Before I give the plot I want to make some rules clear

Rules
1. All SS rules apply.
2. Everyone must stay acctive.
3. If you can't stay acctive try your best to tell me before the RP starts.
4. If to people want the same role the person who posts a bio first gets it.

Ok now the plot.

It is Valentine's Day and Hogwarts is going to throw a big ball in honor of the occasion. They are inviting all of there sister schools to attend the ball too. It is the week before the ball and everyone is stressing about who they are going to ask. Trina has had her eye on a guy named Patrick for a while and she knew that he liked her. There was even a rumor going around that he was going to ask her to the ball. All of a sudden he ask the new girl at Hogwarts Kyla. Trina is terribly upset but then finds that Kyla has cast a love charm on Patrick so that he would ask her. Then she also finds out that Kyla has four other guys under a spell so that they would go with her too. The bad news is the four other guys are Trina's four best friend's crushes and that they all wanted to ask her four best friends too. Will Trina and her friends be able to break the charm before it is to late?

"Oh nothing much, just thinking about how we could ruin Kyla's night." Sam's face immediately fell, the evil smile vanishing. "Tri, I'm sorry that I ruined your night. I really am. I can't believe I took the wrong potion. I'm really sorry!" Sam's eyes were starting to tear up a little, but she wiped it away. She hated ruining her friends lives. She always seemed to ruin everything.

Kat was glad to be pulled out of the hospital wing, she didn't want to see Patrick....uh...you know. That was just gross. She looked up at Keith and thought. "Uh....well its 6:00, so....7:30 sound good?" She asked. Kat simply nodded her head, agreeing to meet Keith outside the portrait hole. "I'll see you then." She said quickly kissing him on the cheek before rushing towards the common room.

She arrived in her dorm, Jada following her just seconds later. "Alright, I have a lot of work to do." She said walking towards her wardrobe. She pulled out her dress, which was wrapped in a plastic to proctect from someone ruining her dress *cough* Kyla *cough*.

Jada laughed and took her own dress out, laying down on her bed. She looked up and saw Sam wiping something out of her eyes. Was she...crying! "Sam, are those what I think I see?" She asked, looking rather shocked. "Are those...tears!"

Kat, who had been busy lifting all the charms she had set on her dress, looked up and at Sam. "Sam, why are you crying?" She asked walking over and putting a hand on Sams shoulder. "Is something else wrong?" She asked, but there was nothing worse than their situation right now with Patrick.

"Oh Sam, don't cry! You haven't ruined my life! Kyla has not you!" Trina said walking over to her friend and hugging her. She let go and went to her wardrobe. Taking out her dress, she unzipped the large plastic bag it was in and spread it out on her bed."Come on guys, we really need to get ready, there's an hour till the dance starts, but we should arrive late, you know, the later the better, I guess." Trina chuckled a little before going into the bathroom and plugging in her flat iron.

Sam looked at her friends and said, "It's just that I've ruined Tri's night by giving Patrick the wrong potion. And this is our last year so she won't be able to do it over! And it's all my fault, having so many stupid potions on my desk that look the same. And now Tri won't be able to have fun because of me because Patrick won't be turned back 15 minutes before midnight!" Sam frowned, she had ruined Tri's entire teen-hood because of her own clumsiness. But instead of moping around more, Sam stood up and walked over to her dresser, pulling out the black and white sparkly dress she had bought at Witch Wear's. Taking the dress out of the plastic covering, Sam went into the bathroom with everything she needed and said, "I want it to be a surprise what I look like even though you saw the dress already. And I want to come in very elegantly, walking out of the dorm with Shaun waiting in the Common Room. He suddenly looks up and sees me, smiles, and walks to the bottom of the staircase. I walk down the staircase slowly and carefully and smile at Shaun. I take his hand and we both walk to the Great Hall. And.. well... the rest I'm still figuring out." Sam grinned and closed the bathroom door, starting to get ready.

Setting his watch alarm at exactly 7:30, Keith took out his clothes and a special package which had delivered thankfully after he came back to his senses. It was an extremely beautiful package bound with pretty ribbons. Sighing at the sight of it, Keith grabbed his towel and rushed to the bathroom before any of the boys.

Kat smiled as Sam told them exactly how she wanted things to be tonight with Shaun. Hopefully things with her and Keith would go well too, maybe even better. She grabbed a bunch of her things and moved towards the other bathroom. Muttering a spell, 3/4 of Kat's wand turned a bright red. "This is so much better than using a curling iron," She said as she began twisting her hair around the wand. "You don't damage hair!"

Jada walked back over to her bed, checking to make sure her dress looked fine. No stains, no rips, no tears, good, just the way it was supposed to be. That was done, so Jada began to straighten her already straight hair. Hey, she had to look good, it was a dance!

Trina finished flat ironing her last section of hair. She laughed at Kat when she started curling her hair with her wand. She walked back to into the other room and grabbed her dress. She grabbed her wand and did a quick spell so that she could take of her regular clothes and put on her dress without ruining her hair. She grabbed her shoes and started putting them on. It was 7:00, she had plenty of time."I'm ready." she called."You guys might want to hurry it's seven already." she called.

"I'll be ready, when I'm ready!" Kat yelled from inside the bathroom. A half hour later Kat stepped out of the bathroom in her dress. Her hair was perfectly curled, her bangs giving it just the right touch. She walked over to her bed and sat down, putting her shoes on. She walked over to her full length mirror and grabbed her earrings, putting them one. She then grabbed her necklace and after a couple of attempts finally got it on. She turned towards her friends and sighed, smiling. "Well, how do I look?" She asked.

Jada too was ready. Her hair looked perfect with her amazing dress She put her earrings and necklace on. Finally slipping her shoes on. "Well looks like I'm ready too." She said smiling wide.

Keith came out of the bathroom with the a towel wrapped around his waist, water was dripping from his head to toe as he cautiously walked to his four-poster. Cautiously because his friends are quite the pranksters and they can unwrap his towel any instant if the idea popped in their devilish minds. Smiling for like the hundredth time by now, Keith collapsed on the bed with a light thud, "Ahhh...everything's so perfect isn't it? I wish Patrick was here too. Isn't it guys?" He curled up on the bed, thinking how Pat and Trina might be feeling, so sad.

He got up and drew the curtains around his four-poster, meh, he didn't like to dress in front of anyone, not even boys. Few minutes later, he jumped out of bed wearing his pants and shirt. He walked over to his trunk and grabbed his belt and coat. He quickly pulled on his coat and slipped the belt around his waist, finally sliding into his shoes. He took out two plain beige colored bands from his coat's pocket and slid them around his wrist.

One satisfied with his outfit, Keith strode towards the mirror, plopped a little hair gel on his hand and hastily did a messy hair look. "I am done boys, see you at the dance." He left the dormitory with the heart shaped gift box tossing in his hands. Once out of the portrait whole, Blake glanced at his watch as the alarm went off. He leaned against the stonewalls, waiting for Kat eagerly.

Tanner ran his hand through his hair, it was a sort of nervous habit, and quickly fixed his tie. His outfit was completely black although there were some midnight blue embroidered parts on his vest, they were so dark however as to not be noticeable unless one was looking at him closely. His tie however was white, the only thing to suggest purity or innocence on his person. He couldn't believe it was already time for the dance, it was way too soon for his peace of mind.

"It depends on your definition of perfect." Tanner replied with a non-committal shrug. Sure things were good but they wouldn't be perfect until he had Jada in his arms on that dance floor. Then he'd be in heaven. Of course it would be nice if Patrick could be there too, but only if he was cured of his love for that **** Kyla.

"Just a sec!" Sam yelled from the bathroom, then walked out and checked her look in the mirror. Her dress was still pretty as ever, the one with black on top and white with black sparkles on the bottom, and a black belt to finish it off. Her shoes matched her dress perfectly, then to finish it off, her earrings, her necklace, and her bracelet. She said to Kat and Jada, "Can you guys go down before me and make sure Shaun's down there? I want the plot for my prom night to actually happen you know." She asked them, then looking at her hair asked again, "Do you guys thinks I should leave my hair straight, curled, or volumed?"

Jada walked over to the door and opened it, peeking out to see if Shaun was waiting for Sam. She didn't see him anywhere. "I don't see him in the common room." She said closing the door and looking at Sam. "Maybe he's outside the portrait hole with the other guys." She added.

"He probably is." Kat said smiling encouragingly at Sam before walking over to the door and opening it. She walked down to the portrait hole, but stopped. Normal she was never nervous about dances, NEVER. But right now, she felt all...weird. Placing a hand on the portrait she pushed it open and stepped out, pushing her bangs aside.

Jada didn't follow Kat, she wanted to wait for Sam. Kat and Trina were really close and it was the same between her and Sam. "Are you ready yet Sam? Shesh, for a girl who barely dresses up, you take forever." She said sitting down her bed.

I want what I look like to be a total surprise when I comedown the stairs, even though he still hasn't formally asked me out to the dance yet, we are still going together. Plus, I... uhh... need to put some necessity's in my pockets." Sam was referring to her prank supplies she had in her trunk, she had to have a little talk with that 7th year Ravenclaw that was eyeing Shawn last week in the Great Hall. Sam had half an evil smile on her face... that Rose girl was gonna PAY!

Jada smiled back at Sam and gave her a quick thank you hug before running out of the room and down the stairs. She stopped outside the portrait hole, just like Kat had, but she wasn't nervous, she just wanted to make sure she looked perfect. Adjusting her hair and smoothing out her dress, Jada made her way out. "Sam's gonna wait for Shaun. Just thought I'd let you all know." She said smiling.

Sam was getting impatient, as she always was, for Shaun. She quickly and quietly opened her dorm room door and poked her head out of it. When Shaun wasn't there, she retreated back into her room. Man, where was Shaun? Sam knew it was always like him to be late, but to a dance? With her? How could he forget? Sam just crossed her arms and kept poking her head out of the door-way, and it always came right back in 5 seconds later. Jeez Shaun sure was taking his time!

Shaun checked out his image in the long mirror in his dorm. Chic classic black dress robes, tidily disheveled brown hair, shiny black shoes. Yep. Perfect. He took a glance at his watch, knowing that Sam was probably waiting, but he really didn't want the common room to be crowded with people when he first saw Sam. He figured that, by this point, most people would have left for the Great Hall, and so he finally headed down to the common room. He smiled a little to himself as he slid his hands into his pockets and leaned lightly against the back of the couch. Surely, Sam would have waited for him. Well.. he hadn't exactly asked her yet, but he had an inkling that she wouldn't leave without him. At least, that's what he was banking on.

Sam heard footsteps outside her dorm, so she poked her head out of the doorway. When she saw Shaun, she almost fainted. He looked absolutely gorgeous tonight. Sam quickly looked in her mirror, checked that everything was ready, then finally left her room. Sam took the railing and gracefully walked down the stairs, Shaun smiling up at her. She smiled back at him, almost grinning, she was so excited she could barely hold it in. She had wanted to go to the Hogwart's Valentines Day Dance with Shaun since she was 12. And now it was happening. Sam got to the bottom of the staircase and took Shaun's hand in hers, saying quietly, "You ready?"

Love it.

After hearing the door creak open, Shaun straightened up and tilted his head up to watch as Sam came walking gracefully down the steps. She looked amazing. Her dress, her hair, just everything. And her black and white look matched perfectly with his tux. Taking her hand in his just as she reached the bottom, he smiled and said, "You look beautiful." It was very out of character for Shaun, but it felt right to be formal right now.

When she asked whether he were ready, he stopped, and lifted his eyebrows at her. "Well, actually.. not yet." The smile crept back onto his face and he smoothed the nonexistent creases in his tux. "Samantha," he flashed a smile. "Will you go to the Valentine's Day Dance with me?"

Sam blushed when Shaun called her beautiful, that wasn't like him. That wasn't like him at all! But Sam knew he meant it when Shaun called her her full first name..... and asked her to the dance! Sam grinned and said, "Of course I will Shaun!" She ran to him and wrapped her arms around his neck. Her dream had finally come true... she was going to the 7th year Valentine's Day Dance with Shaun! After she stopped hugging him, Sam looked up at Shaun for his reaction, staring into his bright grey eyes. They we're so fun to look into. For whole class periods she would stare into his eyes without him knowing, and when the teachers finally got annoyed with her not paying attention they stopped calling on her in class altogether. Sam waited patiently, hoping Shaun would stare back into her eyes.
