year. Now the Trio and Ginny face a new worry: N.E.W.T.S. Ginny was excelling in school, so if she passes her Newts (in her sixth year) she doesnt need to attend school for her seventh year.

Harry and Ginny are now together, but Hermione and Ron too, but they are having trouble. Ron's mind continuously flickers to Lavender, and Hermione's accaisionally strays to Draco. And Harry, being the stubborn, overly-protective person he is, has his mind dead set on the thought that if he and Ginny are together, he'll distract her from her schoolwork - and he doesn't want that to happen.

So with all the drama buzzing around Hogwarts, how will our story end? Happily ever after? Or something...well, not. It's all up to you guys!

Draco was in the Slytherin common room, lying casually on a leather couch, having got up pretty early, and was waiting for one of his Slytheirn friends to come down.

Luna woke up, on the first day of the term with a smile, quite glad to be back, and she got dressed. After her robes were on, and she had everything ready, she walked down to her common room, and out onto the seventh floor corridor.

Feeling the morning sunlight shining down through his closed eyelids, Harry sighed and knew that it was time to get up. Yet, his mood quickly brightened when he realized that he was back at Hogwarts. He knew Ron wouldn't want to be disturbed from his slumber, even if it were the first day, so he grabbed his glasses and changed into his familiar Gryffindor robes. When he reached the common room, he spotted Ginny and Lavender chatting with one another. "Morning, Ginny. Lavender," he greeted, giving Ginny's shoulder a squeeze before walking around the couch to plop beside his girlfriend.

ooc: -Bambi- I'm also going to be Parvati so Lavender has someone to talk to, other than Harry, Ginny, Hermione, and Ron. Hope that's ok.

As Lavender waited for Ginny to respond, Lavender began to twirl a strand of hair out of boredom wondering what was taking her friends so long. She began to pay attention as Harry entered the common room and sat down next to Ginny. "Oh hello Harry." Lavender said giving him a polite grin. "I was just asking Ginny how her summer was. How was yours?" She asked.

Parvati woke up as the sun shined down on her bed. Why had she choose the bed next to the window, why! Getting up, she noticed that Lavender was already out of the dorm, probably waiting for her in the common room. Parvati sighed and walked to the bathroom.

"Good morning Lavender," Ginny said cheerfully when the girl greeted her. "My summer was good, but I -" she broke off mid-sentence and a smile spread across her face when she saw Harry walk into the room. She turned sideways on the arm of the couch so her back was against the back of the couch. "Hey Harry," she greeted as he sat down.

"Anyway," she said quickly, looking over at Lavender. "I'm glad to be back, though. This year's going to be exciting." she told her confidently. "Ron still asleep?" she asked, looking back at Harry.

Lavender grinned and nodded her head. "That's nice. My summer was pretty boring." She said, returning to the twirling of her hair. At the mention of Ron's name, Lavender straightened up and looked around the common room eagerly. Of phooey, he was still asleep. Oh well, he was still cute. She thought shrugging a little.

Parvati left the girls dormitory, dressed in her school robes, making her way down to the common room where Ginny, Lavender, and Harry were. "Good morning everyone." She said brightly, smiling wide. She leaned against one of the study tables, waiting for someone to respond.

"Mine was pretty good. Can't complain," Harry answered Lavender, leaning his shoulders into the back of the couch. "How about you? Anything out of the ordinary?" He grinned and gave a nod when Ginny asked about her brother. "Of course. I think he was still dreaming because he kept muttering about butterflies or something.. I don't know, I couldn't really understand his mumbling too well," Harry told the girls, still smiling. "Morning, Parvati."

The sunlight shined brightly through the windows, tingling Cassie's face as she laid down on her bed, staring up at the ceiling. It was the first day of her last year at Hogwarts. Never would she have the feeling of the first day of school in the morning. Sighing, Cassie sat up in her bed, glancing around the dorm to notice that she was the only one awake. Time to get to business. She hopped off her bed and walked to her trunk as she pulled out her clothes. Within minutes, she had finished changing and was walking down the stairs to the Slytherin Common Room.

And there he was. Her best friend. And he'd never know.

Cassie smiled as she saw Draco lying on a leather couch. She walked on over and plopped down. "Morning Draco. Good night sleep?" she asked, gently pushing his legs towards his abdomen to make room for her own legs. Cassie pulled her legs up onto the couch and crossed them as she leaned back, relaxingly.

Well, times are getting better, Ron said as he emerged from the boy's dormitory. Morning everyone, he said through a yawn-grin. He sat on the arm of the couch beside Harry and sighed as he looked around it was good to be back. Lavender was looking pretty, but he was really looking for Hermione - er, sort of.

Ron shrugged slightly and leaned back against the odd angle of the couch on his back. It was s'okay, I guess - nothing too bad or good. He smiled slightly at the fact that this was not entirely true. He was going to refrain from mentioning the good parts, though.

His fingers wandered the cushion of the couch until they found Ginny's hand. Discreetly, he traced a circle around the back of her hand and wove their fingers tightly together.

Selina opened one eye as she heard Luna making her way downstairs. She really had no desire to get up this morning, but at least she could look forward to the fact that this was he last year. Even though, she loved school and the whole experience, she wanted to start her Auror training.

She straightened her sliver and navy tie as she made her way down the girls dorm staircase. She saw Luna making her way out of the common room, most likely heading to the Great Hall.

"Good morning." Selina greeted as she waved and walked out of the portrait as well. "How was your summer." She always liked Luna, she was nice and understood what it felt like to not have people understand you.

"Morning, Selina." Luna said in her usual dreamy voice. "Mine was fine, thank you." She said with a smile. "And you?" She asked looking at Selina. She had always rather liked Selina, she had always been one of the few people that were nice to her, and didn't see her as 'crazy'. Well, she didn't act like it, anyway.

"It was very uneventful." Selina shrugged as they walked out of the portrait. "I had to deal with my sisters the whole time. I'm just ready to get this year over with." She sighed as she moved to pull her blonde hair in a tight bun.

Sometimes Selina hated being the middle she no attention and most of the responsibility. "I love Hogwarts, but sometimes I wish I didn't have to wake up and go to class every morning. You know what I mean?" She smiled at Luna as she took her hands out of her hair.

Ron shrugged again and looked around the common room once more. Hermione was usually up by now. It's pretty hard to sleep with you loudmouths down here, he grinned but shrugged again. Well, it was true.

"Good afternoon, Ron!" Ginny exclaimed, her voice and eyes teasing. She held back a sigh as Harry took her hand, feeling very happy. "So," she said almost reluctantly, "You think we should go get breakfast?" as she said this, her stomache rumbled, as if right on cue.

Ron perked up at this; maybe Miss Early-to-Bed-Early-to-Rise was already at breakfast. Sounds good to me, he said, grinning. He hoped this was just evidence of his hunger and not eluding to anything else, though that was the true reason.

"Yeah, breakfast sounds good right about now," Harry agreed, standing up from the couch. "I s'pose Hermione's down there already." He arched his back and pulled his arms up into the air as he stretched out the morning sleepiness. He sighed, content. "Off to the Great Hall."

Ginny smiled and stood up. She yawned, stretching her arms across her chest. When she heard a satisfying pop in her shoulders, she smiled again and started moving toward the portait hole. "I'm so hungry," she said to no one in particular, pushing the Fat Lady's portrait to get out of the common room.

When the group of Gryffindors arrived at the Great Hall, Harry wandered over to their house table and took a seat. He surveyed the mouthwatering arrangement of foods before him. "Hmm... waffles or pancakes?" He asked, weighing the decision as if it were something significant. Opting for the waffles, he pulled two onto his plate and scanned the table before finding the syrup.

Seeing that same old charming smile just made Cassie's heart ache. She had known him forever... been friends forever... lo-... she wouldn't think about it. Exhaling gently, Cassie turned to look at him once more. "Average?" she repeated, raising an eyebrow. "Average as in according to you, or average as in according to everyone?" Average for Draco.... was NOT... average for everyone. He was a tough guy to please. Yet Crabbe and Goyle did it great, acting like his servants.

Lavender sat down at the Gryffindor Table, a few seats away from the others with Parvati. "I don't know what he sees in her." She said indicating Ron and Hermione. She could just tell he was wondering where she was.

Parvati sat down and rolled her eyes slightly annoyed with how the first thing out of her mouth was about Ron and Hermione. Sometimes she just wanted to hex her, but she was her best friend. "Yeah, sure." She said placing some waffles on her pancakes.

Ginny smiled as she sat down on the side of Harry, opposite of her brother. She was quiet as she put sausage and two waffles on her plate and poured herself a goblet of pumpkin juice.

Seeing Harry looking for something, and noticing that he, too, had waffles on his plate, she poured some syrup onto her food, then hadn't it to Harry. "Looking for this?" she questioned before popping a bite of waffle into her mouth.
